i7Radio iOS app v1.1 released

In less than 6 months i7Radio's iPhone app reached more than 3,000 downloads from the "app store" which was an extraordinary number. We would like to take a moment and thank you all for your support of this project and we are truly glad that you have enjoyed using this application in order to get in touch with all the great tunes being Aired Live 24/7 as well as taking advantage of other existing features such as reading the blog posts and connecting with us.

Now it is time to take it to the next level! Today, We are glad to present to you the i7Radio's iOS app V1.1 which comes with numerous new features including:

1. AAC+ encoding for less data usage
2. Share current streaming song on facebook/twitter
3. Blog's new layout
4. Stream i7Radio.com podcasts including #Top7Hits
5. iPad support

We hope that with this new update, we enable a wider range of you guys including the ones owning an iPad to have this application and enjoy listening to the Best and Most recent Persian Music live on Air!

The brand new series of Top7 Hits

You have probably heard about ‘Top7 Hits’. Not long time ago it was a LIVE weekly show which was dedicated to counting down the Best 7 Hits out of the most Recent Persian Hits hosted by ‘Saman’.

It might be interesting for you to know that it was the most beloved show going on the air on i7Radio with 20,000+ Podcast downloads every week.

Now, after receiving a massive amount of requests from you guys, we have decided to bring back the show. Structure of the show will be the same as before; counting down from the 7th hit to the first Top Hit! On the other hand, ‘Saman’ has taken a brand new approach on hosting this series which would definitely make it more enjoyable for you.

Starting Monday, 26th November 2012, A new Top7 Hits episode will be published every 2 weeks on i7Radio.com/Top7Hits

Alternatively, you can subscribe to our iTunes Podcast feed in order to automatically receive each episode as it releases. The mentioned method can be easier for you to stay updated as well as skip the hassle of adding each episode to your library.

Soon you will be able to tune into ‘Top7 Hits’ podcast episodes from our iPhone app as well!!

1st broadcast: Monday, 2:00PM GMT (10PM Kuala Lumpur, 9AM EST, 8AM CST)

We cannot believe that Today is exactly 3 years that i7Radio.com is operating online and bringing you the most recent Persian music Live 24/7! We would like to use this opportunity to thank you all for supporting us by showing your royalty to this station in the past 3 years.

There are going to be numerous new experiences for you in the upcoming year and we hope to continue improving our work in order to make it more enjoyable for you guys.

We have come a long way until Today, gaining an unexplainable amount of experience which is still ongoing. By receiving your feedbacks regarding your experiences in particular parts of i7Radio.com activities’, enabled us to focus on the important parts and perform the necessary analysis for improvements.

Now after passing by Version 1 and Version 2 and putting much effort and hard work by everyone in the past 10 months; we are proud to present to you “i7Radio.com Version 3.0” which is considered as the most major upgrade yet. It would bring a whole new level of experience in terms of an online radio station and an entertainment website for you.
