You can now create, send, and schedule all of your status updates for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter in one place, right within your HubSpot software. You can even schedule your posts to publish at different times, and across a variety of different user accounts on each platform.

Click here to read the tutorial on how to use the Social Media Publishing tool.

Just open your Social Media Publishing tool under the Promote tab in HubSpot to see a single view of your published items, as well as all of the items that are currently queued up for later publication.

The new Social Media Publishing app integrates with your existing Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts. Google+ currently does not allow third-party publishing through its API, so integration with your Google+ accounts is not possible at this time.

You'll notice that the new Social Media Publishing app replaces all of the old social publishing tools in the HubSpot software, including the existing Twitter and Facebook publishers. We think you'll love the refreshed design and significantly expanded functionality of the new app.

You'll also notice that the old Social Media Monitoring toolset has been renamed Social Media Prospects. This section of the social media feature in HubSpot is next in line for a very exciting upgrade, so stay tuned for more news on this front, too.

The new Social Media Publishing tool is available to all HubSpot customers, including all Basic, Pro, and Enterprise subscribers.

After several months of gathering your feedback about the new tool, then revising it in response to your feedback, we’re finally ready to draw back the curtain on what we believe will be a very exciting new tool for you.

Here’s some of what you’ll see in the new Keywords tool:

Automatic Data Refresh

In the old Keyword Grader it was a manual process to refresh your keyword data -- you had to open the tool and click a button.

With the new Keywords tool, every time you open the tool, HubSpot will automatically initiate a refresh of your Keyword data. After about 30 to 60 minutes, you’ll have fresh data for any keyword that hadn’t yet been refreshed in the last seven days. So if you visit the Keywords tool as recommended -- about once or twice a week-- you’ll always have keyword data that is up to date, automatically.

Improved Difficulty Algorithm

We made significant changes to the Difficulty algorithm when we built the new Keywords tool. These changes mean that your Keyword Difficulty scores will be more accurate based on how search engines operate today, allowing you to make better, more informed decisions about which keywords you want to target, when, and how.

To learn more about the changes to the Difficulty algorithm, read the earlier forum post on the topic.

Expert Recommendations

An entire section of the new Keywords tool is devoted to making recommendations about what you should do next in your keyword strategy. The recommendations found here are similar to the type of advice that our Inbound Marketing Consultants (IMCs) might make in circumstances like yours, given your unique keyword rank and history. This is a feature of the new Keywords tool that we will be looking very closely at expanding and enlarging in future versions, so stay tuned.

Campaigns

One completely new concept that we’ve introduced to the new Keywords tool is Campaigns. Campaigns are different from the old methods of grouping keywords used by the old Keyword Grader, such as Favorites and Relevance. In fact, Campaigns are a far more useful, flexible, inuitive method for grouping your keywords and tracking your success with them over time.

Quite simply, Campaigns allow you to group your keywords into sets of related keywords.

For instance, you might launch a marketing campaign to promote one of your products that includes a landing page, five blog articles, a lead nurturing campaign, and an email blast, all of which are centered around a cluster of keywords that support that product line. You would want to designate this cluster of keywords as a Campaign, so that you could track which keywords resonated the most during the run of this campaign, and how this effort boosted your standing as a result.

What's happening to Favorites and Relevance?

Favorites and Relevance were both methods of grouping keywords in the old Keyword Grader. Campaigns offer you a far more flexible, useful, and intuitive method of grouping your keywords. If you want to migrate your old favorite and relevant keywords over to the new Keywords tool as Campaigns, you’ll be given the opportunity to do so.

But Campaigns aren’t meant to be used in quite the same way as Favorites and Relevance, so we hope you’ll take this opportunity to revisit your keyword groupings, and consider new ways of thinking about how you approach your keywords strategy using the new Keywords tool. Of course, we’ll be offering help articles and webinars to help you think through this process, so you don’t have to go it alone.

Will all of my old Keywords be in the new Keywords tool?

Yes. Before you even open your new Keywords tool, your new Keywords will be there, waiting for you, quietly collecting data and creating recommendations for your next steps. If you accessed (and added keywords to) the old Keyword Grader tool when Keywords was in beta in the App Marketplace, we’ve been keeping your keywords synced throughout that whole period, too. Note, we were unable to keep keyword deletions synchronized. The only thing missing will be your Favorites and Relevance categories, which you can import as Campaigns if you wish.

