There is no such thing as "Ralph's Florida Assembly". While we appreciate the former service of Ralph Moore as Florida Coordinator, our Assemblies are public government institutions and any "honorarium" is not applicable. Ralph has retired from his positions with The Florida Assembly and new Coordinators have stepped forward into the gap. That is the actual status. There is only one Florida Assembly and it is in the same status as all other Assemblies -- seated in the General Assembly and in Session.

Rumors that the Provost Marshals Service somehow approved or certified State Assembly elections in Ohio and Tennessee are distorted and untrue. The Provost Marshals are Military Police and have no such role. The rumor is most likely based on reports concerning an investigation conducted by the Provost Marshal's Office and unofficial feedback affirming that our Assemblies are recognized as de jure government bodies.

Thanks a lot; we already know that.

Moving on --- all Assemblies will without exception designate someone in their Militia organization to act as liaison with the Federation's Peacekeeping Task Force.

During Hurricane Helene our rescue teams were hindered in their operations and at one point an armed stand-off with FEMA employees occurred --- all for lack of the coordination that the PKTF is designed to provide.

There is a problem coordinating search and rescue, disaster relief, and jurisdictional authorities during crisis situations and we have the means to correct that. We would be stupid to continue without solving this and we have the means to solve it --- the PKTF.

Remember the only purpose of government: to protect the people and their assets.

That's why the PKTF exists.

Having a designated contact person and having a good working relationship with PKTF before a disaster strikes is only common sense.

Please make haste and forward the name and contact information for your liaison to PKTF via their website. Don't delay.

All Assemblies and all Assembly members are reminded that we have to work together in common cause for our mutual protection and benefit. We don't have to like or trust each other personally. Let it be known:

The Federation of States is not the "Federal Government". It is the Delegator of the Enumerated and Mutual Powers delegated to the Federal Subcontractors you are familiar with.

The Federal Government that you know has been run by foreign Subcontractors of our actual Government for decades. There is and has long been considerable friction with the practices and presumptions of these governmental services providers who have often not met their obligations to the Federal Constitutions.

The American Subcontractor, the American Federal Republic, that is supposed to be providing us with services at this level of the government, and which is supposed to be functioning under The Constitution for the united States of America, ceased operations in 1861.

The American Federal Republic can only be restored by action of the American States and the American People -- meaning the State Citizens of our State Assemblies claiming their birthright status as state nationals.

These State Citizens must be acting in their original capacity as state nationals and this action must come forth from State Assemblies acting on the land and soil jurisdiction of this country. It cannot be done by Americans operating in foreign capacities and acting as part of a foreign "citizenry" resident in our country.

In the absence and dormancy of the American Federal Republic, its delegated powers and responsibilities naturally return to the Delegator of those enumerated powers -- the Federation of States, and The United States of America Republic is presumed by Law in the interim awaiting State action.

The Federation of States in comparison to the Federal Subcontractors is American and exists at a totally different level in our government's structure. It is one of two (2) original unincorporated instrumentalities of the nation-states -- the Federation and the Confederation. It runs the American Government in international jurisdictions and, acting as the primary Holding Company, it delegated the mutually held "delegated powers" to the Federal Subcontractors in accordance with international treaties.

The Federation is the reason that Federal Service Providers are called "federal" but it is not synonymous with them. The Federation of States stands above the Federal Subcontractors it employs.

A pernicious and self-interested lie has been perpetuated to the effect that our people have all "voluntarily" registered -- as babies, no less -- to give up their nationality and waive their estates as Americans, in order to accept the status of British Territorial Subjects.

This is not true.

An additional pernicious and self-interested lie has been perpetuated by the same Parties, telling the world that our American Government, our People, and our unincorporated States and our unincorporated Federation of States are "missing" and "in interregnum" and the Federal Subcontractors don't know where we are.

That isn't true, either.

This is an attempt by these same Federal Subcontractors to bypass the actual American Government and continue to misrepresent this country and its people, continue to evade their obligations under the Federal Constitutions, and continue to pretend that our government is in interregnum more than five (5) years after our State Assemblies were summoned into Session.

All fifty (50) of these State Assemblies promptly assembled and are functioning in General Assembly now and all members of our State Assemblies have provided their provenance and declared their birthright standing on the land and soil of this country.

There is no mistake about any of this. It is immediately verifiable.

Continued attempts to enforce unconscionable and undisclosed citizenship contracts against Americans must cease.

Pretensions by our Federal Subcontractors pretending to be us and claiming any right to exercise our identity "for" us, including claims of copyrights to our Given Names, must cease.

The Americans who claim their nationality from their nation-states are still here and answer to their demonyms as, for example, Texans, Wisconsinites, and Californians. We know who we are and despite British breach of trust and skullduggery purloining undisclosed "birth registrations" we remain Americans without obligation to unconscionable Third Party contracts executed "for" us while still babies in our cradles or undisclosed feudal pledging to any flag or foreign government solicited by our erring Federal Subcontractors.

The Depository Trust organizations that received our assets need to disgorge them back to the actual owners without delay or obfuscation and a process to do this that includes full recognition of the identity of the owners as Americans --- not British Territorial or Roman Municipal citizens --- must be put in place and publicized so that everyone in this country can obtain remedy.

Funds owed to our American Government need to be returned to our United States of America Republic Treasury without delay. All gold sent offshore for "safekeeping" must be returned to our control and all "boxes" drawn on American assets must be redeposited with us.

All American Legacy Trusts and Heritage Trust assets must be returned to the stewardship of our actual government and to our Fiduciary Office without delay.

What is ours is simply ours, regardless of any dishonorable and illegal and immoral "latching" activity by the British Crown Corporation and its Officers and Franchises --- or any similar illegal takings initiated by the Holy Roman Empire and its City of Rome subcontractors.

This situation has to be addressed by the courts that attempted to provide settlement in the dark and new orders generated in view of the actual situation.

All fifty (50) States of the Union have been properly recognized and enrolled by the pre-Civil War State Assemblies as of October 1st 2020, retroactive to the day they entered "territorial statehood".

Americans who are currently serving in foreign service capacities including members of the U.S. Military or Federal Civil Service can receive back their American estate assets upon leaving those services and re-establishing their birthright nationality and political character.

It seems this AI engine can recognize the truth when many so called Catholics don't. It took a while to get this artificial intelligence engine to find the truth, but if you read to the end you will see that it finally figured the whole thing out.

International Public Notice: Do It Yourself Armageddon

Some years ago, the Zionists -- members of a uniquely Jewish political party -- representing itself as part of the World Jewish Congress, which is their "world government" -- decided to stage a do-it-yourself Armageddon to in their words: "finish Christianity".

They figured, from their point of view, that Christianity is just an aberration of Jewish history, so why not "fulfill" the Christian narrative and do away with it once and for all?

Cut to the chase, get to the good part where a Jewish God and a Jewish Prince/Rabbi sits on the throne and rules the whole world in peace and justice?

From a Zionist perspective, that is the End Game of Christianity, so why not fulfill it? Just knuckle down, create a recognizable fulfillment of all the Christian expectations --- and kill it by fulfilling it?

This is how and why Do-It-Yourself-Armageddon makes sense.

We have spoken about this on numerous occasions, but in a world contorted with chaos and "warring" beliefs and all sorts of crazy groups pushing all sorts of agendas, it's easy to lose track of one among the many.

Still, day by day, ever since the September 11 "holocaust" sacrifice, this particular group has made steady progress, knocking out the observable fulfillment of one prophecy after another in real time.

First, it was the Cedars and Sycamores prophecy during the reconstruction after the Twin Towers disaster, followed by a string of other such fulfillments, which we've documented as a running score card in the years since then.

And they've just knocked off two more.

Trump has been awarded a Silver Crown, but is it the crown of the Jewish Messiah (we reported these claims without confirmation) or is it a different crown that just happens to be made of silver?

Some folks didn't quite get the importance of Donald Trump being given a Jewish crown, or the implications this has as fulfillment of specific New Testament prophecy as well as Old Testament prophecy.

"And a crown was given to him...." Revelations 6:2

And who or what is the Beast, whose name or mark or number is required to be accepted by each person so that they may buy or sell?

Name or Mark or Number? Revelation 13:17.

The name of the Beast recorded in the Bible is "quercen" which means "little horn" which translates as "coronet" a form of ancient trumpet.... known as a "trump".

So did the Zionist Party members of the World Jewish Congress solicit Donald Trump to help them in their Do-It-Yourself-Armageddon plan because he had the right name?

He's certainly the only world leader who has a "mark" --- as in personal trademark.

After viewing this, enquiring souls will already be wondering what Donald Trump's number is. That depends on which gematria system you are using.

The one favored by the Greeks and Romans renders the alpha-numerical value of "Trump" as the number 9.

The Chaldean system renders it as the number 34, which reduces to 7.

The Hebrew system renders it either 330 or 1050, and in both cases, it reduces to 6.

For our purposes -- discerning the number of the Do-It-Yourself-Armageddon Beast, the correct system to reference is the Hebrew Gematria. And the correct answer is 6.

What happens when you apply "6" across three international jurisdictions, air, land, and water?

666.

Lions and tigers and bears.

Of course, they had to draft Trump to play the role of the prophesied Jewish Messiah ---who is also the Beast in scripture, and the Number Two Man in the Unholy (Secular) Trinity.

Conventional Biblical scholarship imagines there being three separate men in the Unholy Trinity, but what if that assumption is wrong? What if Trump is playing all three? Air, Land, and Sea?

For now, everyone needs to keep their ears perked and eyes open, because this particular narrative has a lot of money and a lot of organizational strength behind it, and it has made steady progress toward its goals over the course of decades.

If by their own efforts they succeed in fulfilling all these ancient prophecies, the Zionists will be in position to proclaim the end of Christianity by staging its fulfillment.

And what could the Christians say to that?

Of course, there are other narratives in the offering.

There are those who believe this is all being ultimately orchestrated by the Romans in the Roman Catholic Church, people who want to wrap up the western religions as we have known them and methodically destroy and replace them all with a single pagan religion.

There are those who believe that Donald Trump is playing the Zionists like a fiddle, and that he is just setting things up to have Muslim collaborators destroy Israel while biding his time, waiting to expose the dastardly plot to destroy Christianity and rule the world.

If so, we'd suggest getting a move on.

The last man who was going to expose it, JFK, died before he could do so.

Granna Bytes: The New You, The New Timeline

Have you ever imagined different versions of yourself?

A stronger, better, more courageous you?

A more successful, better loved, more secure you?

A more prosperous you?

The time to imagine this is now, because you have entered a new timeline and the men and women you "could have been" are ready to live now.

It doesn't matter how old, beat up, exhausted, scared, miserable or sick you are.

The Creator of the ever-expanding morphogenic information field says he will give you back the years the locusts have eaten.

What he says he will do, he will do.

You have a whole new lease on life. Sweet freedom beckons.

I know so many men who are lost in a miasma of regret, including men in my own life, whose eyes linger on their losses, who aren't looking at what is left for them to enjoy.

Shift your focus.

There is a younger man, near and dear to my heart, a veteran who was traumatized, injured, and who came home to an empty house. His wife left him and she even took the dog.

He loved his wife completely. Deeply. Even imagining a life without her at the center of it was unbearable. Impossible. Yet, she left without a word, filed for divorce, and was gone.

The dog she had taken to the pound and it had been euthanized before he got home.

He came into my life as a shattered man, broken, confused, restlessly clenching and unclenching his fingers, staring into space, unable to focus for more than a minute or two on the threads of any conversation. He kept saying he couldn't make any sense of it.

And he needed to make sense of it. That much was clear.

One afternoon I gave up any attempt to talk to him and just sat beside him. He seemed to sense that something had changed. I wasn't going to put a gloss on it anymore.

After a moment or two, I reached out and held onto his fingers, pausing their restless movements. He looked up at me as if I had startled him.

"You don't know who you are anymore, do you?"

He shook his head. I nodded. Been there. Done that.

"You can't go back to the man you were before, and you can't imagine going forward without her. Does that sum it up?"

He paused, considering, and finally nodded.

"Well, then, it's time for a new you."

I stood up and gently pulled him up after me. We stood face to face for a moment, eye to eye, then I turned him gently toward a mirror I kept in the office for exactly this purpose, and more or less forced him to look at himself.

Half his face was untouched, the visage of a tow-headed youth. The other side of his face was gone despite reconstructive surgery. It had been blown clean off by a roadside bomb in Afghanistan.

"You see this man here," I said calmly, "I love him. You have to learn to love him, too."

"You have to love him," I continued, "because he's a good man. Because he's bright and honest and brave, because he has so much to give and so many dreams to live."

"How can you say that?" he whispered.

"Because it's true and I wouldn't say it otherwise. Your wife was a coward, but you're not. You've got what it takes, and you are going to make it."

He nodded, but I could tell it was just a wing and a prayer thought.

I took his hand, the one with only three fingers.

"Come on. We've got a surprise for you."

Still holding his hand, I led him out on the deck and introduced him to a one-eyed Golden Retriever. The dog had been injured and surrendered to a pet rescue organization. Nobody had adopted him, but my friend took one look and understood.

It was dog love at first sight.

Three months later he met a young lady at a dog park. She didn't look sideways or turn away, not from him or his dog. Life began again. They got married a year afterward.

He's a different man, but he's a happy man, and he is loved in a way that we would all wish to be loved --- loved for himself, not for appearances, but for who he really, truly is.

We all need to love ourselves, as is.

We all have to look in that mirror.

We all have to know that as long as we are breathing, there is still more to see and do and become.

Looking back, he told me, he wouldn't have missed a minute of the journey he's been on since that day in my office.

He and the dog both wear black eye-patches and look like rascally pirates.

It's easy to see how handsome he was, and feel how handsome he still is.

His wife looks at him like he is the only object in her universe.

His first wife didn't have the courage to deserve him, but the second one got it.

So now they both have the rock bottom security of knowing that they are truly loved and can never be unloved again, no matter what happens, life, death, or roadside bombs.

Stop being focused on what you've lost or regret-- health, wealth, youth, relationships -- whatever you regret or worry about.

Learn to love what you have left. Accept the change -- the new timeline, the new you

Granna Bytes: The Weight I Carry

Most people could not imagine the weight I carry or all the work I do, and they would not be able to do it. Literally. We ran a functional analysis of my office functions several years ago and found out that it would take three people to replace me.

Am I bragging? No.

I am telling you this so that you know that I have been shaped, forged in God's refining fire, for the purposes of my mission. I have been toughened and trained and stressed and endlessly challenged, deliberately overloaded on a chronic basis for years and years, until the weight has become familiar and I have become strong enough to bear it.

My heart has been broken, not once, but over and over again, in different ways. I have been rejected, disrespected, and betrayed. I have been robbed by my own employees. I have been beaten. I have lived under constant threat.

I have endured true poverty -- material poverty, poverty of spirit, lacking any kind of security in life. I have known loneliness and stood absolutely alone; I have been empty as a paper sack. I have lost my loved ones. I have lost my home. All justice has been denied me.

Evil people have schemed against me. Jealous people have tried to undermine me. Clueless people have made assumptions about me. Gossips have endlessly talked about me. Cruel slanders and labels have been heaped upon me.

Still, I have stood against the evil in myself -- my "ego". Still, I have stood against the evil in the world and the devil's minions. Still, I have aligned with the Truth and found my courage sufficient.

It has not been easy. Not at all.

I have paid the cost to be the Boss.

Recently, there have been people who thought they could replace me. They tried to grab my place and fill my space, offering themselves as a substitute.

But....

The weight was crushing. The swords they faced were terrifying. They were utterly, utterly overwhelmed and they collapsed in a little heap. Nobody came to rescue them. They were confused.

I made it look so easy.

Surely, if a great-grandmother can do it, someone much younger can do it better.

Surely, a Harvard MBA should have a better grasp than someone who never studied business.

It just makes sense, right?

She was completely out of her league, not understanding the most basic things, flattened like roadkill on life's superhighway, wondering what hit her --- and yet knowing that I hadn't taken any action against her at all.

No wonder she was bewildered.

I wasn't confused. I remained seated.

You can't replace someone who is forged.

I will continue on and fulfill every drop of my destiny before I go home, and so will each one of you who have stood in the Refiner's fire, you who have known loneliness and sorrow, who have suffered fear and confusion, who have gone hungry to bed, who have nursed your own broken heart and risen up to pay someone else's debts.

Yes, you know who you are.

Be of good cheer. You have stood the test. The future is yours.

This is for everyone, but maybe especially for those who are discovering -- many late in life -- that they are Earth Angels, and struggling to come to terms with what this means, what their mission may be, and how to better survive the harsh realities of this dense and violent world.

I can recommend developing and keeping a thick skin, because your inherent virtues and gifts will draw jealousy and suspicion and insults of various kinds throughout your life. Might as well teach yourself to act like a duck early on, let the slanders roll off and keep paddling.

I can also recommend keeping in touch with your own inherent spirituality. You were born connected to Source, despite all the amnesia caused by the descent into flesh, despite the distractions and loud noises of the unnatural world. Take and cherish a little time each day to just sit quietly and be open to receive and reflect, ask questions, and count blessings.

When I say, "Ask questions." --- I mean that literally, just as Yeshuah meant it when he told his followers to "Ask....Knock....Seek...." That's all literal.

If something is troubling you, you don't know what to do or what to believe about someone or some situation --- ask the waiting stillness. Out loud or in your mind, as the circumstance allows, just ask.

You can ask for the answer to any problem you can imagine, and then just sit back and be patient.

I have never asked a question and had to wait more than thirty days for an answer, but bear in mind that I tend to ask simply stated questions and if you want quick feedback, so should you.

The Unseen can be amazingly precise and complete when giving answers, but convoluted, multi-part questions are best broken up into several one-liners instead of lump-summed as one big run-on question.

Be open and ready to receive the answer. Don't try to fudge anything or direct the outcome. Just sit tight and be accepting. You won't always get the answer you want. Maybe Jimmy doesn't love you, after all.

But --- if you ask in good faith and wait and pay attention, you will always get an answer.

And if you are asking for something beyond just an answer to a question, if you are actually asking for something -- like a new job, for example, be careful what you ask for.

The Unseen has a great sense of humor.

In his bachelor days Shannon asked for a tall, leggy, redhead....and promptly received a puppy that turned into a tall, leggy.... redhead....dog.

Next, he decided to refine his approach and asked to meet a tall, leggy, redhead girl....

And wouldn't you know? Within a couple weeks, he met exactly such a person, who happened to be a lesbian blacksmith.

Be careful what you ask for and always leave it to the Unseen to use its wisdom in answering you.

I can't count how many times I asked for what I thought I needed and got something else that was exactly what I really needed and more than what I asked for.

Let yourself feel what you need when you ask for it.

If you have an empty space in your life, open it up, expose it. The Unseen loves to fill up your empty spaces with gifts you are too ignorant to ask for.

