As it stands, the You Me Us experience has been severely compromised because iTunes is missing most of the files -- the files have been shuffling around all over the years -- and Stitcher only catalogues the recent episodes. One of the things was to get all the You Me Us files up on something accessible. So here's the answer: SoundCloud!

You, Me, Us Archives

I'm using Soundcloud to host the files for my other podcast, The Redo, so it worked out beautifully. Still no working RSS feed -- that's next -- but at least now all the old MP3 files are uploaded and somewhat easier to listen to. (I'd recommend downloading the SoundCloud app actually.) There's over 28+ hours of terrible sounding audio but lovely friends who joined me to chat. Come delve into an astonishing (almost) eighty episodes of You, Me, Us! And then come talk to me!

And here are some handpicked episodes if you wanna start there: You, Me, Us Top 25 playlist.

jayang21@gmail.com (J.A. Sorry for the language barrier guys but this time my guest and I use our improved Chinese — after a year of studying — for a conversation about the different nationalities of people we met during our time in Taiwan. And how to combat stereotypes. Come along for a world tour! Is it mysterious, shady, or considerate when someone constantly references “my friend, my friend” without ever dropping any names or context? My guest on this episode is a social connector so we launch, naturally, into a conversation about friendships and trying to figure out why we invest so much time into our friends. Or is it all just a waste of time?! Initially this episode was about blacklisting friends and the scars that can accrue from being teased and ostracized in childhood. But halfway through, our conversation takes a compelling turn as we start to discuss ignorance, and whether or not people should be forgiven for not knowing, or if they should be taken to task for their, well, ignorance. On this very important public service announcement episode, AMR and I start off by talking about burritos. What the ones are, what qualities to look for, important stuff. Then we delve into his recent woodworking project, making a massive table! Finally, we clean up with some talk about the time ratio of creating versus consuming, and how the former takes so much longer. [31:28 min]
Holy cow, we're in year three of our fiftyfifty.me books and movie challenge! You remember when we started this whole thing right? Well, here's our most recent podcast episode where Lilly, Susie, and I talk about how 2014 is starting off for us, and let's just say only one of us is on schedule. Oh the suspense! It’s obvious the best food in the world is noodles so my guest and I discuss our 2013 venture: a noodle blog! We get a chance to catch up with a very special, on the verge of graduating, college senior: my cousin. If you'll recall, previous conversations we've had covered the tail end of her high school experience, and then pre-college, as she was deciding which university to bless with her presence. Now it's three years later and she's about to enter the real world! [25:19 min]

In a super megapod, my three guests and I talk about traveling with (significant) others. AMR, JMZ, and George provide listeners with some hints about monitoring your partner's biorhythms while on the go, and then we segueway into how to combat the bugbear of many relationships: logistics. We get an exclusive insider look into what happens during a Touchpoint Meeting, as well as learn about the two C's of successful relationships. It's a megapod!
