Proof that the NEW WORLD ORDER has been planned by the elite. Robert Welch, Founder of The John Birch Society, predicted today's problems with uncanny accuracy back in 1958 and prescribed solutions in 1974 that are very similar to Ron Paul's positions today. This is proof that there are plans in place by the elite to systemically disassemble US sovereignty. I wonder who those elite are.

My uncle, Leo B. Landsberger was the paid staff co-ordinator in North Dakota, for the John Birch Society in the late 60s when George Wallace was running for President. Leo started a ticket of candidates for public offices across North Dakota covering all state level offices, national offices and most of the state legislature, all of whom were members of the John Birch Society. Many of my uncles and aunts were on that ticket or supporting the candidates so I couldn't help but learn and be involved. In fact I became one of the advance men for the candidates and did many meetings in North Dakota, helping set up over 20 new chapters of the Birch Society during about a 3 year period.

The John Birch Society is an educational organization that has had more truth and history available to the American public than most any other organization of it's kind in American history.

It was because of the films and printed materials from the Birch Society that I first became interested in what made our country great, and even while I was still in High School became active for freedom.

Ron Paul is NOT a member but the media wants to use old smear tactics and guilt by association to smear him like they did the Birch Society back in the 60s.

The smear tactics of the radical left are old news. They are tired and worn out attempts at discrediting the messenger because the radical left can NOT successfully argue the real issues that Ron Paul, and yes the Birch Society have been exposing for decades. I was a volunteer "co-ordinator" without any official status for several years until I got involved in a private security company called Western Inspection Service, and then moved to Montana in 1970 and started a family. I have always been active somewhat in politics and conservative action, but nothing like now.
At this point I do this full time. In fact this weekend Feb. 10th 2012 I am heading for a big gun show in Butte Montana, the first of the season, to set up my table with silver, radio gear, solar power equipment, and DVD movies about everything that is going on. This was rampant when we were faced with putting our 8 children through the public schools. Instead of trying to counteract all this we chose to home school, at a time when it wasn't legal to do so in Montana.

We took our children to Helena and helped get one of the best home school laws in the nation passed in the middle eighties. I just couldn't see how we could send our kids to school telling them to listen to their teachers and learn what they needed, then when they brought all this trash learning home to then tell them their teachers didn't know what they were talking about.

Instead we bought a Commodore computer and I learned how to program basic and came up with a set of disks that helped my wife to teach them. They all liked the computer idea and learned rapidly. We also used some professional tutoring along the way for special problems.

All our children are good productive members of society, and several have their own businesses, and none of them have any problem competing with the product of the public school system.

I would hate to think what might have happened had we subjected them to what this movie shows.

State Nullification of Unconstitutional Federal "Laws"

There will be a new documentary film coming out on Febrary 9th at the CPAC.

Called "Nullification - The Rightful Remedy" the film will set the stage for a lawful rebellion by the States to right the wrongs perpetrated unlawfully by the federal government over the last few decades, and end the tyranny over the people by a government completely out of control and destroying freedom and liberty at every turn. Here is a preview of that film.

What is Nullification?

What Is It? State nullification is the idea that the states can and must refuse to enforce unconstitutional federal laws. Says Who? Says Thomas Jefferson, among other distinguished Americans. His draft of the Kentucky Resolutions of 1798 first introduced the word “nullification” into American political life, and follow-up resolutions in 1799 employed Jefferson’s formulation that “nullification…is the rightful remedy” when the federal government reaches beyond its constitutional powers. In the Virginia Resolutions of 1798, James Madison said the states were “duty bound to resist” when the federal government violated the Constitution.

But Jefferson didn’t invent the idea. Federalist supporters of the Constitution at the Virginia ratifying convention of 1788 assured Virginians that they would be “exonerated” should the federal government attempt to impose “any supplementary condition” upon them – in other words, if it tried to exercise a power over and above the ones the states had delegated to it. Patrick Henry and later Jefferson himself elaborated on these safeguards that Virginians had been assured of at their ratifying convention.
What’s the Argument for It? Here’s an extremely basic summary:

1) The states preceded the Union. The Declaration of Independence speaks of “free and independent states” that “have full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which independent states may of right do.” The British acknowledged the independence not of a single blob, but of 13 states, which they proceeded to list one by one. Article II of the Articles of Confederation says the states “retain their sovereignty, freedom, and independence”; they must have enjoyed that sovereignty in the past in order for them to “retain” it in 1781 when the Articles were officially adopted.

