Archaeologists have found evidence of mass cannibalism at a 7,000-year-old human burial site in south-west Germany, the journal Antiquity reports.

The authors say their findings provide rare evidence of cannibalism in Europe's early Neolithic period.

Up to 500 human remains unearthed near the village of Herxheim may have been cannibalised.

The "intentionally mutilated" remains included children and even unborn babies, the researchers say.

The German site was first excavated in 1996 and then explored again between 2005 and 2008.

Team leader Bruno Boulestin, from the University of Bordeaux in France, told BBC News that he and his colleagues had found evidence the human bones were deliberately cut and broken - an indication of cannibalism.

In the same summer of 1947, a Bedouin shepherd discovered the first of a massive cache of parchments and scrolls in the cave at Khirbet Qumran, overlooking the Dead Sea, about 30 miles south of Jerusalem.
Primary chronological nexus: the Nag Hammadi Codices (NHC) and the Dead Sea Scrolls (DSS) emerged from two thousand years of obscurity in the same historical moment.

Home-schooling parents may face criminal record checks

Parents who teach their own children at home must undergo criminal records checks, say Government education inspectors.

The estimated 40,000 parents who choose not to send their children to school should be vetted, says Ofsted.

It said that parents whose records throw up suspicions should be barred from teaching their own children.

Vetting to root out any record of violence against children would be by the Criminal Records Bureau.

It would reveal to local authorities parents’ criminal convictions, cautions and warnings, and even information that did not lead to a criminal conviction.

After seeing this photo shoot by Ellen Von Unwerth I decided to put together a post on Natalie Portman (a while back now, I wanted to get it finished so I could start on others but it kept expanding, I was especially surprised to see her pictured with a Rothschild) focusing mainly on her debut role in 'Leon' and 'V for Vendetta'.

The shoot was taken in approximately 1996 so was either age 14 or 15 at the time (if it was made for a 'Beautiful Girls' promotion then it was probably taken in 1995 as the film was only released in February 1996) and is a good indication of her kitten programming (with her covered in Siamese cats). While I'm not sure if she is MK'd, she obviously isn't on the Anna Nicole Smith level of blatant mind control as Natalie always comes across as a bright, down to earth girl who is intelligent (which often Monarchs are though) from what I have seen of her interviews.
