We are a small newly formed company which provides consultancy within a niche market. We operate from diverse geographical locations so effective communication is critical to our success. For our business to develop and to win contracts, it was essential that we could establish and maintain a recognised Quality Management System (QMS). The icomplete CRM system enabled us to develop an electronic filing system to document our Quality Management System. All staff have instant access to policies and guidelines and can clearly see whether a document has been drafted, approved or archived.

The ease with which we were able to retrieve documents during the assessment was impressive. At the touch of a button we were able to provide the assessor with the document they were asking for. Gone were the days where we would fumble in a file looking for the right document.

Back-up of essential company documentation, processes and procedures is a key element of ISO 9001:2008 Accreditation. The icomplete CRM system offered us an independent secure storage solution.

The assessor was very impressed by the processes we had developed, how we could retrieve them and how they help us to deliver the product to customer satisfaction. We were able to show using the icomplete contacts database (CRM) how we could track a project’s life cycle, and access customer information and any communication in real-time.

The system is very easy to use and great for our medium size business. The setup process was seamless and Myles was very helpful in getting all of our data loaded and organised. All of our team have gotten to grips with the system straight away and it provides all the features we need compared to other databases that had lots of features we would never use.

Also tagging is excellent and very easy to use, suggestions box is a nice touch, very easy to check client status. We are a medium sized investment company and found the system invaluable.

We have just added the ability to send out an automated acknowlegement email to those that sign up on your website enquiry form.  You provide us with your logo and the text you want in the email and we set it up for FREE. For each acknowledgement that is sent, you will be charged 1p (or FREE if you are on one of our emarketing packages).

Each icomplete account is allocated 10 GB of storage as standard and this can be increased if required.  We wanted to add more value to this by implementing de-duplication and compression so that the data storage goes further.  This was implemented at the end of December and we have seen some clients usage fall from  7.5 GB to less than 0.5 GB – making your storage allocation go a lot further.

We are moving to MP3

We are changing the way in which we provide voicemails and call recording files. In early February we will move from wav encoded files to mp3. This will have several benefits; smaller files (5 times smaller compared to the wav file encoding), more playback options within icomplete (jump to a specific point in the recording) and playback will be compatible with more mobile devices.