This has taught me to give thanks for all the blessings I am unaware of -- the disasters that didn't happen, the miracles I didn't notice, the love that silently slid into place without a word.

One of the common misconceptions about Earth Angels is that we are exalted in some way, but no, we had to humble ourselves to come here and we come on missions to serve.

It's rare when we are born into any exalted position or have any great wealth. We have to earn our ranks and what we go through humbles us.

We learn the lessons of pain and poverty and suffering, loneliness, injustice, confusion and hunger.

We learn how to heal, how to earn, how to comfort, how to be loyal, how to be fair, how to quiet confusion, how to fill all the nameless kinds of hunger.

In the end, we win our own kind of quiet wisdom.

You'll find us eating simple food and wearing common clothes. We'll be rescuing a stray animal or a stray person. We'll be mending a fence, cooking a meal, or maybe watching the sunset.

Come evening, we'll turn homeward and you will have to look sharp, because we look like everyone else.

If anything, we are a little softer, a little quieter, a little more dog-eared.

We most often carry a lantern, not a sword.

Even warrior angels are quick to bind up wounds and heal hurts, soft-spoken, and light on their feet.

Yes, there is something a little unearthly about us, a stubborn aura of peace that is hard to explain, a searching look as if we see beyond to some other sky.

Our presence is comforting, and people instinctively flock toward us, because they feel the love of the Creator stored up inside us.

They simply know that they can trust us.

We have a sixth-sense for danger and often unaccountably show up "just in time" to prevent an accident or render assistance right after something bad has happened.

We are likely to be that stranger on a lonely road who just happened to be there, the witness who scared off a would-be predator, the unknown hand that dropped a hundred dollars into a street musician's cup and vanished without a word.

There aren't that many of us, but somehow, our presence spreads out and covers the Earth, pokes into all the odd places, and discovers the roads and neighborhoods you can only find when you are in the right state of mind.

We are drawn to the secret holy places, the hidden waterfalls and artesian wells, the caves where crystals dwell, the oldest tree in a hundred miles.

Just before and just after rain you will find us, waiting for the first drops to fall, or breathing in the rain smell and the fresh Earth smell after a storm.

We gravitate toward ley lines and can always sense where they intersect and converge.

We can locate water the same way.

There are many such common traits and odd little gifts that Earth Angels generally possess, but through it all, the gift of healing is the golden thread.

Here is a favorite Earth Angel recipe. I call it "Winter Tea" but it's good all year round:

Winter Tea

1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh ginger root

1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh turmeric root

1-2 cinnamon sticks

1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns

1/2 teaspoon dry clove buds

6-8 cups fresh water

Bring to a slow steady simmer and simmer 10-15 minutes.

Strain tea into cup.

Add honey to sweeten.

Add a "float" of MCT oil or butter.

Milk or cream optional.

This tea is similar to Chai, but has no caffeine.

The black peppercorns make the turmeric 2000X more effective!

This tea will help your system clean out parasites, detox, tune up your metabolism, and rev your immune system. Doing it yourself using raw spices makes it stronger than any of the commercial brands of spice tea on the market and adds to the health benefits.

So there's another little piece of Earth Angel inheritance to carry with you and make your life easier when you are chilled to the bone, or just need a little boost.

International Public Notice: The Demonic Crowns

Ever wonder where "crowns" came from, and why we are currently engaged in a struggle with "the British Crown"?

Go back to the Roman Catholic Church --- not the Catholic Church, which simply means all churches devoted to Yeshuah's teachings -- no, specifically, the Roman Catholic Church allied with Rome, the City, and its Government.

This is a very important distinction between apples and oranges, or more like apples and beef jerky.

It is the Roman Catholic Church that developed the whole narrative of Peter, the Disciple, being the Bishop of Rome, and the Pope inheriting Peter's authority granted to him by Yeshuah.

It's the Roman Catholic Church in the person of Pope Boniface VIII that created the Unam Sanctam Trust, and from the Unam Sanctam Trust, the Roman Church developed the whole concept of "spheres of law" known as jurisdictions that mirror the natural world: Land, Air, and Water = LAW.

They also developed the system of Feudal Monarchy to rule over and help administer this floor to ceiling all-encompassing trust property that they claimed "for" Yeshuah, and conveniently, put themselves in charge of as middlemen.

This is how and why the Popes started handing out "crowns" and conducting "coronations" throughout Europe. These ceremonies were designed to elevate the recipients of these crowns to a position of "secular holiness" (yet another oxymoron) and establish their authority and Church-approved right to rule over the populations of their respective countries.

This is where the entire "divine right of kings" concept comes from, and far from some evil notion that individual kings or queens promoted, it is the logical outcome of the entire practice of the Roman world's chief holy man, the Pope, giving out these crowns in the first place.

The authority of the kings and queens (and their nice little head cap) came from the Pope and the Pope was considered divine, so, there's your origin of the "divine right" of kings.

At the same time that the Pope (or his representative, say, the Archbishop of Canterbury, who is supposed to be Protestant, but isn't thanks to King Henry VIII) settled his crown on the royal noggins, he also gifted his faithful "secular stewards" with other "tokens" ---- a scepter, and and orb.

The scepter symbolizes rule over the sea jurisdiction allotted to each country, and the orb symbolizes rule over the air jurisdiction of each country. Thus, these secular minions of the Pope acquired a full slice of dominion over land, air, and water -- and the Pope gained control over the kings and queens via their coronation vows and their acceptance of his crown, scepter, and orb.

It was a great way to get secular muscle to implement sacred orders, and also grease the wheels for endless high level business deals between the "kingdoms" thus created, and the Roman Catholic Church that, in a de facto sense, owned all these kingdoms through the kings and queens acting as secular proxies.

You can observe all this history directly, though nobody discusses it and nobody teaches it in school. I just observed it for you, and now that you have seen it, you can't unsee it.

Along with this organizational framework the feudal system reached down below the level of the kings and queens to the lesser nobility and the common people via a system of "pledging".

The nobles pledged their loyalty, service, and material goods to the king, the common people also pledged their loyalty, service, and material goods to the king and accepted the authority of his representatives, the nobles --- and at the end of the day, the king had already pledged his loyalty, service, and material goods to the Pope.

Thus, everything under the pledging system in Europe was nicely tied up, wrapped, and delivered to the Pope who ruled as the absolute Ruler (along with the Roman Curia) of the known world.

The land jurisdiction was primary and the basis by which dominion over the associated sea and air space was acquired: if you got the crown, you got the rest of it, too.

Each jurisdiction in this system has its own form of government. Land resulted in kingdoms. Sea resulted in monarchies. Air resulted in empires.

Each form of government has its own associated form of law, so, we have Law of the Land, Law of the Sea, and less famously, Law of the Air -- Secular and Canon.

Over time, people being what they are, separate crowns were developed for each jurisdiction, and separate scepters and orbs, too.

The crown, scepter and orb of the British Monarch (sea jurisdiction) are separate from the crown, scepter, and orb of the English King, and again, separate from the crown, scepter, and orb of "His Imperial Majesty" --- another title for "Emperor" acting in the air jurisdiction.

If we were to see "King Charles, the Third" in his full regalia as "His Britannic Majesty" it would be a fearsome sight. He would be wearing a twisted crown encrusted with jewels and forms of sea creatures, he would carry a trident-shaped scepter, and his orb would show the seas risen in bas relief above the land masses of the Earth. His robes would be very dark blue and black -- and there would be no doubt that this was a "demonic crown".

Why would the Sea Crown be "demonic"?

Because Satan was cast down into the Sea. This is the basis of Satan's dominion over the Earth, his home turf, the only environment dark enough, slippery enough, to hide his deceptions and cover his lies and deceits.

Obviously, one man, the Pope, couldn't personally oversee the entire world and all the jurisdictions of air, land, and sea, so the Pope privately chose among his loyal Archbishops two Helpers, euphemistically called the "Grey Pope" and the "Black Pope" to ride herd on two of the three jurisdictions for him--- and with respect to secular and material business affairs, the Roman Curia and various "Societies" were created as advisory and administrative bodies to do the actual work and report to the Pope as a bureaucracy.

The Roman Curia is the central governing body of the Roman Catholic Church. It functions under an ecclesiastical constitution known as the Praedicate Evangelium.

Today, the old congregations and pontifical councils have been dissolved into departments called "Dicasteries" -- a change that focuses on functions, like "the Dicastery for Communication", and further consolidates power in Rome, even though Lay persons and even women are now allowed to head Dicasteries, another change that ends a thousand years during which only Bishops could lead these organizational functions.

It should go without saying, but somehow doesn't, that this particular Church's relationship with the City of Rome has continued unabated since the Council of Nicea --- and this obvious, yet rarely commented upon relationship, essentially bypasses the Government of Italy and creates an additional separate enclave of secular power that reaches back to ancient times.

Thus, the Roman Catholic Church has its own version of Shadow Government and over time, this City of Rome Government, has progressed in tandem with the growth of the Church, and most recently has been organized as what is popularly called, "the Empire of the Cities".

All the cities we are familiar with, like the City of Washington, DC, are subsidiaries of the City of Rome corporation, which invested in and paid for the development of subsidiaries.

Ever wonder where the exhausted and impoverished former colonies got the money to hire Pierre L'Enfant, the Freemason Architect of Washington, DC, much less pay for the grandiose actual development of the Federal capitol city with its wide paved boulevards, central planning, and Roman-style public buildings?

Wonder no more.

This development and investment opportunity had been planned for at least a century before, when a prior village located in the same area was named "Rome" and identified as the prospective site for a new city development which we now call "Washington, District of Columbia".

The City of Rome was and still is a pagan entity and it has a pagan government with deep ties to the Roman Catholic Church -- but not the same religion, as demonstrated by the symbolism found throughout Washington, DC.

Notice the Five-Pointed Stars everywhere, the "owl" created by the Mall development -- clearly visible from the air, the sun rays of the boulevards extending out from the city center, the five-sided star fort shape of the Pentagon, the Roman fasces symbol -- a bundle of sticks tied together, representing judicial and executive power, the huge phallic symbol of the Washington Monument that stands reflected in the chalice of the pool set before it.

These are not Christian symbols. These are all pagan symbols of great antiquity, symbols so old that Ancient Rome inherited them.

This City of Washington, District of Columbia, honors the ancient sun-worship religion of the Flavian Roman Emperors, and the District itself is named for Semiramis, aka, Ashtoreth, Astarte, Isis, Cybele, Sybil.... Columbia.

So what happens when the Demonic Crown of His Britannic Majesty (sea jurisdiction) is mirrored to create the crown of His Imperial Majesty in the jurisdiction of the air? Another demonic crown that appears to be the mirror image of the Sea Crown.

You have to look sharp to tell the difference.

And what happens when this air jurisdiction crown appearing to be a sea jurisdiction crown bumps up against the authorities of the City of Rome? Then you have a Municipal Government spawned, and the creation of the Municipality of Washington, DC, defined as an "independent, international city-state".

This results in the British Crown Corporation functioning at the same level as the City of Washington Corporation, and when they both spawn Roman Municipal Corporations to administer the respective air jurisdictions, you have "an Empire of the Cities". Literally.

All of this is completely, utterly, wildly foreign to the American Government of this country, and reflects relationships, religions, and organizational patterns of the foreign Federal Government Subcontractors that are supposed to be here working under The Constitution of the United States of America and The Constitution of the United States, respectively.

The Roman Catholic Church is unavoidably stuck in the middle of this conundrum, because our Postal Union Treaties are with the Roman Catholic Church, and the Roman Catholic Church is allied with the City of Rome.

Read that: the Roman Catholic Church is partnered with the City of Rome Corporation, which is a Holding Company that owns the "independent" subsidiary known as the City of Washington, DC, which in turn, owns the Municipality of Washington, DC.

None of this is ever explained to the American People -- that is, our State Citizens who are the Principals responsible for enforcement of the Constitutions and Parties to those venerable service agreements-- and most of it is not allowed by either The Constitution of the United States of America or The Constitution of the United States, either one.

Thus, our Federal Subcontractors and their partners acting as their subcontractors, have been running rampant in Breach of Trust and violation of their "good faith service" obligations for over a hundred years, pretending that they don't know who we are or what they owe us.

The Governments attached to the City of Washington, DC, and the Municipality of Washington, DC, are strictly limited by our Constitutions to the District of Columbia --- and the City of Washington, DC, is supposed to be controlled by the members of our American Federal Republic Congress, or, in their absence, by our Holding Company, the unincorporated Federation of States doing business as The United States of America.

The development of a separate Municipality of Washington, DC, was not foreseen nor anticipated by our State Citizens when they adopted the Federal Constitutions, so, rebus sic stantibus, meaning, "as things stand" there is no basis for the presumption of any agreement to host any Municipal services or allow any Municipal corporation activities within the borders of the States of the Union.

The British Subcontractors have gotten away with violating this contractual obligation by pretending that they are hiring the Municipal corporations to serve them and their "citizenry" and are trying to redefine this citizenry to include all the Americans via false registration of American babies as British Territorial U.S. Citizens who all just happen to use our Given Names without our knowledge or permission.

The British Scheme, aided and abetted by their City of Rome counterparts, which we call The Great Fraud, is worthy of the Father of All Lies.

They have misrepresented their Employers, the American People, as their employees.

They have misrepresented an illegal mercenary conflict and called it The American Civil War -- and falsely invoked conventions of war to justify the collection of war reparations and allow their illegal mercenary occupation of our country for over 160 years.

They have contrived to establish cities and municipalities in the States of the Union and used these foreign entities to replace unincorporated American Counties as "our" local government.

They have established State Trusts to commandeer and control our land assets and used these "land trusts" that we never authorized as collateral assets for them to borrow against.

They have set up a set of state-of-state organizations, one a British Crown Corporation and one a Roman Municipal CORPORATION, in each State of the Union to replace our American State of State organizations --- thus, instead of having one American entity called The State of Alaska, we have a British Territorial franchise corporation calling itself the State of Alaska (Incorporated) and a Roman Municipal franchise calling itself the STATE OF ALASKA (INCORPORATED).

They have, under conditions of deceit and non-disclosure, purloined false registrations of American babies as British Territorial U.S. Citizens, and sought to create foreign citizenship obligations for Americans using these unconscionable contracts.

They have enforced these impersonations and unconscionable citizenship obligations using their own corporation's internal tribunals and their own officers as judge, jury, and executioners.

The Roman Municipal Corporations organized as Municipalities and Boroughs have similarly created corporation franchises named after the victims of the British scam noted above and used similar practices to create and enforce bogus estate trust interests for these non-existent British Persons named after living Americans.

The British Crown Corporation and the Roman Municipal Corporations have colluded together to disinherit, discredit, denigrate, and defraud their American employers and have used legal chicanery in the form of false registrations imposed on babies and undisclosed enrollments to do it -- all while owing these same people "good faith service".

Americans have been progressively defrauded and disinherited by these ruffians in suits and robes: first, the American baby is targeted and deliberately misidentified as a British Territorial U.S. Citizen and his or hers -- American birthright estate is "deemed" by the Perpetrators to be "waived" and entered into a public trust administered by themselves. A new "Estate" as a British Territorial Person operating under an identical Given Name is created.

This brand new Legal Fiction Person being used to impersonate the American baby is defined as a Warrant Officer in the British Merchant Maritime Service known as a "Taxpayer", and then, this Person is declared missing, presumed lost at sea --- which provides the excuse for the Roman Municipal Corporation collaborators to establish a Roman Inferior Trust as a franchise corporation named after the American victim --- and self-administer that public "intellectual property trust" for the poor missing British sailor.

This is, self-evidently, an organized and collusive privateering and racketeering scheme which uses a variety of known bunko gambits -- (1) similar names deceits, (2) aggravated impersonation, (3) undisclosed and unconscionable false registrations and (4) coerced enrollments, (5) false pretense of war (Note: the so-called American Civil War was never declared by any Congress, did not involve the actual American States, and was never ended by any public peace process --- by definition, it was a mercenary conflict, not a war.), (6) impersonation of American judges, justices, and other public officials by British Territorial and Roman Municipal employees, (7) substitution schemes involving mirroring a known public institution or organization by a foreign corporation using the same or very similar name -- for example, substituting a British Territorial corporation franchise calling itself "the State of Illinois" (Incorporated) to replace the unincorporated American Confederate State known as The State of Illinois.

This crime spree has led to over a century and a half of asset stripping American natural resources, unlawful conscription and press-ganging of Americans, false flag operations abusing our Title IV Flag, illegal and unlawful taxation schemes, illegal takings and confiscations, illegal latching and salvage operations in the jurisdiction of the sea, false claims of indebtedness foisted off on Americans by the actual British Territorial and Roman Municipal Debtors, illegal and unlawful securitization leading to peonage and enslavement of Americans, counterfeiting, substitution of foreign corporation tribunals using the names of American courts and impersonating these institutions, the illegal projection of unauthorized "powers" by these usurping corporations and their citizenries, such as non-existent "war powers" and "emergency powers" and "executive orders" misapplied to the American Public.

We clearly discern the Lies, the Schemes, the Fraud, the Coercion, the Breach of Trust, the Breach of Contract, the Base Criminality, and the total lack of character, honor, justice, and natural order involved in all of this. We are not deceived. We have not acquiesced to these circumstances and lies told about us, nor have we voluntarily accepted the presumptions and impositions that our erstwhile foreign employees have settled on us.

We declare that our government, vested as it is in the living people of this country, never disappeared, was never in interregnum, and never stopped functioning, never forgot its truth, its treaties, its contracts and covenants; nor did the American Government lose its identity as a sovereign instrumentality and unincorporated embodiment of the living people and the free, sovereign and independent states it represents.

The failure of the Confederation of States doing business as the States of America, and the concomitant failure of the American Federal Republic doing business as the United States, in no way prejudices the position of the States of the Union and the nation-states of this country. We are owed the same state immunity, the same absolute indemnity, and the same recognition of our sovereign powers that we have always been owed.

We declare that when the Federal Republic operated by the States of America ceased to function under The Constitution for the united States of America, the powers delegated to it returned by Operation of Law to our Holding Company, our unincorporated Federation of States doing business as The United States of America, and the assets of the Federal Republic were therefore never "abandoned" and were instead deceitfully and violently withheld from the true owners under conditions of omitted notice and deceit.

The United States of America Federal Republic has always existed in the contemplation of Law and Justice from that moment when the original American Federal Republic ceased to have authority and support from the States of America --- the actual contract holder of The Constitution for the united States of America. Like dominoes falling, the failure of the Confederation meant the failure of the first American Federal Republic, and all powers delegated to both these organizations fell back into the natural possession of the Holding Company that delegated those powers in the first place.

The United States of America (Unincorporated Federation of States) delegated commercial powers to the Confederation (Articles of Confederation 1781) and the Confederation doing business as the States of America operated the Federal Republic under The Constitution for the united States of America from 1787 to 1861,

The dormancy of both the States of America and the original Federal Republic demanded the return of the delegated powers to the Delegating Authority by Operation of Law. In international jurisdiction that Delegating Authority was our unincorporated Holding Company doing business as The United States of America, and ultimately, those individual enumerated and delegated powers were material interests owed to our nation-states.

