Looking for an easy but scientifically reliable programme for making books, articles and documents accessible

In 1988/89 I made an inventory of my books (2000) with a Windows 2 programme. It could only digest 1000. So I had to separate it into 2 sets.
Later on, in 1994/5 I developed with Paradox a more sophisticated approach. Search on author, title, epoch, year, country, language, subject etc became possible. Citations could be inserted in articles and references simplified. I am still very proud of my development skills, but the 4000 books and documents I have to record at this point of time cannot find their place in my primitive Paradox records.
That is why I am looking for advice. I tried programmes designed for videoshops. No way.
I assume that libraries all over the world have good programmes to make their books etc. accessible. Are they 'on the market'?
Please, tell me about predesigned programmes for categorizing books and documents.
You will help me so much!

Nothing special, as long as you assume that these words were spoken by Mr. Geert Wilders in the year 2007 and repeated ever since.
Dutch people got used to these xenophobic, stealthily racist, one-liners. An international public followed suit.

The ressemblance of the creepy racist spin of Mr. Wilders and consorts with the introduction of Anti-Semitism by the Nazis during the twenties and thirties of the 20th century as a national ideology, is striking. Thence, we publish now and then some #DailyGodwins on Twitter and Facebook.

The efficiency of our "Godwins" is doubtful. People do not want to hear this. "Stop living in WW2!" "Live a Life Old Fool!" "Hitler was a Socialist like You!" - These are some of the dishes offered daily on our menu of replies.

I do not believe much in God. But in Godwinning, I do. The #Stalwin comparisons I introduce to you today, are meant to illustrate that xenophobia never went away after World War II. Deadly and despicable anti-semitism was a feature of late Stalinism. (Correction: It was one of the aspects of state terrorism in the USSR during the thirties already). The "Jewish Doctors" affair, the Raikh and the Slansky processes. It did not stop altogether after Stalin's death in 1953. A new upsurge of anti-semitism occurred in Gomulka's Poland (of all places!) in 1967.

You imagine (and I remember) how strongly we despised Wladyslaw Gomulka, Polish Party leader and a reputed "innovator", when he declared what is quoted at the start of this article! - Oh, well, you only have to replace "Dutch" and "Netherlands" with Polish and Poland. And "origins in Islamic countries" with "Jewish origins".

Do you see the parallel? Or are you blind?

Like everywhere in the Balkans, borders are vague and undefined. Many bulgar-speaking people lived and live in northern Greece, Macedonia, Western Turkey, southern Romania and Serbia. Territory, language, nation - they do not coincide.

Propagators of modern-day racism, which is often called Islamophobia in an effort to take off the edge, claim that all they are doing is warning people about what they see as the danger of Islam, and that it has nothing to do with racism. But it is a misconception to think that racism only pertains to the physical features people are born with. Throughout history, cultural characteristics that people develop in the course of their lives have also been grounds for maligning and excluding certain groups. The competition racism that mercantile minorities all across the globe have been, and still are, confronted with, as well as the anti-Semitism in pre-WWII Europe, were imbued with cultural prejudices, and never failed to include the item of religion.

Nonetheless it is understandable that people feel confused. Modern-day racism is a mixture of two types of racism, exploitation or colonial racism and cultural or competition racism. Thus, while focusing primarily on a cultural aspect of the group, such as Islam, their religion, there still exists a focus on the group’s physical features. I will try to explain this in my article.

Evil and Stupidity. The mix of them spells no good for whomever is building horror- and doom-scenarios.

The evil men are Newt Gingrich and John Bolton, frustrated politicians.

The stupidity is glamorously represented by Pamela Geller, and, as we will see here, the biggest US news channel, Murdoch's Fox News.

The scene is Lower Manhattan. A Muslim community of Sufi inspiration has been established there for many years. Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf was among the first and most outspoken Muslims who condemned the Al Qaeda terrorist actions of September 11, 2001. Some of his constituents were among the 3.000 victims of the terrorist attacks on the WTC towers. The Bush administration helped him to spread his message in the US and all over the world.

Never a dull moment with my compatriot Geert Wilders!

At the June 9 national elections in Holland, he got 15% of the vote, 24 mandates out of 150 in Parliament, and hoped to be unavoidable at the formation of a right-wing Government with the winning conservative Liberal Party VVD (31/150) and the crushed Christien Democrats (CDA), who lost half of their following, scoring only 21/150.

Arithmetically, a VVD-PVV-CDA coalition (31+24+21= 76 out of 150) would have been possible. As much so, as the fundamentalist Christian SGP party (2 mandates, forbids women to take office on biblical grounds) offered its support.

But an intervention of the Queen and her advisers helped the young new VVD leader Mark Rutte, to have NOT to negotiate about the loony Wilders Government programme. The final blow came from the new CDA leader Maxime Verhagen, acting Foreign Minister, in a parliamentary debate, when he rejected any compromise on the program of Wilders' PVV, as it puts forward proposals that undermine the Rule Of Law and the democratic State.

It was very late in the process, but just in time, we thought. But, once again, I have been too optimistic. Or, if you like, not pessimistic enough.

Every time, I feel outraged by Israeli behavior in the conflicts it engages into, I am reluctant. I do not want to fall in tune with extremist deniers of the country's right to exist. I am afraid, that open or stealthily antisemitic people will profit from what I have to say. Like Robert Fisk, I have known the idealism and perseverance of Israel's founders. I know, that, even today, a great many Israelis want peace and do not want to be a part of ethnic cleansing.

Those people are victims of the actual policies of their government. Therefore, as much as I am convinced, that only telling the truth about the ideas of the fake-friend of Israel in Holland, Mr. Geert Wilders, in spite of objections from many liberals in my country, who prefer looking away, hoping that the thunderstorm will disappear on its own, - I am as much convinced, that it is time, now, as the stupid and violent policies of Israel's actual government are crying for retaliation, to be part of those who tell the truth about Israeli-American spinning about what is happening in and around Palestine.

Some days ago, I borrowed from a friend his favorite citation of the French Enlightenment thinker Voltaire:

"Those who can make you believe absurdities, can make you commit atrocities."

I now know, that it is also true the other way around.

Those who commit atrocities, can make you believe absurdities.

Only exposure of the absurdity of Wilders' and Netanyahu's allegations, may help, to prevent further atrocities.

About Raymond De Roon and his affiliations
Mr. De Roon is, up to now, one of the most educated members of what is commonly called the Wilders "gang" or "mafia" (for his party has no members and is led dictatorially by Geert Wilders). He has a fundamentalist Protestant background, was State-Prosecutor at several locations, and, as a student in the Seventies, joined a militia linked to the Gladio Network, that had as its objective to spread terrorism against Governments that were (in the Gladio vision) leaning too much to the left. Until his father forbade it.
Gladio is (or was) a network of former right-wing anti-Nazis and their kinsfolk in Europe, that, supported by NATO and CIA, infiltrated the Brigate Rosse in Italy, the RAF in Germany and the CCC in Belgium. All in the name of anti-Communism.
