- The Jinn and Lumiva cluster are currently migrating to a new storage unit (as announced here previously). The deployment is planned in the next few weeks; we will keep you informed of the exact date.

- The architecture of servers supporting the customer hub, the blog as well as the forum will be revised and will be improved. This project has been started and will be finished in around 2 weeks.

- the email clusters Jinn and Lumiva
- the customer hub
- the iWeb forum and Blog

Usually, hard drives defects are detected automatically by the central unit and are isolated from the disk array. In this case, the unit was unable to detect the hard drive defect, and began to restart contiously. We have been able to identify the hard drive with the help of our provider’s engineers.

We are currently designing a plan to prevent this to happen again. We will keep you informed shortly.

Beginning from 8.30am, all payments have been redirected to our other payment gateways.

As a result, customers who ordered iWeb products between 4am EST and 8.30am EST might encounter pre-authorization problems. If this is the case, please contact our sales department sales@iweb.com or through the Live Chat, and we will help you with your order. During downtime, we will transfer charges from the current UPS to the new N+1 segment. A blog post will be published on our blog to explain the advantages of this additional electrical redundance.

Emails received by one of the server were taking some hours before being delivered due to a network connectivity issue.

The problem is now solved and emails are being delivered normally. No emails were lost during this period.
