Dear sir/madam,&lt;br /&gt;
Since the biforcation of Train nos; 16592 and 16594, leaving from Bangaluru, Towards Hampi and Nanded respectively, the Nanded train always there will be some or other problem in reaching to Raichur/ Yadgir and etc. it should reach Yadgir by 09:20am but it never reached&lt;br /&gt;
in time. It normally reaches by 11:00/ 11:30am.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
why is the delay, no security in train, After Yadgir no one is there to check tickets and from, Nalwar to Zahirabad many will travel without ticket, if found ticketless they will give some money to TT. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Reserved passenger has to suffer even after night to sit /sleep. no clean. as far as I know, this train 16594 /16593 are worst train to travel by.             <title><![CDATA[Hyundai Motor India Limited - Worst service and rude Hyundai staff. - iComplaints.in]]></title>

Please read this entire complaint letter as it is very serious and not done after repeated request.&lt;br /&gt;
Hi,&lt;br /&gt;
This is Yogesh from India and my dad owns a red I20 diesel version purchased in 2010 in DSC Hyundai Chennai.  &lt;br /&gt;
1.	They delayed the vehicle delivery for a very long time (Executive Name: Vasu, DSC Saidapet).&lt;br /&gt;
2.	Every time when we enquired, they gave me some lame answers and sometimes they asked us to come and take the car. But when we arrive there, again they say that the vehicle is not yet here blah blah blah. They kept doing this for months. They cheated in few other things which I don’t want to mention. Even after all the inconvenience, the sales executive asked me to give full points and we did so.&lt;br /&gt;
3.	Since the purchase, we have serviced with same dealer DSC Hyundai in Porur. Last year when the car had crash, I took it to the same centre. I paid them the full amount but when I looked at the paint job, it was so ugly and unprofessional. Visible paint spills, sand stuck on the paint, finger prints, paper marks and plenty of visible lines. I was leaving to Singapore and when the customer service rep called me, I gave her my complaint and asked her to follow up with my dad on this issue. But no one did.&lt;br /&gt;
4.	When I came back to India, I had air con complaint and gave the vehicle to DSC and mentioned them about the paint job. They promised me to redo that. From that day, they have asked me to bring the vehicle several times and I had to allot time even with my very busy schedule. But when I reach there, they don’t repaint it but just do a wax polish. &lt;br /&gt;
5.	Later Mr Jayaram from DSC was in contact with me and asked me to bring the car after pongal holidays and I confirmed on the day with him to com. When I went to the service centre, I was turned back by the body shop manager  Mr. Jagadheesh saying that the equipment is out of order.  They should not have asked me to come at the first place. When I asked him to quote a price for a small paint job which is not even 2 inches, he said it will cost more than INR3500. I do own a Suzuki and they do a perfect paint job with affordable price. Ok, I will pay but will the job be worthy? He said that DSC executives sometimes, get less money and do a low quality job. So if I pay more, I will get a high quality job.  Is this a brand? Is there some low quality and high quality work by Hyundai. Mr Jagadheesh, openly said that if I pay more, I will get high quality job. I have paid them lots of money but is the job good?&lt;br /&gt;
6.	When I asked him about the old paint job which has to be redone, he turned back and went inside the office. I was waiting for Mr Jagadheesh outside near my car under the heavy sun but even after noticing me, he never came back.&lt;br /&gt;
7.	I called the customer service this time and placed the complaint telling them the whole story. They kept in touch the next day and I told them that I don’t want to continue with DSC. But in spite of telling them, they asked DSC to contact me. These guys called me again and forced me to give my car to them for the repaint work.  Mr Jayaram came to my house on 30/01/2012 and got my car. He said that he will redo the old paint job perfectly this time and also new paint job which cost not exceeding  INR 1500 which on the front bumper. &lt;br /&gt;
8.	Today they called me saying that the car is ready and I have to pay INR2000  which is different from what Mr Jagadheesh quoted. I went to the centre and when I saw the old paint job, it was not redone but polished again. When I asked the executive, he lied to me saying that they have repainted but actually not. All the marks  are still there and not a bit change. When I looked at the bumper area which was painted yesterday, I was upset because it was the worst case like the rear paint job. But I paid them everything but the quality of job is ZERO. When I questioned the executive, he stood still. He was not ready to give me a solution and none of the other works I asked them to do was done. I called the customer care again and asked any higher officials Email so that I can send this mail but they were not ready to help me.&lt;br /&gt;
Why should I buy a brand which has worst service.  Hyundai should understand not just sales performance is good but the company should seriously concentrate on what’s happening after that. Every time they force us to give them 10 points and we do so. Today I refused to fill the feedback form. We bought this car only because it has wide service network in India after Maruti Suzuki. But with this service, how can I trust Hyundai and ride my car???? How can I recommend this brand? How can I have a safe ride? Should I waste my time with such unnecessary things???? Should I waste money even after I know that I am cheated? &lt;br /&gt;
Yes, I swear that my next car or any of my relatives and friend car will not be a Hyundai when there are several other better brands in India to choose. My advice to Hyundai is to look into such issues and make this a better brand. Not just your marketing strategies will help to sell Hyundai cars but customers are very important. &lt;br /&gt;
I request the person to provide me the top official (Regional director, Head etc) email so that at least they can take care of this. Just think why I should waste my time by typing this mail if nothing is taken care. If this long complaint mail is ignored after reading, I am so sorry but Hyundai is not a worthy and trustable brand. &lt;br /&gt;
Lousy work again by DSC Hyundai. How can I trust this dealer and this brand if they are only interested in filling their cash counter but not doing a good job even after repeated complaints? They ignored my previous compliant and tried to cheat me by say that they have repainted that part which I have complained for a long time. But they just polished and gave it with the same condition. A new paint job for which I paid today was a kid’s work. I had enough with DSC and they are not ready to fix their mistake. Very  rude indeed.  Is there anyone to look into this?  This is to inform u that I am a resident of janak puri  C-3 block and the problem is nobody came to take water reading and we got our bill for 12 months on average of 22months the reason they have given is No response. Earlier we were seven people in family now we are just three people water consumption is less then earlier. Please look in this matter.&lt;br /&gt;

