My Time

noreply@blogger.com (La Mc Coy) — Fri, 11 Jan 2019 16:35:00 +0000

My People,

Mom says I am 14.
That really means little to me.
I have a very hard time getting up.
Mom is always after me to eat.
I hurt a lot sometimes.
Mom says I keep biting her.
I don't mean to.

Mom keeps singing:
"Do your hips hang low?
Do they wobble to and fro?
Can you tie them in a knot?
Can you tie them in a bow?
Do your hips hang low?

Now that is just mean people!
But Mom is Mom.

Mom says it is my time.
Don't worry my people.
I am fine waiting at heavens gate for each of you.
I will greet you with love in my finest German Sheppard splendor.
Don't worry. Dad will be OK.
And Mom is Mom.
I love you, my people.

noreply@blogger.com (La Mc Coy) — Wed, 08 Feb 2017 16:38:00 +0000

My People,

I thought I would say "Hi."

I knew you would want to celebrate my birthday.

I am twelve.

Old in doggie years.

Life is good. I stay busy.

Dad has been forever trying to get me to retire from barking and digging,

But I still do the important doggie work.

It does take me a little longer to stand up these days,

But I still can get up faster than Mom can.

Love you, My People.

Lazy Baby J

noreply@blogger.com (La Mc Coy) — Mon, 25 Jul 2016 15:21:00 +0000

My Bro sent this picture to Mom

Showing Baby J on the rug

in the cool house

Keeping a watch out for problems in the neighborhood.

Her keen Doggie nose is working for her family.

Bro said J was being lazy.

I say J is multi-tasking.

Very doggie smart if you ask me.

Retire?

noreply@blogger.com (La Mc Coy) — Mon, 25 Apr 2016 13:02:00 +0000

Dad says I am an old enough Doggie to retire.

He wants me to retire from

"Barking"

And maybe

"Digging".

These are important Doggie jobs.

I am just not sure about this.

What do you people think?

Grand pup..

noreply@blogger.com (La Mc Coy) — Mon, 04 Jan 2016 17:49:00 +0000

Mom says we have a new grand pup, Freya.
She lives with my oldest brother and my favorite girl friend, Libby. Libby sends pictures of Freya. Mom is going to have to figure out how to get them off her phone so she can show you the adorable and young Freya.

My Grand Pup!

noreply@blogger.com (La Mc Coy) — Mon, 09 Nov 2015 22:29:00 +0000

noreply@blogger.com (La Mc Coy) — Tue, 01 Sep 2015 22:21:00 +0000

Yes

Mom made me come in

because i was barking.

She does not understand.

Barking is important doggie work!

Freja

noreply@blogger.com (La Mc Coy) — Mon, 27 Jul 2015 22:03:00 +0000

Listen up People.

I had been expecting Freja for weeks.

Her Mom came with her Sisters and Dad.

She brought me a Scarf that Freja wore.

And she let Martha And Annie wear it too.

She showed me and let me sniff as long as I wanted.

Then she tied the Scarf to my crib so my friends are always with me even when

I am waiting for Mom.

Her people were so nice to me.

They were always rubbing me and telling me

"You are so beautiful and good"

What girl would not love that?

I cried big, Big tears when they left.

I told Mom I was going to tunnel to Freja's house so she can come and play with me.

Love you all People.

Sadie

noreply@blogger.com (La Mc Coy) — Mon, 13 Jul 2015 19:50:00 +0000

This is my Friend

Sadie

She lives in Chicago with my good friend Katina.

Her Grandson tells us about Sadie.

Read below Sadie's smiling face.

Sadie is a five year old pit-bull.

She is obedient to commands.

She is gentle and loving, unless she chases squirrels.

She loves playing with children and rolling on the floor with them.

Never bites them, even when they put their hands in her mouth.

She loves walks, hot weather, and sunbathing in the patio.

She gets very excited when she gets her cheese treat but she also loves peanut butter spread on her kongball. By, Constantine.

She looks like she wants to take a nap.

Fine future Canines.

Grow up buddies so we can have some fun!

Love you my People.

Mom has been found.

noreply@blogger.com (La Mc Coy) — Wed, 06 May 2015 17:00:00 +0000

Last week I mentioned

To a few of you

My People

That Mom was missing.

Dad found her and brought her home late one evening.

She was a little harried but mostly OK.

If you People see her out wandering about

Please bring her back.

I have her pretty well trained to feed and water me.

She let's me out and plays with me.