So take a look around the new Keyword tool when it’s launched later this week. We think you’ll be just as excited as we are about this great new application that will give you even more power at your fingertips to control your own keyword destiny.

Currently, API access is limited to HubSpot professional and enterprise account types. If you'd like to learn more about our APIs, please contact your HubSpot account manager.

The HubSpot Prospects tool analyzes and records visitors to HubSpot-hosted sites who have not yet converted to leads. The new Prospects API allows you to pull specific information about these visitors, such as company name, number of previous visits, and geographic location. You will be able to filter your API responses by organization, and can search for certain prospects by city, region, or country. To take a look at the API output for yourself, check out the docs here.

The Keywords API enables programmatic access to keywords in any given HubSpot portal. It also allows you to manipulate keywords within that portal by adding new keywords and deleting those that are no longer relevant. This API syncs with the new Keywords tool that is currently in the App Marketplace, soon to be released into the main HubSpot product. For more information on the Keywords API, please see the API documentation here.

If you're interested in using these new APIs or have any questions, please visit the HubSpot API development community forum, which you can find here.

Which is all well and good, since HubSpot has a whole suite of robust analytics and reporting tools to help you do this -- but it does take time to get those monthly reports right.

Now, thanks to a new monthly email from your pals at HubSpot, this will take less time, and be much easier.

Cue the confetti.

Now HubSpot Makes Monthly Reporting Easy

Watch your email this week for your first personalized monthly marketing report from HubSpot. Want a quick, handy, and beautifully formatted overview of how you did this month in terms of website traffic, lead generation, and customer acquisition?

Done.

Want to have this report in an easily downloadable presentation deck, so that you don't even have to fuss with importing a bunch of charts and graphs into your slides?

Done and done.

Your monthly report email will give you that quick overview, and will come with an attachment of personalized slides that you can easily include in your monthly deck -- or use as a basis for building a new set of monthly reports.

Each month, your personalized monthly marketing report will analyze your:

Website traffic

Leads generation

Blog post creation

Blog post performance

Landing page creation

Landing page performance

Keyword ranking

Eventually, we'll be adding customized advice to your monthly marketing report, too. So then you'll not only know what's working and how well it's working, but you'll have a nice dollop of expert advice about what to do next, and how to keep improving over time.

Note that your monthly marketing report will include information about your landing pages and blog posts only if you're using the HubSpot Landing Page and Blog tools. Some Enterprise customers may not receive this report until we release an updated version a few months from now.

And keep in mind that this is just the first go-round of this useful new service from HubSpot -- we'll be gathering your feedback and making improvements each month.

So tell us what you think of your new monthly marketing report, either here or in the customer forums. We'd love to hear from you!

Why You Must Use HubSpot's New Prospects App

Five Things You Don't Want to Miss About HubSpot's New Prospects App

Watch this short video to see a demo of the new application then read on to see the five things you don’t want to miss about HubSpot’s exciting new Prospects tool.

How long they spent on your site and how many times they’ve been back to look again.

How many visitors converted into leads and what marketing campaigns they’re currently receiving.

Just as the name might lead you to believe, the new Social Media Publishing app allows you to create messages, then schedule them to publish at a later time through your social accounts. Right now, the app only supports Twitter, but plans are already in motion to add access to more social platforms over time.

Create tweets in batches and schedule them to go out at different times

Keep track of the messages you've already published

See all the messages you have queued up

Pull in your recent blog content to use as a springboard for ideas of what to promote

Post to different Twitter accounts separately or simultaneously

You'll want to make sure you've checked the Social Sharing box on your Social Media Account Settings screen, too. Just go to your Promote tab, choose Social Media, and then choose Social Media Accounts from the sidebar and scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Great news! The HubSpot Prospects tool has been completely rewritten, redesigned, and rethought, and it's now bigger, better, and just tons more useful than ever before. We're pleased as punch to unveil it to our customers, and we hope you like it as much as we do.

Your newly reborn Prospects app still lets you track the companies visiting your website before they become leads -- that much, you already knew. But now you'll be able to track those visitors right through their journey from brand new visitor, to return guest, to converted lead, and beyond. And the new Prospects tool gives you tons of fresh, tasty data that will help you guide them down the path to conversion, with all-new functionality to help you better understand what pages they like, what content they love, and what offers they crave.

Take a quick tour now through the new Prospects tool, and then give it a spin for yourself!