Our delegated Powers were not left on the table, available for the other foreign federal subcontractors to pick up like lost dice or to be claimed under false suppositions of abandonment, nor to be apportioned among themselves according to their own druthers.

As a matter of Law, every Principal involved in every Treaty and Alliance that was violated by this failure to disclose and return our assets, acted in Gross Breach of Trust; the self-interested British Crown Corporation and later, its Roman Municipal Corporation franchises have acted as Executors de Son Tort in the presence of the living heirs and their lawful American Government.

To administer the estate of a living man in his presence is a grotesque and repugnant and insufferable miscarriage of Justice and Natural Order that cannot be supported or condoned, especially in full view of the criminal activities that these same corporations have knowingly pursued and the misapplication of these same errors like a template or formula that has been used by the British Crown and the Roman Municipal authorities to wage mercenary wars for profit under color of law and to promote deliberate criminal misadministration of our assets to subject other sovereign nations and play the same or similar Dirty Tricks on them.

By lies, deceits, and omissions these criminal corporations have defrauded and sought to denigrate the American People. They have sought to violently suppress the lawful American Government and its Officers. They have abused our Title IV Flag to conduct mercenary "wars" for profit.

These corporations, these Legal Fictions, have misused and abused American resources, including our sons and daughters, to suborn and coerce and deprive other sovereign nations including England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Kenya, India, Germany, France, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, Hungary, Poland, Austria, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Japan, the Philippines, and dozens of others, most recently Libya, Lebanon, Qatar, Yemen and Iran ---- for profit and coercive power.

These corporations have sought to establish an unlawful and illegal worldwide monopoly on banking services, such that British Crown commercial banks operating in the international jurisdiction of the sea now control all aspects of banking services from the central banks that are engaged in illegal and unlawful commodity rigging activities that cannot be licensed by any act of legislation, down to so-called retail banks and credit unions offering accounts to people mischaracterized as franchises belonging to these same corporations.

They have substituted their own private bank scrip for national currencies and have aimed at worldwide domination down to the level of individual living people.

These corporations have violated the most basic conditions and requirements established to allow their existence. They must be dissolved and their assets and structures forfeited back to the sovereign nation-states and Lawful Governments they have misrepresented and undermined and offended.

A peaceable process to summon the lawful governments of the nation-states has been underway in this country since 2019 and has been engaged in many other countries since 2020. We fully recognize that these same referenced sins and errors have impacted the entire planet, and in seeking remedy, maintenance, restitution, and justice for ourselves we have pursued the same for all other nations and countries that have suffered.

We are calling for a systemic solution favorable to the living people of this planet, not only Americans.

The most urgent part of this solution is the return of all purloined land assets, public and private, set free of any legal presumptions based on the existence of associated land titles and municipal land descriptions.

The second most urgent part is the establishment of a prosperity-based banking and credit system to serve all Lawful Persons and living people. The bunko schemes herein described have resulted in there being virtually no land jurisdiction banks or truly private banks to serve the needs and interests of the living people and their Lawful Persons operating in international venues.

To fill that need several new land jurisdiction "lawful banking" initiatives have been developed to deploy asset-backed money and return credit assets owed to the living people of the world. We have spear-headed the effort to make this correction by establishing our "blue dot" banking network of bilateral banks and credit institutions.

We understand that British trade and commercial banks are uniquely designed and obligated to serve organized businesses, not the living people. We also understand that American Admiralty and Maritime Law and venerable Treaties still on the books, obligate these British Crown corporations to accept American Trade and Commercial Banks as independent members of their worldwide network of banks administered in the international jurisdictions of the sea.

To date, these banks, including but not limited to the Central Banks, have been illegally restricting trade and competition and failing to honor their treaty obligations guaranteeing free trade; they are openly dishonoring their contractual obligation to promote the free flow of interstate commerce in this country.

They have gone so far as to "debank" people who refused to misrepresent themselves as voluntary "Authorized Representatives" of non-existent British Territorial U.S. Citizens or equally non-existent Roman Municipal "citizens of the United States". More than $70,000 of credit has been illegally seized from accounts held in my Given Name by these run amok institutions and their parent corporations.

These British-affiliated banks have denied American Banks and Credit Institutions functioning under American Law access to routing numbers controlled by the "American" Banking Association, and have refused our simple bilateral bank treaty that would allow the free flow of both trade and commerce between the international jurisdictions of air, land, and sea.

This coercive monopoly inducement and Bad Faith seeking to monopolize banking services needs to be recognized as criminal and counterproductive; these refusals and coercive acts are in violation of our international treaties and their service obligations.

Banking is an occupation of common right. Access to competent and honest banking services underpins freedom itself, and it cannot be restricted and redefined to promote only one kind of banking in one limited jurisdiction, or reduced to two monopolies, one controlling asset-backed money and one controlling credit.

It is essential to the security and happiness of mankind that people retain control of in-the-hand money (cash and coin), have access to credit that their labor and trading activities have prepaid, and have a variety of banking services designed to smoothly and honestly expedite both trade and commerce.

Toward this end, we direct everyone's attention, goodwill, and immediate action.

At the Introit implore God's assistance and say, with the priest:

INTROIT Hear, O Lord, my voice with which I have cried to thee: be thou my helper, forsake me not, nor do Thou despise me, O god, my Savior. (Ps. XXVI.) The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? Glory be to the Father and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

COLLECT O God, who host prepared invisible good things for those that love Thee: pour into our hearts such a sense of Thy love, that we, loving Thee in all, and above all, may obtain Thy promises, which exceed all out desire: Through our Lord Jesus Christ Thy Son, who liveth and reigneth with Thee, in the Unity of the Holy Ghost, God, world without end, Amen.

EPISTLE (I Peter III. 8-15.) Dearly beloved, Be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, being lovers of the brotherhood, merciful, modest, humble: not rendering evil for evil, nor railing for railing, but contrariwise, blessing: for unto this you are called; that you may inherit a blessing. For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile. Let him decline from evil, and do good: let him seek?after peace, and, pursue it: because the eyes of the Lord are upon the just, and his ears unto their. prayers: but the countenance of the Lord upon them that do evil, things. And, who is he that can, hurt you, if you: be zealous of good? But if also you suffer any thing for, justice' sake, blessed are ye. And be not afraid of their fear, and be not troubled: but sanctify the Lord Christ, in your hearts.

How can and how should we sanctify the Lord in our hearts?

By practising those virtues which Peter here recommends, and which he so exactly describes; for thereby we become true disciples of Christ, honor Him and edify others, who by our good example are led to admire Christianity, and to become His followers. Moreover, we thus render ourselves more worthy of God's grace and protection, so that if for justice' sake we are persecuted by, wicked men, we need not fear, because God is for us and will reward us with eternal happiness.

ASPIRATION O good Saviour, Jesus Christ, grant that I may make Thy virtues my own; especially Thy humility, patience, mercy, and love; grant that I may practise them diligently, that I may glorify Thee, sanctify myself, and thus become worthy of Thy protection.

GOSPEL (Matt. V. 20-24.) At that time, Jesus said to his disciples: Except your justice abound more than that of the Scribesand Pharisees, you shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. You have heard that it was said to them of old: Thou shalt not kill: and whosoever shall kill, shall be in danger of the judgment. But I say to you, that whosoever is angry with his brother, shall be in danger of the judgment. And whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council. And whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire. If therefore, thou bring thy gift at the altar, and there thou remember that thy brother bath anything against thee, leave there thy offering befog a the altar, and go first to be reconciled to thy brother: and then coming, thou shaft offer thy gift.

In what did the justice of the Pharisees consist?

In external works of piety, in the avoidance of such gross vices as could not be concealed, and would have brought them to shame and disgrace. But in their hearts these Pharisees cherished evil, corrupt inclinations and desires, pride, envy, avarice, and studied malice and vengeance. Jesus, therefore, called them hypocrites, whitened sepulchres, and St. John calls them a brood of vipers. True Justice consists not only in external works of piety, that is, devotional works, but especially in a pure, sincere, self?sacrificing feeling towards God and man; without this all works, however good, are only a shell without a kernel.

How are we to understand that which Christ here says of anger and abusive words?

The meaning of Christ's words are:. You have heard that murder was forbidden to your fathers in the desert, and that the murderer had to be given up to justice: but I say to you, whoever becomes angry with his neighbor, shall be in danger of divine judgment, and he who with abusive words, such as Raca, Villain, gives vent to his anger, using expressions of contempt and insult, as fool, scoundrel, profligate, wretch, is more liable to punishment. These degrees of anger are punished in different ways by God.

Is anger always sinful?

No, anger is sinful only when we wish or actually inflict some evil to the body, property, or honor of our neighbor; when we make use of such insulting and abusive words as injure his character, provoke and irritate him. If we become angry at the vices and crimes of others, when our office or the duties of our station demand that we watch over the conduct of those under our care, to punish and correct them, (as in the case of parents, teachers, and superiors) then anger is no sin. When one through pure love of God, becomes irritated at the sins and vices of his fellowmen, like King David, or if one urged to wrong, repels the tempter with indignation, this is even a holy anger. Thus St. Gregory Says; "It is to be understood that anger created by impatience is a very different thing from anger produced by a zeal for justice. The one is caused by vice, the other by virtue." He, then, who becomes angry for justice' sake, commits no sin, but his conduct is holy and praiseworthy, for even our Lord was angry at those who bought and sold in the temple, (John II. 15.) Paul at the magician Elymas, (Acts XIII. 8.) and Peter at the deceit of Ananias and Saphira. (Acts V. 3.) Anger, then, to be without sin, must proceed from true zeal for God's honor and the salvation of souls, by which we seek to prevent others from sin, and to make them better. Even in this respect, we must be careful to allow our anger no control over our reason, but to use it merely as a means of doing good, for we are often apt to take the sting of anger for holy zeal, when it is really nothing but egotism and ambition.

Why must we first be reconciled with our neighbor before bringing an offering to God, or undertaking any good work?

Because no offering or other good work can be pleasing to God, while we live in enmity, hatred, and strife with our neighbor; for by living thus we act altogether contrary to God's will. This should be remembered by all Christians, who go to confession and holy Communion, without forgiving those who have offended them, and asking pardon of those whom they have injured. These must know that instead of receiving absolution for their sins, they by an invalid confession are guilty of another sin, and eat their own judgment in holy Communion.

How should reconciliation be made with our neighbor?

With promptness, because the apostle says: Let not the sun go down upon your anger. (Eph. IV. 26.) But if the person you have offended is absent, says St. Augustine, and you cannot easily meet him, you are bound to be reconciled to him interiorly, that is, to humble yourself before God, and ask His forgiveness, making the firm resolution to be reconciled to your enemy as soon as possible. If he is accessible, go to him, and ask his forgiveness; if he has offended you, forgive him from your heart. The reconciliation should be sincere, for God sees into the heart; it should also be permanent, for if it is not lasting, it may be questioned if it was ever sincere. On account of this command of Christ to be reconciled to our enemies before bringing sacrifice, it was the custom in ancient times that the faithful gave. the kiss of peace to one another at the sacrifice of Mass, before Communion, as even to this day do the priests and deacons, by which those who are present, are admonished to love one another with holy love, and to be perfectly reconciled with their enemies, before Communion.

ASPIRATION O God, strike me not with the blindness of the Pharisees that, like them, I may seek to please man by my works, and thus be deprived of eternal reward. Banish from my heart all sinful anger, and give me a holy zeal in charity that I may be anxious only for Thy honor and for the salvation of my neighbor. Grant me also that I may offend no one, and willingly forgive those who have offended me, thus practicing true Christian justice, and become agreeable to Thee.

MEANS OF PREVENTING ANGER

The first and most effectual preventive is humility; for as among the proud there are always quarrels and contentions, (Prov. XIII. 10.) so among the humble reign peace, meekness and patience. To be humble, meek, and patient, we must frequently bring before our minds the example of Christ who did not sin, neither was guile found in His mouth, (I Peter II. 22.) yet suffered great contradictions, many persecutions, scoffs and sneers from sinners, without threatening vengeance to any one for all He suffered; He say's to us in truth: Learn of me, because I am meek and humble of heart. (Matt. XI. Z9.) A very good preventive of anger is to think over in the morning what causes will be likely to draw us into anger at any time during the day, and to arm ourselves against it by a firm resolution to bear all with patience and silence; and when afterwards anything unpleasant occurs, let us think, "What will I effect by my anger? Can I thereby make things better? Will I not even make myself ridiculous and injure my health?" (for experience as well as holy Scripture teaches, that anger shortens life.) (Eccles. XXX. 26.) Finally, the most necessary preventive of anger is fervent prayer to God for the grace of meekness and patience, for although it seems difficult and almost impossible to our nature to be patient, by the grace of God it becomes not only possible, but even easy.

INSTRUCTION ON SACRIFICE
Offer thy gift. (Matt. V. 24.)

In its wider and more universal sense sacrifice comprehends all religious actions by which a rational being; presents himself to God, to be united with Him; and in this sense prayer, praising God, a contrite heart, charity to others, every good work, and observance of God's commandments is a sacrifice. Thus the Holy Scriptures say: Offer up the sacrifice of justice and trust in the Lord. (Fs. IV. 6.) Offer to God the sacrifice of praise. (Ps. XLIX. iq..) Sacrifice to God is an afflicted spirit; a contrite and humble heart, O God, thou wilt not despise. (Ps. 1. 19.) It is a wholesome sacrifice to take heed to the commandments, and to depart from, all iniquity. (Ecclus. XXXV. 2.) "Therefore," says St. Augustine, "every good work which is united in sanctity with God, is a true sacrifice, because it refers to the end of all good, to God, by whom we can be truly happy." As often, then, as you humble yourself in prayer before the majesty of God, when you give yourself up to God, and when you make your will subject to His divine will, you bring a sacrifice to God; as often as you punish your body by continency, and your senses by mortification, you bring a sacrifice to God, because you offer them as instruments of justice; (Rom. VI. 13.) as often as you subdue the evil concupiscence of the flesh, the perverted inclinations of your soul, deny yourself any worldly pleasure for the love of God, you bring a sacrifice to God. Such sacrifices you should daily offer to God; without which all others have no value and do not please God, such as these you can make every moment, when you think, speak, and act all for the love, of God.

Strive then, Christian soul, to offer these pleasing sacrifices to God, the supreme Lord, and as you thus glorify Him, so will He one day reward you with unutterable glory.

Words of Encouragement from St. Athanasius

... to the early Christians of the 4th century who refused to accept the Arian heresy, Christians who had lost their Church buildings to the heretics, but Christians who kept the faith. In the 21st century, we are in a quite similar situation.
St. Athanasius was a Doctor of the Church. He lived from 296 to 373 A.D.

“May God console you! ... What saddens you ... is the fact that others have occupied the Churches by violence, while during this time you are on the outside. It is a fact that they have the premises -- but you have the apostolic faith. They can occupy our churches, but they are outside the true faith. You remain outside the places of worship, but the faith dwells within you. Let us consider: what is more important, the place or the faith? The true faith, obviously. Who has lost and who has won in this struggle -- the one who keeps the premises or the one who keeps the faith?

“True, the premises are good when the apostolic faith is preached there; they are holy if everything takes place there in a holy way ...

“You are the ones who are happy; you who remain within the Church by your faith, who hold firmly to the foundations of the faith which has come down to you from apostolic tradition, and if an execrable jealously has tried to shake it in a number of occasions, it has not succeeded. They are the ones who have broken away from it in the present crisis.

International Public Notice: Stupidity -- and a Reply to Kim Cooper

Stupidity is what happens when, for whatever reason, a living person fails to engage normal powers of observation and logic and discernment. I once knew a man who was stupid about math. Not because he was mentally deficient or incapable, but because of his prejudice against math. He didn't like it. He wouldn't learn it. Nothing would convince him otherwise. And that was that. Until he got a job he loved and he had to know calculus. Then, magically, he sat down and conquered Advanced Algebra and Calculus in less than three months. He stopped being stupid. He engaged his brain, his powers of observation, and his ability to discern truth.

One of our former California Assembly Members, Kim Cooper, is stupid-- and I told her so, so that is what she holds against me. Her pride. And she is just proving me right again. Unfortunately, she exhibits characteristics that are common today. Her indoctrination and the brain-washing behind it was so strong that a woman who is otherwise not mentally deficient in any way, could not comprehend basic concepts outside the framework of her basic indoctrination received as a child. Like the man who wouldn't learn math, Kim wouldn't learn history, law, or much of anything else from any perspective outside her indoctrination. She struggled and struggled and I kept speaking in plain English until one day, I lost patience and said something like, "Well, you're being stupid....that's why you can't understand this." She was highly offended and hurt, but she didn't understand that I wasn't insulting her basic intelligence. I was commenting on her level of Indoctrination.

So now she is running around trying to collect what she considers to be "facts" and then, she is interpreting those "facts" according to her skewed and crippled worldview and spewing them out to anyone who will listen, claiming all sorts of ignorant things about me and about my work, which she never understood in the first place.

Kim claims that I had an agreement with an "older man" concerning my house. I had no "agreement" with any older man concerning my house. I learned that the Municipal Government's "land description" of my land had been sold at a purported tax sale five years ago just a few days prior to their phony DISTRICT COURT action against a non-existent British Crown franchise operating under the name "Anna M Riezinger - Von Reitz" and a Municipal franchise doing business as "ANNA M RIEZINGER - VON REITZ"

Have any of you ever seen me use that name? No, because it's not my name and I don't recognize it. My name, officially, is Anna Maria Riezinger -- only, and I went to court to make sure that is a matter of their own public record. My pen name is Anna von Reitz and I nailed that down separately, too.

Anna M Riezinger-Von Reitz is a "similar name" Daniel Applegate invented and used to promote False Claims in Commerce and illegal latching (salvage under False Pretenses). In a true Court of Law the use of a middle initial invalidates any claim or cause, simply because it is void for vagueness. Even worse, the use of a letter (M) inserted in a name --- which is what they did -- without any period following to indicate the presence of a name beginning with "M" that has been abbreviated, which is also what they did, renders the whole thing gobbledygook. But we are not dealing with or in a true Court of Law. We are dealing with a private bill collection agency, a franchise corporation, calling itself a "court" ---- "UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR ANCHORAGE ALASKA" (INCORPORATED).

