Like me, you probably came up with new year resolutions?  I recently did and one of the main was was to finally get in the shape that I want.

I've had success.  In fact, when I started several months ago I weighted 288 lbs.  I'm 6'3" but carrying that much weight is just bad for my health and I have two daughters that I want to be around for.

Here's the deal.  I am now 240 lbs but I'm having major challenges! 

I've been using NutriSystems with positive results.

…but here's my problem.  Each day it is getting harder and harder to stay focused on the diet.  I know if I follow the plan I'll be about 205 lbs (my goal weight) but not if I snack here and there.

Since 2007 rolled around I figured it would be a perfect time to give me the extra juice (staying power) that I needed.