Find Out Who Visits Your Website and How They Found It

As before, your Prospects tool will identify, when possible, what company your visitors are associated with. And for each company that stops by your site, Prospects will provide you with the pertinent details on when they first visited, how many pages they've viewed, and how many unique visitors from each company have veiwed your site. Prospects will also tell you how each visitor found your website and, if they did a search to find you, what exactly they were searching for.

Find Out What Content Your Visitors Like Best

The new Prospects tool focuses your attention on exactly which pages your visitors spend the most time on. You'll be able to sort this information by the number of page views, as well as by the total number of visitiors who have viewed a particular page.

This information will help you discover how interested a prospective company might be in your products or services. For instance, if visitors from a company have looked at your pricing page more than a few times, this information might tell you just how far into the buying cycle these visitors are.

Find Out About Your Prospects on LinkedIn

The new Prospects tool also invites you to drill down into the details of what your individual visitors are like. And when those visitors become leads, all of the information from their Prospect record will now merge with their lead record in HubSpot's marketing database.

If your visitor isn't a lead yet, Prospects will simply store the data on their pageviews and sessions until they do convert into a lead, and so that this valuable historical data is available to you when you need it most.

You'll also now be able to use a pretty slick integration between the Prospects tool and LinkedIn, that makes it easy for you to investigate and check out the companies that are investigating and checking you out.

Check Out The Timeline of Your Visitor Sessions

One of the more useful features of the the new Prospects tool is an interactive timeline that lets you take a close, detailed look at how your visitors have interacted with your site over time. Poke around a little and find out how your prospects have evolved over time in what they look at, how long they spend on it, and how often they come back. It's a very nifty visualization of the data that we think you'll find very handy indeed. The timeline view will also let you know how well your marketing campaigns are returning results, by providing specific details about what campaigns led your visitors to find and return to your site.

Massage Your Data Your Way

We know that all that sparkly new data in the new Prospects tool is only going to be valuable to you if you can manage it the way you want to manage it, so we've made it easy for you to do just that.

You can use the in-app search feature to search your prospects by company, country, or region; subscribe yourself or other members of your team to daily emails; or export all of your Prospect tool's data to Excel. Whatever works best for you!

Getting Started

The new Prospects tool is right where it's always been -- under the Convert tab in your HubSpot navigation. Check it out now and let us know what you think!

New App in the HubSpot Marketplace: Blog Importer

We're really excited about this newest app that's now live in the HubSpot App Marketplace: Blog Importer from TJ O'Connor. This app allows you to import blog posts into your HubSpot portal from any Wordpress, Blogger or any RSS/ATOM feed. Basically, if you can export your blog from your current blogging platform in XML format, then you can use this app to import your blog into HubSpot and take advantage of the HubSpot blog platform.

Click here to see complete step-by-step instructions on how to use this application.

To use the app, just install it from the App Marketplace (under Community -> App Marketplace), then searching for "Blog Import" and hitting the "Install" button. Run the app by clicking on the app's link in your Community menu. It should take about 5 minutes to setup the import, and then your posts will be imported in real-time (5 - 10 seconds per post). You'll see the posts that are being updated as the app does its work. After importing, you will need to review each post and update any relative links and image references to make sure that your posts look the way they should look.

After your import has completed (this part is awesome, BTW) the app will give you an output of all of your 301 re-directs that you can then take and put into HubSpot (under Settings -> URL Mappings). This will ensure that your SEO credit from your blog will retain itself through your blog migration process.

For more info, please see the app's help page here: https://app.omega-labs.co/blogimport/help.aspx

We've just completely redesigned the forums interface to make them easier to navigate, and to make it easier to find the answers you're looking for.

The New HubSpot Forums

The first thing you'll notice is the new format -- while the forums are still divided into two distinct boards, Inbound Marketing and HubSpot Software, the default screen will display all forum threads intermingled, in order of last updated.

To view threads in just one category, simply click on the tag for that category, either in one of the tags that lie just to the right of each subject line, or in the topic links in the sidebar to the right. Either of these links will take you directly to a screen with just the discussions on that topic.

You can also choose to bookmark a thread, by clicking on the star to the right of the thread's subject line. A highlighted bookmarking star will turn from white to yellow. Once highlighted, this thread will be counted in your "My Bookmarks" area.

To see all your bookmarked threads, just click the "My Bookmarks" button at the top of the main forums page. To remove a thread from bookmarks, just click the star again to turn it back to white.

The sidebar is where you'll find the forums Search tool, the button for creating a new thread, links to the two topic boards, and handy links to all your bookmarked threads and any threads you initiated.