Do I live in a corporation called ANCHORAGE ALASKA? No. Do I live in a corporation called MATANUSKA-SUSITNA BOROUGH? No. Do I live in a Municipality called ANCHORAGE? No. Do I live in a city called Anchorage? No. Do I live in "the State of Alaska"(Incorporated)? No. Or any franchise of the State of Alaska, Incorporated, called "Matanuska-Susitna County (Incorporated)"? No. Do I live in a corporation called ALASKA? No. Am I a Federal Employee or the Dependent of a Federal Employee? No. Does Uncle Sam send me a paycheck? No. Do I have any "Federal Income"? No. Do I have any foreign property held in a land trust? No. Do I owe any obligation to the British Crown? No. Do I owe any obligation to the Holy Roman Empire? No. Do I owe their courts any service? No. Do their courts have any right or reason to address me as if I owed them foreign taxes? No. Do their courts or franchises have any right to attach a foreign land description or title to my land? No. Have I ever signed or otherwise obligated myself to pay for any obligations established by "The Constitution of the State of Alaska" or the "State of Alaska Constitution"? No -no American acting as an American ever voted on or ratified this variously named "Constitution"; it was created, voted on, and ratified by Federal Employees living in Alaska and average Americans were not allowed to vote on it at all, then or now. Has their Sixteenth Amendment to their corporation's similarly named "constitution", "The Constitution of the United States of America (Incorporated)" ever been ratified by the States of the Union? No. Is Alaska a State of the Union? Yes, since October 1st 2020, and retroactively to January 3rd 1959.

I have never been a "citizen of the United States" and so, not being a Municipal citizen, I never voluntarily attached any Municipal land descriptions to my land and never owed any Municipal taxes, either. And I am on the Public Records of both parent corporations and the Third Judicial District making it very clear what my name actually is, the nature of my land claims, and my status as a peaceful non-citizen Wisconsinite. So Daniel Applegate and the "State of Alaska (Inc.) and the MATANUSKA-SUSITNA BOROUGH (INC.) all knew my correct name and how to get in contact with me, and never did; they all deliberately misaddressed me and have no excuse for it.

Everything that Kim Cooper alleges and claims to be true about me and my land and my situation and the courts and Daniel Applegate and Hunter Aki simply aren't true. These mental meanderings are the product of her indoctrination; she's being stupid again.

I am continuing the fight to collapse the whole British Crown system that Mr. Applegate works for, and am holding all these "COURTS" and banks accountable. Just as I have told everyone --- we can expend all our effort trying to put out brush fires and fighting bogus issues in their courts --- or we can go after the arsonists. I long ago chose to go after the arsonists, even if it is my own property and reputation being targeted by these Vermin.

Kim has announced with much fanfare that "ANNA HAS NEVER FILED ANY PAPERWORK WITH THE COURTS"----- So WHY, exactly, would I file any paperwork with THEIR courts? I purposely filed no paperwork and put in no appearance as "Anna M Riezinger -Von Reitz" or "ANNA M RIEZINGER -VON REITZ" either one. Why would I get caught up in fighting brush fires, when I have advised everyone else to go after the arsonists instead? Do you think I am joking? Or that I am a hypocrite? Of course, I haven't filed in their courts. I am not a fool. I deny any authority to their courts. I deny any jurisdiction to their courts. And the Burden of Proof that I ever owed them or their franchises operations as much as the sweat from my nose --- is on them, and still waiting to be demonstrated.

I may have been victimized by criminals pretending to have authority --- private police officers (Pinkertons) impersonating American public peacekeepers, but that is no different than anyone being accosted by groups of thugs or gangs on the street. Crips and Bloods have the same exact legal standing as State of Alaska Troopers, and the fact that the Troopers wouldn't believe me doesn't change that. The gangs have their colors and the Troopers have their uniforms. They are both engaged in assault with deadly weapons and armed robbery, it's just that the State of Alaska Troopers acting as Municipal Government Employees are acting under "color of law" --- the Crips and Bloods just do what they do without pretense.

The gangs are actually more honest.

Kim Cooper literally and repeatedly asked me the same questions and was not listening to the answers. She kept lapsing back into her own interpretations --- and I encouraged her to not do what stupid people do with new information ---- so she got mad and made more "stupid" interpretations. She has basically made all these conjectures about me and about reality, based on whatever she thought was gossip-worthy and according to whatever fit into her pre-existing indoctrination. She doesn't know what she doesn't know, and is stubborn in refusing to learn otherwise.

That's what I call stupid --- but please note that stupidity can be caused by many things unrelated to mental deficiency. Fear regularly renders bright people stupid. Habitual unexamined assumptions render people stupid all the time. Laziness can cause stupidity. Being startled can cause stupidity. Yes, simply being startled by an unfamiliar idea or insight can cause stupidity and often does. We have a built in cognition error that rejects new information, so you can't trust your basic reactions. If you don't want to be stupid, you have to "open your mind" and really grapple with new facts.

Kim Cooper did research my family roots in America, and found out that yes, I qualify as a Daughter of the American Revolution, if I want to pay $400 and go through the drill to join -- an option I haven't chosen, though I am grateful to her for her time and effort.

As for Kevin Annett, I criticized his work because it suddenly got very lopsided and there was no explanation why. He started out criticizing unexplained deaths and disappearances at his own church's residential schools --- Anglican, I think, a Protestant Church where he was a Clergyman --- and all of a sudden, he focused entirely on the Catholic Church instead. Hello? Is murder and abuse of children suddenly okay when Protestants do it? I wanted an answer. His focus made no sense to me. If you are going after crime, go after the crime.

What had happened was that in the interim, Kevin had discovered the source of the evil, had discovered it was institutionalized, and had turned his attention to that. That's all Kevin Annett ever had to explain to get my support, but I was not inclined to blindly support another Protestant-Catholic fight, when both were and had been accused of the same crime(s). I have supported him (look at the articles attached to his name) ever since he came clean about that part of it.

More stupidity. A Declaration is a diplomatic instrument and no, it is not directly impactful in any "District Court" or "DISTRICT COURT". It does, however, impact nationality, when a choice of nationality is at issue and when which form of law applies is at issue and also citizenship obligations --- like paying foreign taxes --- is at issue.

The only Americans who owe Federal Taxes, including property taxes, are Federal Employees or their direct dependents. Just like Spaniards don't owe Irish taxes. A Wisconsinite does not owe British Territorial taxes. A Wisconsinite does not owe Municipal taxes levied against "citizens of the United States", either.

Over 400 "federal" judges thus far have lost their jobs because of me; I am proud of that fact and I am coming for all of them that don't abide by and honor their service contracts, including the one that "processed" the case against my "presumed name". So who is laughing now? I want all the "district" courts now operating in the States of the Union returned to the District of Columbia where District Courts (and even more so, DISTRICT COURTS) belong.

That's what I am spending my time doing, for my own sake and everyone else's.

So that "stupid" people can finally see that, oh, it's official --- district courts don't belong in our states.

Period. At all.

Just ask yourselves --- do these government employees work for us, or do we work for them? If they don't work for us (they don't) who do they work for? Answer: the Pope and the British Monarch. So what are employees (whether they were born in America or not) of the Pope and the British Monarch doing here, swaggering around our States and telling us what to do, imposing their taxes on us, and impersonating us as if we were literally corporation franchises?

I will tell you what they are doing. They are committing crimes against us. They are impersonating us and are unlawfully, illegally and immorally subjecting us to foreign laws and foreign taxes, and illegally confiscating our assets for their own benefit. They are illegally occupying our country as mercenaries under color and pretense of law.

So, when I tell you that Kim Cooper is stupid, just as I told her, it isn't meant as an insult. It's meant as a comment on an ingrained mentality and unwillingness to face facts --- an indoctrination that is leading people to put up with institutionalized criminality and pretend that it is "justice".

As for the IRS and the Internal Revenue Service, both are foreign private bill collection agencies working for the Pope (IRS) and the British Crown (Internal Revenue Service) and the only people they are supposed to be collecting from are, again, Government Workers, Federal Employees, Federal Franchise Employees. If you don't get a check from Uncle Sam, they aren't supposed to say "Boo!" to you, and you have, demonstrably, no "federal income".

But just like the foreign judges, they have been allowed to run rampant, too.

Daniel Applegate, the Junior Woodchuck "Agent" from DOJ, made the presumption that "Anna M Riezinger-Von Reitz" was a Federal Employee/British Crown Franchise known as an "Individual" and that this Legal Fiction was in some way connected to me and to my assets, but, if Kim wants to grow a brain -- Mr. Applegate is either (1) no longer employed or (2) slated for removal, and he will be laughing as hard as those 400 "federal" judges.

I know who I am, and I know that I am not a Brit, not a Papist, not a Federal Employee, not a Federal Employee's Dependent, not any fictional corporation franchise named "Anna M Riezinger-Von Reitz", and not accepting any allegation otherwise. I am not a citizen and have no citizenship obligations. And that includes no foreign tax obligations.

Sooner or later, the truth always comes home, and God's Truth is coming home in this country right now.

When I told Kim Cooper that the Sixteenth Amendment to their Corporation's "Constitution" was never ratified by the States of the Union, she just stared and blinked like I was speaking fast and fluent Portuguese. This is what I mean by "stupid" --- the information is true, it's there, it's stated in plain English, but the person continues to stare at you with a blank expression. They are able to understand what you just told them. They could, if they applied themselves, look it up for themselves, and many people have done so, but those rendered stupid by cognitive dissonance react like bumpers in a pinball machine. The information goes in and bounces right back out. They don't control that automatic rejection reaction long enough to take in new information.

If the States of the Union didn't ratify this "Amendment" it is self-evidently not an Amendment to any Constitution that Americans are party to or obligated to obey.

And that turns out to be the case. The Corporation calling itself "The United States of America" (Incorporated) published a look-alike corporate "Constitution" for another corporation calling itself "the United States of America" (Incorporated) in 1868. They published it with no explanation or disclosure. At the time, people looked at it and said, "What's this? We already know what the Constitutions say....." By failing to disclose that it was a different kind of "Constitution" for a foreign corporation merely calling itself by two different similar names mirroring American unincorporated businesses, the Perpetrators committed deliberate self-interested constructive fraud -- a scheme known as "mirroring" -- in Breach of Trust and Bad Faith against their American Employers, and that fraud remains actionable today, and diplomatic action is precisely what I have taken and am taking.

To be specific, Scotland is responsible for "The United States of America (Incorporated)" registered in Scotland in 1868, which was the publisher of "The Constitution of the United States of America (Incorporated)" and which applied to another foreign corporation, the "United States of America (Incorporated)" that was registered in the British Territorial "State of Delaware" and in the British Commonwealth nation of Puerto Rico.

The rest of the Americans aren't stupid. We have merely been misinformed and denied disclosure that is and was always required to justify any claim of commercial acceptance or accommodation in trade. As the Roman Civil Law maintains by Maxim --- "Let him who will be deceived, be deceived." -- but when fraud --- especially fraud of this duration and magnitude is discovered, all bets are off and all debts come due to the Perpetrators.

This is why, ultimately, Daniel Applegate, a British Esquire, owes me, a Wisconsinite, his corporation, his body, his "national" trust, the entire debt of the USA, his home, his land, his labor, his "good faith service" and ironically, his protection of my "persons" (see Article IV).

What he is doing and what Brits and Roman Municipal Corporation employees have been doing for decades, is making up a fake name similar or even identical to mine, attaching claims of indebtedness to this other name and person, and then suing me for payment and illegally confiscating my assets if I don't pay. In the jurisdiction of the sea, this is called "illegal latching"--- because they use the phony made-up name and presumed-to-exist person -- to latch onto actual people and actual assets. In the jurisdiction of the land this is called "illegal takings" and is strictly forbidden by our actual service contract with the Brits, The Constitution of the United States of America.

Here's the irritating thing. The Brits and the Holy Romans have claimed to be our caretakers and trustees without telling the American people a single word about this, and they have been busily managing everything "for" us, according to their advantage and their tastes and according to their values and beliefs --- and although we don't agree with them on virtually anything and have not ever authorized these presumptions or even been made aware of them until Karen Hudes informed us that our government was "in interregnum" so far as the rest of the world knew --- we do owe them for the "enumerated services" that go with the "enumerated powers".

We owe them for that, and they haven't been able to collect from our States of the Union because they weren't in Session for a very, very long time. What we owe them, however, is miniscule in comparison to what they owe us.

The idea of debt swapping was published as a remedy for this situation -- in Federal Title XII (12) -- and is known as a "Mutual Offset Credit Exchange Exemption", but then, the Brits, true to form, failed to follow through and create a program and make it accessible to the American Public. Parliament dumped it on the United States Secretary of State, and there it sat. As a result, there was no effective way to offset their "National Debt" (which is owed to us) via debt swaps, and no way for us to pay them directly, either, because they removed gold and silver certificates from circulation. Failure to implement the debt swaps meant their debts to us could only increase, and taking away our means to pay any debts directly, were free will choices on their part --- in effect, they refused payment.

This meant the accrual of a constantly increasing run-away "National Debt" owed by our Federal Subcontractors and their similarly-named corporations. It also means that they owe an astronomical amount of "Interest" on their "National Debt".

Here's the rub: they have been guaranteeing their National Debt --- not just the portion we legitimately owed them --- on our purloined assets and charging us for both all their debts and the interest on their debts. Of course, they never told us a word about this cozy accommodation.

In order to finance this, they had to keep registering more and more Americans (without telling the Americans what they were doing) as British Territorial U.S. Citizens. When they misidentified us as British Subjects, they had an excuse for seizing upon the victim's assets, for example, putting the clueless American's land and other assets into British Land Trusts, and Roman Municipal Intellectual Assets Trusts, where they could be used as collateral for British Crown borrowing and investments. It was, in effect, a forced and institutionalized foreign Ponzi Scheme on American soil. The registration of more and more American babies as British Territorial "U.S. Citizens" at the bottom of the pyramid transferred more and more American assets to the British Crown and gave unlimited borrowing power to those at the top of the pyramid scheme -- the members of the U.S. Congress. And then the Holy Romans came in for their 60% share.

Eventually, both Federal Subcontractors got in the Act, and they created a jointly managed Double Dipping Scheme, by which both parent corporations got paid for providing the same service--- and sometimes we paid for the same service three times. That's why there's a Department of Labor and a DEPARTMENT OF LABOR and a DOL.

All these False Identities being attached to Americans also provided endless ability to launder money, which is what the IRS and Internal Revenue Service do by creating entire False Life Narratives for the legal fiction "persons" these Federal Subcontractors have created and named after actual Americans. According to them, Anna Maria Riezinger was manager of a gin distillery in Barbados (that's their Legal Fiction British Subject using my actual Given Name); according to me, Anna Maria Riezinger was, at the same moment, living in Big Lake, Alaska, full time, and had nothing going on in Barbados.

Guess which version of reality is true?

This fraudulent ability to have multiple "persons" functioning in multiple locations --- British Subjects, Roman Municipal subjects, even "Special Purpose Vehicles" named after Americans and functioning as franchises of the Department of Transportation --- all under the same name or a name very similar to the name of an actual American --- gave them unprecedented ability to launder money and evade their own taxes and debts, and slough their operational costs onto their American victims.

I have never received a paycheck from Uncle Sam, yet I have paid hundreds of thousands of dollars in "Federal Income Taxes" and franchise taxes -- foreign property taxes, sales taxes, utility taxes, sin taxes on liquor, and taxes on taxes.

Gold owed to the actual American named Anna Maria Riezinger, is transferred offshore to an account belonging to Anna Maria Riezinger, a British Subject living on a British Territorial Island like Puerto Rico or Barbados, from there, the gold gets traded for the local national currency or into Federal Reserve Notes, that are used as payola to buy off local participants in the Great Fraud. The actual gold and silver belonging to America has been stolen and used in exactly this way by successive foreign political Administrations.

Many people watched me cash in a Silver Bearer Bond and return it to our American Treasury, live on YouTube. That Bearer Bond came from a box of such bonds issued against American-owned silver. Those boxes were given away by various Administrations to individual officers in foreign governments to buy those officers off and ensure their cooperation with whatever the Bosses in this country wanted. Those bonds, representing a claim and obligation against our silver, were never authorized by us.

So now, the original Anna Maria Riezinger has suffered the loss of her gold, a foreign Legal Fiction named after her has "inherited" the benefit of that gold and has converted it into local domestic currency held in an account under her name, and the local government then taxes this "income" under an income tax scheme.

This sleight of hand has also allowed their foreign British Territorial and Municipal "courts" to misaddress the actual American named Anna Maria Riezinger as if she was the "Anna Maria Riezinger" they "accidentally-on-purpose" registered as a British Subject and U.S. Citizen. Just "mistake" one for the other. Like "mistaking" a U.S. Citizen called "Anna M Riezinger - Von Reitz" for Anna Maria Riezinger, a Wisconsinite.

Substituting one person for another, especially replacing the identity of a living person with a corporation of the same name, is a crime generally known as "impersonation". When this crime is institutionalized and used to illegally confiscate assets or secretly use assets belonging to a living man as collateral to pay foreign debt or extend foreign credit, it's a crime called "aggravated impersonation". These are crimes that the British Crown Corporation and its franchises as well as the (Holy) Roman Municipal Corporations have been committing -- with wanton abandon for almost a century -- and not just in this country.

Kim also claimed that anyone putting Federal Reserve Notes in the Vault program was just making a "donation" and would never see their money returned.

Well, guess what, America? The "real skinny" is what I have been telling you for years now. According to the same Federal Judges that Kim invokes as her God, Federal Reserve Notes have merely symbolic value, and if you stole ten trainloads of them, you could not be accused of theft. That much is true. And there is no intention, generally speaking, to ever return any deposited Federal Reserve Notes --- which are worthless, literally --- to anyone. Our stated intention is to return gold-backed American money, American Federation Dollars, instead of Federal Reserve Notes. So you are donating something that is worthless and getting more worthless by the day, in order to exchange these poker chips for actual money that is worth something ---- as it turns out, it's worth the greater part of the buying power that Americans lost between 1913 and today. So, instead of being rooked, totally, by the Federal Reserve and the political parties that have been running this country like a casino, you stand to get back buying power lost to inflation ever since 1913. The Vault is a mini-Hedge Fund because the value of our AFD goes up as the merely perceived "value" of the Federal Reserve Note goes down. And that's not a Ponzi Scheme. That's exchange rate economics.

So once again, the idea that the Federal Reserve Note is valuable and that we would want to steal it or anything like that, is stupid. The amazing part is that anyone would want to repair your losses and give you back buying power that was slowly, deliberately, viciously extracted from you, your parents, your grandparents, and your great-grandparents.

Faced with the enormity of the fraud and the theft and the violence that has been practiced against us all by these foreign Federal Subcontractors, it is also amazing that Americans are not tarring, feathering, and drop-kicking Liars like Daniel Applegate and his fellow members of the Bar Associations who have been hired --for a cut of the take -- to operate these phony foreign "courts" -- and to asset strip this country and its people for the benefit of the British Crown and Roman Municipal Corporations involved in this gigantic international crime practiced under color of law.

Remain patient a little while longer, being gentle as doves and wise as serpents. The Truth is setting you free -- maybe not as fast as you'd like, but doing the job nonetheless.

