Recently, I had the chance to hang out on a farm in Jefferson County and spent some time with the calves, enjoying watching the ladies graze, and seeing the sun roll across 300 acres of just pure beauty and it never gets old. It never will. Pretty interesting watching rows of Holsteins enjoying their morning feed after milking. As I watched my friend it brings back memories of how the work is never quite done on a farm. I saw him today and he said he plan on being in the fields for the next 2 weeks straight getting his peas and barley crop in. I remind him that he can use Spencer anytime he needs him. I can remember my son Spencer when he was a little guy and we were working on our farm. He always had a fondness for tractors, animals and everything that was on our farm.
