The imprecise and incomplete cartographic information about the position of cable joints has to be verified or completed.</p> <p><strong>This is a two-part problem <a href="http://www.hypios.com/problems/view/id/111">(see Part One)</a>. Both theoretical solutions and practical demonstrations are valued and separately rewarded if accepted.