The only question that remains in my mind is this. What is it going to take to force the rogue court system and unconstitutional power hungry judges across this land to recognize this and start ruling against the illegal corporation in favor of the US Constitution and We the People? I sincerely hope and pray that we can find a peaceful way to make that happen.

I urge you to read this message and share it with your friends and family.

Time is short and our country is at a breaking point.

I’ve spent the last few months speaking with Tea Party members, friends, neighbors and political activists from across the spectrum who are all concerned about one thing: protecting and securing our liberties.

I’ve thought long and hard about our political options. I often pray over it. And now, I need your input ...

I’ve been nominated to run for U.S. Congress in my district.

While I've always worked at the local level to prevent the federal government from overstepping its authority, I'm willing to challenge my current representative.

I haven’t put my name on the ballot yet. But when I do, you can bet that I will run an aggressive campaign.

First, I need to know if my friends and fellow activists are willing to support my primary campaign against a career politician. And my team needs to gauge how much support will be offered.

I live in the 21st Congressional District of Texas. Lamar Smith has “represented” our district for the last 28 years.

You may have heard of him recently. He has been in the news for authoring and sponsoring a bill that goes beyond the enumerated powers authorized in the U.S. Constitution. It also violates the First Amendment, Fourth Amendment and Fourteenth Amendment.

The bill is called, the “Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA).”

But in truth it should be called, the “Stop Online Profits Act.”

Because that's what it will do. It raises the legal and compliance costs to the breaking point for small retailers, independent websites, bloggers and alternative media websites.

SOPA practically criminalizes the Internet business model that depends on user-generated content.

One instance of a user uploading copyrighted work could lead the website to be permanently blocked from all financial network processors. One complaint could also remove a site from search engines and Internet Services Providers.

The consequences of SOPA go beyond the Internet.

SOPA will reduce the number of Internet jobs and hurt a recovering economy.

Here's why –

One instance of streaming a copyright violation could cost a website operator or owner five years in prison. (That means companies like Google, YouTube and Facebook could not have been started under SOPA.)

That results in fewer entrepreneurs risking their capital to start Internet companies.

That results in fewer start-ups, which have been the net creator of private sector jobs over the last few years.
Never mind that SOPA is an un-Constitutional mandate, unauthorized by Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution.

Never mind that copyright holders can already prosecute violations of infringement under existing U.S. Code Title 17 and Title 18.

Never mind that it’s not the responsibility of U.S. taxpayers to fund quality-control or authentication procedures for corporations with political lobbyists.
Never mind that Customs and TSA Agents will be checking our souvenirs at airports and train stations to ensure "official" corporate branding.

Never mind that this bill will not prevent “online piracy” but will censor online communications, making it increasingly difficult to find information about how your representative voted on key issues like the Patriot Act and NDAA. (Smith voted yes on both.)

And never mind that SOPA goes against everything the Republican Party, conservatives and free market capitalism stands for.

What concerns me is what this is really about…
... it’s about who controls information,
... it’s about intervening in how people communicate with each other on a mass scale,
... and it's about converting the private sector in to Red Coats for the federal government.

SOPA passes off operating costs of this federal program to small retailers, online blogs, alternative media sources, and consumers.

It forces companies with websites to hire "copyrights managers" who will receive and process copyrights complaints from the public. And then it forces those employees to report infringements to the federal government's Copyrights Office.

In turn, the federal government hires more bureaucrats in the Copyrights Office, State Department and Attorney General's Office to process the information. And do you know what else SOPA does?

It authorizes those bureaucrats to represent the big media corporatists that compete with so called "rogue websites."

What’s really concerning is that SOPA is being sponsored by a Republican representative in a Republican controlled House.

