But I am afraid that just as Eve was deceived by the serpent's cunning, your mind may he somehow led astray from your sincere and pure devotion to Christ." -2 Corinthians 11:23.

The song "How He Loves" describes the love Jesus has for each of you and me. There is so much depth in the pure love of God and it cannot be settled or substituted BUT can be deceived by a man, a woman, alcohol, drugs, anger and whatever else the world says looks better than God. Heed this warning ladies and do not fall into the belief of these deceptions.

The God of the universe who knew YOU before you were born rightfully claims you as His bride...as His own. Do not pull away from His embrace.

There is freedom in the arms of Jesus. Run to Him!

Something on my mind today....

1 Peter 3:3-4 "Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of golf jewelry or fine clothes. Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God's sight."

The old adage "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" started way back in biblical times and still rings true today. Whatever one looks like on the outside has nothing to do with one's personality and inner beauty.

Ladies, you are beautiful on the inside and that's the only thing that should matter.

Lord Jesus, I give You my life.

Girls, besides Jesus, I believe the greatest gift God has given us is the comfort to know that we are His princesses!

Can you imagine that?!

You, a person who has had things happen to you that may make you not feel worthy; you, a person who makes mistakes just like everyone else; you, just one person out of millions....YES!

We as women are created in God's likeness. His likeness! In His beautiful, relational, loving, nurturing, patient, gifted, precious, intimate, and self sacrificing likeness....we as women have these qualities in us...even if we feel like ugly hideous monsters inside and/or out. He sees beautiful grace in us. You are his baby girl, his face shines upon you and his sweet words are what keep you from making those dangerous decisions and even when you ignore those whispers, he never shuns away from you or ever stops loving you.

He is always there to help pick you back up. Rest in him dear one, and relish in your royalty...for in the Eternal is where true joy is found.

I have got to just say...to every women out there who has been made to feel like she is beneath or below men in any way whatsoever, you have equal partnership with men! Eve was the answer to the problem that Adam was alone.

You are an answer not a problem.

You have been given a measure of strength that needs to be utilized! Use your strength like a woman, not like a man. Don't you ever settle for a man who thinks you are beneath him. I've heard some use scripture to try to make that point - that is not the heart of God! We as man & woman were given dominion over this earth and its inhabitants but not over each other. Find a man who will see your strength and use it to his advantage.

When both the strengths come together - they become unstoppable.

Satan is all about division because if he can get the men for themselves only or the women for themselves only he's won. Remember, the male is the representation of the image of God & the female is the representation of the likeness of God, when they come together in marriage they make the full representation of God on this earth! Wives partner your strength with your husband's and see what God does. Single women, NEVER settle for a man who doesn't see your worth or your strength, if he's the right one, he won't be intimidated by it, he'll see it as a benefit!

Give your worries to HIM!

Ever had one of those weeks where everything that could go wrong, goes wrong? A mailbox full of bills, bare cabinets, family member in the emergency room and finding a pink slip on your desk at work are just a few of the struggles some of us women deal with on a weekly - or daily - basis. Often times Christians offer advice on 'giving up all your worries to God' and then you'll have peace of mind.

Some of you are probably rolled your eyes. And before I became a believer, I would have, too.

In 1 Peter, we are asked to give all our worries, concerns and unwavering thoughts up to God. Of course this is easier said then done as the bill collector pounds on the front door and the phone is ringing off the wall with credit card companies needing payments. Once we pray and ask God to take our worries away, it doesn't necessarily mean that they will vanish the moment we say "Amen." It doesn't mean we might have to endure them for a few more weeks. It does promise that God will help us through whatever turmoil is taking over our lives at the moment.

When we give our worries to God, we put our faith into His all encompassing power. In the bible, God doesn't just ask us to do this, he commands, pleads and begs us to turn to Him in times of trouble. He wants to bare our worries and have us rely on Him.

Tonight take a moment to think about troubles are on your mind and say this prayer, "Lord, I have a lot on my plate right now. I sometimes feel like it's hard to go on and I don't know what else to do so I'm turning to you. I've giving up all my concerns and placing them on your shoulders. From this day forward I will release any stress life throws at me and pass it right on to You. I put my full faith in You and You alone. Only you can carry me through this tough time and I look forward to seeing the green grass on the other side. Amen"

Tell him you don't want your life to be stagnant and stale, but rather invigorating and uplifting for Him. Tell God you are tired of being stuck in a routine and need a way out; a way out to change someone else's life - and yours!
