The entity now doing business as The Global Family Bank is no longer "my" bank; it has been unlawfully mirrored by a licensed British Crown franchise bank run by a former bank employee.

We have temporarily shut down the American chartered bank to avoid any further confusion or liability arising from the actions of this imposter.

Likewise, my signature is being misapplied on the False Presumption that the British Crown Corporation has a valid copyright on my name and image; this is not true. Beware rubber stamps. Nobody represents me in bank matters.

International Public Notice: Outlawing and De-Legalizing War for Profit

We launched our own answer to the pandemic and its attempt to enslave mankind by gathering together for roll call votes of the State of the Union Assemblies and together we passed the first new Public Law in over a hundred years. This new law forbade claims of ownership applied to people by patent holders of genetically engineered materials.

We are once again faced with a situation where the egregious and long term misbehavior and criminality of our foreign "federal" service providers requires corrective action and the adoption of new Public Laws to be universally applicable in all fifty (50) States and all fifty-seven Territories and all related Possessions and all Municipal enclaves on our land or under our possession.

Our concern is the continued "legal" status of mercenary warfare in the United States (Incorporated) and the United Kingdom.

Only three major entities continue to allow war for profit, the United States (Incorporated), the United Kingdom (Incorporated), and Russia.

As you know, the entity doing business as "the United States" is not our country, The United States.

It is a foreign commercial corporation in the business of governmental services, so when it votes, in effect, to allow itself to engage in war for profit, it is presuming an authority never granted to it and pretends to "represent" us in our purported absence.

The same is going on with respect to the United Kingdom (Incorporated), except in their case, the King is "absent" and away at sea.

Russia, for its part, retains the right to hire mercenaries and engage in mercenary "warfare" if necessary, but as a practical matter doesn't use this capability unless it is attacked in this venue.

All other countries, even those under the thumb of "US" Corporation franchises, have long ago outlawed and deemed mercenary wars for profit illegal.

So we are faced with a situation in which:

(a) Our honorable national military forces were unlawfully converted into private mercenary forces by Abraham Lincoln and never told about this change;

(b) These forces then came under the sway of the British Territorial federal Subcontractor doing business as the United States of America (Incorporated) and have been used as cheap mercenaries for hire ever since;

(c) This aforementioned circumstance has led to our natural resources and our young people being used to engage in illegal and immoral mercenary actions around the globe at the behest of the highest bidder for the past 160 years;

(d) When we review the history of this same time period and for a hundred years prior, we find it is pox-marked with over 580 mercenary conflicts often wrongly described as "wars", beginning with the so-called English Civil War and thus far ending with the "war" in Iran;

(e) All these wars are left undeclared by those bodies entrusted to make decisions about wars and declare them, and all are resolved by peace treaties that are not in the proper jurisdiction, all being so-called "peace treaties" on the sea, not the land;

(f) This circumstance described as item (e) above provides no actual contractually binding peace and leaves the whole world in a state of perpetual armistice;

(g) In our country, the two foreign "federal" subcontractors doing business variously as the United States (Incorporated) and the United States of America (Incorporated) and US (Incorporated) and USA (Incorporated), etc., have gone so far as to pretend to "occupy" our entire country and define it as a "battlefield" and "base of operations" and these commercial corporations have displaced our national government under color of law and deceit and forced our people to use their private "base scrip" as a currency -- the Federal Reserve Note;

(h) They have done this, even though our nation-states and States of the Union were never involved in their Civil "War" and they are under contract to provide us with strictly enumerated services in "good faith";

(i) All of this has gone on and they have profited from it, for lack of two things: (1) recognition that we are dealing with commercial corporations masquerading as governments and mercenary forces operating as what appear to be "national" armed forces; and (2) Public Laws forbidding their activities on our shores, including our States of the Union, and in the US Possessions and Territories and in Municipal enclaves located within The United States and any foreign enclaves, city states or military bases that exist under our names and that have been won or purchased with our resources;

(j) Most particularly, these corporations need to be lawfully converted back to the status of publicly owned and operated businesses, a process known as nationalization;

(k) Mercenary warfare, including what has been called "lawfare", and any form of war-for-profit scheme, promoted in support of these evils and representing a gross corruption of the judicial functions in the United States and Great Britain, both, need to be outlawed and declared illegal in all jurisdictions of law.

We bring this circumstance before the eyes of the American People, the British People, the world, and in particular, before the eyes of the other Principals responsible for this violence and criminality and unjust enrichment: the Pope acting as both Pope and Pontiff, and the Crown represented by the Templars and the Inner City of London apparatus, and the British Royal Family and Committee of 300 affiliated with and represented by them.

These persons literally own the offending corporations and are individually and collectively responsible for their operations.

We note that we, the American People are owed "perpetual amity" and under binding land treaty and both of the constitutional service contracts, The Constitution of the United States and The Constitution of the United States of America, no such corruption, usurpation, or presumption of power is allowed, and we will also note that the use of our Title IV flag is specifically and only for the use of our Subcontractors when they are exercising delegated powers on our behalf and for the actual physical defense of this country and its people. Not for opportunistic profit-making on the side.

We take the extraordinary step of reaching out to the British People(s), the English, Scottish, Irish, and Welsh governing bodies vested in their ancient clans and tribal governments indigenous to these Islands and ask them to take similar action and bring similar public awareness concerning the nature and condition of their government and its continued immoral promotion of war for profit. These traditional ancestral governments need to organize and take action against these evils in our midst.

Individual roll call votes of the State Assemblies will be required. The exact text of the new Public Law(s) will be sent out via normal channels and tallied by Coordinators and/or Assembly Chairmen and returned to the Federation.

I woke up this morning to the sound of rain, steady, drumming rain, muffled by the roof but still clearly audible, like the sound of the running water dripping off the eaves. It took me back in time, immediately, to another day when "the August Rains" -- which sometimes start in July - were drumming on the roof of an immense industrial garage in Anchorage, Alaska, and the torrent of rain was clearly visible just beyond the cargo bay doors.

A man's figure, greyed-out and made blurry by the rain, seemed like a shadow as he jumped lightly over a large shallow puddle and landed on the dry concrete floor of the garage. The first thing I noticed besides his cat-like grace was his hair and beard. Even in that dim light, they were shiny gold. As he walked forward toward the loading dock where I was standing, he kept his face down, looking at an oversized folder and shaking raindrops away from it. It struck me: oh, he must be the artist... that's an artist's portfolio...

I waved to get his attention the moment he looked up. We had a noontime appointment. He smiled. It was like the sun, so warm and friendly, such a contrast to the ugly industrial setting and the rain. It wasn't love at first sight. No instant recognition. Just a friendly open smile that set me at ease. I led him into my office and as he set his portfolio down and took off his coat, I saw that it was dark gray wool, so fine and so thick that it shed the rain like a raincoat. I recognized it: Scottish-made. Clan MacGregor lining.

My eyebrows drew together a little. This was an unusual man. One that didn't seem to fit -- exactly -- in Anchorage, Alaska. But then, another Scotsman, Bryan MacKay, provided the over-the-phone introductions that led to this meeting at all. And so it began, with a strange savor of Scotland and a man who slipped into a leather chair as naturally as the rain falling outside.

I found out that he had kinsmen and family in both Scotland and Ireland -- plus England and Wales. His family was actually French, but they'd been in the British Isles for a long time. I smiled and quipped, "Oh, so you came over with the Conquest?" He nodded and left me feeling a little stupid. "That is a long time," I followed up, even more lamely. He nodded again.

Yes, I was discovering, the hard way, that James could be very unhelpful.

"So how many generations in America?" I limped along, thinking two, maybe three generations. He had that polished European grace. His hands were beautifully manicured.

"We've been here since 1608," he said, a little impatiently, obviously wondering if his entire family history was a job requirement and where this was leading.

Little did either one of us know. I just knew that I was stumbling further and further into some kind of conversational dead end of a kind I wasn't familiar with, and this strange man was looking at me with something like curiosity, the way you might pick up a shell on the beach and look at it closely.

"Look here," he said abruptly, "the light in here is dreadful. I know a place right up the road here where we can spread the drawings out on a nice, big, brightly lit table. What do you say?"

Of course, I agreed.

He grabbed his portfolio with one hand and skillfully held his jacket over both our heads as we ran to his car. The promised table was in a restaurant with huge north facing windows. The staff was familiar with him and just nodded as we passed through to a private dining room that was empty that time of day. He showed me his sketches for a packaging design. They were brilliant and on time.

I found out that he could make a mean Hot Whisky Toddy: "Jameson's, not Bushmill's for this," he said gravely, studying the float exactly, very carefully applying the lemon.

"What kind of bar is this," I asked, "they just let you go behind the bar and make your own?"

He laughed. "I know the owner. She lets me."

At that precise moment, I felt something I had never felt before. Call it a "ping!" like radar hitting an unseen object. Of course, he had to have women in his life. Lots of them. No surprises there, but, here's the thing, in my life the presence of some other woman never mattered at all. Never registered. Ever. This one did.

Even more disturbing, he seemed to notice that it did, because he uncharacteristically added more information, "We used to be lovers twenty years ago, but now we're just friends."

"Is she still in love with you?" I asked, and I am sure I looked like a schoolgirl, though I was 32 and had been around the world eight times by then.

"Love," he said that first afternoon, "I don't think it ever ends, if it was love to begin with. It just changes, gets softer, takes on new meanings, different understandings...."

He nodded toward the portrait of a stunningly beautiful woman hanging over the bar, and lifted his glass. It was right about then that I realized that that was her, and that was the portrait he painted of her, and I felt totally, totally outclassed. Hell, no, not even in the running.

Things got awkward after that, too quiet somehow. He finally had to ask if I liked the package design sketches. I jerked awake in the modern world, stopped swimming in my insecurity, and came up with a resounding "Yes!" that sounded too loud and abrupt.

In this odd strained atmosphere he managed to bundle me up and get me back to the office. I retreated defensively behind my desk.

He stood looking at me with a slightly pained look on his face. I forced myself to brighten up.

"Yes, the sketches are brilliant, absolutely super. Half down, the rest upon delivery of the paintings and the copyright. You get to keep the originals after we are finished with the printing. You can pick up the first installment check at the front office tomorrow afternoon any time after two." I rattled it off so expertly, I was proud of myself.

I made the mistake of coming around my desk again, to shake hands on this deal. Professional habit. My hand was instantly lost in his grip. I hadn't noticed how big his hands were, or how big he was, until I was standing there one-to-one in front of him. It was like an optical illusion. He always looked smaller than he was, but this was my first encounter with this odd phenomenon.