At a time when our economy is in a recession, why would a Republican representative want to reduce private sector jobs? And why on earth would Smith give more power to Barack Obama’s Attorney General, Eric Holder? Well, that is what SOPA does.

The thought of joining Washington D.C. goes against everything I stand for. But the thought of watching a career-politician represent me and pay lip-service to the Constitution is more than I can bear.

That’s why I’m accepting the nomination to challenge Lamar Smith.

Let me be upfront with you.
Political campaigns take tremendous grassroots effort and strong organization. They also take financial resources and a large network of support.

When we enter this primary race, we will be working around the clock to reach voters. We will need to fund mass mailings, signs, banners, door hangers, radio and Internet advertisements, canvassing, and other voter outreach efforts.

But the first thing we must do is gauge how much financial support we have.

If you want my team to run an aggressive primary against Lamar Smith, then I urge you to rush me a special and generous contribution to "Committee to Elect Sheriff Mack for Congress." Our campaign needs funds TODAY.
Representatives do have a service to offer the public. But that service is to secure and protect rights. And they need a little bit of courage to do that.

As a police officer, my superiors wanted me to give tickets to my fellow Americans for things like not fastening their seat belts. I found it annoying that our government was trying to force people to behave a certain way. When the government didn't get the response they wanted, I was told to take confiscate their property. (That's what a ticket is. Confiscation.)

My conscience drove me to find a way to reconcile my duties: I was a police officer, man of faith, father, husband and I had taken an oath to honor the Constitution.

It took time, humility – ok, and a great deal of repeat lessons – to learn how to honor my constitutional oath while serving in law enforcement.

The lesson came from studying the constitution and the lives of the framers. And then I had to follow my convictions. I stopped giving tickets. And I learned how to become a public servant who protects rights.

The time has come once again for me to reconcile parts of my life with the seemingly incompatible. DC is not someplace I want to spend my time. But I'm willing to do it because I've been called on by neighbors, friends and others who love liberty as much as I.

I believe that we can save our Republic. But in order for us to do that, we must have the correct information about the meaning of liberty. And we must share it freely with others.

There are a few other things that you can do to help in addition to sending a contribution ...

Please forward this message to as many people as you know who are concerned about liberty and Internet freedom. Send it to friends, family and fellow activists.

If we are going to succeed in unseating Lamar Smith, it’s going to take thousands of us coming together.

If you can also blog about it and ask others to blog about our campaign on websites and social media, that would help spread the message of liberty and boost our campaign efforts.

Again - the most important and urgent resource we need are financial contributions. And we do need them RIGHT NOW. I hope you will consider rushing back a special, urgently needed contribution.

The only way we can take on the machine of Lamar Smith is together.

Now, I’ve spent years rejecting un-Constitutional laws at the local level. And I teach others to do the same.

And I’ve taken the federal government to the U.S. Supreme Court and won in Printz v. U.S. Together, you and I can retire Lamar Smith.

Santorum or Gingrich can NOT be the nominee

Is this what Nancy Pelosi knows about Newt Gingrich that will stop him from becoming the GOP nominee? Are Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum ONLY still running to stop Ron Paul?

Time to face the facts. What the GOP fears most is what America needs most.

Neither Santorum nor Gingrich can win the Nomination for one simple reason. Neither of them can collect enough delegates to win the Nomination.

Neither man can be the nominee because neither one was able to get on enough states' ballots to make a difference. (564 delegates that Newt can't win ), Same with Santorum (over 700 delegates he can't win ). And the media as well as the GOP is praying to god that the American people continue to remain ignorant of this fact for as long as possible while they try to come up with a strategy that will bury Ron Paul before Romney is forced to face him on stage alone and the commentators are no longer able to marginalize Paul by giving all the questions to everyone but him.

Ron Paul and Mitt Romney are the only two candidates that made it on the ballot in every state. Romney will not beat Obama, he's too similar except he will raise taxes on anyone making 40k a year or less in favor of giving himself lower taxes. Independents are going to run to Obama if Romney is the alternative.

It is a two man race between Ron Paul and Romney for the nomination.

It is also a two man race between Ron Paul and Obama for the White House.

