There are rumors that the HTC One Verizon can see the light of the day in July. There are rumors of a new offer that is coming from the company. This means people will be able to get their hands on the new offering by HTC in the middle of this summer that is great and interesting news for everyone. There is an attractive deal that is available to customers who are willing to get their hands on the phone. The company is giving to their HTC One Buyers $25 in the form of Google Play credits. The device is one that will be available on the carrier in the USA. This is one deal that is applicable to all carriers that will be providing the HTC one and other retailers that are selling the phone.

The other dealers include Amazon, Walmart, Radio Shack, Target with others. If you check the website you will find that there is a drop down menu that gives the names of the other carriers of the phone. The MetroPCS on the other hand does not boost of the HTC One on Verizon. The release date has also not been announced so far. There are other drop down menus that have featured on the splash pages of the device before the launch but they have made no mention on the deals that are available. Both HTC and Verizon have indicated that the phone is going to be released this summer. The details of the campaign have not been revealed as of now. The time of the deal also has not been specialized and we are waiting for news on the above. There are some expertsw who feel that the release of this phone may stretch to August as Verizon may delay the launch but as of now there are no official reports. They are rumors that are hitting the market. The July 15th release date is one that is fixed as of now and we have to wait for the time to come to see if HTC keeps its promise or not.

The HTC One is one of the most anticipated mobiles that is going to hit the market this year. It is to be seen if this mobile phone is good enough to lift the failing fortunes of the company that has not been doing quite well like its other competitors as of now.

The release date of the HTC One Mini is again plotted for summer. This time this device will hit the market at some point of August in order to compete against another Mini competitor The Samsung Galaxy S4. There have been rumors over the last few weeks of the HTC M4 that is scheduled for arrival. This device is one that is touted to be a very small version of the HTC One and it has been dubbed as the HTC One Mini.

This mobile phone is not like the Samsung Galaxy S4 however there are reports that it would be pitted against the latter once released. This device is one that has a camera that is an Ultrapixel one. This camera is the same as the HTC One. It sports a metal design and is more or less like the larger version of the phone. There is also a smaller version of this phone that has been rumored for arrival in summer. Now consumers have to wait for some time. This phone is expected to arrive in the month of August for purchase. There are rumors that the Samsung Galaxy S4 will arrive earlier than its HTC counterpart. Samsung will be hosting an event on 20th June where the Company will display the Galaxy S4 Mini. It is anticipated that Samsung will issue a release date for the phone. This is rumored to be in the month of July sometime. If rumors are to be believed Samsung is a phone that will woo the audiences first with a smaller model. The Galaxy S4 Mini is one that will sport less features than the HTC One. This also includes the 4.3 inch qHD display and an 8 MP camera that does not perform as well as the Ultrapixel camera that you find in the HTC One. The phone is one that will also sport a plastic design.

When it comes to the prices of both they have not yet been announced as of now. The Galaxy S4 Mini will not be cheap and whereas the HTC One Mini is concerned there are no official information released by the company as of now. We have to wait and watch for any news of the same by the company. There are some rumors that the HTC One Mini is a phone that will appeal to women because of its sleek and small size.

Watching TV on the go is quickly going from a luxury to a commonplace expectation, especially with the development of some amazing apps that allow users to watch their favorite programs wherever and whenever. Here are five great apps that provide quality TV for smartphone users.

DirecTV App

DirecTV allows subscribers incredible access to a full range of channels, including STARZ, HBO, and Encore, among others. They can use the app on their phone to watch their favorite channels or even just use it to schedule recording of their shows when they are out of the home. They can also browse and search for shows up to two week in advance, manage their DirecTV account, share favorite shows with friends on Facebook and Twitter, and more. Many users especially like being able to browse what else is showing while at home without having to interrupt their current programming. This app requires that you be a DirecTV subscriber to use and gain access to all of the programming. Sign up for DirecTV using www.SaveOnTVDirect.com for special rates and discounts.

Netflix App

Users love Netflix for the ability to watch unlimited movies and TV shows hosted by the program for a low monthly fee. That ability is now mobile, as users can take advantage of their streaming subscription on their mobile devices and watch TV whenever they want. The video and sound quality offered by Netflix is excellent and users can also search for show titles, although they cannot search for actors or directors.