There was an instant, involuntary recoil, as if I had stepped too close to a wall or a stove or something inanimate, the kind of klutzy myopic move I was famous for. Just as instinctively, he reached out to keep me steady on my feet. There we were, in each other's arms after knowing each other for about two hours.

It wasn't exactly the romantic moment you might imagine. My entire body from the waist up flushed bright red in embarrassment. I said something really trite, like, "Excuse me!" We both fumbled our way through until I was back and safely seated behind my desk.

I was mortified, and not for the first time in my life. Jim had stirred more ancient emotions, raised more red flags, and created more havoc in my soul in two hours than I could even dream possible.

All I could think of was how could I avoid seeing him the next afternoon? How to get back to my nice settled respectable world that vanished over lunchtime?

I am telling you this, so that when you wonder, as some of you will -- how Granna met Jim, you'll know. You will know my side of it precisely, painfully, blow by blow. I can only guess at his side.

Jim probably went home that cold soggy afternoon, happy in anticipation of a big check the next day, and if he thought of me at all, it was probably a passing moment of concern, the kind nice people have when they meet someone who seems a bit awkward and unwell.

Just goes to prove how your life can change forever in an instant, and for the good, when you least expect it, even on a day of pouring rain, peering at each other in the dim light of an industrial garage.

Years later I found the courage to ask Jim if he felt anything odd that first day, and he allowed that he did, but he wrote it off as dyspepsia caused by a curry dinner.... and then he crushed me in a bear hug.

That bear hug is the only --- very circumstantial -- proof that I have that he noticed anything strange about our first meeting at all.

International Public Notice: We Repeat

That thing pretending to be some version of "Global Family Bank" now on the websites and seeming to be the same bank throughout, is an imposter.

Our American bank, doing business as The Global Family Bank (Unincorporated) under our American Public Charter has been "mirrored" by a licensed British Crown Corporation franchise bank.

It looks like us, maybe sounds like us, seems to be the old familiar accounts, etc., but it's not. It's just another British substitution shell game and fraud.

We pulled our data and account records and shut down our American bank called The Global Family Bank before the vermin could further confuse themselves with us.

We are busy restructuring everything, building new interfaces, creating better security programs, etc. We have reported this situation and the identity theft to the international banking authorities.

Those backing Hunter in this criminal deception and identity theft will be disappointed to learn that bank charters are not transferrable without the full written approval of the charter authority, which is the Federation of States. They can lie all day and say they own the copyright to my name. They can wield their rubber stamps and throw tantrums in vain.

They, the British Crown Corporation, nor any of its franchises, nor the Roman Municipal Corporation, or any of its franchises -- they do not own any valid copyright to my Given Name, your Given Name, or anyone else's Given Name. They should be ashamed.

They latched onto these assets via illegal undisclosed, unconscionable, and unlawful salvage activities on our shores; any possession by pirates or fraudulent misrepresentation of ownership interest in any asset has the same result: possession of an asset by pirates and other brands of thieves does not change ownership.

When a copyright claim is made against the Given Name of a living man, and seems to imply an "ownership" interest in a living man and his assets, and promotes this confusion for profit, those making the claim are guilty of peonage and/or enslavement, both of which have been outlawed since 1926.

The British Crown Corporation is under public demand to release all Americans from any presumption of being a British Subject or Municipal "citizen of the United States", either one, based on undisclosed registrations and issuance of undisclosed birth certificates. They are under demand to release all living people and their Given Names from copyright claims, registrations of their Given Names, and similar repugnant, criminal acts and false claims in commerce.

The Perpetrators are foreign commercial corporations engaged in illegal and unlawful occupation of our country under the pretense of war and without valid military purpose; they are under contract as Successors to contract, to defend us, but there is no suggestion of any "Emergency Powers" in their service contract nor any delegated authority to occupy our country, pretend that our actual government is "absent" or otherwise misrepresent us or take advantage of our trust.

This gross breach of trust by the other Principals and the undeclared foreign commercial corporations includes seizing upon and claiming copyright to the Given Names of American babies under conditions of non-disclosure and deceit, the secretive creation of franchise corporations named after the victims, and the use of these franchise corporations as a means to latch upon and confiscate actual assets belonging to the victims, including their labor.

These corrupt and coercive and illegal activities have been similarly misapplied to the national governments of sixty countries, as indicated by recent attempts to withdraw from the commercial side of the International Criminal Court, the ICC.

We note that as these corporations masquerading as governments are only foreign governmental services vendors, and not the actual government, they have no sovereignty to be "threatened" by the ICC and no capacity to withdraw themselves from oversight -- and are simply fleeing justice.

Despite the nationalist rhetoric against the evils of "globalism" these same self-identified corporations have been the leaders and instigators behind globalism throughout. They are the ones using commercial corporations in the business of providing government services to usurp the actual national governments.

These same aforesaid commercial corporation usurpers are the ones drawing up transnational pacts via the "World Economic Forum" and sustaining banking monopolies on both asset-backed and fiat currencies. They are the ones letting the remnants of the Israeli Defense Force infiltrate what is supposed to be the American Armed Forces, in much the same way as Operation Paperclip allowed Nazi Operatives to come to this country and dominate our scientific and industrial development, our security apparatus, and our intelligence communities.

These commercial corporations must be nationalized and placed under the restrictions of Land Law as soon as possible, or dissolved for the benefit of their victims, with alacrity, to prevent additional harm to the planet and the living people.

The three remaining entities/countries that still allow the use of mercenaries and mercenary warfare, that is, war for profit, the United States (Incorporated) and Britain and Russia, all need to be pressed to forswear any pretense that war for profit can ever be anything but a crime against humanity.

To be fair to Russia, while it maintains its right to use mercenaries, it never does so unless some other country, or commercial entity, like Britain, does them dirty first. To expose the United States, Inc., it's not a country and as the world's largest purveyor of cheap mercenaries, has no vote about keeping itself in business. And as for Britain, it's in similar condition -- a company, not a country, not allowed to vote on its own purported "right" to carry on wars for profit.

Only a truly sovereign entity could ever successfully assert the existence of such a dubious "right", and as our investigations into readily available history have shown, "Britain" is not now and never has been a sovereign entity. It was born a bastard child on the sea under the custodianship of a Monarch, and it remains a business, not a country.

Britain is the rock bottom of the dogpile every time, as the chief purchaser and director of mercenary attacks all around the world.

Why, in the name of God, are any of us putting up with this?

The English Civil War, the Seven Years War, the French and Indian War, the War of Independence, the American Civil War, the Crimean "War", World War I, World War II, Korea, Vietnam, Bosnia, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Afghanistan, Gaza, Iran..... Britain, Britain, Britain, Britain, Britain, Britain....

It's time for "Britain" -- which isn't the name of a country -- to end in well-deserved disgrace. Time for the weary people of the British Isles to wake up and take back what has been deceitfully stolen from them.

It's said that the threats against the ICC and the facts presented by my recent video and written testimony have finally raised the alarm among the members of the Bar Associations worldwide.

The Introit of the Mass reads:

INTROIT We have received thy mercy, O God, in the midst of thy temple: According to thy name, O God, so also is thy praise unto the ends of the earth: thy right hand is full of justice. Great is the Lord, and exceedingly to be praised in the city of our God, in his mountain. (Ps. XLVII.) Glory be to the Father, etc.

COLLECT Lord, we beseech Thee, mercifully grant us the spirit to think and do always the things that are right: that we, who can not subsist without Thee, may by Thee be enabled to live according to Thy will. Through etc.

EPISTLE (ROM. VIII. 12-17.) Brethren, We are debtors, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. For if you live according to the flesh, you shall die: but if by the spirit you mortify the deed of the flesh, you shall live. For whosoever are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. For you have not received the spirit of bondage again in fear, but you have received the spirit of adoption of sons, whereby we cry: Abba (Father). Who live according to the flesh?

Those who follow the evil pleasures and the desires of corrupt nature, rather than the voice of faith and conscience. Such men are not guided by the Spirit of God, for He dwells not in the sensual man, (Gen. VI. 3.) they are no children of God, and will not inherit heaven, but eternal death. But he who is directed by the Spirit of God, and with Him and through Him crucifies his flesh and its concupiscence, is inspired with filial confidence in God. by the Holy Ghost, who dwells in him, and by whom he cries: Abba (Father.) Prove yourself well, Christian soul, that you may know whether you live according to the flesh, and strive by prayer and fasting to mortify all carnal and sensual desires that you may by such means become a child of God and heir of heaven.

ASPIRATION Strengthen me, O Lord, that I may not live according to the desires of the, flesh; but resist them firmly by the power of Thy Spirit, that I may not die the eternal death.

GOSPEL (Luke XVI. 1-9.) At that time, Jesus spoke to his disciples this parable: There was a certain rich man who had a steward: and the same was accused unto him that he had wasted his goods. And he called him, and said to him: How is it that I hear this of thee? give an account of thy stewardship; for now thou canst be steward no longer. And the steward said within himself: What shall I do, because my lord taketh away from me my stewardship? To dig, I am not able: to beg I am ashamed. I know what I will do, that when I shall be removed from the stewardship, they may receive me into their houses. Therefore calling together every one of his lord's debtors, he said to the first: How much dost thou owe my lord? But he said: A hundred barrels of oil. And he said to him: Take thy bill, and sit down quickly, and write fifty, Then he said to another: And how much dost thou owe? Who said: A hundred quarters of wheat. Who are represented by the rich man and his steward?

The rich man represents God, the steward is man - to whom God has confided the various goods of soul and body, of grace and nature: faith, intellect, memory , free will; and five senses, health, strength of body, beauty, skill power over others, time and opportunity for good, temporal riches, and other gifts. These various goods of soul and body God gives us not as our own, but as things to be used for His honor and the salvation of man. He will therefore demand the strictest account of us if we use them for sin, luxury, seduction, or oppression of others.

Why did Christ make use of this parable?

To teach us that God requires of every man a strict account of whatever has been given to him, and to urge us to works of charity, particularly alms-deeds.

What friends do we make by alms giving?

According to St. Ambrose they are the poor, the saints and angels, even Christ Himself: for that which we give to the poor, we give to Christ. (Matt. XXV. 40.) And: He that hath mercy on the poor, lendeth to the Lord, and he will repay him. (Prov. XIX. 17.) "The hands of the poor," says Peter Chrysologus, "are the hands of Christ," through whom we send our riches to heaven before us, and through whose intercession we obtain the grace of salvation.

