With so many podcasts being made today, it’s hard to keep up. When Patt Gibbs joins American Airlines in the 1960s, she discovers the strict rules and discrimination facing women in the industry, from weight requirements and forced retirement to bans on marriage and rampant sexual harassment. But after she walks into a union meeting on a whim, Patt joins a growing movement of women fighting to change the industry. The season tells the story of the sisterhood that challenged major airlines and fought not just for better contracts, but for control of their own lives. As Maloney uncovers political pressure, questionable testimony and allegations of a cover-up reaching the highest levels of the Marine Corps, his pursuit of the truth ultimately costs him his career.
iHeart’s Zodiac Debrief: Devi Brown’s Virgo Season Guide to Late Summer Check-Ins and Fighting Perfection

Welcome to the Zodiac Debrief featuring some of iHeart’s top personalities reflecting on how to navigate the next season in the zodiac calendar. This month, we’re catching up with Devi Brown, host of iHeart and Charlamagne tha God’s Black Effect podcast network’s “Deeply Well with Devi Brown.”

Devi is a well-being educator, integrative healer and author whose work is informed by extensive experience in spiritual psychology, meditation, somatic practices and trauma-informed care. She hosts “Deeply Well,” a popular podcast featuring conversations on healing, relationships, leadership, consciousness and living with greater purpose and resilience, and is the author of Crystal Bliss and Living in Wisdom.

As the summer nears its end during Virgo season, Devi gives meaningful advice on taking personal inventories, her soundtrack to this month, greatness vs. perfection, and self-care as the days get shorter.

What is one thing all signs should know about Virgo season?

Virgo season always feels like an invitation to come back into relationship with the details of our lives. Not from a place of needing to fix everything, but from asking, “What is actually supporting me right now?” It’s a beautiful time to look at your routines, your boundaries, your home, your body, the way you’re spending your energy, and make small adjustments with intention. You don’t have to reinvent your whole life. Sometimes one small shift can create so much more space.

What are some of your favorite songs/artists/podcasts that match the vibe of Virgo season?

For Virgo season, I love anything that feels grounding, soulful, intentional, and a little introspective. Cleo Sol is always in rotation for me, especially with her highly anticipated new album release. Soulection Radio is also a go-to for me, it has the energy where you can put the music on and immediately come back to yourself. I also love anything that creates space for reflection, whether that’s a beautiful meditation, an inspiring conversation, or even just a playlist that makes cleaning your house feel like a ritual.

You wrote the book Living in Wisdom about, among many helpful topics, identifying harmful patterns we often don’t realize we follow, and Virgos are sometimes known for striving for perfection at all costs. Do you have any advice for learning to be comfortable with great vs. perfect?

Perfectionism can be so sneaky because sometimes we call it excellence, when underneath it there can actually be fear. Fear of being judged, fear of getting it wrong, fear that if we aren’t exceptional, we somehow aren’t enough. I think the practice is learning to ask yourself, “Is this desire to keep going coming from love or from fear?” There is nothing wrong with caring deeply about what you create. But there is also wisdom in knowing when something is complete. Great allows you to be human. Perfect often asks you not to be.

As the end of summer nears, the days get shorter and self-care becomes more intentional. How can people prepare to take care of their mental health in the coming months?

I think we can start by letting ourselves acknowledge that transitions affect us. We are nature, and just like nature has seasons, so do we. You may not have the same energy in October that you had in July, and that doesn’t mean anything is wrong. Start thinking now about the practices that help you feel anchored. Maybe that’s getting outside earlier in the day, being more intentional about sleep, moving your body, calling the people who make you feel safe, journaling, therapy, meditation, or creating more warmth and beauty in your home. Self-care doesn’t have to become another thing to perform. It can simply be the ways you remind yourself, consistently, that you deserve your own attention.

You recently dedicated an episode to answering fan questions about letting go of things that no longer serve them. What are some good habits to pick up this season after a phase of letting go?

After letting go, I think one of the most important things we can do is resist the urge to immediately fill the empty space. We’re so conditioned to replace, replace, replace. A relationship ends, we want another one. A job ends, we need to know what’s next. An identity no longer fits, and we rush to create a new one. But there is so much information in the space in between. Give yourself a little room to listen. Build habits that bring you back to yourself, like morning quiet, journaling, walking without your phone, checking in with your body, and asking yourself what you actually want before automatically saying yes. Let the new version of your life reveal itself instead of forcing it into existence.

Finally, what can “Deeply Well” fans look forward to this upcoming month?

I’m really excited about the conversations with special guests we’re continuing to have on “Deeply Well.” This season feels like such a natural time to go deeper into the practices, questions, and conversations that help us understand ourselves with more compassion. There will be beautiful conversations, some opportunities to reflect together, and, as always, space for us to explore what wellness looks like when it’s honest, evolving, and deeply personal. I want people to leave each episode feeling like they have something they can carry into their lives.

Tune in to “Deeply Well with Devi Brown” every Friday for more inspirational advice and words of motivation.

iHeartPodcast Spotlight: “Good Science” puts a satirical spin on health, science, conspiracy, and chaos (plus more)

With so much great content being made today, it can be hard to keep up on all the latest. Luckily, with the help of iHeartRadio’s Podcast Spotlight, you can find something new to listen to every week. Here’s the latest on our iHeartPodcasts, including new seasons and episodes:

Good Science: Science is getting silly with this satirical comedy podcast masquerading as the official audio mouthpiece of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. Hosted by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (played by Anthony Atamanuik) and joined by his aggressively unfiltered co-host Kyle Quimm (played by Gil Ozeri), the show cuts through so-called “Big Pharma disinformation” to explore health, science, conspiracy, and chaos. From vaccines to childhood obesity, each episode mixes absurd conspiracies, expert interviews, and celebrity guests (like Donald Trump, Elon Musk, Cheryl Hines — all played by comedians). Every Tuesday, “Good Science” pokes fun at the manosphere, wellness culture, and conspiracy theorists as well as political and comedy culture.