As for Kim Cooper and everyone else who thinks that I am the problem, stop being stupid. Engage the information and your brain. I didn't exchange your silver for paper, then purposefully siphon away the "value" of the paper for a hundred years. I didn't move your gold offshore for "safekeeping" and then spend it. I didn't pretend to be you, run up a bunch of debt against your credit, and leave you to pay the bill. No, I'm afraid it was the Federal Subcontractors, including all the Esquires in the Bar Associations, that are supposed to be providing us all with "good faith service" --- who did all that. And more.

International Public Notice: The First Problem: European Feudalism

You may think that feudalism is long gone, but no, it just switched jurisdictions.

We shall use the British King and System as our primary example, but bear in mind that the same basic system applies to all European monarchies and Law Systems.

We start out with the English King who morphs into the British Monarch who morphs into an Emperor --- His Imperial Majesty.

Whether or not the common people know this, when they use the title "King Charles" they are invoking land jurisdiction, and when they call him "His Britannic Majesty" they are invoking sea jurisdiction and when they call him "His Imperial Majesty" they are invoking air jurisdiction.

These are separate offices that are attached to separate international jurisdictions of the law as follows:

King = land jurisdiction = crown

Monarch = sea jurisdiction = scepter

Emperor = air jurisdiction = orb

All three offices are conveyed, conferred, and created by the Pope, who, when these offices are settled on the chosen or inherited recipient, establishes an agreement (land), a contract (sea) and a covenant (air) with the new king/monarch/majesty, firmly subjugating said person(s) to the rule of the Pope and the Roman Catholic Church in its own established domains and venues.

And this is fair and right, because? The Church created the system and defined these offices and gave these "tokens" (crown, scepter, orb) of earthly authority to the king, monarch, emperor.

Each jurisdiction has a public form of law and a private form of law within the European feudal system.

Air jurisdiction has Ecclesiastical Law (public) and Canon Law (private).

Sea jurisdiction has Admiralty Law (public) and Maritime Law (private).

Land jurisdiction has Land Law (public) and Soil Law (called "local law" in the Roman system --- private).

Nobody ever lays this out for you or teaches it to you as a child in school; rather, it is there in front of you to be observed -- or not.

The Roman System from which all of this organizational scheme derives, has its own offices all culminating with and held by the Pope, who has his sacred office, his ministerial office, and until 2011, his secular office as the Roman Pontiff.

Thus, Leo XIV rules as His Holiness, Pope _______, and until 2011, would have ruled as Roman Pontiff, too.

Taken together these three international jurisdictions yield Land (L), Air, (A) and Water (W) = LAW. And all of this reflects the organizational scheme that the Roman Church developed as a means to rule, patterned after the organizational scheme of Ancient Rome.

This system is, obviously, still alive, kicking, and functioning more of less in 2026 and it is the basis of European Feudalism by which the people (serfs) pledge themselves to their liege lords (nobles) and the nobles pledge themselves to the king/monarch/emperor, and he pledges himself to the Holy Father, Pope, Pontiff from whom his crown, scepter, and orb cometh.

Welcome to the "world" which is a false construct of men overlain on top of the "earth" which God created.

The world is ruled by a system of statutes, codes, regulations, ordinances, mandates, canons, rules, and policies that men created and which have to be enforced on other men, while the earth is ruled under a system of Natural Laws that God created and which are self-executing.

Beyond the earth we have the cosmos and the cosmos is ruled by Universal Law, also known as the Law of One.

Please notice that since the nineteenth century the British Subjects known as U.S. Citizens who still live among us have been pledging themselves to our Title IV Flag, which we defined and set aside for their use when exercising delegated powers entrusted to them under The Constitution of the United States of America, which, without public disclosure, became The Constitution of the United States of America (Incorporated) in the middle of the nineteenth century.

But that's another story and bridges to the Second Problem.

The First Problem is a problem because it has existed since Roman times in Europe and has been promoted and enforced as a sort of "world government" wherever the Roman Church and the European Monarchies have gone. This system, so entrenched as to become silent and almost invisible, is evil because: (1) it is misapplied; and (2) non-consensual throughout most of the world, including but not limited to America; and (3) it can be manipulated to unjustly enrich and empower arbitrary "governments" that should actually (and only) apply to Church members/officers and those nations (populations) that voluntarily and knowingly subscribe to them.

As an example, generations of American schoolchildren have been more or less forced to "take" the Pledge of Allegiance with no idea whatsoever that this is a feudal act subjecting oneself to the British Empire and to a version of our own flag, the Title IV Flag, that we entrusted to the Brits to use when exercising "powers" delegated to them by treaty and explicitly implemented under their service contract known as The Constitution of the United States of America.

We note that those enumerated powers and the duties associated with them never included indoctrinating our children into the European Feudal System and did not include teaching our American children to pledge themselves to the British Crown Corporation, whether or not it has a right --- under certain circumstances --- to fly a version of our own flag stipulated under Federal Title IV.

We also note that in Britain, what Americans consider "private schools" are called "public schools" --- an oddity that can be readily explained when you understand that the British Federal Subcontractors have taken over our American Public Schools and run them as British-affiliated what-we-would-call Private Schools, and that this usurpation has been silently accomplished since the middle of the nineteenth century and applied to every educational program from pre-school to university.

All this has been done without the American People being made aware of it. Millions of American babies have been misidentified and incorrectly registered as British Territorial Subjects known as U.S. Citizens, and later forced to recite the Pledge of Allegiance to further solidify British Government and particularly, British Crown Corporation claims, to own these same childrens' Given Names as copyrighted chattel property without the knowing consent of the American parents or the children themselves.

Placing a purloined commercial copyright on the Given Name of a living man and then licensing him to act as an "Authorized Representative" of his own name and identity --- completely without his knowledge or consent, and thereby subjecting him to a foreign power and foreign citizenship obligations, is a conspiracy against The Constitution of the United States of America and its good faith service obligations, and specifically, Article IV, which requires the same British Crown Officers who are perpetuating this aggravated identity theft to protect the same American "persons" they are preying upon.

This unconscionable and undisclosed unlawful conversion of American state nationals and their misidentification as British Territorial U.S. Citizens has served to deprive these Americans of protections and guarantees owed to them by these same ruffians and has resulted in aggravated identity theft, human trafficking, and unauthorized unlawful conveyance.

In this way, repugnant commercial claims against the bodies and identities and physical and credit assets of millions of Americans have been secretly created and advanced by the British Crown Corporation and its franchises doing business in our country under deceptive names, such as "the State of Texas (Incorporated)" -- all in breach of trust, all in violation of the "good faith service" obligations of their treaties and constitutional service contracts with us ---- and generally in violation of international law and conventions forbidding identity theft, unlawful conversion, human trafficking, securitization of living flesh, and both peonage and enslavement.

The Pope and the Roman Curia, which are responsible for creating all these corporations including Roman Municipal Corporations and the British Crown Corporation in particular, have been enjoying a 60/40 split and majority shareholder interest in all these secretly created and purloined "American franchises" and have turned a deaf ear and blind eye to these criminal activities in breach of trust and constitutional service contracts.

Pope Francis did the arguably correct thing and liquidated the UNITED STATES (INC.) under Chapter Seven, Involuntary Bankruptcy. We now call upon Pope Leo XIV to dissolve the offending British Crown Corporation and its franchises, and ask for the return of all American assets to the care of the American People ---our State Citizens who are Party to the original Federal Constitutions -- and our Lawful American Government standing on the land and soil of this country.

We ask Pope Leo XIV and the Roman Curia to do their duty under Ecclesiastical and International Law generally, and call upon them to protect the living people and Lawful Persons that have been grossly presumed upon and abused and trafficked by British Crown Corporation Officers acting in gross breach of trust, bad faith, and violation of their service contracts --- all in pursuit of unjust enrichment and coercive power extracted from their American employers using unconscionable citizenship contracts, similar names deceits and mirrored corporations used to replace American unincorporated businesses and institutions with British Crown Corporation and Roman Municipal Corporation franchises.

We further ask that the men and offices responsible for perpetuating and administering these criminal enterprises on our shores be peaceably withdrawn from our country and denied any authorization to create corporations of any kind from now on. The ability to form a corporation is a privilege, not a right, and these individuals, corporations, and associated institutions have demonstrated their lack of character, criminality, and evil intent toward humanity.

The long standing nature of their crimes and presumptions and constructive fraud schemes do not provide a defense.

We are not deceived and not at war.

International Public Notice: Another False Supposition

Regarding the administration of the (D')Avila Family Trust assets.

An argument has been advanced that because Demitrius Julius Shiva relocated and sojourned in Michigan, which at the time was functioning (purportedly) as a Territorial "State" dba "State of Michigan", he was operating as a British Territorial U.S. Citizen/citizen of the United States at the time of his death.

American state nationality doesn't function like that.

You are born or naturalized in a State and remain a native of that state wherever you might wander or however long you might sojourn elsewhere. It is a matter of nationality, not politics or citizenship. Julius, as he liked to be called, declared and joined The South Carolina Assembly and never altered that acquired nationality as a South Carolinian.

So, the heir of the (D')Avila Family Trust was not magically changed into a U.S. Citizen or a citizen of the United States by sojourning in Michigan or accepting employment with a US Corporation.

He lived and died as a South Carolinian.

Regarding the State known as South Carolina:

The actual State known as South Carolina was never involved in the American Civil War.

It was The State of South Carolina that was a member of the Confederate States of America.

No claim of military conquest rights can be maintained because the American Civil War was never declared by any Congress and never settled by any peace process; what remains is a very prolonged Armistice in an illegal Mercenary Conflict that ended in any practical sense in the summer of 1866 when the last shot was fired by the C.S.S. Shenandoah in the Bering Sea off Alaska.

These two Federal Subcontractors, the British Empire and the Holy Roman Empire, have acted in gross Bad Faith for over a century and a half. Nothing they have said or done has been honest. Both have failed their good faith service obligations owed to the American People.

Both these foreign service vendors have secretly employed the members of the Bar Associations as privateers and bill collectors in Bad Faith, which also implicates the Governments of Westminster and Ghent in gross treaty violations.

There were no "war reparations" owed by South Carolina and the Perpetrators knew this, but they raped and pillaged and plundered South Carolina as if it was The State of South Carolina.

Through it all, the state sovereignty of South Carolina remains.

These foreign service vendors knew and they still know that The State of South Carolina was a separate business entity. They know that a "Confederate State" is not a State.

These corporations in the business of "essential government services" are guilty of gross crimes against their employers and crimes against people throughout the rest of the world. They deserve immediate permanent liquidation and the men responsible deserve to be stripped of any ability to form new corporations anywhere on Earth.

International Public Notice: The Question of American Republics

The original and only American Republic was run by the Confederation of States doing business as the States of America. It functioned from 1787 until 1861 under The Constitution for the united States of America.

Thus, the Confederation was the operator of the American Federal Republic and both the Confederation and the American Federal Republic were ultimately owned by the Federation of States.

This original American Federal Republic did business as the United States, Unincorporated, while the Holy Roman Municipal contractor did business as the United States, Incorporated.

The identical names of two separate business entities, one Unincorporated and one Incorporated is what allowed the British to "salvage" the persons and corporations of "the United States" --- meaning the Municipal Subcontractor defeated in the Civil War --- but conveniently misapplying the same brush to the persons and corporations organized by the Federal Republic dba "United States", too.

By Law, the persons and corporations organized by the American Federal Republic returned by Operation of Law to the Federation of States which was the actual Owner of the Delegated Powers.

The Brits knew this and obfuscated everything to keep their activities and the overall circumstance hidden from the American Public, in failure of their "good faith services" obligations; they waited ten years, and claimed the assets and persons of the American Federal Republic as abandoned property as of February 2nd 1871.

But the assets of the American Federal Republic were never abandoned, never subject to salvage, and technically, were never part of the Civil War between our service vendors, so not subject to "war" reparations claims, either.

The Federation of States maintains its ownership claim on all assets of the States of America and the American Federal Republic to this day. Because the States of America and the American Federal Republic were unincorporated entities, they were never eligible for nor subject to bankruptcy.

The Brits simply don't want to admit their "mistake" and return our property to us -- a gross breach of trust and service contract and treaty obligations owed to us.

This is what we are bringing forward into international cognizance.

Our American Federal Republic was illegally and unlawfully seized upon by our British Territorial Service Vendors as were assets belonging to the States of America, our Confederation of States.

The Northern Confederation of States members were Allies of the British service vendors and victors in the "war", while the actual States of the Union and the American Federal Republic were never involved in this illegal mercenary conflict at all.

Moreover, because the American organizations were never incorporated, the only entities that Lincoln could bankrupt in April of 1863 were his own British Crown corporations, not our States, our States of States, nor our Federal Republic.

This whole run of history for the past 160 plus years has been a con game by the Brits and pro-British American collaborators, based on unsupportable assumptions and presumptions, non-disclosure, deceit, and deceptively similar names applied to incorporated and unincorporated business structures.

The name of the predominate fraud scheme is "mirroring"-- in this case, naming a foreign corporation after an unincorporated American business or institution, then substituting the incorporated mirror image for the actual unincorporated business or institution.

This fraud scheme has been used by the erstwhile British Empire to re-venue our assets to the jurisdiction of the sea, unlawfully convert and privatize the American Military as a Mercenary Force, and "hire" them, using our assets to back their fiat scrip, and then used to promote illegal mercenary actions under our Title IV Flag in breach of trust and their well-known service contract, The Constitution of the United States of America.

However, all of this begins to break apart when one realizes that "the British Empire" vacated the land and soil jurisdictions of England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales progressively, beginning during the reign of Queen Anne, and therefore, had no standing to issue Letters of Marque in support of the Bar Associations they licensed to act as privateers and bill collectors. Pope Francis ended the last arguably valid Letters of Marque protecting these robed mercenaries in 2013.

Take home message: everything that everyone thinks "the Americans" have done since 1861 was done by the Brits; it was all a confidence racket engineered by the Brits and later, the Holy Roman Empire Successors to The Constitution of the United States contract.

There were "Americans" -- or what appeared to be Americans involved -- people born in this country who were actually U.S Citizens and British Subjects, still "residing" here under the Residence Act, in order to provide "essential government services" as described in Article IV of their service contract.

The Big Lie that they told all the other governments was that the American Government simply vanished in the fog of war following the "civil war" among the government subcontractors, and they didn't know where we were. We were "missing", "presumed lost", and our government was "in interregnum".

That's because they deliberately mischaracterized the officers of the actual American Government as "rebels" ---as if they and their States of the Union had been engaged in the Civil "War" among the government service vendors--- and sent out gangs of ignorant men to rob, beat, murder, burn out and slander our Federation Officers.

That's why our American Government "disappeared". Until now. Our Government has been suppressed and harassed and mischaracterized and our Officers have been abused and falsely accused of crimes and debts, but we are still here.

These criminals in suits and robes are doing this to us even now.

Witness the fact that in spite of over forty years of internationally published and properly affirmed declarations from me and my Mother, with international notarial witness, issued under the penalties of perjury available under American Admiralty Law, from without the United States and the United States of America (the Territorial United States) their officers are still trying to mischaracterize me, a Federation Officer, not a Federal Officer, as a U.S. Citizen and/or Municipal citizen of the United States.

They are still not recognizing my separate status as a free-born Wisconsinite. They are still holding "titles" and "copyrights" they attached to my Given Name and which they obtained under duress and non-disclosure, and they are still trying to enforce unconscionable foreign citizenship contracts signed by Third Parties when I was a baby --- against me in contravention of my freely expressed will.

They are still engaged in administering the ESTATES of living men and women and bringing false claims in commerce against these ESTATES --- ESTATES which have no plausible excuse for existing.

They falsely accused me of being responsible to pay them Federal Income Taxes when in fact they owe me billions of dollars and when I have no access to any Federal Income collected in my name, and when in fact they have evaded and refused payment by all means they have left --- presumptively --- available to Americans.

They also accused me of owing them property taxes as a result of their illegal property description scheme and "taking title" to American land. I don't own "property" in a British land trust. I own land. I don't hold their title nor have I kept any Municipal land descriptions. I subsumed both that had been attached to my land and issued and recorded a physical metes and bounds survey and notified and recorded this notice action with the respective Departments of Natural Resources years ago.

Both my husband and I removed ourselves from any presumption of death, disability, uncertain political status or identity, foreign citizenship obligations, foreign tax obligations, etc., etc., etc. over a period of forty years and have corresponded with multiple generations of United States Secretaries of State, U.S. Secretaries of State, and US SECRETARIES OF STATE to be absolutely clear about our identity and political status.

These "gentlemen" are still refusing to provide the remedies that they have published and have still refused to honor their employers and have still refused to honor their own service obligations and the Constitutional Guarantees explicitly owed to us.

When I was notified --- five years after the fact -- that the municipal land description that had been arbitrarily attached to my land had been sold at a tax sale I replied that I am not a Municipal citizen of the United States and never owed any taxes related to their land description. I notified the "State of Alaska, Incorporated" Governor Michael Dunleavy and asked for protection I am owed from him personally as an American state national being mistaken as a U.S. Citizen and/or citizen of the United States.

His reply was that "that's a local government matter".

By "local government" he meant a foreign Municipal Corporation "Borough" that under both The Constitution of the United States and The Constitution of the United States of America isn't even supposed to be operating in Alaska or any other State of the Union.

Mr. Dunleavy thus failed his obligation to protect me and my assets, and failed to honor his service contract, The Constitution of the United States of America.

I next went to State of Alaska Supreme Court Chief Justice Susan M. Carney and sued for protection and defense from known False Claims and illegal confiscation amounting to illegal takings forbidden under both The Constitution of the United States and The Constitution of the United States of America. She did nothing.

Susan M. Carney, a typical example of the Harvard-bred pro-British breed of non-American American, arrogantly presumed that I was a "rebel" simply because I held her to her contractual service obligations owed to me as a natural born Wisconsinite who claimed her reversionary trust interest and revoked all presumptions of foreign citizenship almost thirty years ago.

Both British Officers, Governor Dunleavy and Chief Justice Susan M. Carney of the State-of-State Supreme Court, sat on their hands and allowed Municipal Officers who shouldn't even be here in Alaska to trespass on my land, threaten me at gunpoint, and steal my house and land and personal belongings--- because their corporation receives 40% of the take, and their business partners running the Municipal "service" corporation get 60% of the illegal taking.

As we have explained elsewhere, numerous western states were in limbo for many years as they had completed the process necessary under the Northwest Ordinance to become States of the Union, but our government was not in Session to enroll them as such. When we came back into Session in 2019 our State Assemblies began working on long delayed housekeeping, one part of which was to enroll all the so-called "territorial states" as States of the Union effective October 1st 2020 and retroactive to the date they first entered territorial statehood in lieu of receiving the enrollment they were owed.

Alaska is a State of the Union effective October 1st 2020, retroactive to January 3rd 1959. Both their offices, Dunleavy's and Carney's were notified of this change. Both had cause to know my standing and the reasons that I could not possibly owe any taxes or be party to their State of Alaska Constitution.