Why did his lord commend the steward?

Because of his prudence and foresight, but not for his injustice; for he adds: The children of this world are wiser than the children of light: that is, the worldly-minded understand better how to obtain temporal goods than do Christians to lay up treasures for themselves in heaven.

Why is wealth called unjust?

Because riches are often massed and retained unjustly, often lead man to injustice, and because they are often squandered, or badly used.

SUPPLICATON Grant me the grace, O my just God and Judge, that I may so use the goods of this earth confided to me by Thee, that I may make friends, who at my death will receive me into eternal joys.

ON THE SIN OF DETRACTION
And the same was accused unto him. (Luke XVI. 1.)

The steward in the gospel was justly accused on account of the goods he had wasted; but there are many who lose their good name and honor by false accusations, and malicious talk! Alas, what great wrongs do detracting tongues cause in this world! How mean a vice is detraction, how seldom attention is paid to its evil, how rarely the injury is repaired!

When is our neighbor slandered?

When he is accused of a vice of which he is not guilty; when a secret crime is made known with the intention of hurting him, or when our duty does not require us to mention it; when we attribute an evil intention to him or entirely misconstrue his actions and omissions; when his good qualities or commendable actions are denied or lessened, or his merits underrated; when we remain silent, or speak ambiguously in cases where praise is due him; when we lend a willing ear to detractions, and make no effort to stop them; and lastly, when joy is felt in the detraction.

Is detraction a great sin?

Yes, for it is directly opposed to the love of our neighbor, therefore to the love of God, hence it is, as St. Ambrose says, hateful to God and man. By it we rob our neighbor of a possession greater than riches, (Prov. XXII. 1.) and often he is plunged by it into want and misery, even into the greatest vices; St. Ambrose says: "Let us fly from the vice of detraction, for it is altogether a satanic abyss, full of deceit." Finally, detraction is a great sin, because it can seldom be recalled, and the injury done by it is very great, and often irreparable.

What should we do when we have committed this sin?

We should retract the calumny as soon as possible and repair the injury done to our neighbor in regard to his name or temporal goods; we should detest this sin, regret it, and be cleansed from it by penance, we should daily pray for him whom we have injured, and in future guard against the like fault.

Are we ever allowed to reveal the wrongs of our neighbor?

To make public the faults of our neighbor only for the entertainment of idle people, or for the sake of news, and to satisfy the curiosity of others, is always sinful. But if after having reproached or advised our neighbor fraternally, without obtaining our end, we make known his faults to his parents or superiors for the sake of punishment and reformation, far from being a sin it is rather a duty, against which those err who are silent about the sins of their neighbor, when by speaking they could prevent the sin and save him much unhappiness.

Is it a sin to listen willingly to detraction?

Yes, for we thus give the detractors occasion and encouragement. Therefore St. Bernard says: "Whether to detract is a greater sin than to listen to detraction, I will not decide. The devil sits on the tongue of the detractor as he does on the ear of the listener." In such cases we must strive to interrupt, to prevent the detracting words, or else withdraw; or if we can do none of these, we must show in our countenance our displeasure, for the Holy Ghost says: The north wind driveth away rain, so doth a sad countenance a backbiting tongue. (Prov. XXV. 23.) The same demeanor is to be observed in regard to improper language.

What varieties of detraction are there?

There is a certain detestable kind of detraction which degrades and ridicules others by witty and sneering words. Still worse is that detraction which carries the faults of others from one place to another, thus exciting those who are on good terms to hard feeling, or making those who are living in enmity more opposed to each other. The whisperer and the double tongued, says the Holy Ghost, is accursed, for he bath troubled many that were at peace.

What should deter us from detraction?

The thought of the enormity of this sin; of the difficulty, even impossibility of repairing the injury caused; of the punishment it incurs, for St. Paul expressly says: Calumniators shall not possess the kingdom of God, (I Cor. VI. 10.). and Solomon writes: My son, fear the Lord, and the king: and have nothing to do with detractors; for their destruction shall rise suddenly. (Prov. XXIV 22.)

SUPPLICATON Guard me, O most loving Jesus, that I may not be so blinded, either by hatred or, envy, as to rob my neighbor of his good name, or make myself guilty of such a grievous sin.

CONSOLATION FOR THOSE WHO HAVE SUFFERED FROM DETRACTION

If your good name has been taken away by evil tongues, you may be consoled by knowing that God permitted this to humble you, to exercise you in patience and free you from pride and vain self-complacency. Turn your eyes to the saints of the Old and the New Law, to the chaste Joseph who was cast into prison on a false charge of adultery, (Gen. XXXIX.) to the meek David publicly accused by Semei as a man of blood, (II Kings XVI. 7.) to the chaste Susanna who was also accused of adultery, tried and condemned to death. (Dan, XIII.) Jesus, the king of saints, was called a drunkard, accused and condemned as a blasphemer, a friend of the devil, an inciter of sedition among the people, and like the greatest criminal was nailed to the cross between two thieves. Remember besides that it does not injure you in the sight of God, if all possible evil is said of you, and that He, at all times, cares for those who trust in Him; for he who touches the honor of those who fear God, touches, as it were, the pupil of His eye, (Zach. II. 8.) and shall not go unpunished. St. Chrysostom says: "If you are guilty, be converted; if you are innocent, think of Christ."

PRAYER O most innocent Jesus, who wert thus calumniated, I submit myself wholly to Thy divine will, and am, ready like Thee, to bear all slanders and detractions, as with perfect confidence I yield to land care my good name, convinced that Thou at Thy pleasure wilt defend and protect it, and save me from the hands of my enemies.

Our bank called "The Global Family Bank" was set up under an American public charter, under American Law. The thing now calling itself some version of "Global Family Bank" is a knock-off, but it's out on the airwaves trying to confuse itself with us and our bank.

Hunter Toyofuki-Aki, who was fired from his position as Bank Director with our bank, went rogue and has tried to unlawfully convert and/or impersonate our chartered bank as a licensed bank operating under the same or similar name.

We have temporarily shut down public operations and torn up The Global Family Bank's charter, so that nothing this criminal does is associated with us.

Only a bank operating under a public charter from a sovereign government can issue actual money -- money like the AFD. Our government is the only one that can issue American money and credit and stand up our banks under American Law.

Now British Crown Imposters are trying to run a licensed British Maritime Bank under our name, an incorporated Crown Corporation imposter doing business as the Global Family Bank, Incorporated, is trying to claim that the AFD is no more and that they are going to issue something they are calling "GFD" to replace it.

They have no standing to issue money under any public charter, and they can't stand under American Law, either.

They have no right to mess with our private copyright on the name "The Global Family Bank" which we have had since 2015.

They have nothing to say about the AFD.

No ability to impose any new "terms of service" on you.

These people, Hunter included, are trying to pull off yet another False Flag substitution scheme, creating a licensed British Territorial "U.S." or Roman Municipal BANK under the same or very similar name-- and then trying to pass off this mirrored image for our chartered American bank.

Mirroring is a known fraud gambit and it has been and is being reported to the international authorities responsible.

Hunter Toyofuku-Aki, a mere Bank Director, not the actual owner or underwriter of anything, had no authority to do any of these things, no basis to make any of these statements or changes.

It is only a matter of time until the banking regulators catch up to him and realize that he is not employed by us and doesn't have our charter protecting him as of July 1st 2026.

Also only a matter of time until the authorities catch up to "Judge" Adriaan Fondse, an M1 Trustee who, together with Hunter, rubber stamped my signature on paperwork without my knowledge and without my approval and without the approval of any of the other Executors and Fiduciary Trustees.

The news that Mr. Fondse has no assignment rights and was only tasked to locate funds is going up the food chain and will hit soon enough.

These facts are being reported about these men abusing positions of trust and making false representations and attempting to work a substitution fraud scheme -- and they are the ones who will be in trouble, not us.

Meanwhile, the Federation secured all the data, accounts, and records that are ours and have migrated them to a new platform and a new beginning. We have simply shut down our GFG bank as a defensive act, to prevent any further confusion, and are busy building back a better, more secure, and totally Open Source Bilateral Bank System.

All anyone has to do is sit tight, wait for our bank to reopen, and make sure that any bank you trust is under American Public Law. All our banks stand under American Law by definition, so be patient and don't be fooled by any Territorial or Municipal knock offs.

Buyer beware--- Hunter is now trying to sell the bank equivalent of a Chinese Gucci handbag and merely calling it The Global Family Bank.

This is an old game for the rats, but it's one they are going to lose --- and it is going to cost them everything they've gained. Proverbs 13:22 is on the way.

So be safe, know that your money is safe, know that your FRNs got safely translated into AFD, know that the thing calling itself "Global Family Bank" has nothing to do with us and isn't anything better or different than any other licensed bank in the old system.

Best advice for our bank customers -- ignore this knock off version of "Global Family Bank" and leave it alone, no matter what they say or what they threaten. Be aware that the storefront and website has been commandeered and it is not associated with us nor with any American bank anymore. Don't sign anything or use their declaration or agree to any "new terms" or interact with them at all.

We have heard that they are offering "loans" that have to be repaid with interest in seven years. Be aware that this is just the same old game.

What you should be getting is restitution payments -- no loan, no repayment and no taxes and no interest on it, based on you paying taxes and mortgages you never owed. Also, you should be getting prepaid credit "Heritage Dollars" that are owed to you -- again, no loan, no taxes, no interest, just a return of credit that is already prepaid and already owed to you.

International Public Notice: Why Trump Has No Sovereignty and Doesn't Protect Ours

Donald Trump may protect his own base of operations. He may have an interest in keeping "the natives" --- and we are not talking about indigenous people -- calmed down, but in truth, he is not operating in a sovereign capacity.

The World Court told Donald Trump that he's not sovereign and can't act in that capacity. He blinked. He didn't understand.

No incorporated entity is sovereign by definition. No officer operating an incorporated entity can act in a sovereign capacity as a result.

This problem is more serious than you might think.

The English Civil War had the effect of toppling the sovereignty represented by the Monarchy and establishing a completely new "constitutional" scheme, in which the land jurisdiction was vacated, and a new trading company, the Great Britain (Company) took over the administration and the service functions of the government.

If you poke into this you will see that not only did the King lose his head, the land jurisdiction monarchy was permanently abolished. In theory, this left the land vacant and ready for a new popular government to be organized, but Oliver Cromwell didn't have the awareness and moxie to do that. So it never got done.

