Mungkin nama Sinarmas Land bukan hal yang asing lagi bagi kita. Entah bagaimana kita mengetahuinya, tapi yang jelas Sinarmas sudah sangat umum dalam masyarakat.

Apa itu Sinarmas Land ?

Sinarmas Land adalah brand dibidang properti yang dimulai pada tahun 1980-an. Dimulai dengan pembangunan residence oleh Duta Pertiwi. Dibawahi oleh PT.BUMI SERPONG DAMAI Tbk. Memulai operasi sejak 1989 dan tumbuh menjadi pusat perekonomian di Jakarta Selatan.

Perlu diketahui juga bahwa PT.BUMI SERPONG DAMAI Tbk. adalah salah satu perusahaan pengembang terbesar di Indonesia dengan total area resmi 5.950 ha . Dengan kata lain bahwa PT.BUMI SERPONG DAMAI Tbk. Atau yang biasa disingkat BSDE adalah perusahaan yang sudah mumpuni dalam bidang properti.

Membuat Program Biodata dengan Bahasa C# di Visual Studio 2012

1.Siapkan Editor Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 Ultimate. Pada tampilan awal akan tampak seperti berikut.

2. Kita klik kiri ‘New Project’. Kita klik Button Down ‘Visual C#’, kemudian kita pilih ‘Console Application’.

3.Pada Form ‘Name/Solution name’ kita isi dengan “PraktikCSharp”. Lalu kita klik Browse pada Form Location.

4.Setelah klik Browse kita masuk ke Jendela ‘Project Location’. Sebagai Contoh Kita akan letakkan Project di “D:\ASP.NET Project”. Lalu klik ‘Select Folder’. Dan akan kembali ke Jendela ‘New Project’ kita klik ‘OK’.

5.Hasilnya setelah kita membuat project baru tadi adalah seperti ini.

6.Lalu kita tampilkan Jendela Solution Explorer dulu. Ini gunanya untuk memudahkan penyusunan susunan pembentuk Project. Misal : Class, dll.

7.Cara menampilkan Solution Explorer adalah klik Bar ‘View’ -> Solution Explorer (Ctrl+Alt+L).

8. Kita Klik kanan pada Jendela ‘Solution Explorer(Project PraktikCSharp) ’ -> add ->New Item.

9. Maka kita akan masuk ke Jendela ‘Add New Item’. Kita klik ‘Class’ dan beri nama “biodata.cs”. Lalu klik ‘Add’.

10. Nah, sekarang kamu memiliki 2 Class. Yaitu ‘biodata.cs’ dan ‘Program.cs’.

Rencananya adalah pada ‘biodata.cs’ kita akan mencetak kata nama, panggilan, kelas, alamat, tinggi, berat dan cita-cita.

Dan Pada ‘Program.cs’ kita akan memanggil Program ‘biodata.cs’ yang sudah dibuat .

11. Kita ketikkan script ini pada ‘biodata.cs’.

12. Lalu kita akan ketikkan juga script berikut di ‘Program.cs.’

13.Tahap Terakhir adalah Running. Caranya tinggal menekan Ctrl + F5. Lalu akan muncul Command Prompt yang menampilkan Project Kita.

Nah, Kita Telah Sukses membuat Program Dasar Menggunakan Bahasa C# di Visual Studio.

Membuat Program Hello World Menggunakan DreamWeaver CS6, NetBeans IDE 7.3 dan phpDesigner 8

Pada kesempatan kali ini saya akan nge-Share bagaimana cara membuat Program PHP Hello World dengan 3 Editor Tersebut.

Dreamweaver CS6

1.Siapkan Editor DreamWeaver CS6. Pada Tampilan Awal akan tampak seperti ini.

2.Jika Anda berada pada Interface seperti diatas maka anda tinggal meng-Klik PHP.Tapi Bila anda tidak berada di posisi ini maka Klik Tab File => New... (Ctrl+N). Kita pilih PHP, lalu klik Create.

3.Meskipun kita pilih PHP file. Namun Filenya berisi Sintax seperti HTML. Maka dari itu kita hapus semua Sintaxnya dan kita ganti dengan sintax PHP.

