"Iron Man 3" To Shoot In China

According to Deadline, The Walt Disney Company China, Marvel Studios and DMG Entertainment announced that Iron Man 3 will be co-produced in China. This follows last week's news that Disney is partnering with the culture ministry and Chinese Internet giant Tencent to develop the mainland's animation business.

Iron Man 3 will be the 3rd big franchise picture to shoot in China in recent memory. Others include, Paramount's Mission: Impossible III which shot there in 2005 and Universal's The Mummy: Tomb Of The Dragon Emperor was there in 2007.

Robert Downey, Jr., Gwynneth Paltrow and Don Cheadle will return for the third movie in the hit franchise, whose two films grossed more than $1 billion worldwide and $42.8 million between them in China. The third installment of the movie will be directed by Shane Black.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt is really making a name for himself in widely released mindfucks. When he employed that paradox in Inception, director Rian Johnson must have just lost his shit. It does look like a good film in its own right, with JGL playing a futuristic assassin who kills people in the past. That is, until he is tasked with killing himself. While it is an intriguing idea, the amount of paradoxes in this film would have to be staggering. If they’re taking people into the past when time travel hasn’t been invented yet, won’t people in the past figure out soon enough? Wouldn’t that defeat the purpose of the whole system? In addition, are the targets being killed in the past or sent into the past to be killed? The latter would not create paradoxes, but the former would create a multitude of problems. Oh, old Joseph Gordon-Levitt is played by Bruce Willis, because that’s obviously where he’s going.

Henry Cavill plays Superman in director Zack Snyder's Man of Steel. The film also stars Amy Adams as Daily Planet journalist Lois Lane, and Laurence Fishburne as her editor-in-chief, Perry White. Starring as Clark Kent's adoptive parents, Martha and Jonathan Kent, are Diane Lane and Kevin Costner.

Squaring off against the superhero are two other surviving Kryptonians, the villainous General Zod, played by Michael Shannon, and Faora, Zod's evil partner, played by Antje Traue. Men in Black III sees J forced to time-travel (or, rather, time-jump… literally) back to the 1960s, when a trouble-making alien disrupts the timeline and kills the younger version of K (Josh Brolin) – an act that not only affects the future of the MIB organization, but the very existence of humankind. Beyond that, it’s difficult to say what other major plot points present Men in Black III script review) remain in tact, given the nuMen in Black III script review) remain in tact, given the numerous rewrites it has undergone, by this point. All things considered, this is a pretty basic (if not especially effective) teaser trailer. We’re given a brief reminder of just what the Men in Black spend their time doing, Smith resorting to his trademark wiseacre shtick, glances at some of the film’s unusual extraterrestrials, an introduction to cast newcomer Emma Thompson, a quick look at one of the film’s 3D action set pieces (ie. J leaping off the Chrysler Building) and an even briefer glance at the movie’s actual plot. That’s all informative enough, but not so much intriguing or attention-grabbing. By far, the “money shot” here is the ending, where we get out first look at Brolin as a youthful Agent K. The actor very much nails Jones’ deadpan inflection and facial mannerisms; hopefully, he’ll be able to sustain that act throughout a good portion of the MIB threequel. A lot of people are finding it hard to muster much enthusiasm for Men in Black III and with good reason; not only is Men in Black II generally considered a pretty subpar sequel, that movie also came out all the way back in 2002. It doesn’t help that the time travel plot setup for the third MIB movie is somewhat reminiscent of the “alternate reality” angle in the fourth Shrek movie, Shrek Forever After; the latter franchise didn’t exactly benefit greatly from using that sitcom-style narrative approach and adding 3D to the mix, so it’s difficult to suspect the MIB series will manage to do otherwise…