That's why King Edward's Crown collects moths as a historical artifact.

And that is why England is in limbo to this day.

Whoever was serving as "King" in the jurisdiction of the sea or serving as "His Imperial Majesty" in the air jurisdiction, was prohibited from re-entering the land jurisdiction and had no office left to enter.

The living people had to wake up and do it themselves, or there was no vested and recognizable sovereignty in England. This is perhaps one of the best-kept secrets in history, and nobody has been kept as clueless as the English people themselves.

Instead of a new popular government arising on the land and soil of England, the people were fed a "New Deal" of their own. Everyone just pretended that the land wasn't vacant, and adopted a Constitution -- a debt contract for services with a new Trading Company, called (the) Great Britain (Company) which agreed to take over and for a price, provide all the noisome government services....

Of course, operating in the background, the Ancient Clans like the Belle Chers continued to operate their governments, the people of the Highlands never forgot, never missed a beat, and the Irish Clans were still there and not buying any constitutional rubbish forcing them to buy government services from a sole-source, non-competitive vendor.

All this wasn't government, it was business, and business was taking over the government, with the "King" operating as the top dressing and storefront for it all --- from the jurisdiction of the sea and the jurisdiction of the air, which the Roundheads left to him.

From this unfortunate circumstance arose all the other unfortunate circumstances attached to it, and all the other "constitutional" governments. The men who arranged this debacle in England promoted it again and again.

They got the profit from a sole-source vendor services contract and the coercive power of government -- what was left vested in the sea and air jurisdictions -- while the people of England slept.

So, here's the formula: vacate the land jurisdiction of a country, and operate everything from the sea and air jurisdictions using sole-source service contracts called Constitutions.

The problem in America, right out of the box, is that the former Colonists won their land fair and square in an actual declared war, so they held their land by military victory, and they also immediately began operating their government under land and soil jurisdiction.

There was no way to vacate our land jurisdiction without anyone noticing.

Finally, the Perpetrators hit upon the idea of hosting a Civil "War" -- why not? It worked in England.

That's how and why the perpetrators ginned up the so-called "American Civil War", even though it was never a "war".

And never about slavery, either.

As of 1860 the Americans had three sole-source governmental services vendors operating in international jurisdictions under constitutional service contracts, each exercising different limited delegated powers as determined by peace treaties ending the War of Independence.

Whereas England had vendors doing its business in the sea and air jurisdictions, the Americans had vendors in air, land, and sea venues.

The Perpetrators thought: get rid of the land jurisdiction service provider, the so-called Federal Republic, and we vacate the land jurisdiction in America, just like we did it in England.

Not quite.

Two things were different.

First, the Federal Republic was just a governmental services vendor, acting under contract and exercising delegated powers under contract. Not the actual government.

Second, our actual government is vested in States, not States of States --- and it was only States of States -- businesses, engaged in the Civil War.

The actual States weren't involved. Our land jurisdiction here was never endangered, never vacated, and our people are still owed all the guarantees and treaties and contractual considerations they have ever been owed.

Unlike England, our sovereignty has never been lost. Our States have been depopulated, our people have been registered as British Subjects without their knowledge or consent, but we are still here.

And "they" the promoters of the British Empire, are still at fault for all of this -- the misery they have inflicted on their own people, the misery that their colonialist rampages have inflicted on other people around the world, the misery they have inflicted on us with their legal chicanery, and the misery they are continuing to wreck with the commercial mercenary "wars".

What is at issue beyond the criminality of the British Corporations running their government under False Pretenses, is the mismanagement and false claims and failure to inform that led to our Federal Republic being seized upon and operated by the other two Federal Services vendors.

Our sovereignty is intact, no thanks to them, but it has been damaged in that they have seized upon assets that belong to us, and this has been done under False Pretenses, and also, they have secretly operated in capacities never granted to them.

These foreign incorporated "service" vendors have been running our monetary policies and substituting their treasuries for our Federal Treasury, running our foreign policy, running our trade policy, running our natural resource development policy --- all to suit themselves and without a single grant of authority in sight.

Let there be no doubt: Americans have not knowingly, willingly, or voluntarily agreed to adopt the status of British Subjects and have not registered their babies as British Territorial U.S. Citizens. Neither have they adopted the status of citizens of the United States.

We are Wisconsinites, Californians, New Yorkers.... our nationality is vested in our nation-states, and our international government is still vested in our States of the Union and our Federation of States still exercises our mutual powers in international venues.

Our land and soil remains populated; our sovereignty has survived guile, breach of trust, false claims, and violation of service contracts for 160 years.

Even though the British Crown Maritime Banking Monopoly has tried to interfere, our American Government is opening publicly chartered banks and has issued new money and new prepaid credit currency.

International Public Notice: Why Should We Protect the ICC?

The short answer is that the ICC -- the Commercial side of the International Criminal Court -- is one of the few remaining restraints on rogue corporations, including rogue corporations masquerading as governments.

The ICC has teeth that connect to such things as the USA, Incorporated.

This is not a mistake. This was part of the framework agreed upon coming out of World War II, and it was put in place as a safeguard against --among other things-- commercial mercenaries attacking civilian populations for profit. Like Gaza. Like Iran.

So who is complaining now and trotting out rhetoric about "threats to national sovereignty"? The guilty parties. The very corporations masquerading as governments who have no actual sovereignty.

You can now see precisely how deep the government-by-corporation scheme runs. It's not a mistake that Trump could order sixty (60) other "governments" to leave the ICC and have all sixty (60) fall in line like ducklings following Mama.

That's because those governments aren't governments. They are franchise operations of Trump's parent company.

They just identified themselves by following Trump in lock-step.

The ICC is not taking sides in any political matters, despite the hype otherwise. They are enforcing long-established international law.

That is what they are supposed to do.

Mr. Trump and Mr. Netanyahu don't like it, because they want to be free to rampage and do whatever they want without consequences.

When the ICC identified Benjamin Netanyahu as a war criminal in 2024, all they got wrong is that what happened in Gaza wasn't a war. It was a commercial mercenary operation.

The two things look exactly alike, "war" and "mercenary conflict".

You can't tell them apart, except that a war is declared and purposeful and pursued under sovereign power, nation against nation, winner take all.

Mercenary conflicts take place in a murky yet to be totally declared illegal gray space in international law. Most countries illegalized it long ago, but -- surprise, surprise, not the UK, not the US, and not Russia.

This gaping hole in the world's safety net means that these hold-outs continue to engage in "wars" in which companies like BlackRock and Palantir and Microsoft can contract with mercenary services companies like the US ARMY (INC.) and wage wars for profit on civilian populations.

Just like Rothschild banks funded the "war" in Libya. Just like Germany, Inc., United Kingdom, Inc., and Israel, Inc., funded the attack against Iran. Just like Britain, Inc. and Israel, Inc. funded and fought the "war" in Gaza.

These mercantile companies have been causing all this trouble all these years, and nobody recognizes it for what it is, because war looks and feels "the same as" mercenary conflicts.

The only place that these criminals are exposed is in their business affairs, because they fall under commercial and corporate law -- and that is precisely why they fear and hate the ICC and the reason we should all love the ICC:

It's also the reason that we should all get our own courts up and running and bust these commercial corporations and their monopolies wide open on our home ground. Monopolies and Interlocking Trust Directorates are still illegal. Obstruction of Trade is still against Public Law.

These commercial corporations masquerading as governments deserve no mercy and neither do they deserve any benefit of the corporate veil.

They have abused our trust, preyed upon the people they are supposed to be protecting, and violated their own service contracts with impunity. That means they have no right to exist.

Literally.

All these renegade entities are functioning as corporations and corporations have to follow certain basic rules in exchange for their existence and perks like bankruptcy protection.

They have to be organized for a lawful purpose. Waging war for profit on their neighbors is not a lawful purpose.

They cannot purposefully cause harm to living flesh. So what just happened in Gaza and Iran?

That's why the American Government says -- lawfully convert all these maritime corporations and put them back under Land Law whether they like it or not. Nationalize them. Or liquidate them.

We have already asked the Pope/Pontiff to exercise his unique position as the executive officer of the Roman Curia that created all these paper monsters, and his position as primary shareholder in the British Crown Corporation, to do exactly that.

It's his responsibility. We grant him our permission to act upon this matter on behalf of our sovereign nations, to bring an end to this evil and misadministration.

The privilege to create corporations has been abused by our employees. They have created vast monopolies and abusive currency schemes in our names without our knowledge or consent. They have waged commercial "wars" on innocent people and abused our Title IV flag to do it.

Every one of these corporations, from the US ARMY (INC.) to the Congress of the United States, Inc., deserves to bite the dust. Any replacements must be brought back under Land Law and forced to abide by their service contracts, The Constitution of the United States of America and The Constitution of the United States.

These deceptively-named corporations must stop the mis-registration and subjection of Americans as British Subjects; they must release all such "secret" citizenship registrations; and, all copyrights held on our Good Names must be returned. These entities are required to serve "in good faith" and to drop all hostilities and commercial warfare activities on our shores or in our names --- or their corporations can be dissolved and their personnel can be sent home so far as we are concerned.

This is the knowing and express will of our nation-states.

International Public Notice: Election Fraud Since 1787

We hear that President Trump has proof of election fraud. It's nice that, almost ten years later, they now have proof that has been available since 2016. We hope someone gets prosecuted for it before they die of old age or get run over by a milk truck.

We've carefully considered the prosecution options and can't come up with anything effective, because these weren't public elections in the way that most people think of public elections.

These tampered-with elections were private corporation elections, and everyone was solicited to "register" as a voter and cast a shareholder proxy in a popularity straw poll for "President of the United States" (Incorporated) -- while the actual election took place behind closed doors via the Electors of the Electoral College.

About the best Trump can do, in our considered opinion, is to plead that the skewed results of the popularity poll unduly influenced the actual election --- but that is hard to prove.

It seems more important and easier to prove that voters were never told that they were "registering" as citizen-shareholders of a bankrupt commercial corporation, accepting liability for its debts, and participating in a popularity contest.

Most of these people honestly thought they were electing The President of The United States, not a "President" of the United States, Incorporated.

The same thing happened when they were hoodwinked into thinking that they were electing the President of The United States of America, and were instead electing a "President" of a British Crown Corporation calling itself "The United States of America" (Incorporated).

There is no law that we know of that punishes tampering in a corporation's in-house popularity straw poll, even if they do call it an "election" to better deceive the American Public.

