The median sales price for homes in Orlando FL for Apr 10 to Jun 10 was $103,000 based on 4,054 home sales. Compared to the same period one year ago, the median home sales price decreased 14.1%, or $16,900, and the number of home sales increased 30.6%.
There are currently 5,695 resale and new homes in Orlando on Trulia, including 7 open houses, as well as 11,406 homes in the pre-foreclosure, auction, or bank-owned stages of the foreclosure process. The average listing price for homes for sale in Orlando FL was $246,023 for the week ending Jul 14, which represents a decrease of 5%, or $12,850, compared to the prior week.
