Over the next couple of days, our existing forums located at http://forum.icetv.com.au/iceforum/ will be put into “maintenance mode” – meaning that no new posts will be possible. During this maintenance period, all existing forum users and topics will be migrated to the new system. When the new forums go live, and if you are an IceTV member, you will then be able to use your IceTV username and password to login to the new forums. All your existing forum posts will be maintained. If you are not an IceTV member, but you have used our forums in the past, you will receive an email from us explaining the process to login to the new forums. Forum posts that you have made in the past will also be maintained.

Additionally, during the changeover of systems, there may also be a short outage for emailing us new support requests or adding to/commenting/replying to current tickets you may already have open with us. We are endeavouring to make this outage period as short as possible.