People should know that an election requires electors, not voters.

This stealthy gradual substitution of in-house corporation elections for the public elections that the American People are owed began in 1787, long before the 1860 election of Abraham Lincoln, Esquire, as President of the United States of America (Incorporated).

The corporations acting as Federal Services Vendors always had more money to sling at their elections and deliberately drew in both attention and participation. Being career bureaucrats, it was easy for them to work on, plan, and make their elections big, imposing, and seemingly public events --- while the actual public elections were quietly taking place in town halls, courthouses, churches and schools.

The actual public elections were relatively mousey affairs, took place in January in the dead of the winter, didn't involve political parties, and with the suppression of the Federation of States after the so-called Civil War, only the "Federal" presidential elections continued.

People should know that a British Esquire is prohibited from being President of The United States of America (Unincorporated)--- but could be the President of a very-similarly-named British Crown Corporation doing business as "The United States of America" (Incorporated).

And that is what happened. A simple bait-and-switch accompanied by public ignorance, non-disclosure, similar names, flag-waving, and money to grease palms, rewarding "acceptance" and punishing anyone who exposed this situation.

Even the elections of the American Federal Republic President (1787 to 1868) were dishonest and tainted in this way, so that the "Federal President" appeared to have more power and be more important than the man elected by the people of this country to serve as The President of The United States.

Someone should ask Donald Trump exactly what he is "President" of and what kind of "election" was besmirched by "election" tampering?

Please note that the Presidents elected by the people of this country were all Fiduciaries serving in Executive Offices at the pleasure of Congresses manned and staffed by elected Fiduciary Deputies.

There isn't a single actual Fiduciary Officer of this country seated in Washington, DC. Not one.

The only remaining Fiduciary Officers are scattered throughout the country, and their headquarters is in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

There hasn't been a true American presidential election since 1872.

We are about due for one.

The job is unpaid and unfunded, involves risking your life on a daily basis, causes people to stare at you as if you were a talking horse or some other kind of oddity, seems to require being slandered, and the only satisfaction is knowing that you are, simply by existing and stubbornly filling the office, serving the Truth and keeping faith with all those who died to be free of tyranny.

International Public Notice: Clearing the Banking Air

The problem isn't with our bank. It's with the former Director, Hunter Toyofuku Aki, and what he chose to do with FRNs in a Citibank Vault Account, but whatever he did took place AFTER we exchanged those FRNs for AFD. The only purpose of retaining the FRNs was in case someone got in a hard spot and needed to cash out and have access to FRNs again. Otherwise, the FRN is a doomed, and as it turns out, illegally issued currency.

The men who signed the Federal Reserve Act in 1913 were members of a Municipal "United States" Congress, not the actual Congress entrusted with the authority to license a private central bank and allow it to issue debt notes as currency in the first place. It's all upgefocked and has been since December 24th 1913. This is the elephant in the dining room, with its rump flat on the table.

It is hard for us to comprehend that we have told people for months, in some cases years, that: (1) Federal Reserve Notes have no actual value, and we provided them with multiple Federal Court Case citations where the Judges clearly said this and where they also said that nobody could be accused of stealing Federal Reserve Notes, precisely because they have only "symbolic" value---- so if Hunter stole every FRN in the Citibank account he will probably get away with that in their system, but what he can't get away with is paying their "taxes", and giving the Perpetrators their share; (2) We have warned everyone that the banks have announced in the fine print that they own everything deposited in them, including things in safety deposit boxes; (3) We have warned everyone that in another "fine print" action, the banks have, since 2023, transferred all local and regional bank and credit union accounts into what they are calling "Fed Now" accounts, and placed them under the control of the Federal Reserve, presumably so that the Federal Reserve can now monopolize and control you and your business and use your assets directly for purposes of market rigging.

Remember that all Central Banks are licensed to engage in the illegal business of commodity rigging and the most important commodity they rig is currency.

If we stood naked on a street corner and shouted until they hauled us away, we could not possibly have been more upfront in delivering this information to everyone and we have repeated it over and over. The entire idea behind the Safety Vault is to preserve your buying power by exchanging Federal Reserve Notes for AFD, American Federation Dollars, using the exchange rate established by the Emergency Banking Act in 1934. The thugs can't complain about the rules they established.

And while it is true that there are monopolistic restrictions on foreign banks in America, and while in effect, we are "foreign" with respect to our foreign British and Holy Roman Federal Subcontractors, we are the actual Government. They are incorporated government services vendors. They literally have no authority to extend their internal rules and restrictions to us. It goes back to the old confusion of --- are we in The United States (our actual country) or "thee" United States (the purloined Federal Republic enclave) or "THUH" United States (their municipal corporation represented by capital letters).

We are clearly and unequivocally Americans living and breathing in The United States. We overstand our employees. Not only that, but we have treaties going back 250 years with the British Crown and the Roman Pontiffs guaranteeing "perpetual amity" and free access to commonly held markets and territories.

Finally, as we have also pointed out to everyone, The American Civil War wasn't a war. It was a commercial mercenary conflict and all the entities that fought in this "war" were commercial companies acting as States-of-States or outright as companies. You can find the definition of a "state of state" in the Definitions section of the Uniform Commercial Code.

It is absolutely clear from the fact that: (1) no war was declared by any Congress; (2) that no public peace process followed the end of the hostilities, and (3) the muster rolls themselves which show "companies" of men being "inducted" according to The State of New York, and The State of New Jersey, and so on --- that this "war" wasn't a war in the sense people assume. It's also clear that our States of the Union didn't participate in it.

Our country and our actual States have been at peace since 1814, and the other Principals, the Popes and the British Monarchs, know this as well as we do. They won't deny it if asked to testify about this, so there is no controversy about this. We, the actual States of the Union, are at peace with the British Crown and with the Popes and Pontiffs, and we always have been.

This is important because the illegal occupation of our country, and the illegal pillaging enforced on our people by undeclared foreign mercenary forces circumstantially disguised as our own Armed Forces, is an issue.

The only way these brigands have been able to foist off the use of their private currency, the Federal Reserve Note, has been the excuse that they are "on base" in a foreign country (ours) and that allows them to use "military scrip" --- basically their own monopoly money for use on base. They simply redefined their "base" as this entire county plus our territories and possessions.

Do they have any quarrel with us or any means to impose their internal domestic currency, the Federal Reserve Note, on us, the States of the Union? Only circumstantially. They have created an internal domestic monopoly by slowing withdrawing all other means of trade from availability to the public, but they have no authority to object to us operating our own banks in our own country and can't say a word to us about collapsing the "trusts" they created for us "in our absence" and issuing our own gold-backed currency and our own credit now that we are "returned", properly identified, and have our government in Session.

Here is the Golden Chestnut in all of this: only publicly chartered banks can issue money and credit. All privately licensed banks can do is issue fiat currency and debt.

We chartered The Global Family Bank as a public bank, which allowed it to issue actual money (American Federation Dollars) and credit (prepaid Heritage Dollars). They had to try to mess with that, and so, they attacked the Director of the bank (not the owner) and brought charges against him for tax evasion apparently concerning Hunter's pilfering of FRNs in the Citibank Vault Account.

Now we find out that Hunter and his former business partners formed all sorts of banks in the British Maritime System and named them things similar to The Global Family Bank ---but these are all incorporated foreign structures and part of the British Maritime Banking Monopoly. These private banks were and are being used to "mirror" our public bank --- and mirroring is a known fraud scheme and crime.

They are, as usual, trying to confuse their private banks with our public banks, using similar names to deceive. They are even claiming that they can issue a "replacement" for our American Federation Dollar, but they are no longer covered by an American Public Bank Charter and have nothing to do with us. Hunter was fired as of July 1st 2026 and the bank charter we granted to The Global Family Bank was torn up.

It is worth noting that our bank was American, standing under American Law. All and any related commercial banks that were in the conceptual stages at the time all this happened, would have been American and standing under American Law. We have the right to license commercial banks, but we hadn't gotten that far yet.

If we had done this, then the American Bankers Association which hands out routing numbers, would have had no choice but to break their own monopoly and give us routing numbers, because we are owed access under treaty.

These and other fine points are all things that Hunter never grasped and it wasn't for lack of repeating them.

Now, Hunter is sitting somewhere in socks and shorts, spreading nonsense about our Fiduciary Office. The Fiduciary is, supposedly, the reason that his banks don't have routing numbers in the foreign British Maritime Banking Monopoly.

No, the reason he couldn't get a routing number in their system is because he didn't have an American Commercial Bank "sailing" under American Maritime Law yet, and so, he had no treaty obligating the ABA to issue a routing number. He could set up one of their commercial banks and operate inside their monopoly, but he couldn't break their monopoly because he didn't -- without us -- have the standing and treaty authority to force the issue.

We repeatedly explained this to him and to others and it just "pinged" off their skulls.

We explained that we needed to get our international trade bank, The Global Family Bank, up and running before bringing The Global Family Commercial Bank and The Global Family Bank of Commerce online in their system, sequentially, all under American Law and treaties.

Now the whole effort is in shambles, the public charter is voided, our American bank called The Global Family Bank is no more, and we are having to report Hunter and his group for fraudulent misrepresentation and "mirroring" to international banking authorities. He is already under indictment by the IRS for pilfering Federal Reserve Notes from the Citibank account and not paying them taxes on what he apparently pilfered not only from the Citibank Vault Account, but from the Global FG Enterprises investors group that backed him for thirty years.

We held up our end. We secured the databases and records and accounts of the living people. We issued the gold-backed AFD in exchange for FRNs as promised. Our people are safe.

We say that this situation is entirely, uniquely, because Hunter Toyofuku-Aki was too impatient, too arrogant, and in ways that count, too dishonest with himself and with others, to bear the honor and the weight of being the Bank Director and carry the new American Bilateral Bank System to fruition. Another man will inherit that honor.

Does this stop us? No. We simply shake our heads and soldier on. We've already gained more member banks for the Bilateral System and are in the process of revolutionizing the technology prior to re-issuing our public bank charter to our new bank which will function under a new name and new directorship. The accounts and records will be migrated. Meantime, we suggest cancelling all association with the "new" Global Family Bank and with Hunter.

Hunter's weakness and shady dealings have cost us time, but perhaps it is all the hand of God. It's best that we now know he was the weak link in our operations all along, that he was undertaking actions we never authorized, that he was taking credit that didn't belong to him, that he was, apparently, pilfering Federal Reserve Notes from the Citibank Vault Account, that he was apparently not paying taxes owed on his pilfering, that he set up "mirrored" banks in the British Maritime Monopoly and named them in ways calculated to confuse these British banks with our American banks.