It's time Conservatives and people with any functioning brain cells in their heads started backing the only real candidate that will beat Obama and save America. And whether you like it or not, that candidate is, by default, Ron Paul.

The facts can't be twisted to point in any other direction. The Delegates decide who gets the nomination and you can't get delegates if you aren't on the ballots. It doesn't matter how much money gets pumped into your campaign by special interest groups. The facts are the facts.

Fact : Gingrich and Santorum cannot win the nomination no matter how much they get in " popular " votes.

Fact : Romney will fail epically against Obama in a general election.

Fact : Ron Paul will decimate Obama on his Foreign Policy stance alone. Add in his Economic and Defense policies ( All 3 of which were policies Obama ran on in 2008 and abandoned once he got in the White House so no one would be stupid enough to believe he's going to follow them in his second term ) and you have an un-beatable candidate in the general election who the bulk of the American people will vote for when they finally get a chance to see the man unfiltered and unbiased by the media.

America is broke and the average American is tired of hearing about another war on the horizon and seeing more dead soldiers coming home in coffins for no reason...all the while the freedoms they are dying to " protect " are being stripped away from us by our own government...one by one.

The US dollar is about done as the world's reserve currency for oil. There is a lot of pressure now from the eastern countries to use other currencies to buy oil and where does that leave the dollar? And with all these countries working with gold and other precious metals to buy oil what is going to happen to those prices? This might be the biggest story of the year

, the fiat dollar has been the World Reserve Currency since the end of WWII and the only currency capable of purchasing crude oil on the international markets from A.D. 1971 through A.D. 2005. The fiat dollar’s primacy in international oil trade created a foreign demand for “petro-dollars”. That demand created an artificial, *extrinsic* value for fiat dollars that are *intrinsically* worthless.

Saddam Hussein threatened the dollar’s primacy as the world’s only “petro-dollar” in A.D. 2000 by selling Iraqi crude for euros. We invaded Iraq in A.D. 2003, wrecked the country and hanged Hussein, but it was too late to stop the world’s slow slide away from reliance on “petro-dollars”. As a result, the dollar’s value as measured on the US Dollar Index has fallen about 36% since A.D. 2000.

Earlier this month, in “*Iran, Russia Replace Dollar With Rial, Ruble in Trade,” Bloomberg* reported:

“Iran and Russia replaced the U.S. dollar with their national currencies in bilateral trade . . . . The proposal to switch to the ruble and the rial was raised by Russian President Dmitry Medvedev at a meeting with his Iranian counterpart, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad . . . . Iran has replaced the dollar in its oil trade with India, China and Japan.”

This announcement constitutes a body blow to the dollar. Insofar as China, Japan, India and Russia (the 2nd, 3rd, 9th and 11th largest economies in the world) are beginning to trade in their own currencies and without the intervening “aid” of US dollars, the dollar is clearly being stripped of its status as World Reserve Currency and “petro-dollar”. Without that status, the extrinsic support for the dollar’s value must fade and the dollar will be increasingly subject to inflation and devaluation.

Note that the proposal to abandon the dollar was raised by *Russia*.

But yesterday, DEBKA*file *published an article that, if true, may be the single most important story of the past year. The headline reads, “*India to pay gold instead of dollars for Iranian oil. Oil and gold markets stunned”.*

*Ah heard dat! Stunned, indeed!*

Oil and gold markets must be stunned. The U.S. government must be stunned. Those who believe in the value of the dollar must be stunned. The world’s central bankers and New World Order (both of which are built on fiat currencies) must be stunned.

It’s one thing for the nations of the world pay fiat rubles, fiat rupees or fiat yuan (rather than fiat dollars) for crude oil. Such payments hurt the fiat dollar’s illusory value, but leave the power of *fiat* currencies and central banks largely untouched.

But paying for crude oil with gold rather than fiat dollars, attacks all fiat currencies and not only threatens to terminate the dollar’s role as World Reserve Currency, but threatens to prevent any new fiat currency from taking its place. From the perspective of the U.S. and New World Order, paying gold for crude oil must be deemed an *act of war*.* *

According to the DEBKA*file* report,

*“India* is the first buyer of Iranian oil to agree to pay for its purchases in gold instead of the US dollar, debkafile’s intelligence and Iranian sources report exclusively. Those sources expect *China to follow*suit. India and China take about *one million barrels per day*, or 40 percent of Iran’s total exports of 2.5 million bpd. Both are superpowers in terms of gold assets.”