I wish to lodge a complaint against Infibeam.com for not shipping a product I had ordered via their website on Feb 14, 2012. As per my order details in their website, it was supposed to be shipped by Feb 16, 2012 to reach me by Feb 18, 2012. Till now, the status being shown against my order is "ShippingInProgress". I had sent them two reminder mails about the non-shipment of my order, but my plea seems to have fallen on deaf ears. Hence I have been forced to approach you for a proper redressal of my grievance. Please take the necessary action and oblige.&lt;br /&gt;

of the product was extremely good &amp; the cost of the product was very low compare to the current market prices. I knew i had cracked very good deal with naaptol. Also, in addition i received a free gift voucher of 200/- for my next purchase with Naaptol.&lt;br /&gt;

Ref – It was the simple process of cancellation of tickets.&lt;br /&gt;
Respected Sir,&lt;br /&gt;
	According to above subject, the officers like Mr. M. Laxminarayan are a blot to Railway department. The railway department is becoming blemish because of misbehavior of such officers with the passengers.&lt;br /&gt;
	Sir, I would like to inform you the story of arrogant behavior of Mr. M. Laxminarayan.&lt;br /&gt;
	Sir, there was my family function at Hyderabad. All my family went to Hyderabad on Dt. 16th Feb 2012 by Parbhani Passenger (Train No. 563) from Nanded to Hyderabad. I have arranged some tickets from Nanded &amp; some from Parbhani reservation counter. We purchase tickets for up &amp; down both i.e. Parbhani to Hyderabad &amp; Hyderabad to Parbhani. Due to some family decisions we need to stay Hyderabad for a day more. So that, I went to cancel the return journey ticket at Medchal station as the Medchal station was nearest to me from function point. But there is no reservation counter. I enquire about nearest reservation counter then he told me either Secunderabad or Manoharabad. The Manoharabad was more convenient for me so I decided to reach Manoharabad to cancel the tickets.									&lt;br /&gt;