For the interest of the foreign governments and officers reading this, the State of Alaska Constitution is a completely and self-admittedly foreign document. The only persons permitted to vote on this agreement were federal employees who had lived in Alaska for more than a year. The only ones ratifying and certifying this agreement were similarly foreign officers and federal citizens. It is self-evident that this contract did not and does not involve the American Public, or American state nationals, yet these foreign public servants are continuing to pretend that the Americans are their dependents, when in fact they are our criminally run amok employees.

And they still trespassed on my land, evicted me from the house I built, stole my personal belongings, and pretend not to know who I am --- all stubbornly and self-interestedly failing to respect my position as their long-lost employer and an Officer of the American Government which has been home again and in Session for five going-on six years.

We appeal to the True God and all right-thinking men and women everywhere to recognize the Great Fraud which has been practiced not only against the Americans, but against all the other people and nations by these British Crown corporations and their Roman Municipal partners in crime.

The discipline of these corporations has been entrusted to the Pope and the Roman Curia -- the ultimate creators of these "legal fictions" which are obligated to function for lawful purposes and cause no harm to living people. Unfortunately, the Pope and the Curia have been benefiting themselves by receiving the majority share of assets and profits from these strong-arm fraud schemes ginned up by their minions and their British Crown business partners --- and enforcement against these "creations" has not been forthcoming.

It remains for us to observe that corporations have no natural right to exist; they are only creatures of the mind that have been structured by a general agreement to suspend belief and accept the existence of these legal fiction entities --- as long as they function for lawful purposes and cause no harm to living people.

We have long since passed the point of no return on that issue regarding DISTRICT COURTS and evil commercial corporations like the US CONGRESS, INC. and British Crown affiliates like Pfizer, Inc. and the United States Government, Inc. The members of the Roman Curia are as aware of the problems with these entities they have spawned as all the rest of us, and they have still attempted to promote and prolong the existence of these offending corporations.

We specifically demand that all DISTRICT COURTS and MUNICIPAL COURTS and their attendant OFFICERS operating in the continental United States be shut down and removed to the District of Columbia where they arguably belong, and also that the Pope and the Curia exercise their 60% interest in the offending British Crown Corporations to ensure their responsibilities under Ecclesiastical Law are met and continue to be met. That is, they can't escape their fundamental obligation to humanity by selling stock and avoiding control of these fictitious entities.

The Roman Curia created corporations of all kinds and forms with the single exception of non-statutory common law trusts which exist naturally, and the creators remain responsible for what they create.

Even though the British Crown is a junior partner, it remains under obligation, too, as an accomplice to crime.

There is, by default, The United States of America Republic, which is the incipient and in theory "returned" American Federal Republic that the unincorporated Federation of States doing business as The United States of America inherited by Operation of Law in 1861; but it must be recognized that our British service vendors in the person of Abraham Lincoln unlawfully and illegally commandeered our American Federal Republic and placed false claims of abandonment on the assets and offices and persons attached to our American Federal Republic as of February 2nd 1871. They have not returned those assets and offices to our control and cannot be trusted to do so, with the result that The United States of America Republic remains as a separate American business entity with a claim of right brought against the British Crown Corporation, it's franchises, and all incorporated forms of "the United States of America", including but not limited to the United States of America, LLC.

This crime of state in which foreign incorporated service vendors have impersonated and suppressed the actual lawful government of this country for over a hundred and sixty years is unique in world history and has led to dozens other sovereign governments being similarly usurped and impersonated by incorporated entities.

We believe that history will prove that the English Government passed to the Norman French in 1066, that the land jurisdiction of the Norman French Government of England was vacated by Dutch Estate Managers during the reign of Queen Anne --- immediately after the so-called English Civil War and the formation of Great Britain (Trading Company) and the "Union" of England and Scotland in this enterprise, which has spawned the British Empire and all the criminal acts including but not limited to colonialism, corporate feudalism, the establishment of the Raj in India and the rampages of the British Territorial "United States" in this country.

We believe that these offending corporations deserve immediate and permanent dissolution and the individual perpetrators, including banks and bank managers and directors who have expedited these crimes against humanity and against the sovereign governments of many nations deserve prosecution and the loss of any further public support, bankruptcy protection, or ability to form new corporations in the future.

They knew what they were doing and did it anyway. For generations they secretly packed off the wealth of other nations and lived in luxury obtained from theft under color of law and unjust enrichment obtained using False Legal Presumptions and unconscionable contracting processes. Even more damning, these same corporations have pursued "policies" of war-for-profit and have abused our Title IV flag to carry out False Flag commercial mercenary operations. The unspeakable corruption, breach of trust, and breach of their service contracts stands exposed and ready to be addressed. The horrific harm done to entire countries and nations is self-evident.

The harm done to me, a peaceable American, removed by more than four generations from the events of a foreign "war" engaged in by government service vendors, based on False Legal Presumptions and unconscionable contracts --- and all enforced under color of law, speaks volumes. Even now these commercial corporations and foreign trading companies are trespassing upon, suppressing and harassing officers of our actual government and pretending that the American Government no longer exists.

They wish we didn't exist, because that might continue to justify their illegal mercenary occupation of our country under color of law, their claims that we are incompetent, unpopular, or still "missing".

As things stand ("rebus sic stantibus") the only truly American Republic --- absent the return of the assets of our American Federal Republic to The United States of America Republic and its operation under our control--- which is in actual existence and having reasonable operational capacity at this time is the Lakota Republic sponsored by the Lakota Sioux nation.

The Lakota are dual nationals of their own tribal nations and our States of the Union, so are enabled under the original Federal immigration and naturalization laws to undertake the work of a truly American Federal Republic, while retaining their state national standing.

Donald Trump continues to operate as the Commander in Chief, a British naval office attached to a British corporation. He and the men under his command continue to be paid by SERCO, and are dependent upon the Bank of England for their rations. If any changes have been made to this summation, we are unaware of them.

Obviously, British Officers cannot create an American Republic and should be rebuffed for making an attempt to substitute a British incorporated "republic, inc." for our American Federal Republic.

The people of England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales have all suffered as we have suffered the usurpation of their national government, supposed to be a constitutional monarchy, by commercial corporations whose vicious and impractical policies and agendas are fantastically out of step with any conception of enlightened social benefit.

We are all fed up with this lawlessness and cronyism and legalistic fraud schemes surrounding corporations that have no right to exist, tired of being attacked under False Pretenses by people taking their paychecks from our largesse, no longer accepting the presence of the foreign courts that have been misaddressing us.

We are tired of the pretense of the Brits cobbling together an American Republic. If they wanted an American Republic, it was their sworn duty to protect the American Government and fully inform the American People 160 years ago--- not lay a false claim of abandonment against the personnel and assets of our Federal Republic to unjustly enrich and empower themselves.

The Brits failed their duty then and they are failing their duty now.

Fast on the claim that Donald Trump has been elected the Jewish Messiah by over 160 Orthodox rabbis, comes a claim that "personhood" begins in the womb, based on their playbook, the Book of Isaiah, and specifically, Isaiah 49:1-6:

"Listen to me, you islands; hear this, you distant nations: Before I was born the Lord called me; from my mother's womb he has spoken my name. He made my mouth like a sharpened sword, in the shadow of his hand he hid me; he made me into a polished arrow and concealed me in his quiver. He said to me, "You are my servant, Israel, in whom I will display my splendor." But I said, "I have labored in vain; I have spent my strength for nothing at all. Yet what is due me is in the Lord's hand, and my reward is with my God." And now the Lord says— he who formed me in the womb to be his servant to bring Jacob back to him and gather Israel to himself, for I am honored in the eyes of the Lord and my God has been my strength— he says: "It is too small a thing for you to be my servant to restore the tribes of Jacob and bring back those of Israel I have kept. I will also make you a light for the Gentiles, that my salvation may reach to the ends of the earth."

This passage they interpret as the words of the Messiah coming forth, called by God, to restore the nation of Israel and through Israel, to restore God's rule throughout the Earth.

But this could be spoken by any great general or politician skilled enough to pull it off. It's only an assumption that this is spoken by the Messiah himself. It could be literally "a servant", as it says, and not "the" servant.

And so is the assumption that "personhood begins in the womb" they are trying hard to derive from this.

Personhood --- that is, being an officer or bureaucrat by divine appointment, is not equivalent to the "personhood" conveyed by human governments seeking to impersonate living people as corporation franchises. That evil and false idea came into existence in this country on February 2nd 1871.

During the time of Isaiah, no such concepts existed.

There were men and there were men who held duties and offices. These officials, kings and generals and poobahs alike, functioned in offices defined by custom and law, but did not magically devolve into nameless, faceless corporation franchises as a consequence of their service.

Officials at the time of Isaiah remained individual men with the nature and rights of men, whether they were seen as "servants of God" or only "public servants".

This particular passage in Isaiah is referring to an individual prepared and called by God to fulfill a divine purpose "from the womb" --- but that doesn't mean they became a "person" in the modern sense of that word in the womb.

And it doesn't mean they were divinely appointed to a particular political office at birth, either. It means that they were called to be a servant of God and served in whatever capacity and according to whatever script God wrote --- which is the rest of the passage's message.

Someone who served in obscurity, and who felt they were a failure, was prepared and called to come forward, to gather the remnants of Israel, and to return Israel to glory, and while they were doing that, to sprinkle sunshine on the Goyim, too.

That part, "make you a light to the Gentiles", runs counter to the entire rest of the Zionist playbook, however, which demands the death and dismemberment and poisoning and enslavement of all the Goys, except of course, those who work on Friday nights and Saturdays and make Shabbat so much more pleasant and profitable for the Zionists.

That one part, "make you a light to the Gentiles" plays better when interpreted as the already completed mission of Yeshuah, who gathered together many Jewish sects and people from many strata of society --- even Samaritans, and whose teachings ultimately brought light and love to billions of Gentiles, too.

Granna Bytes: Data Centers, County Assemblies, and Phony Census

President Trump signed an Executive Order making all data centers military installations. That is because the military is being switched over to drone and guided missile warfare after being handed its butt by Iran.

The economics is clear: $3000 drone takes out $7,000,000 tank, and so is the effectiveness.

The U.S. Military has been secretly developing a new branch without telling (or getting separate appropriations from) Congress, and has worked things around so well that this new branch (acronym DAWG) now has funding on a par with the whole Marine Corps.

However, if you don't want a data center in your county, you can still stop them from locating a data center there. Remember, the people have to actually grant the land for "needful" federal installations and when there is an actual County Assembly present manned by Americans, they have to prove that it is "needful" and get your freely given consent.

The Federal Government has been "presuming" a lot based on lack of objection from local people, but if you read their contract -- in this case, The Constitution of the United States of America, they have to be given land and can't just appropriate it.

This has led to a situation where most of the "federal" installations in this country are on land that was never granted to the federales by the state. Be aware. If a data center is planned in your area and you don't want it there, get your State Assembly to take it up as a diplomatic issue addressed to the U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and President Trump.

Now on to the topic of County Assemblies. Everyone knows that Counties in this country are nested inside States like those Russian doll sets, correct? And everyone knows that you populate both a State and a County, right? Example, Jackson County, Wisconsin.

This is because the land and soil are in perpetual union. There is no way to separate the two. In this example, Jackson County holds the soil jurisdiction and Wisconsin holds the (international) land jurisdiction. The two work together like a hand and an arm.

When you join your State Assembly, you automatically populate not only the State, but the County where you live. You become part of two assemblies in this process.

The States had to be organized first because we were "returning" from foreign international jurisdictions, but your county was populated at the same time--- it's just taking a little longer in most places to organize county assemblies, too.

Please bear in mind that both our States and our Counties are physically defined. They have strict borders. They are separate political units. The laws of a County and the sheriff of a County have force only within the borders of that County and similarly the laws of a State have force only within the borders of that State.

Land and soil are "fixed" jurisdictions. They are not "fluid" like the corporation-based sea jurisdiction "counties" and "states" which use a one-size-fits-all approach and apply changes to all such county franchises or all such state franchises at the same time, as if they were changing the menu at Dairy Queen.

So--- be aware in developing your county assemblies that people living in Jackson County can only be guests in Monroe County.

You can't be a Sheriff in Jackson County and live in Monroe County, for example. Why? Because the borders are fixed and the political units are separate.

But, and here is the confusing part-- a county assembly can hire someone from outside the county to serve as Sheriff. He or she then moves to that county as part of their job and enforces the Law within the borders of that county.

And there are some seeming exceptions to the "fixed" borders rule, because the States agreed to hold some "mutual powers" at the Federation level.

As a result, Federation Officers, for example, Continental Marshals, can operate in multiple states because they are functioning in international interstate jurisdictions that are mutually held by agreement of the states. This allows such officers to, for example, pursue fleeing criminals across state and county borders.

Sheriffs, on the other hand, stay in place within their Counties.

The system is designed so that when a Continental Marshal needs help apprehending a criminal suspect, the local Sheriff and his Deputies are already in place to support the effort to arrest the suspect. The Marshal can also deputize local men under his own authority to form a posse capable of crossing state and county borders.

The former assumption that all states were functioning as territorial states and that law enforcement could merge seamlessly over the various borders with federal agents being in authority over local police departments no longer applies in terms of joint operations. All fifty states have been enrolled as States of the Union as of October 1st 2020 and even though it is taking time for the memo to reach some corners of the country, our rules apply.

US Marshals continue to have jurisdiction in the sea jurisdictions and federal enclaves, but Sheriffs working for incorporated County franchises are forced to use their own discretion in terms of enforcing the Constitution(s) and obeying the Public Law over the private law of the corporations that employ them. (See Mack and Prinz v USA, Inc.)

This again draws the distinction between "Law Enforcement" and "Peacekeeping". Our Sheriffs are Peacekeepers and are the highest rank of law enforcement within each County's borders; their "Sheriffs" are Law Enforcement Officers hired by and directed by government services vendors -- popularly described as "Pinkertons" whether or not they have any affiliation with the famous British company of that name.

Finally, we have been made aware of numerous "government" sponsored mini-census operations, especially one called the "American Community Survey".

Let us be explicit here. The Federal Government is mandated by the Constitutions to do a census, which is merely a head count, once every ten years. They are not mandated and you do not have to reply to any other census or answer any other questions.

Like so many other "federal" vendor activities, they impose on you and you feel that you have to comply because you assume that it is your government --- not a government subcontractor acting out of school --- asking for this information or demanding this action.

These government service vendors demand that their employees and dependents (known as "citizens") do various things, then they "mistake" you for one of their employees or dependents, and lean on you to force you to comply with their citizenship obligations. When you comply under duress, they use this as evidence that you are one of their citizens or dependents, and claim that you "voluntarily" went along with all this.

This is precisely their modus operandi when promoting the forced registration of cars and trucks under the False Presumption that all these private automobiles are engaged in commercial activity.

This is also their modus operandi when forcing everyone to pay Federal Income Taxes whether or not you have any "federal" income, and "property" taxes whether or not you have any "property"--- and then claim that this is all "voluntary".

It's actually a combination of strong-arm thuggery by commercial corporations and public ignorance.

If people read the Constitutions --- The Constitution of the United States of America and The Constitution of the United States -- they would know exactly what these federal vendors can and cannot do, and that would discourage this kind of armed racketeering and unlawful taxation --- and also unlawful information phishing --- from happening.

It would also go a long way toward ending improper enforcement activities by Law Enforcement personnel who continue to labor under the False Presumption that they are working for the actual County long after a "County" franchise corporation has usurped the actual government and begun charging for their vendor services, instead.

The idea "presumed" by our British Territorial Federal Service Vendors was that all our offices of government were vacant, and they could just step in on an "emergency" basis and occupy these offices at will.

That simply isn't so, and they are caught engaged in activities that fail the "good faith" provisions of their service contracts by many country miles.

Good faith services would have involved telling their employers -- the American Public -- exactly what was going on, and then assisting the people of this country in straightening out the Mess created by Abraham Lincoln -- their President, not ours.

Please note: if you really are a Federal worker or a dependent of a Federal worker at this time, you may have to answer the American Community Survey as a condition of employment.

But it's a free county, and you can work for snakes if you want to.

Perhaps Ibrahim Traore will be hailed as the Mahdi.

Makes a lot more sense than Trump as the Jewish Messiah.

International Public Testimony in the Form of an Affidavit

1. On or about the 6th of July in 2015 I first had contact from a man living in South Carolina named Demitrius Julius Shiva; he preferred his middle name "Julius" and so he will be referred to as Julius herein.

2. Julius had immigrated to the United States during the Cold War and was living here as a permanent United States Resident under political asylum; like most immigrants, he was never told that he could now progress from that status and claim his identity as an American state national.

3. I explained the facts to him and he immediately understood the concepts and jurisdictions involved. He declared his intention to be a South Carolinian and asked me to be his Fiduciary and Trustee on the land jurisdiction of The United States and I agreed.

4. Some years later, Julius joined The South Carolina Assembly, one of the original States of the Union, and placed all the necessary paperwork on the public record. He was proud and happy to have finally finished the immigration process and to be recognized as a South Carolinian.

5. This is how I became Julius's Fiduciary Trustee on the land jurisdiction of this great country and the process by which he became an American state national, no longer a "citizen of the United States".

6. Julius very clearly understood the three international jurisdictions, air, land, and sea. He also very clearly selected his estate trustees to serve his estate interests in each of these jurisdictions: me, to serve as the land jurisdiction trustee, a Brit to serve as the sea jurisdiction trustee, and a Roman Catholic to serve as the air jurisdiction trustee.

7. Julius clearly understood that the land jurisdiction controls all physical assets and naturally also then has an ownership interest in all credit assets derived from physical assets.

8. There can be no rational doubt that I am the Fiduciary Trustee of his estate, however, the other two Trustees have attempted to ignore my position and duty, and even went so far as to pretend that the trusteeships were all equal and vested as some sort of committee, instead of being three separate trusteeships governing different jurisdictions under international law.

9. They have claimed to remove me by a 2:1 vote which would work if the trusteeships were indeed part of a committee or tribunal structure --- but they clearly are not. Julius made it perfectly clear that he chose to be a South Carolinian and he clearly accepted and named me his Fiduciary Trustee on the land.

10. So, mischief occurred in the jurisdictions of the sea and the air which the trustees in these jurisdictions are addressing. That is as it should be, and we have firm faith that they are acting appropriately to recoup the assets of the (D')Avila Family Trust and derivative trusts like the Alpha and Omega and Spiritual White Boy trusts, including but not limited to physical assets that were deposited with the World Bank and the Bank for International Settlements members.

11. However, I have not been advised concerning progress in these areas and have not been asked to take any action related to these trust assets which ultimately derive from the physical assets that are under my trusteeship.

12. It should be self-evident that the asset owner is also the owner of the credit issued against the assets and the fiat profits returning from these investments. That is, even though two other trustees are responsible for operating in the jurisdictions of the sea and the air, the ultimate ownership remains with me as the trustee of the physical assets from which all credit assets derive.