1 million barrels at $100/barrel = $100 million per day. At current prices, we’re talking almost 60 thousand ounces of gold per day = roughly *2 tons of gold per day*. The U.S. and London commodities markets may soon see an increased daily demand for 2 tons of *physical* gold.

The sale of Iranian oil for gold is a mortal blow to any plans by the globalists to replace the fiat dollar with some other “new and improved” fiat currency. If India and China are allowed to start paying their debts with gold, the next “world reserve currency” could only be gold. No more fiat currencies. No more “spinning money (fiat currency) out of thin air”. No more big governments. No more central bankers.

If an agreement to pay Iran 2 tons a day in gold for oil is allowed to stand, the dollar’s demise will be accelerated and the New World Order will be virtually destroyed.

I doubt that the globalists will allow the gold-for-oil deal to go through. They won’t attack China or India, but the deal would be easily terminated if *Iran* were invaded, destroyed and stopped from selling its crude oil to anyone for anything.

I’ll bet that if the gold-for-oil story is true, the US, Israel, Saudi Arabia, and some elements of NATO will invade Iran within 60 days. A pretext (probably closing the Strait of Hormuz) will be found.

• In the meantime, if China and India spend 2 tons of gold per day for crude oil, the price of gold should rise. Mathematically, that rise may not be very large, but the psychological impact should be significant.

The increasing demand for *physical (*rather than paper-) gold will tend to stop the manipulation of gold prices on the U.S. and London commodities markets. India’s and China’s increasing need for physical gold will cause them to demand physical gold from the U.S and London commodities markets which have heretofore excelled at selling non-existent, “paper” gold at artificially reduced prices. As India and China buy and take possession of more physical gold, gold’s price will rise.

Other nations should follow India’s and China’s lead and also demand to receive physical gold at the artificially low prices maintained on the U.S. and London commodities markets. The markets will be forced to either sell their physical gold at give-away prices or raise prices to true free market levels—and they will not give their gold away.

As the price of gold rises, the perceived value of the dollar will fall even faster, leading to more and more inflation.

• Again, the decision to sell crude for gold will be perceived as an *act of war* against the fiat dollar, fiat currencies in general, central bankers, the U.S., probably the EU, and the New World Order.

With or without pretext, the globalists will invade Iran as a matter of *survival*.

But even if Iran is prevented from selling its oil for gold, you can bet that other oil producing countries are approaching India and China in hopes of negotiating their own gold-for-oil deals. If India and China will pay gold to Iran, why not pay gold to other oil-producing nations? I guarantee that oil-exporting nations around the world are gearing up to ask to be paid with gold for their oil.

• “By trading in gold, New Delhi and Beijing enable Tehran to bypass the upcoming freeze on its central bank’s assets and the oil embargo which the European Union’s foreign ministers agreed to impose Monday, Jan. 23. . . .

. The EU decision of Monday banned the signing of new oil contracts with Iran at once, while phasing out existing transactions by July 1, 2012, when the European embargo, like the measure enforced by the United States, becomes total. The European foreign ministers also approved a freeze on the assets of the Central Bank of Iran which handles all the country’s oil transactions.”

The EU and U.S. have agreed to impose an oil embargo on Iran. An embargo is an “act of war”.

Iran has responded with its own “act of war”—selling Iranian crude for gold. Although most people won’t understand, from the globalist perspective, selling Iranian crude for gold is a far more aggressive and provocative act than closing the Strait of Hormuz.

A war—albeit without bullets—has already begun. We can expect that war to soon escalate to the use of the bullets, bombs and invading soldiers.

• The DEBKA*file* report continues:

“Delhi is to execute its transactions . . . through two state-owned banks: the Calcutta-based UCO Bank, whose board of directors is made up of Indian government and Reserve Bank of India representatives; and Halk Bankasi (Peoples Bank), *Turkey’s* seventh largest bank which is *owned by the government*.”