	Sir, near about at 12.15 pm I reached to Manoharabad station &amp; picked up reservation /cancellation form. At that time Mr. M. Laxminarayan was seated on reservation counter. I asked him for cancellation of tickets. He told me I can’t cancel your ticket because I have only cash Rs. 800/- This is very small station &amp; no very big collection of cash is here. I smiled &amp; told him the tickets are only of Rs. Somewhat Rs. 800/- after cancellation I will need near about Rs. 400 – 450/- you can cancel my tickets easily. Then he taken tickets from my hand &amp; replied me you cannot cancel these tickets. I asked him for reason, then he advised me you have to cancel these tickets there, where you have booked it. After his advice I get shocked! And told him sir, the facility of cancellation or reservation is being available at any reservation counter in all over India. Then he get angry on me &amp; told me “don’t teach me laws I know everything you have to go there, where you have booked these tickets.” He also told me, “my name is M. Laxminarayan you can complaint about me anywhere at minister, GM, CCM, DCM etc they cannot do anything against me.” &lt;br /&gt;
	I requested him that I am new here in Hyderabad &amp; I don’t know roads, so please cancel my tickets otherwise after preparation of chart the tickets will get zero value. Then he told me today you are going to cancel the ticket of Rs. 400 -450/- If any customer demanding me cancel the ticket of more than Rs. 4000 – 5000/- then how I can manage the cash as my station is so small. I requested him for my ticket as my ticket was very small amounted. After requesting so many times he denied me then I demanded him complaint book then he get more angry at me &amp; started shouting on me in unbalanced language. I cannot write such unbalanced language by my hand. If any heard such language he cannot eat or sleep for 24 hours………… It was unbelievable for me the officer of railway department is going to rude step. No any another officer of your department behaved such arrogant with anyone. I have not seen or heard such arrogant language railway department’s employee used at anywhere. Whatever he behaved with me but I do not take any high handed step. I politely requested him &amp; demanded him complaint book or cancellation of my ticket. &lt;br /&gt;
	Sir, I requested him again &amp; again then he dialed a phone to the police &amp; told the police officer about me that a customer harassing me &amp; forcing me to cancel the ticket though I cannot do this. He hand over the online phone to me &amp; police told me if he is unable to cancel the ticket then why you are forcing him.&lt;br /&gt;

		I told the entire story to police officer on phone &amp; requested him also the Station Master Should have to either cancel my ticket or provide me the complaint book. He was also failed to across to him. &lt;br /&gt;
	The officers like Mr. M. Laxminarayan are the blame to railway department. They are blindly making loss to railway department. &lt;br /&gt;
	Sir, you are requested to enquire all the matter by appointing a enquiry commission &amp; try to solve my questions which are knocking my mind again &amp; again from this incident. The questions are as follows.&lt;br /&gt;
1.	Why Station Master Mr. M. Laxminarayan do not cancel my ticket as all facilities were available at Manoharabad Station?&lt;br /&gt;
2.	We he called the police though I have not behave with him very politely?&lt;br /&gt;
3.	Why he not provided me complaint book though he have complaint book?&lt;br /&gt;
4.	Why any other officer not helped me as they were experienced Station Masters arrogant behavior?&lt;br /&gt;
5.	Is this correct way to behave with passenger in such manner?&lt;br /&gt;
Sir, Kindly take needful action as early as possible &amp; oblige me.&lt;br /&gt;

Happenings that took place from time to time along with date and photograph as proof:-&lt;br /&gt;