If you want to customize your profile, just click on the tab at the top of the screen with your name on it. This will take you to your Profile page, where you can customize your profile photo, set your own notification preferences, change your password, and add more detail to your profile and signature.

We've also redesigned the top-level navigation for the forums. This new navigation should make it much easier for you to quickly move between the HubSpot Customer Forums, the Inbound Marketing Blog, and your own HubSpot Dashboard.

There's more to come, including a snazzy redesign of the HubSpot Customer Blog and the main Help.HubSpot.com page.

Stop by the new HubSpot Forums and say hi!

What do you think of the new forums so far?

NEW FEATURES: To-do lists and blog stats on the HubSpot Dashboard

Your HubSpot Dashboard just got a little bit more awesome, with the recently released addition of a To Do List application and a nifty summary of your blog stats. As with all modules on your new HubSpot Dashboard, you can customize the location of your modules and choose the view you prefer.

To Do List Module

The new To Do List module is an application that was developed at the first ever HubSpot Hackathon, just a two short months ago. Built virtually overnight by some enthusiastic HubSpot developers, this app lived for a while in the App Marketplace, where we gathered feedback from users, improved and refined its functionality, then finally decided it was ready to release into the wild.

If you haven't already worked with the beta version of the app, give it a whirl when you see it on your Dashboard. Now you'll be able to create tasks, assign them to a user of your HubSpot account, and give them all due dates for completion. The app comes pre-loaded with commonly created inbound marketing tasks, and allows you to create your own custom tasks as well.

Blog Performance Module

Another new module you'll notice on your Dashboard is the Blog Performance module. Now you can see at a glance just how your blogging is delivering results for your business. See what your most recent posts have garnered in terms of comments, views, and inbound links, and use the Quick Links to the right to take the next steps, whether it's writing another post, fiddling with your CTAs, or responding to a comment. It's all right there.

New Dashboards For Everyone

We've been testing and gathering feedback on the new Dashboard for several weeks now, and it's time to take this baby live for everyone. As of today, the new Dashboard will be default for all HubSpot customers. Thanks to everyone who gave us their honest, thoughtful feedback and helped us make the new Dashboard great.

As always, there's more to come, so stay tuned!

NEW FEATURE: Multiple Email Templates

HubSpot customers who want to use different templates for their emails at different times can now create and manage a library of email templates for their emails. This new feature is now available to all HubSpot customers in all product sizes.

To get started, go to Settings and find the link marked Manage Email Templates under the Lead Management section header.

Click the Create New Template button to create a new custom template, if you don't already have custom templates in your library.

Once you have an assortment of custom email templates, this screen will display all active templates available to you. You can have up to ten active email templates at a time.

You can select the email template you wish to use for a given email during the email creation process from a simple drop-down menu. The drop-down menu will display all available (active) templates in your email template library.

What do you think of the new Multiple Email Template feature in HubSpot?

NEW FEATURE: Import up to 50K leads to Leads App

HubSpot customers can now import up to 50,000 leads per import to their Leads Application in HubSpot. Raising the limit on how many leads can be imported and processed at a time is something many of our customers have been asking for, and we've added a few related touches to this upgrade to sweeten the deal even further for you.

The button to access the Lead Importer should now be easier to find, now that it's part of the larger Lead Action drop-down menu at the bottom of the main Leads Application page.

Also, your leads should be processed more quickly now, as we've made some improvements to the back-end of the Lead Import system that will allow you to get your leads into your system faster, so that you can move on to taking the next steps with them as soon as possible.

Finally, we've made it easier for you to create more useful lists of your leads. You can now create list of up to 50,000 leads based on criteria such as zip code and job title, in addition to the criteria you were previously able to use to create such large lists.

NEW FEATURE: Page views for imported leads

HubSpot customers can now see detailed page view analyses for any lead that was imported into the HubSpot Leads App. Previously, the only leads for which page view data was visible were leads that converted directly on forms in the HubSpot system.

Now, when an imported lead returns to your site and converts, HubSpot will attach that lead’s page view history to his or her profile (starting with the last 7 days' worth), giving you more thorough insight into what is driving your leads' conversion behavior. This change should make it easier for you to capture more useful lead activity and to de-duplicate your imported leads against existing leads upon reconversion.

If you weren’t able to attend, then check out the HUGS official website to find all of the content and presentations from today.

I’ll be here all day and would love to meet as many HubSpot customers as I can. Be sure to also stop by the Content Camp table and where you can meet and chat with your Camp counselors.