13. The owner of the physical assets is the owner of the credit derived from those assets.

14. And I am that owner as the Fiduciary Trustee.

15. In order for the assets to be deployed or for the credit to be redistributed, my approval is necessary, but I have not been asked to approve anything.

16. Recent accusations have been made that I and an Irishman named Tony are responsible for the lack of liquidity in individual accounts and the failure of QRC coding to function properly in former British Commonwealth countries.

17. I am here to rebut this fallacious idea.

18. I cannot act upon proposals that have not been presented to me.

19. The fact that I have not received any reports concerning the recoupment of assets in the jurisdictions of the sea and air, and have not received any proposals for my signature indicates, rather, that I am being two-blocked and avoided and also as the saying goes, "something is rotten in Denmark" -- or within former British Commonwealths, as it may be.

20. If there are any fair-minded and explicit proposals for the deployment of Alpha Omega or other trust funds they haven't landed on my desk and I am not holding up any settlement through any inaction on my part.

21. The fact that no such proposals have been forthcoming and that I am being blamed for lack of liquidity suggests that once again, the agents of the British and Roman Empires are playing a little game called "Keep the Americans in the Dark and Blame Them".

22. I, however, decline the invitation to play games with the lives and futures of billions of people.

23. It is clear that the Central Banks have engaged in licensed criminality and that no legislative authority to issue such licenses is vested in any government existing in the sea jurisdiction or the air jurisdiction, either one. The fact that such licenses have been issued in these jurisdictions has to be corrected, but above and beyond that, it must be recognized that the actual land jurisdiction government is not at fault.

24. None of this is the fault of natural national governments. All of it is the fault of incorporated entities in the business of providing essential government services. All our respective nation-states have been misrepresented and undermined by service vendors under contract to provide us with "good faith service".

25. It is also clear that improper privateer licenses were issued by the British Empire and the Holy Roman Empire to members of their respective Bar Associations under Letters of Marque; in the case of the British Empire which vacated its land jurisdiction during the reign of Queen Anne, no credible authority to issue Letters of Marque exists since that time; in the case of the Vatican Government, all such licenses were expired by Pope Francis in 2013.

26. All the criminal activity has occurred in jurisdictions occupied by the British Empire and the Holy Roman Empire, and cannot be held against any national government.

27. The Federation of the States of the Union and its Fiduciary -- me and whoever occupies my office in years to come, will remain the land jurisdiction Fiduciary of Julius's Estate and Julius himself will remain a South Carolinian in life and in death.

28. It's time for all those who wish for a better future for mankind to come together and work without separate agendas toward that singular end. It's also time to stop irresponsible rumor-mongering.

29. The guilty parties may not like to pay the costs of their sins, and they may resent me and call me a stumbling block, but I am not blocking any proposals to provide relief and liquidity to individual people. The hold-up is not on my end.

30. The hold-up is on the part of the banks and the service vendors jockeying for position and self-interest, and to whatever extent on the part of those who have not asked for my approval of specific plans and pathways to distribute relief.

31. Perhaps they are stumbling around in such ignorance and dread that they don't realize my agreement is necessary if they want their little red wagons to go forward.

International Public Notice: The Important Points (of Law)

Following the so-called "American Civil War" -- which was never declared by any Congress, and therefore not a war, and only a commercial mercenary conflict --- a Scottish Corporation formed in 1868 calling itself "The United States of America" --- Incorporated, published a "new" Constitution of the United States of America, which was virtually identical to The Constitution of the United States of America published in 1789.

No disclosure was made to the American Public that this "new" Constitution was a foreign corporation's "constitution".

This entity proceeded to impersonate the Federation of States of the Union, an unincorporated entity formed during the American Revolutionary War, and doing business as The United States of America ever since.

Because of the otherwise identical names and the failure to disclose the fact that this "new" entity was a British Crown Corporation (the word "Incorporated" was studiously avoided and not added to the name of the corporation), Americans were never made aware of this cozy self-interested accommodation.

This Scottish corporation thus gained access to the credit of the States of the Union and proceeded to wildly invest and divest assets of the States, and the international community --- which was also left in the dark --- did nothing to prevent it, until 1906 -- when the same phony foreign corporation filed for bankruptcy protection and named the people of this country as their sureties.

With the American people being none the wiser.

From here, let me summarize:

"In the early 1900's the @$2$@s seized upon everyone's assets illegally and set themselves up as middlemen.

"They then acted as Executors de Son Tort and continued to help themselves to credit based on other people's purloined assets.

And set up a system of "boxes" full of paperwork to "represent" all this wealth."

"And now, we, the actual heirs and owners, are stuck having to go through a "redemption process" to gain access to what was always ours, based on the yea or nay of the people who stole it all from us."

Does anyone see a problem with this?

This morning, I had to point out that a system requiring people to work ten hours a week in order to have access to a bank account was a system of peonage --- a practice that has been outlawed worldwide since 1926.

I also had to observe that we cannot overcome evil by joining in and being evil ourselves.

The Innocents Abroad had suggested that we should set up a computerized system to assert the fact that we are alive, and that everyone should have a service to confirm that fact on a 24/7 basis, so that we could easily refute claims to the effect that we were dead or unknown.

They failed to see that a service asserting either condition-- alive or dead-- functions, again, as a middleman, and gains coercive power over the people.

The Evil System locks everyone into being dependent on their monopolized banking "service" and thus gains the power to deny service to whomever might lift hand or voice in opposition to whatever requirements they might impose.

The Opposition to Evil System locks everyone into being dependent on their service to affirm that no, we are alive, and if they don't like anything we say or do, they can refuse to confirm that we are alive and thus deprive us of access to our accounts, too.

You cannot fight evil by creating and promoting more evil.

The self-evident fact is that we are alive and God gave us our own biologic identity confirmation in the form of unique finger and toe prints.

That's all we need to establish who we are. And the phony birth certificates that were used for evil purposes can nonetheless establish where we were born and serve as the bridge between names and thumbprints. Those who had baby footprints can use those to establish who they are.

We are alive until we are dead. Time to make it count for something.

We say that it is time to shove all this nonsense straight back down the throats of the British Empire and the Roman Curia responsible for these offenses and trespasses against living people they were obligated to serve in "good faith".

We say that it is the unique responsibility of the Pope and the Roman Curia to administer the operation and correction of all forms of corporations that they have defined and created and caused to be; we say that this includes the British Crown Corporations that are owned on a 60/40 split with their Roman overseers.

The living people and their governments agreed to accept the formation of corporations so long as these "legal fictions" operated for lawful purposes and caused no harm to the living.

We say that the use and abuse of these legal fictions has caused irreparable harm to the living people and absolutely all of these legal fiction enterprises are now subject to liquidation, depending on their own actions.

We say that this charade of creating "dead" corporate franchises to "represent" living people in the jurisdictions of the sea and the air, and then administering these dead corporate franchises "as if" they were the living people, has gone more than far enough.

The strong arm administration of a person's estate while they are still alive is a tort that is illegal, unlawful, irrational, and immoral.

We hold the Roman Curia and the British Empire accountable for aggravated identity theft and for defrauding the American people and most of the people living in Western Europe, the former British Commonwealth, and other nations that have been imposed upon by these ruthless thieves acting in Bad Faith and Dishonor.

International Public Notice: Rebus Sic Stantibus

In Latin, "rebus sic stantibus" means, "as things stand".

This is a standard escape clause, allowing one Party to a contract to invoke withdrawal from all or part of an agreement or contract, owing to unforeseen changes or circumstances that were not anticipated at the time the contract was signed.

The Russian Government, in the person of Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council, recently invoked rebus sic stantibus on the Hague Conventions on the Laws and Customs of War.

Medvedev noted that war has changed a great deal in the decades since these conventions were adopted, and said that the most that the Russian Government was willing to guarantee was that it would not intentionally target civilians.

Anything else, including theft and execution of captured enemy leaders was acceptable, according to Medvedev.

This marks a turning point, a departure from accepted standards of behavior agreed upon and upheld for generations by all signatories, including the United States and the United Kingdom.

Invoking rebus sic stantibus on the Hague Conventions governing the Laws and Customs of War is an "Open Season" announcement and declaration warning the rest of the world that so far as Russia is concerned, all bets are off, including "non-intentional" damage to civilian populations.

And there is no standard available to establish intentionality.

The Russians are telling Zelensky, if we catch you, you are a dead man. So no wonder he left Kiev in a hurry. The final Russian advance is proceeding right now.

While our hearts ache for the innocent people, for the land and soil of Ukraine, we recognize that this comes at the end of years of bitter fighting, that the Zelensky government was installed as a puppet government --- a puppet government that turned the Ukraine into a worldwide center for all manner of criminal enterprises, and now refuses to sue for peace.

In 2014, mercenaries slaughtered the elected government of Ukraine in broad daylight. Next, Zelensky, a comedian from Florida, was installed as President. Next, everything from drug smuggling to adrenochrome factories and laboratories manufacturing bioweapons sprouted like dandelions in the spring. Human trafficking and every other social evil followed.

All of this reeks of being staged by external powers, most likely out of control mercenary operations and drug cartels; we highly suspect that the neo-Nazi symbolism of the Ukrainian armed forces is just another smokescreen intended to cover the commercial interests that are in fact responsible. Blame it on the Nazis, but....

There are no Ukrainians in evidence talking about racial superiority or repeating conservative mantras like, "Kinder, Kirche, Kuche".

There is even more damning evidence of engineered disintegration and deliberate criminality that preceded the Ukrainian regime change and it was all on the part of corporations acting as the governments of the United States and Western Europe.

While you weren't watching or listening or holding them to account, western leaders promised Russia that NATO wouldn't move an inch eastward or pose a threat to Russian sovereignty as a condition of dismembering the old Soviet Union, yet year by year and inch by inch, this is exactly what NATO did.

Russia protested. NATO back-pedaled for the cameras, and then kept right on moving east, toward Russia, despite all these promises and words on paper.

NATO was the aggressor and the Liar. Not Russia.

There were other aspects to this Slow Creep and degeneration of diplomatic credibility long before Zelensky showed up to make it official.

As part of the treaty agreements that marked the end of the old Soviet Union, explicit terms were put in place, allowing Russia to return and govern any area that failed to form and sustain its own separate government.

So, when Russia re-entered areas that were part of the former Soviet Union -- areas that wanted the Russian government because they were primarily settled by Russians -- Russia was acting within its pre-established rights. It wasn't being an aggressor.

Yet each time this happened, it was greeted with a firestorm of bad press in the west and all sorts of unsupported claims and accusations against Moscow, the Russian leadership, and Russia in general.

Why make an agreement, if you don't intend to live by it?

This is one of the fundamental questions of diplomacy in the modern era. Words seem to have lost their meaning. Nobody in the Post-World War II paradigm says what they mean, or means what they say.

Like NATO's slow creep eastward, and the "surprise" that Russia exercised its treaty options, a subculture of lies and excuses has taken root, a dependency on appearances rather than substance.

As individual character and honor have been degraded, so has the character and honor of entire nations.

It is now commonplace and weirdly acceptable for the governments of nations to lie, to make false guarantees, to pretend that they are in compliance with rules and standards and agreements --- when they are self-evidently not in compliance.

It is also commonplace for such governments to lie to and cheat the people that rely on them to provide essential government services.

They are equal opportunity liars, whether in diplomatic forums, or back home talking to Joe Average.

We have every right to distrust everything these politicians and bureaucrats say, and everything they do. We are not being paranoid. We can observe their behavior on the world stage and watch it play out in our own lives, too.

That's why the Tin Hats are batting a 100 and the True Believers are dusting off their backsides.

Chemtrails, according to the United States Government, don't exist, yet they do, and it turns out that Air Force equipment and personnel are being used to poison the ground we walk upon and depend on to grow our food.

There is no such thing as extraterrestrial contact, but then, there's this inconvenient treaty document..... and weather warfare doesn't exist, either, but here are the ENMOD treaties established by the United Nations back in 1974....

There's no such thing as free energy being endlessly produced by the Earth's natural magnetosphere, but then.....we can hook up a few wires in our backyards and run a Disneyland-worth of light bulbs with no connection to the electrical grid at all.

There's no Sasquatches, until you meet one in an arboreal forest, and greet them in Ancient Sumerian. No mermaids until you get bitten by one and told that the bite was inflicted by a cat.

Trust us, it was a cat. You better say it was a cat, too.

No Egyptians in America until you read their hieroglyphs etched into rocks above Lake Michigan, in the Grand Canyon, and throughout the American Southwest.

The world the rest of us occupy is obviously different.

We don't have any political parties; in our world, they are outlawed to guarantee free elections.

Rebus sic stantibus. Learn it. Say it. Repeat.

We didn't anticipate being misidentified as commercial corporation franchises.

We didn't sign up to serve as British Merchant Mariners.

And anything presented to the contrary notwithstanding, we claim rebus sic stantibus.

Let's leave -- for a moment -- the entire question of a commercial corporation in the business of providing "essential government services" being left in charge of enforcing its own service contracts -- which has been going on here for over 160 years.

That circumstance alone appears to be exceptional and anti-intuitive and anti-common sense enough, but let's entertain the thought -- as a thought -- that the U.S. Supreme Court has been left with the singular job of riding herd on this unlikely situation, and that it retains the only power left to act as a Referee on behalf of the nation-states and people of this country and what remains of our power to control our destiny.

The U.S. Supreme Court just acted to end what has been described as "political activism" on the part of various appointed Federal Judges and end the practice of issuing federal injunctions that have been used to stop the enforcement of State-level laws throughout the country.

This is noteworthy, because it draws a line and limits federal judicial powers. And liabilities.

It's the words, "and liabilities" that should catch your attention. The Barristers are retrenching and consciously choosing to retreat from an exposed position of liability and responsibility that was never theirs. They are not accepting the additional job of legislating from the bench. And they are avoiding the commercial consequences attached to undertaking work intended for the U.S. Congress.

Even though the "States" that exist in their jurisdictions are merely foreign Public Trusts set up by the agents of the British Empire and even though the "State of State" and "STATE OF STATE" organizations are foreign service providers substituting themselves on an "emergency basis" for our own American organizations bearing similar names, the U.S. Supreme Court Justices have smelled the java and recognized the risks involved in flagrantly disrespecting the limits of their services contract.

This is a halcyon moment for them, and it marks the first such retreat in recent decades, which have seen a steady across-the-board expansion of claims of judicial powers at all levels.

Forget for a moment that the foxes are guarding the foxes that have put themselves in charge of our hen house, and take in the view.

One group of foxes is telling their junior foxes to stand clear and keep their noses clean --- not because there has been any overwhelming evidence of an intention to play a clean game, but because all these so-called institutions are incorporated.

We aren't dealing with the U.S. Supreme Court that is supposed to be acting as a Referee, judging the legislation coming out of the U.S. Congress against the requirements of The Constitution of the United States of America, we are dealing with the U.S. Supreme Court, Incorporated.

And the U.S. Supreme Court, Incorporated, suddenly has cold feet, not because their lust for personal and institutional power has waned, but because they suddenly see their incorporated status as a liability.

As they should.

Remember what we told you about the Pope and the Roman Curia being responsible for the creation and the discipline of all the forms of corporations they have spun out of thin air. Remember also that thanks to King Henry the Eighth and his 40-60 split with the Pope regarding their joint business operations, the British Crown is the Junior Partner by a good 20% share.

This is why the Queen always walked three steps behind the Lord Mayor of the Inner City of London when she entered the premises of Fleet Street and HQ of the Bar Associations. This is why the (Secret) Order of the Templars suddenly appeared at St. Peter's Basilica in full battle regalia for the first time in over 700 years --- this year.

Truly, as the Chinese say, we are living in interesting times.

The Templars show up alive and well after being dead for seven centuries, and the churches of Ireland, both Protestant and Catholic, declare a truce and join together in common cause to end the lawless tide of immigration -- first time that happened in over 500 years. Take note.

What we are saying to you is this: the Roman Catholic Church, through its secular and intellectual enterprises, controls everything that happens on this planet. The sacred end of the Church worships the Creator, while the secular end worships Lucifer--- and they make no bones about it, when you actually stop and inquire.

After spending a few years (about 300) trying to form a new communal vision of life, the early Christians gave up and accepted the Roman Sop. This is well-documented, and so are the resulting changes that occurred within the churches established by the Apostles.

Of them all, only Philadelphia remains --- in name, and the sacred end of the Church has opted to protect that one, dim, fragile, glimmering light. The secular end of the Church has agreed, because they need at least a few safe havens to conduct their business operations.

The cover for all this is that our planet is in perpetual transition, waiting for Jesus to come back and claim the victory he won at Golgotha --- and waiting for the Father (of Jesus) to kick Satan back out into the Abyss (of space, not the ocean on Earth) for us.

They just forget to tell us that the Father lives in us and that we have inherited his powers, and if the Evil One is ever to be rooted out of our lives and denied control of this planet, it must be because we learn the truth about ourselves and our empowerments --- and willfully choose to honor the truth within us.

Though this sounds simple, we have been crippled from birth and more or less prevented from taking responsibility for ourselves or much of anything else. We are told to let the Church do our thinking for us. We are told to let the Church handle everything and just trust in the goodwill and wisdom of the priesthood, even if that priesthood is hopelessly divided and trying to serve two masters.

It's a story of "go along to get along" with Satan, and worship the True God on the side, if you are so inclined, similar to their treatment of the Constitutions --- the priests of Mammon serving Mammon's courts are told to use their "judicial discretion" to tell who is awake and who is asleep, who is deceived and who is objecting to deceit.

When you object, they honor this and hand you over to their Subordinates, British Crown Officers, who then prosecute you under military common law -- where it isn't forbidden to commit fraud against your victims no matter how much they protest.

The Junior Partners in this Joint Venture obligingly kill, rape, rob and disrespect the victims, call them "rebels" and "insurrectionists" and "sovereign citizens" (even though that is an oxymoron and gibberish) and throw innocent civilians in the brig, and illegally confiscate their property assets, under the pretense that they are either: (1) nogoodnicks intent on seizing the identity and property of a luckless British Merchant Mariner of the same exact Given Name, who is missing and presumed dead, lost at sea; or (2) nogoodnicks who support the notion of slavery and insurrection against the government they are obligated to serve as good little citizens.

That "presumed" obligation is to the Holy Roman Empire, which has always made the bulk of its money on slavery of one kind or another, and which openly enslaves all "citizens of the United States".

There is just one stick in this whole sticky-wicket that these clown masters have developed into a well-oiled graft, corruption, and confiscation machine. They've incorporated their version of everything including the dogs and cats, so as to evade their responsibilities under the Law of the Land.

And at the end of the day, their Roman Curia is the body uniquely responsible for disciplining all these corporations and making sure that they function lawfully, not legally, and pose no threat to the living people who have allowed all these corporations to exist -- in our minds, if nowhere else.

What happens when we all say, sorry, that's not the deal?