Now, the *government* of *Turkey* is peripherally involved in the sale of oil for gold.

We’ve seen recent allegations that one or more Iranian nuclear physicists have been assassinated in order to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of the bankers and/or government officials in India and Turkey who are implementing the sale of oil for gold are also found dead in the near future.

• A coalition of India, China, Turkey, Russia and Japan have joined together to buy oil from Iran with their own domestic currencies or even gold—but not with the fiat dollar. In doing so this coalition has threatened the fiat dollar, fiat currencies in general, central banks, the United States and the New World Order.

This is big. This is dangerous.

In some regards, this story may be more important that the German Nazis joining the Italian Fascists prior to WWII.

It won’t be possible for the U.S. and/or New World Order to openly attack all of the members of the new anti-fiat-dollar coalition. But there is one central player in that coalition: *Iran*. All of the other members of the collation are seeking to purchase crude oil from *Iran*.

Thus, if Iran could be stopped from selling its crude oil to everyone, it would also be stopped from selling its crude oil to India (and soon China) for gold. The dollar would be protected. Fiat currencies would be protected. Central banks, big governments and the New World Order would be protected—IF Iran could be stopped from selling any crude oil.

It may yet be possible to stop the sale of Iranian crude for gold by diplomatic means, but I’d bet the odds favoring an invasion of Iran are now 4:1.

• The sale of Iranian crude for gold might not be a fatal blow to the fiat dollar—or, then again, maybe it is.

Gold is reemerging as the world’s only “global reserve money”.

When Iraq sold their crude oil for *fiat* euros instead of fiat dollars, the U.S. gov-co punished Iraq with *nine years *of invasion. Iran is preparing to sell its crude oil for *gold* rather than fiat dollars. Relatively speaking, selling oil for fiat currencies is a misdemeanor; selling oil for gold is a felony. OBAMA ELIGIBILITY COURT CASE…BLOW BY BLOW

Given the testimony from today’s court case in Georgia, Obama has a lot of explaining to do. His attorney, Jablonski, was a NO SHOW as of course, was Obama.

The following is a nutshell account of the proceedings.

Promptly at 9am EST, all attorneys involved in the Obama Georgia eligibility case were called to the Judge’s chambers. This was indeed a very interesting beginning to this long awaited and important case.

The case revolved around the Natural Born clause of the Constitution and whether or not Obama qualifies under it to serve. More to the point, if found ineligible, Obama’s name would not appear on the 2012 ballot in Georgia.

With the small courtroom crowded, several in attendance could be seen fanning themselves with pamphlets as they waited for the return of the attorneys and the appearance of the judge.

Obama himself, who had been subpoenaed to appear, of course was nowhere near Georgia. Instead, Obama was on a campaign swing appearing in Las Vegas and in Colorado ignoring the court in Georgia.

Over the last several weeks, Obama’s attorney, Michael Jablonski, had attempted several tactics to keep this case from moving forward. He first tried to have it dismissed, then argued that it was irrelevant to Obama. After that, Jablonski argued that a state could not, under the law, determine who would or would not be on a ballot and later, that Obama was simply too busy with the duties of office to appear.

After all these arguments were dispatched by the Georgia Court, Jablonski, in desperation, wrote to the Georgia Secretary of State attempting to place Obama above the law and declared that the case was not to he heard and neither he nor his client would participate.

Secretary of State, Brian Kemp, fired back a letter hours later telling Jablonski he was free to abandon the case and not participate but that he would do so at his and his clients peril.

Game on.

10 minutes.
15 minutes with the attorneys in the judge’s chambers.
20 minutes.

It appears Jablonski is not in attendance as the attorneys return, all go to the plaintiff table 24 minutes after meeting in the judge’s chambers.

Has Obama’s attorney made good on his stated threat not to participate? Is he directly ignoring the court’s subpoena? Is he placing Obama above the law? It seems so. Were you or I subpoenaed to appear in court, would we or our attorney be allowed such action or, non action?

Certainly not.

Court is called to order.

Obama’s birth certificate is entered into evidence.

Obama’s father’s place of birth, Kenya East Africa is entered into evidence.