Hulu App

Many subscribers love to use Hulu to catch up on current programming as well as watch channels that might not be offered on Netflix streaming, such as HGTV. There is one main drawback: the Hulu app does not run on all Android devices, so users will have to check to see if their device can support it.

TV.com App

This app provides users with content from channels like CBS, ET, and Showtime. Since it is a free app, there will be commercials during the shows, but it offers a variety of current content and provides entertainment for those on the go. The shows are streamed over Wi-Fi and cellular networks for wide availability. It is important to keep in mind that while there are a variety of shows and movies, there are also a number of clips.

Crackle App

Like TV.com, this app is free, which makes it incredibly convenient to use, and it has a variety of shows and movies. Unfortunately, it too has commercials, but it is adding an estimated 20 movies and shows each month. This quick expansion makes it worth checking back regularly for new and exciting content. The app will also remember if the user stops watching an episode in the middle and can easily pick up where the show left off. Streaming is even available in both 3G and 4G.

TV lovers no longer need to worry about missing their favorite shows and programs when they are traveling or even just venturing out of the house for a few hours. With the variety of apps available and the range of shows and channels offered, they should be able to find just about anything.

HTC is now geared up to release a smaller but same version of the popular HTC One device in July. Till date the HTC One has reportedly reaped in sales of 5 million units. This is the latest flagship mobile of HTC that has been released in the market. The handset of the company as of now has been codenamed as the M4 and it is designed to be a direct rebuttal to the Galaxy S4 Mini. The new device will have a 4.3 inch 720p display along with a dual core processor. There is 2GB RAM along with 16GB storage and a 4MP UltraPixel shooter. There is also a Sense 5 atop Android 4.2 processor. This report is one that comes through DigiTimes and should not taken as confirmed.

The HTC One Mini is one that will keep the same design attributes as its flagship device. Now if reports are to be believed HTC will be able to sell the device at a price that is lower than the Galaxy S4 Mini. This is a good potential for the handset manufacturer and the move could be a wise and smart one too. There were also reports where rumors about the upcoming phablet of the company were leaked- The T6.

This phablet promises to feature a full inch 5.9 display that will be a HD one along with a 2.3 GHz quad core Snapdragon 800 processor. If the above claims are reported to be true the obvious question that would be put forward to you is which handset would you like to opt for? Would you choose the HTC One Mini with its unique aluminum chassis and a camera that is an UltraPixel one or would you go in for the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini?

While you take time to ponder over this question you can take a look at some of the device pictures and images that are doing the rounds on the Internet. There are a series of pictures that have been published and once you take a look at them you will find that they are a duplicate version of the HTC one only with a sleeker and smaller look. Time will tell us if HTC succeeds with this move just like Samsung who has a similar take with the Galaxy S4 Mini. This small version will also share the HTC One UltraPixel camera like its big brother as well.

Some HTC One handset owners have received an update this week in the form of the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. This is not welcoming for many users as the Company has given this update to some users only. This update was expected by all the users of HTC One after the Company had hinted that this update would be made available to all HTC users uniformly.

The recent update by the Company has not introduced many changes. Most of them are minor and very simple. The owners of HTC One can now long press the Home Key and receive the Menu options and get Google Now.

Besides the above there is also an extra feature where users are able to see a percentage view of the life of their battery. This release is yet to be made available to all the users as Google has announced the HTC One Google Edition along with the unique Nexus experience.

This update comes with and without the HTC Sense. The HTC Sense UI is one that has been accepted by some users while others do not even like it. After this launch HTC has stated that this update is one that is meant for those users that like the raw experience of Android.

There have been some screen shots of the above update that is doing the rounds on the Internet. As mentioned above the update by the company has plans to bring in some changes in the Sense UI feature of this flagship mobile of the company. The percentage battery display feature is one of the prime features of the new update.

This change may be a small one however it renders a considerable amount of importance to the phone. There is another feature in the form of the Android daydream. This update is one that has comes with the advantage of removing docked icons. There is however no news on the date on which this update would be released and made available to all the users of the HTC One. We have to wait and watch for the official news on behalf of the Company till then.

There is anticipation that the above update would be released to the users soon. Till then let us see if the Android update reaches us first or the Pure Google HTC One lands up before it does. Let is wait and see what HTC decides to give us first!