There have been dozens of new HubSpot features released since the beginning of summer and I want to highlight several of them. You can get updates as soon as new features are released by subscribing to the HubSpot Customer Blog.

Email Marketing

Email 50,000 People: You can now email 50,000 people at once from HubSpot’s Email Manager app. This is a terrific improvement that let’s marketers with very big email lists send segmented and relevant emails to specific groups of people.

Schedule Emails: HubSpot customers can now schedule emails that will be sent in the future. You can schedule emails for up to three months out. This is great if you’re going on vacation or if you’re in a meeting when an important email needs to go out.

Images in Emails: You can add images to your emails that are sent from HubSpot. Follow these instructions to understand how the functionality works and start adding relevant images to your emails. I recommend you don’t include more than five images per email because you don’t want a very high image-to-text ratio.

Lead Nurturing

Custom Timing: HubSpot customers now can set custom timing for each lead nurturing email. You can set up 20 emails in each campaign, which is up from 8. You can send the 20 emails out over the course of a year, up from three months (60 business days).

Multiple Lead Nurturing Campaigns: Leads or customers can now receive multiple lead nurturing campaigns at once or over their lifetime. For example, maybe you have a lead that downloaded a whitepaper and a webinar. You can send the lead a campaign for both the whitepaper and webinar.

100 Lead Nurturing Campaigns: Every HubSpot customer now has the ability to create up to 100 lead nurturing campaigns. This means you should have no reason why you aren’t using lead nurturing to provide personalized content to your leads and customers. You can segment by what action they took on your site, product type or stages in your buying cycle.

Transition Leads Between Campaigns: You also have the ability to move leads from one lead nurturing campaign into another lead nurturing campaign after they download another piece of content. This is great if you don’t want leads to be in multiple campaigns, or when you want to bring leads down the funnel and become sales ready.

Dashboard

If you’ve logged into HubSpot over the past few weeks you probably have noticed the Dashboard has received a major facelift. We completely changed the old Dashboard and the new one gives you real-time data on how your marketing is performing. You can customize what modules are shown, have quick links to different apps, monitor the HubSpot blog and forums, and take a glance at your landing page conversion rates. There will be more changes and improvements to the dashboard so stay tuned!

What are your favorite new features? If you have ideas for other features, then post or vote for them on HubSpot's Ideas website.

NEW FEATURE: CTA Dashboard Now Includes Page Data

HubSpot customers who use the built-in HubSpot CTA builder can now use their CTA Dashboard to determine exactly which pages their CTAs are already embedded on.

Just go to your CTA Dashboard (accessed via the Landing Pages Dashboard under the Convert tab), and click on the link that displays the number of pages each button is placed on.

Clicking this link will open a dialog window that displays and provides links to each page that this CTA is currently embedded on.

These changes simply make it easier for Enterprise (Large or Medium HubSpot with Performable) customers to access the Advanced (Performable) tools from within the HubSpot navigation, without having to log in to a different system. The new navigation does not create or enable any new functionality, just ease of use.

Enterprise Navigation

This navigation is now live for all customers who have purchased both HubSpot + Performable -- what is now known as HubSpot Enterprise. In addition to the current navigation it will also include:

A CreateTab - Where you will find your Advanced Landing Pages

A Convert Tab - Where you will find your Advanced Marketing Automation tools

An Analyze Tab - Where you will find your Advanced Marketing Analytics and Advanced Marketing Reports

Performable-Only Navigation

For those customers who are currently only subscribed to the Performable suite of tools, the new navigation will look exactly like HubSpot's navigation, but will only include:

A Dashboard - Consistent with the old Performable Dashboard

A Create tab - Where you will find your Landing Pages, Landing Page Templates, and Landing Page Sites

A Convert tab - Where you will find your Email Workflows

An Analyze tab - Where you will find your Analytics Overview, Analytics Reports, and Third-Party Integrations

A Community tab - Consistent with the HubSpot Community tab

By default, this feature is inactive, and blog notification emails will deliver post titles only. To enable full posts in your blog notification emails, go to Blog Options and choose Email Format. Then choose Include the full post from the drop down menu, and click update.

When you click on an image in the image editor, you will now see a link called "Resize Image." Clicking this option will allow you to resize the image while maintaining the aspect ratio -- that is, while keeping your image in proportion, without skewing it in one direction or another.