Pages 214 and 215 from Obama’s book, “Dreams from My Father” entered into evidence. Highlighted. This is where Obama indicates that, in 1966 or 1967 that his father’s history is mentioned. It states that his father’s passport had been revoked and he was unable to leave Kenya.

Immigration Services documents entered into evidence regarding Obama Sr.

June 27th, 1962, is the date on those documents. Obama’s father’s status shown as a non citizen of the United States. Documents were gotten through the Freedom of Information Act.

Testimony regarding the definition of Natural Born Citizen is given citing Minor vs Happersett opinion from a Supreme Court written opinion from 1875. The attorney points out the difference between “citizen” and “Natural Born Citizen” using charts and copies of the Minor vs Happersett opinion.

It is also pointed out that the 14th Amendment does not alter the definition or supersede the meaning of Natural Born. It is pointed out that lower court rulings do not conflict with the Supreme Court opinion nor do they over rule the Supreme Court Minor vs Happersett opinion.

The point is, to be a natural born citizen, one must have 2 parents who, at the time of the birth in question, be citizens of the United States. As Obama’s father was not a citizen, the argument is that Obama, constitutionally, is ineligible to serve as President.

Judge notes that as Obama nor his attorney is present, action will be taken accordingly.

Carl Swinson takes the stand.

Testimony is presented that the SOS has agreed to hear this case, laws applicable, and that the DNC of Georgia will be on the ballot and the challenge to it by Swinson.

2nd witness, a Mr. Powell, takes the stand and presents testimony regarding documents of challenge to Obama’s appearance on the Georgia ballot and his candidacy.

Court records of Obama’s mother and father entered into evidence.

Official certificate of nomination of Obama entered into evidence.

RNC certificate of nomination entered into evidence.

DNC language does NOT include language stating Obama is Qualified while the RNC document DOES. This shows a direct difference trying to establish that the DNC MAY possibly have known that Obama was not qualified.

Jablonski letter to Kemp yesterday entered into evidence showing their desire that these proceedings not take place and that they would not participate.

Dreams From My Father entered.

Mr. Allen from Tuscon AZ sworn in.

Disc received from Immigration and Naturalization Service entered into evidence. This disc contains information regarding the status of Obama’s father received through the Freedom of Information Act.

This information states clearly that Obama’s father was NEVER a U.S. Citizen.

At this point, the judge takes a recess.

The judge returns.

David Farrar takes the stand.

Evidence showing Obama’s book of records listing his nationality as Indoneasan. Deemed not relevant by the judge.

Orly Taitz calls 2nd witness. Mr. Strump.

Enters into evidence a portion of letter received from attorney showing a renewal form from Obama’s mother for her passport listing Obama’s last name something other than Obama.

State Licensed PI takes the stand.

She was hired to look into Obama’s background and found a Social Security number for him from 1979. Professional opinion given that this number was fraudulent. The number used or attached to Obama in 1979, shows that Obama was born in the 1890. This shows that the number was originally assigned to someone else who was indeed born in 1890 and should never have been used by Obama.

Same SS number came up with addresses in IL, D.C. and MA.

Next witness takes the stand.

This witness is an expert in information technology and photo shop. He testifies that the birth certificate Obama provided to the public is layered, multiple layered. This, he testifies, indicates that different parts of the certificate have been lifted from more than one original document.

Linda Jordan takes the stand.

Document entered regarding SS number assigned to Obama. SS number is not verified under E Verify. It comes back as suspected fraudulent. This is the system by which the Government verifies ones citizenship.

Next witness.

Mr. Gogt.

Expert in document imaging and scanners for 18 years.
Mr. Gogt testifies that the birth certificate, posted online by Obama, is suspicious. States white lines around all the type face is caused by “unsharp mask” in Photoshop. Testifies that any document showing this, is considered to be a fraud.

States this is a product of layering.

Mr. Gogt testifies that a straight scan of an original document would not show such layering.

Also testifies that the date stamps shown on Obama documents should not be in exact same place on various documents as they are hand stamped. Obama’s documents are all even, straight and exactly the same indicating they were NOT hand stamped by layered into the document by computer.