There is good news for lovers of HTC and that is the giant mobile manufacturer is coming soon with a new HTC One Google Edition with stock android. Prior to the HTC One Google edition the first mobile that received the stock Android was Samsung Galaxy S4. HTC is all set to embrace the same path and if lucky may enjoy the same success as Samsung.

There are reports that like the Samsung Galaxy S4 Google in collaboration with HTC is planning and working on the stock build of Android 4.2.2 for its HTC One mobile. This website has also cited sources with the information that the new phone will be introduced in the USA preliminary. However there are no news if it will be sold on the Google Play Store like its predecessor the Galaxy S4 Google Edition. There are further reports that the Google version of the HTC one will be announced in the following two weeks with its expected release this summer.

There are other reports that HTC is all set to sell another Nexus like version of the HTC One mobile phone. It will also be released during the summer months. This phone will be free from third party software or skins and this provides Android experience as Google intends. Now the vital question comes into mind that how can HTC offer a downsized version of the phone via its front in speakers and headphones. The original HTC One is a phone that deploys special imaging software for the phone speakers and its headphone. The original HTC One deploys software that is a special imaging one for the camera.

This makes us wonder if the company is ready to ship this unique Google edition of the phone with the Ultrapixel camera that relies on the software for the production of images that are good quality ones. There is no news as to whether this phone will be a boot loader or have unlocked SIM like the HTC One Developer Edition. The Bootloader unlocked version is one where the mobile users are free to install the custom Android ROMon the phone or at least in theory in any other operating system of their phone together. The SIM unlocked version permits users to sue the phone on networks that have no restrictions at all. HTC had with Google originally produced the Google Nexus One that was a good and competent smartphone. After the above model it was Samsung, Asus and LG that were the companies that went on to manufacture Nexus devices.

There is doubt surrounding the latest update to the HTC One. The company promised its customers that the HTC One would get this update shortly after being released in the market. However a notorious insider of HTC has stated that customers have to wait for some time before this update is officially released by the Company. There are also rumors and reports that HTC may not release this Sense update for the mid-budget phone the HTC One S.

Some months back the HTC One arrived in the market along with the HTC One flagship device. The company has confirmed the brand new Sense 5 for its users and this covers a range of old devices as well that covers the HTC One X+. The HTC One X, the HTC Butterfly and the mid budget HTC One S that is device that was launched on the T-Mobile carrier network in the USA.

When it comes to the other devices like the HTC One X+ , the HTC One and the HTC Butterfly especially have seen really good updates when it comes to updates of the Sense 5. These updates are going to bring the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean update to these devices and now there are reports by an insider that claims that there is a legitimate chance that the Sense 5 might never make its way to the device.

This was stated by @LlabTooFeR that is an HTC insider and developer that stated that there is a high possibility that ths update will not be given to the HTC One S. This indicates that the Android 4.2 will be out of the picture and it remains not clear when the update would hit the HTC One S. The source has also stated this update will lag behind the other updates that are scheduled for release for the phone. There are chances that this update will lag in the user interface of the phone itself. It should be noted that the HTC One users that are listed on T-Mobile have updated to the Android 4.1. This of course was not free from issues as several lags were witnessed in this new operating system.

The Company as of now has not yet confirmed the timing of the scheduled update for the phone. The owners of the HTC Sense like the owners of the other devices still remain in the dark about the arrival of the software.

In the month of February HTC has released its latest smartphone the HTC One. This is a device that received a lot of good reviews. However when it comes to launching the device it is yet to hit Verizon, the largest 4G LTE service provider in the USA. There are rumors of an arrival that has as of now have not arrived. However after a CTIA press event there is no trace of the device. Consumers are not aware about when the HTC One will reach shelves.

Since the beginning of this year there have been rumors that are surrounding the HTC One. These rumors have been laid to rest by the announcement of the Company in New York City in the month of February where the Company had displayed its new hardware and software for the globe to see. The HTC One is a phone that is not an ordinary one. It is branded to be one of the flagship mobile phones of the Company and it has some real powerful and attractive features. This phone is one that has a 4.7 inch display with a resolution that is 1080p. This device is one that is smaller and better looking than most of the other flagships that have hot the shelves in the recent days. The phone has a quad core processor that is a powerful one and its Ultrapixel camera is amazing. With it users are able to take and capture great photos in environments that have extreme low lights.