5.Tahap selanjutnya adalah menyimpan File PhP Tersebut. Caranya Klik Tab File => Save (Ctrl+S). Beri nama File dengan Hello-World. Dan Simpan sebagai File PHP dengan ditandainya ekstensi .php . Lalu klik Save.

6.Setelah di Save maka kita harus melihat Output dari Program yang kita buat tentunya. Caranya dengan membuka Browser, Lalu pada Address Bar kita ketikkan Alamat dimana kita menyimpan file PHP tersebut.

Contoh “localhost/PraktikumPHP21/Hello-World.php”.

NetBeans 7.3 IDE

1.Siapkan Editor PhP, NetBeans IDE 7.3. Tampilan awal NetBeans tampak seperti dibawah ini.

2.Lalu buat Project baru dengan klik tab file => New Project (Ctrl+Shift+N).

3.Kemudian Interfacenya akan memunculkan Dialog Choose Project. Kita pilih PHP =>PHP Application with Existing Sources.

4.Setelah itu akan muncul dialog lagi Untuk Pemberian Nama dan Lokasi. Sources Folder adalah folder yang digunakan untuk menyimpan dan menjalankan project. Contoh kita mengambil Sources “C:\xampp\htdocs\PraktikumPHP21\Hello_World” dan kita beri nama “Hello_World” lalu klik Next.

5.Nah, pada step ini akan muncul interface Run Configuration. Pada field Project URL kita isi contoh http://localhost/PraktikumPHP21/Hello_World.php lalu klik finish.

6.Jika Project telah selesai dibuat maka akan tampak seperti gambar dibawah ini.

7. Kemudian kita harus membuat file PhPnya. Klik New File (Ctrl+N).

8.Setelah meng-Klik New File maka akan muncul interface dialog New File.Untuk “File Types nya kita gunakan PHP File Lalu Klik Next.

9.Setelah Klik Next, maka akan muncul dialog baru yaitu Name and Location. Pada form “File Name” kita beri nama Hello_World. Lalu klik Finish.

10.Nah, kita telah membuat file PHPnya. Ini adalah file PHP kosongan. Belum diisi dengan sintax.

11.Kita ketikkan script dibawah ini. Letakkan script diantara sintax <?php dan ?>

1.Siapkan Editor phpDesigner. Nah, saya disini menggunakan phpDesigner 8. Namun yang baru juga sudah ada phpDesigner 8.1. Pada tampilan awal editor phpDesigner akan tampak seperti ini.

2.Lalu kita akan membuat file php. Caranya dengan meng-klik button PHP di tab “New Files”.

3.Jika sudah maka tampilan di editornya akan menampilkan file php kosongan.

4.Nah kita inputkan script dibawah ini ! Letakkan diantara sintax <?php dan ?>

7.Nah. Untuk melihat hasil Program yang kita buat caranya adalah Buka Web Browser yang anda miliki dan ketikkan di Address Bar dengan “localhost/PraktikumPHP21/HelloWorld.php”.

Zone Points (Telecommunication Charging part 1)

Now, I would to share a little about CHARGING in Telecommunication

Call change are generally calculated on the basis of the distance between the calling and called parties and in dependence upon the network provider (carrier). In other words, a local call can be lest expensive than a long-distance call because it uses fewer network resources. Also, two calls, for example, made from the same terminal to the same destination may incur defferent carrier are used.

* Note : Telephone network with six zones and 4 carrier

Thus, there are separate zones for :

- Local calls

- Long-distance calls

- International calls

- Intercontinental calls

Each is governed by a uniform call-change policy, comprising the currently valid tariffs and the times set for tariff swithovers(from daytime to night-time tariff, etc). The tariff for these zones must be entered before the zone points are created. In call processing, the zone is identified by the digit-zone translator by interpreting the dialed digits.

The Translator must perform the following function on the basis of predefined digit combinations, line codes(e.g. category and origin), the transmission quality and – if applicable – the carrier:

-Identify zone destination point :

o Home exchange

o Long distance exchange

o No exchange(i.e. zone point not created

-Zone destination point = home exchange :

o Provide zone(1-126, 128-254, 256-511)

When Google Play (Android Market) have launch, almost 9 thousands application a month getting in. And now more growing up and fast. No wonder if Android Apps growing fast and also Android device which released, so android programming is more important and needed.