Part 1
The film starts out as Bella Swan plans her wedding with the Cullen family. The wedding takes place, and Edward Cullen tells her that he has murdered people in the past, undaunted by this, Bella and Edward go ahead with the wedding. During the reception following her wedding to Edward, Bella is visited by her friend Jacob Black. When Bella admits that she and Edward plan to consummate their marriage during their honeymoon, Jacob becomes angry and is held back by his pack. He then runs off into the woods, and Edward takes an upset Bella back to the reception.
The couple spends their honeymoon on the Cullens' private Brazilian island. Although hesitant, Edward has sex with Bella for the first time. After Edward realizes that he bruised Bella's arm, back and shoulders during sex, he vows to never be intimate with her again, much to her disappointment; he later gives in to her seductions. Two weeks into their honeymoon, Bella discovers that she is pregnant with a fetus growing at an extraordinarily accelerated rate. After consulting with Carlisle, they rush back to Forks. Bella refuses to consider having an abortion, and enlists Rosalie's help to protect her wishes.
Opposed to Sam Uley's plans to kill Bella and her child, which is thought to be a demon, Jacob angrily leaves the pack and arrives at the Cullens' to protect Bella; Seth and Leah Clearwater join him, forming a new wolf pack. As the pregnancy progresses, Bella's health severely deteriorates. As a last resort, she begins drinking blood, which satisfies the fetus and allows her to regain some strength. Soon afterward, Bella goes into a painful labor and gives birth to her daughter, Renesmee. To save her life, Edward injects Bella's heart with his venom to transform her into a vampire, but nothing happens, and Bella is thought to be dead. Greatly distraught, Jacob attempts to kill the baby, but stops when he realizes he has imprinted on the child, becoming her protector.
When the werewolves learn of Bella's "death", they attack the Cullens' house in an attempt to kill the baby. They are forced to stop after learning Jacob has imprinted on Renesmee, which, under their wolf law, means Renesmee cannot be harmed. Bella's wounds heal; she remembers her entire life as the venom reaches her heart. The Cullens all look at each other in shock. Bella's heart finally ceases, and she awakens with red eyes, a newborn vampire. The film cuts to the credits.
In a post-credits scene, the Volturi hear about Bella's conversion; Aro notes that it does not end their dispute with the Cullens, proclaiming, "They have something I want."
Part 2
After the birth of Renesmee Cullen, Bella, now a vampire, finds herself enjoying her new life and abilities. However, the vampire Irina misidentifies Renesmee as an "immortal child", a child who has been turned into a vampire, and because immortal children are uncontrollable, creating them has been outlawed by the Volturi. After Irina presents her allegation to the Volturi, they plan to destroy Renesmee and the Cullens. In an attempt to survive, the Cullens gather other vampire clans from around the world to stand as witnesses and prove to the Volturi that Renesmee is not an immortal child.

The Dark Knight Rises is an upcoming superhero film directed by Christopher Nolan, who co-wrote the screenplay with his brother Jonathan Nolan and the story with David S. Goyer. Based on the DC Comics character Batman, the film will be the third installment in Nolan's Batman film series, and is a sequel to Batman Begins (2005) and The Dark Knight (2008). The Dark Knight Rises is intended to be the conclusion of the series. It stars Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, and Morgan Freeman. The film will take place eight years after the events of The Dark Knight and will introduce the characters of Selina Kyle and Bane—portrayed by Anne Hathaway and Tom Hardy, respectively—two villains from the Batman mythology.
Nolan was initially hesitant about returning to the series for a second time, but agreed to come back after developing a story with his brother Jonathan and David S. Goyer that he felt would conclude the series on a satisfactory note. The film has inspirations in the Batman comic book series Knightfall (1993), which debuted the villain Bane; The Dark Knight Returns (1986), in which Batman returns to Gotham City after a ten-year absence; and No Man's Land (1999), which depicts Gotham being overrun by gangs.
Filming took place in various locations, including locations in India, London, Glasgow, Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, and Pittsburgh. Nolan utilized IMAX cameras for much of the filming to optimize the quality of the picture. As with The Dark Knight, viral marketing campaigns began early during production to help promote the upcoming film. When filming concluded, Warner Bros. refocused its campaign; developing promotional websites, releasing the first six minutes of the film and theatrical trailers, and sending random pieces of information regarding the film's plot to various companies.