August 2010-December 2010&lt;br /&gt;
	I had a Toshiba Laptop (A100-785) which was 2 year old and was giving a battery backup of just 45 minutes after its 2 years of good service life. So I planned to purchase a UPS that can support my Laptop during power failure. So checked different brands and different products for my purpose. &lt;br /&gt;
At last found a whole sale shop at Cochin by the name “Texas IT Solutions” that sell MICROTEK UPS and INVERTERS and they recommended me the purchase of “MICROTEK TWIN GUARD 1000VA UPS TGE1000+”  that has 2*12Volt 7.2Ah Battery and should provide ample power supply for my laptop to stay awake for more than 2 hours during power failure. I was very happy to purchase this device for a price of Rs.3,640 and no need to worry about losing my work and power failure.&lt;br /&gt;
I keep the laptop connected to the UPS all the time when I was at cochin so that just in case if the power runs out the UPS shall take care of it and this way the laptop stayed awake for just 15 days or so after which the it died. Took it to Toshiba Service center for repair and found that there was nothing wrong with the laptop and it was just that the Laptop adapter had died and that my laptop was out of its manufacture warranty. Bad timing….&lt;br /&gt;
So ordered a new Toshiba Laptop Adapter from UAE, the place where I originally bought the laptop and the price of the adapter was cheaper there. I had to quit using my laptop + UPS for 2 months, waiting for the adapter’s arrival.&lt;br /&gt;
Got the new adapter and the laptop started to go online as before.&lt;br /&gt;
Now the laptop started to run short of space and so I had to buy a “Seagate Free Agent Desk 1TB” for additional storage and the Hard Drive was Externally Powered.&lt;br /&gt;
So started to use both this Laptop and the Seagate HD on the same MICROTEK UPS. As days passed I started to notice that the Seagate HD adapter was getting pretty hot when running on Microtek UPS and that the wax coating on the transformer inside the adapter had diluted and draining out of the casing. I didn’t pay much attention to this and continued using it on the Microtek UPS but stopped connecting it when not in use.&lt;br /&gt;
One day I happen to see that the Seagate adapter transformed its color from white to black and had declared end of its service life and it could not deal with my Microtek UPS any longer. Here I was lucky and got a new Seagate HD of the same kind after shipping it to Seagate since the Hard Drive was pretty new and within warranty.&lt;br /&gt;
After all this I never suspected my great Microtek UPS.I kept thinking it could be that the Toshiba Laptop was old and the Seagate Adapter may be defective.&lt;br /&gt;
But anyway I called up the Microtek UPS company and politely told them the happenings till date and also told them that I can carry this UPS to the store for testing if these incidents has made any damage on the UPS , they said they can send over a technician to my place for checking the device. Soon the next day a technician came over to my place and checked the output with a multi meter and confirmed that the device was ready to do service back on track. I was happy to see this technician to come over pretty quick and check faults. I felt that I had purchased the right product and good value for money.&lt;br /&gt;

My place of employment was changed to Bangalore and I took my Microtek UPS along with me there in my car. There due to my need I had to purchase another laptop and a new phone. So I purchased new Toshiba Laptop (C660) from Flipkart.com and Nokia N8 form Hyper City. &lt;br /&gt;
By July 2011&lt;br /&gt;
My Microtek UPS had destroyed 2 new things which really disappointed me. This is when I started to suspect my Microtek UPS. What it did was, it killed my Toshiba C660 Adapter in a similar manner that it did on the Toshiba A100-785 and also my Nokia N8’s High speed charger was also dead one day. Both these adapters were replaced within few days of their death since they were all quite new and within warranty.&lt;br /&gt;
I feel pity for well Known Brands Toshiba, Seagate, Nokia and Apple I phone 4 for simply destroying their good products with a Bad product MICROTEK TWIN GUARD 1000VA UPS TGE1000+ which indirectly took the life of all these brands and proved itself poor workmanship and very bad circuitry. If I would have read the reviews on these sites before I purchased this commodity. I would never have opted Microtek at the first instance. Just go through these reviews of different people who had used this device and faced similar issues as I did and never fixed because it is something that Microtek themselves don’t know about the functioning of their device. Microtek contains some cheap quality China fabricated PCB and some brand less Lead Acid Battery and heavy transformer made by some cottage industry and a plastic case on which their Brand Name “MICROTEK TECHNOLOGY WE LIVE” is printed.&lt;br /&gt;