Next witness, Mr. Sampson a former police officer and former immigration officer specializing in immigration fraud.

Ran Obama’s SS number through database and found that the number was issued to Obama in 1977 in the state of MA. Obama never resided in MA. At the time of issue, Obama was living in Hawaii.

Serial number on birth certificate is out of sequence with others issued at that hospital. Also certification is different than others and different than twins born 24 hours ahead of Obama.

Mr. Sampson also states that portion of documents regarding Mr. Sotoroe, who adopted Obama have been redacted which is highly unusual with regards to immigration records.

Suggests all records from Social Security, Immigration, Hawaii birth records be made available to see if there are criminal charges to be filed or not. Without them, nothing can be ruled out.

Mr. Sampson indicates if Obama is shown not to be a citizen, he should be arrested and deported and until all records are released nobody can know for sure if he is or is not a U.S. Citizen.

Taitz shows records for Barry Sotoro aka Barack Obama, showing he resides in Hawaii and in Indonesia at the same time.

Taitz takes the stand herself.

Testifies that records indicate Obama records have been altered and he is hiding his identity and citizenship.

Taitz leave the stand to make her closing arguments.

Taitz states that Obama should be found, because of the evidence presented, ineligible to serve as President.

And with that, the judge closes the hearing.

What can we take away from this?

It’s interesting.

Now, all of this has finally been entered OFFICIALLY into court records.

One huge question is now more than ever before, unanswered
WHO THE HELL IS THIS GUY?

Without his attorney present, Obama’s identity, his Social Security number, his citizenship status, and his past are all OFFICIALLY in question.

One thing to which there seems no doubt. He does NOT qualify, under the definition of Natural Born Citizen” provided by SCOTUS opinions, to be eligible to serve as President.

What will the judge decide? That is yet to be known, but it seems nearly impossible to believe, without counter testimony or evidence, because Obama and his attorney chose not to participate, that Obama will be allowed on the Georgia ballot.

It also opens the door for such cases pending or to be brought in other states as well.

Why nothing changes after elections

We have a federal government in these united states now known as "THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC. aka THE UNITED STATES Inc. It is a corporation formed with the Organic Act of 1871. Corporations exist for profit. Corporations are managed by their President/CEO, the board of directors and the stock holders. Corporations operate to perpetuate corporate profits and to perpetuate the corporation itself. Corporations do not exist to benefit outsiders, customers, nor employees nor do they answer to any of these groups.

Corporations are set up to provide limited liability to the stockholders for the corporate actions or inactions. They exist to benefit the stockholders and shield them from liability which might result due to their action or inaction. The corporation appoints its board of directors, CEO/President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The customers and employees have no say in that selection. It is up to the owners/stockholders.

There is very little in the above that most people do not already know; with the one exception that perhaps you did not know the U.S. government is a corporation. I cannot speak for others, but I know that I do not personally own any stock in this corporation hence I have no real vote nor say in the management thereof. Perhaps you do. I suspect, however, that you do not because I do not know anyone who does; though I confess of the desire to know who the stockholders are.

We have in place a corporation for a government which is "of the corporation, by the corporation, and for the corporation"....as with all such organizations. The corporation has assigned/appointed the supreme court justices to endorse their corporate policies and declare to the public that they are constitutional, and the congress/board of directors has steadily relinquished its powers to the CEO/President to operate as the corporate decision maker with Executive Orders. You do not need to wonder why they are not responsive to the desires of the people.

One has but to consider the basic structure of the system to understand how our country has gone so far off track and why. Anyone who protests, resists, or is opposed to the corporation threatens the perpetuation of the firm and is therefore a threat aka "potential domestic terrorist." A constitutionalist is such a threat because corporate policy and decisions which benefit the corporation run counter to the adherence to the constitution. Therefore to be a constitutionalist is to be anti-corporation which is to be seen as a threat to the perpetuation of the firm. Former military are thus classified because they took an oath to uphold and defend the constitution from enemies both foreign and domestic.

A domestic corporation seeking to overthrow the constitution and instill in its place corporate policy might well be viewed as a domestic threat.