While she was gone my brother and sister were here with me.

We have a lot of fun and do things we can never tell Mom about.

Still, I sorta miss Mom.

Love you my People.

Mom is very sad.

Out

noreply@blogger.com (La Mc Coy) — Mon, 23 Mar 2015 16:20:00 +0000

I was just thinking......

Well actually I was thinking......

Hey!

Let's go OUT!

Leafy things

noreply@blogger.com (La Mc Coy) — Mon, 09 Mar 2015 16:41:00 +0000

Look at these leafy things

My dad got me.

I am not sure what I am to do with

But he is excited about them.

Something about Fruit trees.

Do I like Fruit?

Ill ask Mom.

She knows these things.

Multi tasking

noreply@blogger.com (La Mc Coy) — Mon, 02 Mar 2015 18:05:00 +0000

I was very busy announcing to all my doggie buddies

That I was coming out.

Mom stopped me.

There was a man talking on a cell phone across the street.

He had his back to us holding a red leash.

His doggie was sniffing a bush.

Soon the man bent over

And collected an easter egg

in a blue bag.

Then he picked up his coffee cup from the street.

Mom and Dad were roaring in laughter.

I did not get what was so funny.

All I could figure out was

The Doggie was spending way too much

Time sniffing only one bush.

Freja & Hedge hog

noreply@blogger.com (La Mc Coy) — Mon, 16 Feb 2015 15:50:00 +0000

This is my final picture in this Freja series.

I had mom save it for last.

This is my buddy Freja enjoying the great outdoors.

She had a Hedge hog friend.

I think i can smell him in the upper right paw corner.

What do you think?

Maybe Freja will tell us.

What is with Mom?

noreply@blogger.com (La Mc Coy) — Wed, 04 Feb 2015 18:26:00 +0000

My People,

Please tell me what is up with Mom?

Everyday while she Gulps coffee and taps on the computer

I sit quietly beside her ready to write.

I have been waiting for three days.

I feel so much better when my writing is complete for the week

And

I can get back to doggie stuff like Barking at Birds,

Keeping the neighbors stepping lively past me,

Doing my yoga.

Enjoying cool winter weather while on patrol

And

Napping in the sun beams.

Well Ok.

She is accepting Dictation now.

I am going to do my yoga.

Love you people.

I knew you would know what to do.

noreply@blogger.com (La Mc Coy) — Mon, 26 Jan 2015 19:08:00 +0000

She has a lot of green around her.

Thank you Freja!

Egg-Cited

noreply@blogger.com (La Mc Coy) — Mon, 19 Jan 2015 15:59:00 +0000

Mom said I am

Eg-Cited.

What could she possibly mean by that?

Freja

noreply@blogger.com (La Mc Coy) — Mon, 12 Jan 2015 19:05:00 +0000

This is another picture of my good buddy

Freja.

Mom showed me this picture and

I sniffed it for a while.

I decided this is

Freja

Telling her dad to turn done the Tele

So she can take a nap.

You people get really loud sometimes.

Freja with Santa 2015

noreply@blogger.com (La Mc Coy) — Mon, 05 Jan 2015 14:16:00 +0000

My good Buddy

Freja

Sent a photo story from Sweden.

I will share them this month on the blog.

Mom had me study this photo.

I decided it was

Freja

Telling Santa Clause

What her people family

needed for

Christmas.

Freja has a good heart!

Oh yes,

Mom said to say

Happy New Year

My People.

Party Hat

noreply@blogger.com (La Mc Coy) — Mon, 15 Dec 2014 15:47:00 +0000

My Good Writing Buddy

Mr. William Pooh Hodges

(You see his picture above)

Atended a party in honor of his chief of staff,

Mrs. Hodges

In early November.

He promised to give his party hat away to a reader of his blog.

"The Cat who Writes."

I understand I was a favorite for the hat,

But Pooh could not make a final choice.

Mrs Hodges ended up sending out

Oodles of party hats to Pooh's readers.

It was so much fun getting your hat Pooh.

I smelled and sniffed the box.

I could smell you, but you never came out of the box.

I keep waiting for you to come over and play.

Today I sniffed the hat and it smells more like me than you now.

What? No Mom won't let me put it on.

For some reason she is convinced I might eat it.

Thank you Pooh and Mrs Hodges.

This is Pooh's Blog address.

Hop on over and visit him.

Mrs Hodges blogs here.

I like it when Mom reads her blog to me.