Skyline Drive: The life expectancy in the U.S. has climbed to an all-time high of 79 years, and that number may continue to rise if the longevity industry has a say. In season two of “Skyline Drive,” Mangesh Hattikudur dives into the booming business of living forever, meeting the scientists, biopunks, and entrepreneurs trying to turn immortality into reality, and framing death as a choice. But the more he learns about an immortal future, the more he finds himself drawn to the people he loves. Join Mangesh on Tuesdays as he ponders if an endless life can be a meaningful one.

Smart Talks with IBM: Most of what happens inside the UFC Octagon is too fast for the human eye to follow. Enter Alon Cohen, Executive Vice President of Innovation for TKO, who has spent 15 years building the data and AI systems that expose the hidden moments that help decide a match. In this episode of “Smart Talks with IBM,” Malcolm Gladwell sits down with Alon to uncover how UFC’s partnership with IBM turns chaos into clarity, giving fans and commentators a deeper story behind every bout.

Check back next week for new podcasts, seasons, and episodes you won’t want to miss.
iHeartMedia Named One of The Most Influential Media and Communications Companies of 2026 on TIME100 Companies: Industry Leaders List

Today, TIME revealed the inaugural TIME100 Companies: Industry Leaders list – and iHeartMedia is honored to be named one of the 10 Most Influential Media and Communications Companies of 2026!

The TIME100 Companies: Industry Leaders is a new shortlist for the annual TIME100 Most Influential Companies list, highlighting 200 companies making an extraordinary impact in their industries. iHeart has been recognized for our industry-leading broadcast radio reach, highlighting the unique edge that brings to our platforms.

The feature includes the following blurb written by contributor Alex Stone:

In an attention economy where every company struggles with discovery, iHeartMedia has an edge no digital-native platform can match—more than 860 radio stations reaching nine out of 10 Americans every month. That broadcast footprint, often dismissed as a dying asset, has become the promotional engine behind the country's biggest podcast operation: 157 million monthly downloads (the most of any U.S. podcast network, according to Podtrac and Triton) and roughly $564 million in podcast revenue in 2025, up 26% from 2024. The rest of the industry has taken notice. In November 2025, TikTok partnered with iHeart to launch a creator podcast network and national radio channel; in December, Netflix signed an exclusive deal to stream video versions of more than 15 iHeart shows, including The Breakfast Club and My Favorite Murder. CEO Bob Pittman, who led the team that created MTV, frames the logic simply. "If Netflix is really TV on demand, then podcasting is radio on demand," he says. "Our secret weapon is we've got broadcast radio, which reaches everybody in America."

TIME assembled these lists by soliciting nominations across sectors, and polling its global network of contributors and correspondents, as well as outside experts. TIME editors then evaluated each on key factors including impact, innovation, ambition and success. The result is a diverse group of 200 companies shaping global business, one industry at a time.

Click here to see the full list.

iHeartPodcast Spotlight: "Soccer Moms" serves up friendship, family, and fully improvised fun (and more)

With so much great content being made today, it can be hard to keep up on all the latest. Luckily, with the help of iHeartRadio’s Podcast Spotlight, you can find something new to listen to every week. Here’s some of the latest on our iHeartPodcasts, including new seasons and episodes:

Soccer Moms: Hop in the minivan because it’s time for soccer… kind of. “Soccer Moms” follows best friends Leanne and Janet — played by Second City Chicago alumni Katie Rich and Holly Laurent — as they turn the fictional world of suburban youth soccer into a hilarious improv playground every Tuesday. From tailgate tangents to over-the-top characters, the podcast dives into friendship, family life, and the chaotic comedy of everyday suburban life. Each episode features guest comedians stepping in as quirky coaches, outspoken relatives, or eccentric sideline personalities, creating unpredictable, laugh-out-loud scenes. With quick-witted dialogue and fully improvised moments, “Soccer Moms” captures the messy, lovable chaos of trying to keep it together, even when nothing goes as planned

The Black Mother Wound Podcast: Healing starts with telling the truth. Join Jennifer Arnise on Tuesdays in a space for Black women navigating the complicated, often painful relationships they have with their mothers and the lasting impact those relationships have on their lives. Each episode dives into honest, unfiltered conversations about generational patterns and how they shape boundaries, relationships, ambition, and self-identity. Confront what was passed down, what was normalized, and what no longer has to define life. Through candid storytelling and reflection, listeners are invited to stop minimizing their experiences, reconnect with their inner child, and build a life rooted in autonomy, safety, and self-trust.

Two Percent with Michael Easter: New York Times bestselling author and journalist Michael Easter is breaking down the science behind mental toughness, fitness, ancient wisdom, and modern stress to share how to build resilience and agency in an increasingly comfortable world. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, Easter guides listeners through a deep dive into the science of living better by doing things the hard way. Whether he’s interviewing elite explorers and Harvard biologists or deconstructing the truth about longevity and metabolic health, this isn't a show for "biohacking" perfectionists. It’s a grounded, often humorous guide for real people to discover why the antidote to modern malaise is often found in the challenges we’ve been taught to avoid.

Check back next week for new podcasts, seasons, and episodes you won’t want to miss.