All this is good to know, and even good to have out in the public, so that people learn why all they have to transact business with in this country is "debt notes" issued by a private central bank, learn that they can, when they support their States of the Union, issue both real money and credit through their own publicly chartered bank, learn that the Treaties of Ghent and Westminster guarantee them a place at the table, and that these Miscreants owe us the return of all our gold, land, silver, and every other asset of ours that they have purloined, used, and abused for their own profit ---- including the repugnant copyrights they took out on the Given Names of American babies.

Hunter shamed himself by his own words and actions. Nobody else is responsible for that. He chose to turn his back on volunteers who worked like slaves for five years to rebuild American banks for Americans. Every day. Right beside him. He turned away. He tried to blame them for this debacle just as he is trying to blame our Fiduciary Office, but the reality speaks for itself. Nobody here delayed anything. We simply knew what we were up against.

We are saddened by all this. For our part, we recognize that love and community are the answers. It's profoundly disappointing to know that our good and honest intention and our action to provide restitution, relief, and security for living people, has been undermined from within and further delayed by one man who didn't have the strength and vision and humility to do what still has to be done.

The real issue is that your government has been usurped by two foreign government services corporations.

Most Americans never learned their own history, forget about world history, even the history of Great Britain, which is entangled with ours.

Yet there are things that for the good of this country and it's people we MUST remember about British History.

One of those things is that "pledging" is a Feudal Act, exemplified by a Serf pledging himself and his assets to the King.

We have had plenty of this pernicious practice being stuffed down our throats in the form of The Pledge of Allegiance, which seemed innocent and patriotic enough, until you notice that they are getting you to pledge yourself to the Title IV Flag they "borrowed" from us while exercising our delegated powers..... they were getting our school children to "pledge" themselves to a wartime flag that was on loan to the British King.

Hello? "And to the flag for which it stands...."

Wake up, Buttercups.

They are at it again, with yet another appears-to-be-patriotic "foundation" trying to get you to pledge yourselves and your property to their King.

International Public Notice: Fraud Alert!

Allegations have surfaced that I, Anna Maria Riezinger, appointed an M1 Trustee, Adriaan Fondse, the "World Martial Authority" and that I approved a huge multi-page document purportedly issued by The Global Family Bank under the heading "Department of the Treasury" and other documents referencing something calling itself USA-Federation of States ---- and absolutely none of this is true.

Adriaan Fondse was presenting himself as being affiliated with an organization calling itself "World Martial Authority" before I ever knew him. I was never involved in that and certainly did not appoint him to any "World Martial Authority" office.

It should be apparent after all these years that I don't do sloppy work.

I don't leave questions about what I am talking about. I don't create undefined offices ready to usurp powers. I don't rubber stamp anything. I would never sign anything titled "Department of Treasury" --- what "Department of Treasury" -- whose Department of Treasury?

This is just outrageous nonsense. I did not write any of this material now being circulated.

Knowing what I clearly know about the use of all capital letters would I ever create something called USA - Federation of States?

Of course, not.

These documents are all so inept that anyone seeing them should immediately know that they are forgeries and misrepresentations.

Not my work, not my will, not my signature.

So far as I can see, Adriaan Fondse is trying to usurp power from the actual Trustees set over the referenced family, heritage, and legacy trusts, people who are recognized by the courts and who have been involved in helping Demetrius Julius Shiva during his lifetime. We all knew Julius, as he liked to be called, and respected him. We are committed to honoring his Will and his family trust indenture.

Adriaan Fondse is supposed to be an M1 Trustee appointed by Soekarno. He has no assignment rights and neither I nor the other Trustees gave him any.

I did not create some amorphous undefined all - encompassing "Department of the Treasury" within The Global Family Bank we created, named, and granted a public charter. That charter has been revoked and Hunter Toyofuki-Aki has been removed.

The two Miscreants, Adriaan Fondse and Hunter Toyofuku-Aki, are now doing things common to licensed maritime commercial banks which were never part of our instructions to Hunter or mission for The Global Family Bank. The other commercial banks we had planned to open later under American Law were not ready and staffed, so we did not seek a bank license from any foreign power or okay any of this commercial bank activity.

This is a case of a bank Director and an M1 Trustee attempting to usurp powers never delegated to them, and they are now continuing to act without any delegation of authority, trying the old British Crown Corporation trick of mirroring our public charter bank with an identically named private license bank.

It goes without saying that The Global Family Bank that we created under public charter has been shut down and whatever is now calling itself "The Global Family Bank" no longer has any authority to issue money or credit. All they can do is trade debt notes and scam the public by setting up fake trusts and charging people to borrow their own credit at interest.

Mirroring is a fraud gambit and this needs to be nipped in the bud.

We have secured our data and records, shut down the bank we chartered, and moved on. We are improving and upgrading everything we built with plans to hire back the volunteers that Hunter left hanging and disrespected.

Though they spin a good tale and talk about "Nesara/Gesara" Adriaan Fondse and Hunter Toyofuki-Aki are showing no awareness of or respect for the actual trust indentures --- again, telltale ignorance and disregard for law. They were never hired by me to do any of these things.

My signatures are all wet-ink, confirmed by video and email. If you do not have a wet-ink signature confirmed in each jurisdiction, with video and email confirmation, you don't have my signature for your document or record.

Even when our hearts are in the right place and we want to do the right thing, there is a right way and a wrong way to do everything. If we do not abide by this we will build on sand and suffer the consequences.

As of last year, July 29th 2025, a UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ruled in Abigail Carmichael Jordan v Marco Rubio in his official capacity as Secretary of State, Case 1:24-cv-01844-TNM, that quote:

"The Constitution does not contemplate that judges be spiritual arbiters. If someone sincerely believes that she risks her salvation by taking some action, the government may not condition a benefit on her doing so. To find otherwise would be to arrogate an abhorrent authority. The court will not oblige Jordan to follow an agency's assessment of her personal convictions...."

This case is interesting for two reasons. First, it upholds freedom of religion. Second, it admits seeing a passport as a "benefit".

In the sum total, it basically says phooey to the idea that one must produce either a Birth Certificate or a letter saying that no such certificate exists to get a passport. Agency promulgations have to give way to fundamental rights, in this case, the right to one's own religious beliefs.

The whole idea that normal people need passports to travel arises from unnatural legal presumptions that interpret living people as corporation franchisees literally passing through ports as neutral shipping vessels in transit.

This is why "passengers" are made to "declare" whatever goods they may be bringing home with them that they purchased overseas: they are being treated as ships engaged in commerce, having to declare cargo and pay any taxes or tariffs that may apply.

All this is taking place under another phoney Legal Presumption of being "at war" on top of it.

Next time you are at an airport or railway station that crosses interstate borders, imagine yourself as a neutral ship at a port during wartime. Just parked there at the dock....

The only actual war is the eternal one between truth and common sense versus lies and self-interested bunko, but that "war" is, unfortunately, red hot.

Here you are, the HMS Bogeyman, a hyperspace invention of the imagination, carrying "papers" and declaring your destination and your purpose in traveling and having someone, a foreigner, who doesn't know you and who you don't know, attesting to your good character in order to expedite this ridiculous exercise and charge you around $500 for the privilege.

That word, "privilege" goes with "benefit" and we are beginning to sniff the tea and crumpets.

Anna Maria Riezinger, a Great-Grandmother from Big Lake, Alaska, was denied a passport because a variation of Anna Maria Riezinger, Incorporated, dba Anna M Riezinger - Von Reitz, a British Crown franchise corporation that is only presumed to exist, and which the actual Anna doesn't own and doesn't manage and doesn't benefit from --- allegedly owes Federal Income Taxes.

And Anna from Big Lake asks, "How would I even know if a British Crown franchise corporation named after me or having a name similar to mine, owes Federal Income Taxes?"

There's a question for the ages. That truly would seem to be someone else's responsibility both to know and to pay for.

Anna can't pass for a neutral ship in a war zone anymore. Her squat 100,000 ton supertanker self doesn't even pretend to be involved in any commercial enterprise, and she doesn't have a dozen bottles of contraband French champagne stuffed under her dress (but she wishes she did about now).

HMS Anna Maria Riezinger, Incorporated, is dry docked, and the exemptions, remedies, and maintenance she is owed have been withheld, because someone somewhere is ignorant enough to think that she is HMS Anna M Riezinger-Von Reitz, Incorporated, another different unknown foreign ship in the night, known as a "derivative".

As in "Derivatives Market".

Nobody tells you that a "Taxpayer" is a Warrant Officer in the British Merchant Marines Service, and that all these ships and derivatives of ships (as if they were having babies) -- are going straight to Hell in a Handbasket because someone else thinks that the American named Anna Maria Riezinger is a Taxpayer.

At one time, long, long ago, the actual Anna was confused enough to believe that she was a Taxpayer, too, but she checked her six, realized that she wasn't British and couldn't possibly be a Warrant Officer in the British Merchant Marine Service --- and sent a polite letter to the Department of State instead of the State Department and said, "There's been a mistake...."

Oh, boy, howdy, has there been a "mistake". Millions of them.

This is why when Anna, the actual American, is accused of making "frivolous" replies to Junior Woodchuck IRS Agents or DOJ Hitmen like Daniel Applegate -- she gets the joke and asks, "Which ship am I on?"

I didn't know that I was supposedly a British Subject, either.

And, of all things, I didn't think of a passport as a benefit, but here's a UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT JUDGE, in the case cited above, clearly referring to a passport as a benefit.

A small booklet that costs in the neighborhood of $500, non-refundable, doesn't normally qualify as a benefit. It qualifies as a rip-off.

Here's the schtick, unwittingly verified by the JUDGE: Roman Municipal employees have civil rights instead of natural and unalienable rights. Civil rights are privileges that can be granted or taken away with the stroke of a pen. Just ask Donald Trump.

So the woman whose religious scruples led to this long and miserable and incredibly wasteful and stupid court case, which shouldn't have happened in the first place, was --- at least in the view of the COURT --- seeking a benefit from the Roman Municipal Corporation, possibly as an asylum seeker, assumed to be a "citizen of the United States".

What we are picking up here is a commonality. What Brits consume and don't pay for they consider to be theirs by right, but everyone else has mere benefits conferred as gifts to the poor -- which the poor pay for, through the nose.

Having sorted it all out, do you really need a passport to travel? No.