Of course you want to know how to write an Android Apps, do you? An Android Apps actually wroten with Java Programming Language. Where Java Programming Language is Language that very easy to study, user friendly and easy to learn for newbie developer.

Before you write an Android Apps, you need to know first how Android Apps working. Firstly, like other Programming Language. Android Programming also developed in Personal Computer Windows, Mac or Linux. But, most used is Windows Operating System.

After developed from PC, then compilated and sent to device for Run. Are we must have Android Device before we do this programming? Of course no, because Android Emulator are available to simulate Android device in Our Computer, it mean you can developing Android Apps or Android games without you have Android device in physicly.

Ok that’s a litle for my post. But don’t worry, I’ll be write the next part of this post soon.

Wireless phones which receive their signals from towers. A cell is typically the area (several

miles) around a tower in which a signal can be received.

Cell phones provide an incredible array of functions. Depending on the cell-phone model, you

can:

• Store contact information

• Make task or to-do lists

• Keep track of appointments and set reminders

• Use the built-in calculator for simple math

• Send or receive e-mail

• Get information (news, entertainment, stock quotes) from the internet

• Play games

• Watch TV

• Send text messages

• Integrate other devices such as PDAs, MP3 players and GPS receivers

A cell phone is a full-duplex device. That means that you use one frequency for talking and a second, separate frequency for listening. Both people on the call can talk at once.

Division of a city into small cells allows extensive frequency reuse across a city, so that millions of people can use cell phones simultaneously. Cell phones operate within cells, and they can switch cells as they move around. Cells give cell phones incredible range. Someone using a cell phone can drive hundreds of miles and maintain a conversation the entire time because of the

cellular approach. Each cell has a base station that consists of a tower and a small building containing the radio equipment.

RAM, or Random Access Memory, refers to the amount of‘working memory’ that your computer has. More specifically, RAM is the feature of a computer that allows programs to run. The more
RAM that a computer has, the faster programs will run. Having more RAM also allows the user to run more programs concurrently. For this reason newer computers, with more RAM, are able to process more programs at the same time. In order to keep your computer working as fast as possible, limit the number
of programs which are open at any one time. Present computers usually have 512 or 1024 MB of RAM.
ROM, or Read Only Memory, refers to the storage space that a computer can hold. Just like a glass which can contain only so much water, a computer can only hold so many programs and files. For this reason ROM has been likened to ‘long-term memory’.

It is the most widely used language for creating dynamic Web contents. Because JavaScript is a cross-platform scripting language, JavaScript games require no plug-ins.

JavaScript is a scripting language that does not require compilation. Source files will stay as text files all the time, and are interpreted by most Web browsers that have a builtin JavaScript interpreter.

JavaScript has good compatibility with HTML, DHTML, and CSS (Cascade Style Sheets) to allow more flexibility to create web games. JavaScript can be hand coded using a generic text editor, such as Notepad, that comes with operating systems for free. The cost of software of teaching and learning JavaScript is nearly zero.

A JavaScript game code, as part of an HTML file, can be uploaded to no-cost web hosting sites like Geocities.com. Students will learn key concepts by completing hands-on coding activities, and can immediately publish their JavaScript games to the World Wide Web. Consequently they enjoy a strong sense of achievement.

XML Programming Using DOM

The accidental complexity of working with the DOM is so high that many programmers are giving
up on using XML altogether, cursing the hype that XML makes dealing with data simple, which no one who
has actually written DOM code could claim. The W3C DOM was not designed with ease of programming in
mind, but rather evolved as a design by committee from the existing DHTML object model originally created by Netscape.

The DOM implementation as surfaced in the .NET frameworks as the System.Xml.XmlDocument API is
extremely imperative, irregular, and complex. Nodes are not first class citizens and have to be created and

This is unfortunate for readability, debuggability, and maintainability, because now there is no helpful relationship between the structure of the code we write and the structure of the XML we need to create.
The access patterns for attributes and elements are gratuitously different, and the handling of namespaces is confusing at best. Finally even pretty-printing an XML document takes several lines of arcane and complex
code since the .ToString() method is not properly overridden.