This new feature will be of particular interest and use to customers who use Chrome as their browser, as Chrome does not have built-in image drag handles foreasily resizing images. It will also make it easier for you to resize images that were uploaded in too large a format to fit within the module, which might have hidden the drag handles from view and made it difficult to resize.

NEW FEATURE: Custom Lead Nurturing Timing

HubSpot customers can now customize the timing of their lead nurturing communications, setting their own preferred time intervals between emails up to one year in advance.

First, you'll want to customize the intervals that you'd prefer to work with in your lead nurturing campaigns. Once these have been set, your custom settings will appear as options in the drop-down menu of timing choices whenever you create a new lead nurturing email.

We also recently added the ability to duplicate an email within a lead nurturing campaign, which should make it easier to create new emails for your lead nurturing systems without recreating each email from scratch. More updates to lead nurturing are on their way, so stay tuned!

NEW FEATURE: File Uploader for HubSpot Forms

One of the most frequently requested features for the HubSpot form builder has been the ability to upload files via a HubSpot form.
Page Grader is a HubSpot tool that provides detailed reports on a website's pages, and makes suggestions on how to improve an individual page's ranking in search engines. Part of the Page Grader report outlines errors in a Web page's metadata that could negatively affect that page from an SEO perspective.

Page Grader judges webpages by a very strict set of SEO best practices. The ability to dismiss or ignore some of the smaller, more negligible errors reported by Page Grader has become a highly requested feature on ideas.hubspot.com.

As of today, HubSpot customers can dismiss errors from the main Page Grader report by hovering over the error status icon and clicking delete. Users can also delete errors from the the detailed report for each page by dismissing the error message for an individual page element.

Users can also reset errors from the main page grader screen.

Additional UI Changes

Along with the ability to dismiss errors, Hubspot customers will also notice we've made some changes to the Page Grader interface. We've given Page Grader a bit of a facelift, so that it will now match the new look and feel of most other HubSpot apps.

As always, please let us know your thoughts here in the comments, in the HubSpot customer forums, and on ideas.hubspot.com.

You can also rearrange your modules, pulling your favorite reports up to the top of the screen so that you see them first, every time you log in.

To get started, just click on the Customize Your Dashboard button in the sidebar of your HubSpot Dashboard.

Use the checkboxes to select which modules you want to see on your Dashboard, click Save Changes, and go. To customize the order of your modules, just drag the two bars to the left of each module title up or down as you wish.

If you don't have dashboard customization live in your HubSpot Dashboard yet, just wait a few minutes and hit refresh!

Improvements to the New HubSpot Dashboard

HubSpot launched a brand new dashboard design not long ago, and we've been gathering user feedback ever since. Now we're rolling out improvements that respond directly to the top three requests we've gotten in that feedback.

Community Module

The new Community Module on the Dashboard makes it easy for you to find the links to forum posts, blog articles, product updates, and other useful and relevant resources to help you do your Inbound Marketing best. Now you won't have to hunt around for the best content on Inbound Marketing with HubSpot -- it's delivered right to you, on your Dashboard screen.

This feature was the number one request from HubSpot users who switched to the new Dashboard.

Learning Center Link

You can now jump directly to your Learning Center from your Dashboard, making it easier for you to keep expanding your Inbound Marketing expertise, every day.

This was the second most requested feature from HubSpot users for the new Dashboard.

With these new features, the new HubSpot Dashboard will go from being something that users can opt in to use to being a default setting that users can opt out of using. For a little while longer, users will still be able to switch back to the old HubSpot Dashboard if they prefer.

What do you think of the new Dashboard? Tell us in the comments!

NEW FEATURE: Schedule Emails For Later Sending

Now you can create an email in your HubSpot Email Manager application and schedule it to be sent at a future date and time.

The process is simple: When you create a new message in your HubSpot Email Manager application, you will be given the option to either send your email immediately, or to schedule it to be sent at a later time. Just select your choice, and go.

We will be releasing several new features and enhancements to your Email Marketing and List Manager applications this week. Watch for more updates coming soon!

50,000 lead list size for some criteria

The size of lists that could be generated for certain criteria has in the past been limited to 5,000 leads in your HubSpot List Manager application. This means that if you created a list of leads using certain criteria, you could only create this list if the number of leads your selected criteria yielded was under 5,000 leads in total.

With this change, you will now be able to create and view lists of up to 50,000 leads when you use the following criteria:

Form Completed

Lead Import

Email Marketing

Lead Nurturing

For now, the limit of 5,000 still holds for list creation criteria such as City, State, Zip Code, and Form Fields.