You don't. You aren't a ship. You were born with the natural and unalienable right to travel and you can write your own passport issued by your own government. No Birth Certificate or Social Security Number required.

International Public Notice: To President of the World Bank

Adriaan Fondse is NOT the M1 "Mandate" for the Alpha Omega Trust or the Avila Family Trust, either one.

He has received no such position or authority from the actual Trustees of the Avila Family Trust. He is simply lying about that and must be prevented from taking any further action.

The actual court-recognized Trustees authorized Mr. Fondse to locate funds owed to the Avila Family Trust, but did not grant him any "mandate" to assign or move or spend or do anything else without our prior written approval.

There has been enough deceit and manipulation and false witness and falsification of documents and pretensions of copyright ownership and other illegal, unlawful, and immoral misrepresentations and actions related to these trusts.

I am the Fiduciary Trustee in charge of all land jurisdiction assets of the Avila Family Trust and she who owns the physical assets also owns the credit assets and profits derived from the physical assets.

It is the earnest and long-held intention of the actual Trustees to fully honor the Trust Indentures but we allow no "representation" of ourselves by any corporation whatsoever.

We are not here to permit more wrong-doing and coercive manipulation by the British Crown Corporation. And we do not recognize any British Crown Copyrights pretending any ownership interest in the Given Names of Americans. Any such copyright claim is the result of illegal and self-interested salvage operations reported to and under investigation by the ICC.

Adriaan Fondse already sent out a statement to which my signature had been rubber stamped without my knowledge or permission and the President of the World Bank has been notified that any signature of mine must be in wet-ink with accompanying video and email confirmation.

I am sure that the other two Trustees maintain the same or even greater levels of signature authority security.

I hold both the position of Public Fiduciary Trustee because the last Heir of the Avila Family Trust was a South Carolinian one of the States of the Union served by The United States of America, our unincorporated Federation of States, and because Demetrius Julius Shiva named me individually as his chosen Private Fiduciary Trustee.

There is no trusteeship position for the British Crown to occupy.

This is Anna. I never thought or implied or desired to "own" Florida, but it was the Federation of States that summoned your organization back to work and we are the ones responsible for making sure you get organized properly.

No matter what the early members of The Florida Assembly suffered and invested and did to bring it forward, it is still a public government institution, not an investor's club. There is only one assembly in Florida by Law. All of you Floridians need to come together and work out your problems and be respectful of the Federation because we are here doing our duty and you need to be busy doing yours.

Speaking for the Federation, which is mostly staffed by people in their eighties and nineties, we don't appreciate being confused accidentally-on-purpose with the "federal" subcontractors so that you can use a little divide and conquer strategy to promote cronyism in Florida. We aren't "federal". We are the American Federation of States. American. Not British. Not Holy Roman. So thank you very much, the mutually held powers are still the mutually held powers.

And it's because the Federation endured through 160 years of horror, harassment, ambushes, brigands, and death while the rest of you slept, that there is still today, a Florida Assembly. Let that sink in. And realize just how wrong-headed, backward, ungrateful, and downright stupid the anti-Federation talk in Florida really is.

Please note that the conversation begins with during and after the so-called American Civil War and Salmon P. Chase, Lincoln's Secretary of the Treasury, and the issuance of "Greenbacks", the first fraud and instance where the gullible public was baited to exchange gold for paper, which was then used to buy attractive investment bonds: 1040 bonds.

Just like everyone on Earth was forced to buy Federal Reserve Notes before they could buy oil.

But wait a minute, isn't it illegal and unlawful and an obstruction of trade to insist on one form of currency as payment for a commodity?

Why, yes, it is.

And isn't the intent behind the "interstate commerce clause" found in all three Federal Constitutions a measure to promote and expedite unhindered commercial transactions, instead of creating coercive monopolies to prohibit and restrict commerce?

Please also note that Federal Reserve Notes are not our currency and should not be backed by American assets, either. The Federal Reserve Note is the property of the Federal Reserve Banks. It's not money issued by our government. The "Federal Reserve" isn't actually Federal.

We understand why it is not money issued by our government. Our government has been usurped and suppressed and unable to issue money for many decades --- and all this has been done under color of law by personnel owing us "good faith service".

We understand that fiat money can only be issued "privately" by banks and corporations, for their own private purposes and use by their private personnel.

There is no provision for or association with any central bank calling itself the Federal Reserve under any treaty or constitution agreed to by us or our Federal Republic.

It's just calling itself "federal" as a smokescreen because it has a service contract to provide private bank scrip for the use of one of our Federal Subcontractors and their personnel --- some variation or other of "United States of America" --- Incorporated.

Bear in mind that using debt as a currency is both illegal and unlawful.

They have only been getting away with it because they claim it is a private currency system operated by a military on base in occupied territory.

The Big News is that it's not a "military force" ---it's a mercenary force, and the country being occupied is ours.

What began in fraud and secrecy is ending in fraud and secrecy, and you have to give them an "A" for Effort, because they are still trying to palm all this off, as if they have a leg to stand on.

They are still trying to substitute a British Territorial "Republic" for the American Republic. They are still issuing fiat scrip and forcing Americans to use it and fund it, still using American assets to back it, still pretending that their Commander-in-Chief is a viable civilian treasury official, still using Executive Orders to operate.

Still "forgetting" that they are obligated to follow the direction of our government, not their own, and still accidentally-on-purpose trying to pretend that they don't know who we are though we have been in Session for five years.

How to Bring Your Testimony

Obviously, we have brought forward damning testimony against the incorporated government service vendors and their misadministration and deception against the living people that they are supposed to serve "in good faith" under constitutional contracts.

We have taken the extraordinary step of making video testimony under penalty of perjury directly available to the public so that millions of people can be informed worldwide, and we have also provided signed and sealed and witnessed written copies of this testimony.

It's important to understand that America has been under occupation by Federal Subcontractors since the so-called American Civil War -- under the pretense that our government is "absent" and "in interregnum" when in fact it has been violently suppressed. Because this country has been operated as an "occupied territory" all these years, it falls under the provisions of the 1949 Geneva Conventions (IV) and elected justices fall under the protections of Article 54.

Even though our country is not a party to these conventions per se, because our actual government was prevented from coming to the table, Great Britain and the Vatican and other Principals are signatories of these conventions.

As an elected Chief Justice of The Alaska Supreme Court, an American Common Law Court, Anna Maria Riezinger is at least supposed to be a protected person when acting on her conscience to bring forth testimony regarding crime. She claimed those protections and also the guarantees of The Constitution of the United States and The Constitution of the United States of America before providing the world with her Diplomatic Testimony (in the form of an affidavit).

This kind of public exposure is not something that you should try to do and follow as an example. It is a huge risk even for internationally protected persons and by providing this video testimony and written testimony to the public, I am acting under the protection of the Almighty and applicable international conventions and law.

Instead, report to the court privately and speak directly and succinctly (organizing your testimony and numbering it in the form of an affidavit helps) to the harm you have suffered under the secretive administration of the Bar Association members and incorporated commercial banks and tribunals.

Realize that while the guilty parties are mischaracterizing this ICC investigation into their activities as an affront to "national sovereignty" they are attempting to present their corporations, their citizenry, and their territorial holdings as sovereign government(s) which they are not and never have been.

They aren't talking about our sovereignty vested in fifty (50) now fully enrolled nation-states. They are talking about a presumed sovereignty that they have purloined from us with no authority to do so.

Please refrain from deluging the court with sad recounts about being evicted from your homes and ranches unless you have suffered extraordinary damage, for example, being beaten and jailed and charged with crimes because you resisted such eviction. Otherwise, the testimony already given is sufficient to cover the injury, the trespass, and the lies involved.

We invite the family of LaVoy Finicum and the Bundy family and other farmers and ranchers who have been harmed by federal and state-of-state franchise and county franchise employees to write to the ICC and use the written form of my testimony as an example with regard to claiming protection under the Constitutions owed to the people of this country, perjury statements, and witness.

Be sure to note that as a living man or woman you are not in any state-of-state or corporation status when you provide this testimony, thus the Public Notary block indicates that you are in California, not the State of California or STATE OF CALIFORNIA, for example.

The court needs concrete examples and testimony affirmed under penalty of perjury for international purposes. Bear in mind that all these "courts" we deal with in this country are franchises of franchises, and ultimately all belong to the same parent corporations, so even if the injury you suffered was at the hands of a "County" court or a "District" court or a "State of ________" Court, they are all franchises of one of two huge parent corporations, and it is the parent corporations that the ICC is addressing and investigating.

The testimony I provided was lengthy and complex and hit numerous huge issues that all interconnect. Most testimony should take five to ten minutes to read out loud, not an hour. Make your testimony as personalized and as simple and concentrated as possible.

"I am Virginia Morgan, a Virginian born in 1959, and though I never took up arms against anyone nor caused any damage to physical property assets, I was jailed for three years without being charged with any crime....I lost my husband, my home, my job, and custody of my children because of this."

"I am Thomas Lourdes, a Californian born on the shores of the San Francisco Bay in 1970. I was arrested for a broken rear tail light on my car, suffered a beating so severe that my skull was fractured and my right arm broken amid false claims that I resisted arrest....the attackers seized my classic 1959 Pontiac convertible worth $359,000, impounded it, and sold it while they kept me in jail. It was a car I inherited from my parents and it was all I had as a remembrance of them. I never saw a penny from that sale."

"I am Henry Jacobsen, born and raised and lived all my life in Hixton, Wisconsin, since October 9th 1942. I was a small scale organic farmer most of my life with an orchard and truck farm I inherited from my parents. I also grew Christmas trees. One day the IRS showed up and said I owed them two million dollars in back taxes out of the blue. It would have taken me 16 years to gross two million dollars off my farm. Nobody bothered to validate their claim or prove the amount they said I owed. They just waved their hands, said I owed two million dollars, and took everything I had."

As these examples show, you don't have to write pages of explanations and details to be heard by the court. Condense it down, short and sweet, sign it in front of a Public Notary or two Witnesses willing to give their names and contact information.

Use thumbprints as positive identification of exactly who you are and the fact that you exist as a living man or woman.

Write the date out like this: October 11th 2025, May 1st 2026, January 31st 2024.... with no commas in it.

It will take extra international postage. You will be asked to fill out a customs form and "declare" what's in the envelope. Describe it as a letter, give it a reasonable practical value -- $10 is reasonable, weight can be weighed directly at the post office.