Now I realize that all these devices went faulty because of the King “THE MICROTEK TWIN GUARD 1000VA UPS TGE1000+”. After I realized this I stopped using this Microtek UPS in Bangalore and brought it back to my hometown Calicut and did not use it for a while and kept it aside since I didn’t find any repair center for Microtek in Bangalore since it was out of Kerala State and didn’t find time to look for service.&lt;br /&gt;
February 2012&lt;br /&gt;
Now I had come down to Kerala and over here I complained about the device and the destruction caused by the same. So a technician by the name Shiju (His Contact number: 8714375844) came to my home and tested the Microtek UPS and proved it 100% functional. When I related him the bad experiences that I had to go through in my past. He declared to me that this Microtek UPS is not designed to be used for a Laptop nor a Cell Phone nor a CFL lamp nor a Hard Drive. According to him this Microtek UPS is only to be used with a Desktop PC to power the SMPS of the CPU and that too the CRT or the LCD Screen should not be connected along. His answer just drove me crazy and I in turn asked him if that is the case how would one use a computer CPU without an LCD or a CRT monitor. I told him that I don’t own a Desktop PC so the chance of the Microtek UPS serving me is ruled out. So the only alternative for me is to buy another Desktop PC to test the UPS and to use Computer without a Monitor during power failure.&lt;br /&gt;
After he left I searched for the owner’s manual to check what it has to say regarding itself. It said that:-&lt;br /&gt;
“These UPS are specially designed to suit Indian conditions where the voltage can fluctuate to as low as 150volts &amp; as high as 290volts. Keeping this in view, these UPS have the ‘extended’ input voltage range of 135~300volts, so that the UPS gives you the corrected line voltage output of 230volts+-9% and doesn’t switch the UPS to ‘Battery Backup mode’ like most other UPS. In the event even when the voltage is available excessively high or too low, most other UPS will give the output on Battery Backup and finally shut down after 10/20 minutes. With these UPS you will enjoy ‘complete peace of mind’ even when the voltage is too low or too high.&lt;br /&gt;
Do not forget that the UPS has to work for voltage correction for 20 to 22 hours a day while the backup on battery may only be necessary for 1 to 2 hours in different slots of time during day.&lt;br /&gt;

So after going through the owner’s manual what I understand is the UPS is capable of running a computer or two computes along with some telecommunication devices.&lt;br /&gt;
As per my understanding Computers can mean Desktop PC and Laptop PC.&lt;br /&gt;
Telecommunication devices can mean Routers, Modems, Nokia chargers, Seagate Adapter, I phone 4 USB Adapter.&lt;br /&gt;

I had activated my GPRS plan in January  2012 and wanted it for just one month. My number is 9773710149 I was not knowing the expiry date for the same.&lt;br /&gt;
For that I have contacted LOOP Customer Care number 800 and talked to the Executive name Mr. Raju who said that my plan will be valid till 8th Feb 2012 till 12 A.M., so I waited till 11 P.M. and then when I checked my balance my Rs. 98 was already deduced. I immediately called LOOP Customer Care (800) and talked to their executive (Mr. Mubeen and Mr. Suraj) with no result. I register a online complaint on www.loopmobile.in for which I received a message havig Doc- Sr- 1002104352 and saying we will get back to you within 2 days. I am still waiting for their reply.&lt;br /&gt;
I want my money back as the fault is from their side&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I have received two dockets number but no one from loop have contacted me.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

I informed them i got the defective Bluetooth please send me as soon as possible, this guys said me that you will be received in one week but i have received this my Bluetooth within 5 days. and this Bluetooth working well and good and about mobile its features are good and this is fastest online shopping.&lt;br /&gt;

Now, my job is on edge because of not producing this cert copy to my company and still they are not replying to my queries. they are very negligent to hear my voice even. No management is proper in this college now and I need my prov MBA cert immediately.