These corporations don't actually exist. We have suspended belief under specific requirements of Ecclesiastical Law and allowed these business structures to proliferate and be defined, but we haven't lost our minds. Corporations are legal fictions required to function for lawful purposes --- defrauding, murdering, and robbing mankind is not a lawful purpose.

It's time for the Roman Curia to perform its job and start dissolving massive numbers of these corporations, including service providers that have strong-armed people to receive their "services", including courts that have deliberately misaddressed living people and subjected them to foreign laws, including manufacturers of poisons and biowarfare weapons, including banking cartels that indulge in "legalized" crimes of commodity rigging, and which have securitized living flesh and thereby subjected people to both peonage and enslavement.

These corporations have no natural right to exist and have only been tolerated to the extent that they do no harm. There is ample evidence that these corporations have malfunctioned and that they have served as a means to commit gross crimes and errors against the living people of this planet.

Flesh and blood that claims its heritage as flesh and blood must be honored for what it is, a creation of the True God and naturally belonging to the True God --- not the Church, not the British Monarch, and not any corporation dreamed up by the Roman Curia.

Jesus, whom we call Yeshuah, has a claim to the kingdom of Satan which we call "the world" as opposed to the Earth, but Satan has no claim on us. We are the handiwork of God the Father, and it is his name that is encoded on our DNA and his law written on our hearts.

A man cannot be magically transmuted into a corporate franchise or redefined as a "transhuman" based on the deliberate and undisclosed pollution and damage done to their natural genome by corporations and their employees; and, there is no protection for these entities under Ecclesiastical or Public Law, either one.

So, time for the Roman Curia that claims to own all these "things" to get the lead out and start dissolving them.

We would suggest that the Curia starts with the pharmaceutical giant, Pfizer, Incorporated.

The U.S. Congress, Incorporated, may have granted them immunity from their prosecution, but we didn't guarantee any such thing. We hold both of these corporations fully accountable under American Common Law and the Public Law already established prior to any action by the U.S. Congress, Incorporated, offering Pfizer, Incorporated, carte blanche --- no matter what poisons and infectious agents and undeclared genome-altering crud they put in the Covid 19 injections they foisted off on the living people and misrepresented as "safe and effective".

How cozy, two corrupt and self-serving corporations offering to legalize and insure crimes for each other at public expense.

It's time for this nonsense to end. It's time for these corporations to be dissolved and for these Perpetrators to be arrested and prosecuted for their crimes against humanity.

If this is not done and done promptly, the members of the Roman Curia can expect a visitation that will be most unwelcome --- and members of the Curia can expect to be arrested as accomplices to the crimes committed by these corporations.

We're done waiting and being harmed and threatened by imaginary constructs that have proven to be both destructive and unaccountable. Better that we dissolve and outlaw and deny the existence of all corporations, than continue to be attacked by men pretending to be sock puppets and necromancers by turns.

These Liars have no authority over anything but their own actions and we hold them responsible for their actions and inactions that cause harm to us and our property assets.

COLLECT Grant, we beseech Thee, O Lord, that both the course of the world may be peaceably ordered for us by Thy governance, and that Thy Church may rejoice in tranquil devotion. Through our Lord Jesus Christ Thy Son, who liveth and reigneth with Thee, in the Unity of the Holy Ghost, God, world without end, Amen.

EPISTLE (Rom. VIII. 18-23). Brethren, The sufferings of this time are not worthy to be compared
to the glory to come, that shall be revealed in us. For the expectation of the creature waiteth for the revelation of the sons of God. For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly; but by reason of him that made it subject, in hope: because the creature also itself shall be delivered from the servitude of corruption, into the liberty of the glory of the children of God. INSTRUCTION There is no greater consolation under crosses and afflictions, no more powerful support in the adversities of a pious and virtuous life, than the thought that all sufferings are as nothing when compared with the coming glory of heaven, and that by a slight and momentary suffering in this life is obtained a superabundant happiness in the next. Thus St. Augustine says: "Were we daily to suffer all torments, even for a short time the pains of hell, in order to see Christ and be numbered among His saints, would it not be worth all this misery to obtain so great a good, so great a glory?"

ASPIRATION Ah Lord, when shall we be delivered from the miserable bondage of this life, and participate in that indescribable glory which Thou hast prepared for Thy children, where free from the misery and many temptations of this life, they enjoy eternal bliss. Enable us to see more and more into the misery of this life that we may thus be urged to strive for freedom and glory in Thy kingdom. Amen.

GOSPEL (Luke V. 1-11.) At that time, When the multitude pressed upon Jesus, to hear the word of God, he stood by the lake of Genesareth. And he saw two ships standing by the lake: but the fishermen were gone out of them, and were washing their nets; and going up into one of the ships that was Simon's, he desired him to draw back a little from the land. And sitting, he taught the multitudes out of the ship. Now when he had ceased to speak, he said to Simon: Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught. And Simon, answering, said to him: Master, we have labored all the night, and have taken nothing, but at thy word I will let down the net. And when they had done this, they enclosed a very great multitude of fishes: and their net broke. And they beckoned to their partners that were in the other ship, that they should come and help them. And they came and filled both the ships, so that they were almost sinking. Which when Simon Peter saw, he fell down at Jesus's knees, saying: Depart from me, for I am a sinful man, O Lord. For he was wholly astonished, and all that were with him, at the draught of fishes which they had taken; and so were also James and John, the sons of Zebedee, who were Simon's Partners. And Jesus with to Simon: Fear not: from henceforth thou shalt catch men. And having brought their ships to land, leaving all things, they followed him.

What are we to learn from the people who came to Christ to hear the word of God?

We should listen with great zeal to the word of God, because from it man receives the life of the soul, (Matt. IV. 4.) and eternal happiness. (Luke XI. 28.)

Why did Christ teach from Peter's ship?

By this He showed that the true doctrine is preached only from that Church of which Peter is the head, (John. XXI. 15.) which is here represented by his ship. Amid storms of persecution Jesus has preserved arid will preserve this ship, His Church, until the end of time. (Matt. XVI. 18). Peter still guides the bark in the unbroken line of his successors, and Jesus still teaches from this ship the same doctrine through the bishops and priests, as His cooperators, with whom He has promised to remain to the end of the world. Matt. XXVII. 20.)

Why was it that Peter and his assistants took in such a draught of fishes after they had labored all night in vain?

Because at first they trusted in themselves, and did not throw out their nets in the name of the Lord, relying on His blessing and assistance. "This example," says St. Ambrose, "proves how vain and fruitless is presumptuous confidence, and how powerful, on the contrary, is humility, since those who had previously labored without success, filled their nets at the word of the Redeemer." Let us learn from this our inability, that we begin our work only with God, that is, with confidence in His help, and with the intention of working only for love of Him, and for His honor. If we do this, the blessing of the Lord will not be wanting.

What is represented by the nets and the draught of fishes?

"The word of truth which, so to speaks forms the network of gospel preaching," says St. Ambrose, "with which the successors of the apostles, the bishops and priests, draw souls from the darkness of error to the light of truth, and from the depths of the abyss to raise them to heaven."

What is meant by the apostles' calling, to their partners for help?

We are instructed by this that we should assist the preachers of the gospel, the priests, in the conversion of sinners, by prayer, fasting, alms-deeds, and other good works, especially by good example, for this is a most meritorious work. (James V. 20.)

Why did Jesus choose poor and illiterate fishermen to be His apostles?

To show that the founding and propagating of the holy Catholic Church is not the work of man, but of God; for how could it be possible, without the evident assistance of God, that poor, illiterate fishermen could overthrow proud paganism, and bring nations to receive the doctrine of the crucified God-Man Jesus, who to the Jews was an abomination, to the Gentiles a folly!

INSTRUCTION ON A GOOD INTENTION

Master, we have labored all the night, and have taken nothing, but at thy word I will let down the net. (Luke V. 5.)

There are many people who by a special, but loving decree of God, seem to be born only for a miserable life, and who, with all this, can have no hope of a reward in the next world, because they, do not avail themselves (by a good intention) of the miseries which God gives them as a ladder to heaven.

In what does a good intention consist?

In performing all our works, even the smallest, and in offering all our thoughts and words in the name of God, that is, for His honor and in accordance with His most holy will; that we receive all sufferings and afflictions cheerfully from His hand, and offer them in union with the passion of Jesus.

How should we make a good intention?

In the morning we should offer to the Lord all our thoughts, words, and deeds, all our crosses and afflictions, and all our steps during the day:

as a sacrifice of homage, to pay to Him the service, honor and adoration due Him;
a sacrifice of thanksgiving for graces received;
a sacrifice of propitiation to render some satisfaction to divine justice for our own sins and the sins of others;
a sacrifice of impetration to obtain, through the merits of Christ, new graces and gifts for ourselves and others.

We must not forget, however, in making a good intention, to unite all our works with the merits of Jesus, by which alone they acquire worth and merit before God,
and we must guard against impatience or sinful deeds by which we lose the merit of the good intention made in the morning, for a good intention cannot exist with. sin. It is also very useful to place all our actions into the wounds of Jesus, offering them to Him by the hands of His Blessed Mother, and it is advisable frequently to renew our good intention during t the day, by making use of these or similar words: "For the love of Thee, O Lord! Here is the new energy resource of a new Cosmic Age:

Helium 3.

Canada and the Alaskans have discovered mindless amounts of Helium 3, and the same concentrations are probably buried throughout the circumpolar region -- Siberia, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Greenland.

The Northwest Territories of Canada, among the poorest and least developed and most sparsely populated portions of the Earth, a vast tract of muskeg and snakey glacial rivers riding on Permafrost and Permian Shield rock, is now the equivalent of a treasure cave.

This, among other things, is what is propelling the mass movement to include the Canadian Provinces in "the United States" ---Incorporated, that is.

Helium 3 is one of the cleanest possible energy resources.

Remember the Paris Climate Accords? Global warming? Carbon capture schemes? Wind turbines? Carbon taxes?

Fascinating how the Players all simultaneously withdrew in silence. Just packed up the Roadshow after forty-plus years of endless promotion, and slunk off, exit stage left?

Not a word anywhere anymore about climate change or carbon taxes, no billions in grants for "research" and "alternative energy initiatives", no wind turbine "farms" killing flocks of wild birds --- none of it.

It's like the Obummer Era never happened. Like our credit wasn't squandered on building another excuse for arbitrary coercive power and taxation. Like G.T. lost her political reality sensor for nothing.

It's all been so eerily quiet, and of course, they don't want you to notice this particular silence. It would be embarrassing and against their interests to explain, so everything is quiet.

Forget about that...nothing to see here, ma'am....

Another major pier block of Progressive Policy silently hit the dust at the same time --- the whole crazy idea of overpopulation and the need to kill off a large portion of humanity to prevent a "population bomb" that self-evidently never existed.

The reasons for this silence are darker. Having "successfully" poisoned and permanently polluted the human genome with the Covid 19 injections and being well on the way to destroying human fertility and murdering billions of innocent people the Freaks in Charge are hoping to escape detection --- just fade back into the woodwork and look studious and stay quiet until we forget.

But we won't forget and can't forget, because--- among other things that Big Housing Boom forecast by all the property development associations and pension funds (whose managers must have been high on something) just went Bust, and is so far South of reality that property values will never recover in the next six generations. Six. And that is a generous, hopeful estimate.

All those evil property developers throwing up cheap little box houses on cheap bare lots using substandard construction materials and methods and jacking up new "mortgages" for the failing banks? All those substandard housing complexes that make the old 1960s precursors look modern and luxurious by comparison?

All bankrupt. All waste. All venal stupidity. The Chinese construction disaster has arrived in America and sure as S#@t, the wealth of evil has been stored up for the righteous. Watch us roll this. This is for all of you who wondered how we would ever see 1950's housing prices again.

The Middle East is just waking up like a drunk on a five day bender. This whole "play" in the Mideast is a lesson in strategic withdrawal and a not-quite-burned-Earth policy deployment in which the U.S. destroyed its own military bases and exhausted a lot of obsolete equipment and armaments --- intending to pass the real "losses" off onto the American people and placate their Israeli Allies, while at the same time setting up the scenario in which Israel could be destroyed.

Yes, you heard that right. Israel has become a serious embarrassment and expense for its British Empire sponsors, and now that Jacob Rothschild is gone and Big Oil is going the way of Whale Oil, there is no longer any reason for the Evil Empire to invest in the region.

Uncle Sam is tipping his hat on the way out the door, and in the aftermath, Israel has suffered massive air and ground losses and infrastructure destruction. The vaunted IDF is decimated and was never large to begin with; Gaza has been avenged and the real grandstand attraction is just beginning as Netanyahu realizes -- too late -- that his good friends in London are Nazis.

All it will take is one strong push by Hezbollah coming in from Lebanon and a joining pincer movement by almost any other Islamic front group or nation -- maybe Syria, as Trump suggested -- and Israel will crack like an eggshell and be no more. Poof! The same players that created it, will have destroyed it ----and cleaned up their mess like a bartender with a little whisk and dust pan.

What will be left will be a rejuvenated Iran, benefiting from $300 billion in new infrastructure and a new British-backed puppet government. Iran, not Israel, will be the new primary anchor of the Evil Empire in the region. The Persian Gulf will be the supplier for the new West Sinai Canal and will ship to India and Eastern Africa.

Without development of the offshore Eastern Mediterranean oil basin, the sacrifices of Gaza have been in vain--- and it's simply our moral responsibility to remember that "little detail".

The German Chancellor is biting his nails, again, because he realizes that the Mideast -- by far his most immediate hope of rescue, unless you count Vladimir Putin being sweet talked into rebuilding the Nordstream gas pipelines on an emergency basis for "humanitarian relief purposes" --- has changed hands again. He is left out in the cold, literally, after hiring "the Americans" and getting duped into playing straight man for the Brits.

We don't know yet how much Germany spent on this little war for profit and regime change in Iran, but whatever it spent was too much and did not provide the energy supply relief Germany was gambling for. Short term, the infrastructure destruction throughout the Middle East is going to do nothing but make oil supplies harder for Europe to obtain and more costly, too. The shut down of Venezuelan supplies just makes the European energy supply problem worse.

It looks like Western Europe is on the chopping block, and being squeezed to make up for its stance on the Ukraine -- Germany will have to kiss Putin's foot to replace the sabotaged Nordstream gas pipelines, pay through the nose for every drop of Mideast oil, and be very quiet about settlement of the Ukraine issues.

And even then, there won't be a pleasant winter in Germany for the foreseeable future and German industrial capacity will be hobbled while America and Canada gear up and take advantage of Helium development. A similar double-whammy crunch will keep China stalled out while Russia recovers from the Ukrainian "War".

The only actual allies appear to be Trump and Putin, who played the entire rest of the world to create advantageous stalemates and development opportunities ensuring their own balance of power holds during the necessary sag time involved in transitioning to helium based power supplies and limited free energy applications.

If you are getting the impression that you don't have a clue about what's going on in the world, there's a reason for that.

American and European journalists have been gagged since the First World War, and what started as a necessary component of communications control during wartime has been unnaturally extended to peacetime, too.

Even such celebrated aberrations of investigative journalism as Woodward and Bernstein's coverage of the Watergate Affair --it was all staged by CIA and FBI "informants" and had nothing to do with actual investigative journalism.

The Truth is closer to this: after succumbing to Henry Kissinger's plan to take this country off any precious metals standard and shift to the Petrodollar instead, thereby "internationalizing" the rate of inflation, Tricky Dick Nixon realized that he had been tricked.

Whatever else he was, Nixon was no fan of the British Empire. If he had been, he could have been sucking up to the Queen and being knighted just like Kissinger and G.H.W. Bush instead of being set up as a petty crook by MI6 and dragged through the media circus with a blindfold on.

Americans and Brits might as well use their newspapers to wrap fish and line the bottoms of bird cages, and if anyone else can find a use for other forms of western journalism, be our guest.

All this and a great deal more has been going on while the people of this country slept and paid the costs. That paradigm is now shifting.

The unmistakable hum of brain waves entering Beta is heard from sea to shining sea and at the bottom of the hour is the slow-burning news that Big Oil is dead in the US and Western Europe.

Helium 3 and limited applications of free energy are on the horizon.

Time for the people of Britain to rise and shine. Time for the people of America to rise, too. Time for people everywhere to rise and settle the issue of out-of-control governmental services corporations --- and that means deconstructing the Roman Curia --- once and for all.

If the logic of this and the responsibility for the current condition of the world is not explicit and obvious in your mind, if you are wondering and asking, "What does the Roman Curia have to do with corporations and the price of rice in China?" --- be advised.

The Pope is responsible for operations in the jurisdiction of the air and the petty business of creating and disciplining corporations -- phantoms ginned up from a name, a purpose, and a logo fit into a business structure created by the Roman Curia -- remains with the Pope and the Roman Curia.

Pope Benedict XVI had to gut and dissolve the UNITED STATES under Chapter Seven involuntary bankruptcy, and the same power and necessity is now upon Pope Leo XIV.

We, the living people, have allowed the existence of corporations with the provision that all such corporations must exist for lawful purposes, not merely legal purposes. Corporations must function lawfully and cause no intentional harm to living people, and if they trespass against us, they must be destroyed.

Pfizer must be destroyed. Monsanto and Bayer must be destroyed.

Dow Chemical -- gone. Kaiser Permanente -- gone. I.G. Farben -- gone.

All the central bank members of the Bank for International Settlements, and the World Bank, Incorporated, which have rigged commodities and caused untold suffering and mayhem --- gone.

The UN CORPORATION and UN, INC., and the United Nations, Incorporated and The United Nations, Inc., and all similarly named incorporated entities --- gone.

All the securities and exchange boards and commissions which have presided over the unlawful securitization of living flesh, the Securities and Exchange Commission, Inc. -- gone. All the related stock exchanges and tainted trading platforms worldwide --- gone.

All the "government" corporations worldwide --- that is, governmental services corporations of various kinds masquerading as actual governments, for example, Australia, Incorporated, misrepresenting itself as the Australian Government --- gone.

All the territorial and municipal district courts operating in the States of the Union and misaddressing living people as similarly named corporation franchises --- gone.

All the separately named and incorporated "departments" like the Department of Justice, Incorporated --- gone. The various debt collector agencies: the Internal Revenue Service, Inc., the IRS, Inc., the California Franchise Board, Inc. ---- all gone.

This is just for starters.

We move under the light of Heaven. Our breakthrough happens now. Our voices lift to our Higher Selves. We pronounce and give voice to our present and future abundance of wealth, health, life, and love. We establish our pathways of peace. We declare the return of all our lands and other physical assets, and mandate the return of our intellectual properties and other material interests. We call forth our true loves, we embrace our destined companions, and we spread the future like a plush carpet before us. We end all deception and deceit, and declare our discernment under the light of the moon. Before the blazing sun we declare our truth. We are set free and we are healed, made whole, and held harmless, now recognized as the heirs of all creation. We bring all karmic cycles to a peaceful end. We embrace the love that brought us here and give thanks with humility and heartfelt gratitude.