This phone also has two great speakers that are placed in the front of the phone. The device is one that is a complete metallic one that can be used with the iphone 5. There are features that are great and a combination of the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and Sense 5 that is new software of the phone. The UL of HTC is one that has not only great and powerful components like the HTC BlinkFeed and the HTC Zoe but it also brings to it a brand new look to the table.

This phone is one that will be sought after by many consumers. There are a lot of people that have taken the Sprint, AT & T, Sprint and models for T-Mobile. There are also others that are hoping that this coveted phone will be available on Verizon HTC One soon- the only thing that we need to do is wait and watch!

As per the news coming from sources, it seems that HTC has solved the production problem of its flagship HTC One. The problem was considered to be the biggest problem associate with the HTC One and that issue prevented it from properly competing in the market – slow production numbers. According to reports, the component supply issues responsible for the problem have been solved.

Some newspaper reports that HTC will double the One’s production in May compared to the previous month. The production issues meant that the One’s arrival in certain countries was delayed, including the U.K. and certain Asian markets.

HTC president, Jack Tong was quoted as, “Our capacity is expected to rise significantly starting from mid-May,” “We are optimistic about our high-end sales during April and June.”

It is informed that one of the suspected reasons for the delays is the 4MP UltraPixel camera that the One features.

HTC is facing stiff competition from its main rivals, Samsung. Report shows HTC has got revenues of US$1.43 billion during the January-March quarter this year, which is a 29% drop from the Oct-Dec 2012 quarter and a 37% year on year decrease.

HTC President Jack Tong believes that the company’s 5-inch phone, the HTC Butterfly has the potential to be one of the important phones in the lineup, which saw a 50% sales increase in Japan (sold as the J Butterfly there) after the contract price was slashed to zero recently. The company is also planning to release updates for the Butterfly by the end of this month, enabling several built-in software features that are on the new HTC One, such as the Sense 5.0 user interface, the BlinkFeed live-streaming home screen and the slideshow function for the camera.

Meanwhile, it is also confirmed by HTC that HTC One is all set to get the Android 4.2.2 update very soon. The news has been confirmed by HTC’s ROM developer LlabTooFeR on Twitter. The HTC One includes a 4.7-inch Super LCD 3 display supporting full 1080p HD resolution natively. The display has pixel density of 469 pixels per inch and 1080×1920 resolution . This is also in the news that HTC has recently confirmed in a statement that it is unlikely to release a version of the HTC One with a pure Android experience. But rumors are there saying t the company may release a phone later this summer that is similar to the HTC One but without Sense.

There is bad news in store for HTC First and that is AT&T has decided not to continue selling the phone on its network. The reasons cited are its poor sales. Dubbed as the Facebook Phone this device was launched in the market amid high expectations. It was the first mobile phone to ship with the unique Facebook Home feature inbuilt in the device. This phone was launched just months after the widely sought after device was gearing up to enter the mobile phone industry.

In April last year Diplomat had reported that this phone would replace the Facebook homescreen. It would also deliver a brand new user interface that would be centered on both social networking. However from the beginning the above did not go down too well with HTC or Facebook. The response was not great and it was pretty lukewarm initially for the device. There were further reviews by ABC News that stated that the HTC First is a nice phone to visit but it cannot be said to be “Home.”

This phone began to be sold at a price of $99.99 along with a two year contract. This was lower than the $200 high end phones like the iphone. In a major announcement by AT &T the mobile carrier stated that it would be reducing the price of the Facebook phone to $0.99. Now if you examine this it is surely a substantial reduction in price for a mobile phone. Now if you compare the performance of other devices on the mobile carrier you will find that this phone is facing a threat.

It is only a month after this phone has been launched and HTC is facing a catastrophe because of its poor sales on the mobile carrier. This is bad news for the company as the reduction has been made a month after the release of the product. Now this is not the complete story. There are things that are not going well for Facebook as well. It may be surprising but the fact is true that the social networking giant is also undergoing major problems as well. It seems that the two are interlinked and this is why both of them are undergoing a rough patch. Both need to buck up and rectify the issues that they are plagued with if they wish to make both the phone and the social network combination a success!