It may feel really scary to do this, but the people on the other end are people just like you are. They need to know what you've gone through at the hands of these suits and ties. They need to know that you were never told that you were signing up to act as a mercenary when you joined what you thought was an honorable military service. They need to know that you never knowingly or willingly created a corporation named after yourself and you didn't give the British Crown Corporation any permission to copyright your Given Name or latch onto your assets.

Whatever it is that falls on your heart about your experience with these incorporated entities, let the ICC know, and do it as simply as possible. This isn't time for a therapy session. Not time to break down in tears, though that may be appropriate, too. Just stare it down and tell it like it is.

This is going to a court in a different country and while they will take reasonable measures to keep your identity secure, the content you send them will inevitably be shared with the attorneys representing the other side, even if it's "John" and "Jane" Doe.

Don't send the ICC any birth certificates or other items like that as evidence. If they need hard copy evidence that other people haven't provided examples of, they will get back to you.

You have received my written Diplomatic Testimony describing the horrific criminality we have all suffered at the hands of two giant corporations, both in the business of providing "essential government services".

You have heard how they seized upon American babies in their cradles and "redefined" them as corporation franchises, mere things that could be subjected to peonage and enslavement under foreign laws designed for business entities, not people. You have heard how they have created giant, hidden, illegal banking services monopolies and used this for purposes of control and coercion. If not, here it is again:

It should not surprise you that these corporations are under investigation by the International Criminal Court. They got away with the British and Roman Bunko for sixteen decades by keeping everything secret and pretending that they were our government--- not mere service vendors of our government.

But the truth, however obscured, veiled, and tattered still shines through. There are telltale signs everywhere.

For example, all their loud, aggressive ranting about "our democracy" and "saving democracy" and "bringing democracy to the world" -- when every American who has ever read either The Constitution of the United States or The Constitution of the United States of America can clearly see and knows that we are owed "a republican form of government" --- not a democracy.

Former President Obama standing behind a podium and referencing "fifty-seven states" --- whoops! Where did those seven (7) extra states come from? Since when did the US Territories and Possessions plus the District of Columbia become "states"?

Franklin Delano Roosevelt's first Inaugural Address where he used some odd, religious language "consecrating" things and talking about "sacrifices"..... and "clearinghouse certificates". What or who was he consecrating and sacrificing? What's a clearinghouse certificate?

What kind of religion is this? And what's any religion got to do with our government? What happened to separation of church and state?

The large, obviously differently proportioned American flag hanging in the "struck" position in the House and Senate chambers. What's that about? Our flag should never appear in the struck position! And why are we constantly flying a wartime flag, even when no war has been declared and nothing is going on?

What was Karen Hudes, former attorney for the World Bank and the Global Collateral Accounts talking about, saying that our government was "in interregnum"?

What are "district" --as in District of Columbia-- courts doing all over this country in the States of the Union? Right where, according to the Constitutions, they should never be? What's this record in the Federal Register of May 1865 setting up "military districts" in the Southern States and setting up "military district courts"?

Where's the proof that Congress declared war during the "Civil War"? It doesn't exist. If this was a "war" where is the peace process and peace treaties ending it? That doesn't exist, either.

Hey, wait a minute, all these induction and muster rolls during the Civil War were serving states-of-states, not States of the Union!

Who are all these goons lurking in the hallways of our hospitals, going around bed to bed, harassing new mothers to sign "routine paperwork" that says their babies are either "US citizens" or "citizens of the United States of America" or words to that effect --- without explaining what a citizen is or which "US" or "United States of America" is being referenced?

What's this "Naval Dispositions Act" that the Parliament drummed up in 1864 naming the United States Secretary of State as the officer responsible for carrying out their bidding? What's this Scottish commercial corporation formed in 1868 calling itself "The United States of America" -- Incorporated?

We and our lawful government have been usurped by our employees for 160 years, and the abuse and mistreatment, the pillaging, and the corruption has gotten steadily worse until nobody on this planet can stand the name of "America" --- but it's not America waging all these wars for profit. It's the US, Inc. and the USA, Inc. working together like sticks and carrots, good cop and bad cop all the way.

So here's Marco Rubio, the self-same Secretary of State mentioned by the British Parliament as their Executive Officer in the matter of Naval Dispositions, passionately ranting about how the International Criminal Court is imposing itself in "our" business, and how the big, bad International Criminal Court is imposing on "our" sovereignty:

The International Criminal Court is trying to address the fact that Mr. Rubio is representing an usurping British commercial corporation, not our sovereign government. The ICC is trying to get down to the heart of the matter and asking why it is that absolutely every war and conflict features Americans being paid by British controlled paymasters? The ICC wants to know what a "Federal Reserve Note" really is?

The ICC isn't pushing anything against our sovereignty. It's pushing against the false claims of "sovereignty" put forward by foreign corporations acting as proxies of the British Government maintaining an illegal mercenary occupation of our country for the past 160 years.

The ICC is finally investigating and taking action against the criminal violence, human trafficking, lawlessness, bank fraud, racketeering, and corruption --- that our Federal Service Vendors have poured out on us and the entire rest of the world.

Get a clue, folks. The "war" in Iran wasn't a war. It wasn't declared. It wasn't lawful. It wasn't legal. Neither was what went on in Gaza.

The history of our country for the past 160 years hasn't been anything glorious. We've played the role of good-hearted fools, people so trusting and deluded that we didn't know our soldiers and sailors were being used as dirt cheap mercenaries by commercial corporations just calling themselves "the United States" --Incorporated and "The United States of America" -- Incorporated.

We were trusting and dumb enough to let these pikers take our gold and silver in exchange for their worthless paper. We were confused. We thought they were our government, so we obeyed. And they acted in breach of trust and violation of the "good faith service" provisions of their service contracts.

You know --- those old fashioned and long-evaded service contracts known as The Constitution of the United States and The Constitution of the United States of America?

Even worse, they lied and said injections of poisons and nanotech were "safe and effective" and coerced us to take them, like Jim Jones pushing Kool-Aid.

The snakes we have mistaken for our own dear government made our own cells produce snake venom to slowly kill us, and millions of Americans are still so clueless.... but the ICC has rumbled awake, aware perhaps that if "law" is to have any meaning or effect, if they are to have any relevance, these corporations have to be destroyed and the people actually responsible for their misadministration --- not us --- have to be held feet first to the fire for all of this.

If you want your country back, tell the ICC the whole story. Tell them how your patents on inventions were stolen and suppressed by the "US" Patent and Trademark Office under pretense of "National Security" interests being served.

Tell them how these same arrogant criminals passed their "Buck Act" in 1940 and illegally press-ganged and conscripted Americans in their "draft" and kept on drafting more young people to fight and die in places like Korea and Vietnam until our Federation Officers realized the truth and threatened to expose it.

Those men paid with their lives for it, but they stopped the draft.

Tell them how these crooked commercial courts have run an entire institutionalized fraud scheme to impersonate you and deprive you of your identity, your assets, everything including your lives --- and all under color of law.

Tell them how remedies like the Mutual Offset Credit Exchange Exemptions that were promised to your Grandfathers were never announced to the General Public, how no program or instruction to allow access to the American Public was ever made available. The debt swap remedy just sat on the books, window dressing that overlooked the armed force and fraud and illegal confiscations taking place here amid their deliberate efforts to "redefine" Americans and deny all remedy to them.

And all the while they knew that our States of the Union weren't even part of their "civil war".

The ICC is addressing these commercial corporations for what they are, no longer confused and thinking that these things are our sovereign government. No longer snowed under by assumptions and rhetoric like Marco Rubio is trying to pass off.

It's time we all woke up, too.

International Public Notice: Private v Public Banks

We chartered --- and named --- "The Global Family Bank" under a public charter, not a private bank license.

The mission and purpose of this bank was simple and two-fold:

(1) to issue our money and credit; (2) to set up individual accounts to receive and distribute restitution payments and inheritances owed to the living people and lawful governments.

True governments issue money and charter banks in public. They pay out restitution and inheritances.

Corporations acting as governmental services vendors issue debt notes and credits and operate under private bank licenses. They pay out entitlements and make loans based on the victim's own assets.

We issued the American Federation Dollar (AFD) a gold species currency, the Heritage Dollar as prepaid credit, and the Harmony Dollar as a universal currency, the value of which is pegged against the net gain or loss of all traded commodities on Earth.

We set up the Safety Vault as a currency exchange hedge fund to allow Americans an opportunity to recoup over a century of inflation and deflation losses caused by the Federal Reserve System.

As people contributed Federal Reserve Notes to an account in Citibank, an equal number of American Federation Dollars were apportioned to an account in The Global Family Bank.

The Federal Reserve Notes remained in the Citibank account, but the exchange to American Federation Dollars had already occurred.

Now, we hear that, according to some sources, the Citibank account was cleaned out. What remains are two questions that Citibank has to answer: (1) Do their account deposits balance out with the same numbers as ours? (2) Who emptied the account? Hunter or IRS/DOJ?

If their deposits are the same as our AFD deposits, then all is well and everyone has been properly credited, and the Safety Vault is secure and everyone is whole. If their deposits don't match our AFD deposits, either less or more, then something is off and needs to be corrected.

We will ask for everyone to contact a special audit group, analyze the data, and make the correction.

The assumption that the British Crown Agents are trying to promote is the idea that Hunter and I colluded to "steal" the Federal Reserve Notes in the Citibank account, but numerous Federal Court Judges have already told us what we already knew: Federal Reserve Notes have no actual value. Nobody can be accused of stealing them.

The crooked banks made certain of that.

They are counting on that fact right now, having already moved all bank accounts into "Fed Now" accounts and having claimed ownership of all deposits, even items deposited in Bank Deposit Boxes.

Maybe Hunter used funds from the Citibank Account, but they had already been traded; what makes more sense to us is that the IRS/DOJ raided the account, as usual, and they are trying to pin their own actions on Hunter, who is conveniently absent and unable to defend himself.

The answers lie with Citibank and they will have to be subpoenaed.

The DOJ and IRS will try to gag Citibank, present charges against their own Municipal franchises named after us, spin whatever they can spin, and think that they are going to get away with it, because they have gotten away with it so often, so monotonously, before.

We removed Hunter as Director of The Global Family Bank and ripped up the charter issued to The Global Family Bank, because we were receiving multiple reports that he was issuing entitlements and loans in Africa.

And that (see above) is nothing our bank was ever authorized or designed to do. And our American Commercial banks that could have done such a thing, weren't even authorized or open yet.
