Adding Google Drive Scan Shortcut to your Home Screen (गुगल ड्राइभ स्क्यान आइकनलाई एन्ड्रोइड फोनको होमस्क्रीनमा राख्ने कसरी ?)

अघिल्लो पोष्ट (Previous Post )बाट हामीले गुगल ड्राइभलाई कसरी स्क्यानिङको लागि प्रयोग गर्न सकिन्छ भन्ने बारे जानिसक्यौं । अब हामीलाई हरेक पटक गुगल ड्राईभ खोल्ने र स्क्यानिङसम्म पुग्ने समय नहुन सक्छ त्यसैले Google Drive Scan Shortcut लाई कसरी आफ्नो एन्ड्रोइड फोनको होमस्क्रीनमा राख्ने भन्ने बारेमा सिक्नेछौं ।

1. एकछिन होमस्क्रीनमा थिच्ने, तल देखाईएको जस्तो आएपछि Widgets मा थिच्ने । ( Long press to your home screen and tap Widgets.)

2. स्क्रीन Drag गरेर Drive Scan नामको Widget खोज्ने र त्यो आईकनमा एकछिन थिचिराख्ने । ( Search for Drive Scan with dragging screen. When you find the Drive Scan, Touch and Hold it to add to your home screen. )

3. अब जुन गुगल अकाउन्टको ड्राइभमा सुरक्षित गर्ने हो त्यो गुगल अकाउन्ट रोज्नुपर्ने हुन्छ। (Now, you will be asked to select and Google Account.)

4. स्क्यान गरिएको डकुमेन्टहरुलाई छुट्टै राख्नको लागि नयाँ फोल्डर बनाउन सकिन्छ। नयाँ फोल्डर बनाएर त्यसलाई छनौट गर्ने । अब तपाईंले आफ्नो होमस्क्रीनमा तल दिईएको जस्तो shortcut-icon बन्नेछ। ( Create a New Folder and Select it. Now, you’ll get the shortcut icon on your home screen.)

अब स्क्यानिङको लागि यही Shortcut-icon प्रयोग गरेर सुरु गर्न सकिन्छ । स्क्यान Customizing को लागि अघिल्लो पोष्ट हेर्नुहोला । धन्यवाद ।

Using Google Drive as a Document Scanner (गुगल ड्राइभबाट कसरी स्क्यान गर्न सकिन्छ त ?)

कुनै डकुमेन्ट स्क्यानिङ गरेर पठाउनको लागि कार्यालयमा प्राय: स्क्यानिङ मेसिनको प्रयोग गरिएको हुन्छ । हरेक कोठामा स्क्यानर नहुन सक्छ । त्यसैले, हामीले स्क्यानिङको लागि Google Drive लाई कसरी प्रयोग गर्न सकिन्छ भन्ने जान्नुपर्दछ । हुन त स्क्यानिङको लागि Android, iOS तथा Windows Platform हरुमा विभिन्न Apps पाईन्छन् । तर तीमध्ये सबैभन्दा सजिलो Google Drive हुनसक्छ । पहिले आफ्नो मोबाईलमा गुगल ड्राईभ (Google Drive) install गर्नुपर्छ । Installation पुरा भईसकेपछि Google Account ले लग ईन गर्नुहोस् । तलको प्रक्रियाद्वारा कुनै डकुमेन्ट स्क्यान गरी सुरक्षित गर्न सकिन्छ ।

गुगल ड्राईभबाट स्क्यान गरिने प्रक्रिया (To Scan Document using Google Drive)

1. गुगल ड्राईभ एप खोल्नुहोस् । ( Open the Google Drive App. )

2. तलपट्टी दाँया किनारमा रहेको थिच्नुहोस् । (In the Bottom right corner, tap add )

3. यो मा थिच्नुहोस् र स्क्यानिङ गर्नुपर्ने डकुमेन्टको फोटो खिच्नुहोस् । (Tap Scan , Take a photo of document you’d like to scan.)

4. अब स्क्यान गरिसकेको पेजहरुलाई सेभ (save) गर्नको लागिथिच्नुहोस् । (When you’re done scanning pages, tap.)

अब स्क्यानिङ गरिएको डकुमेन्ट (*.PDF ) गुगल ड्राईभमा अपलोड हुन्छ । जहाँबाट तपाईले जो कसैलाई पठाउन सक्नुहुन्छ ।

स्क्यान डकुमेन्टहरुलाई मिलाउने तरीकाहरु (To adjust your scans)

स्क्यान एरिया मिलाउनको लागि

मा थिच्ने र अनि मिलाएर

मा थिच्ने । (To adjust the scan Area, Tap Crop

यदि खिचेको फोटोमा चित्त नबुझेमा फेरीमा थिचेर अर्को फोटो लिन सकिन्छ । (If you’re not happy with the preview, tap Refreshto take another photo. )
अरु पेजहरु पनि स्क्यान गर्नुपर्ने हो भनेमा थिच्ने र फेरी क्रमश: अर्को फोटो लिने । (To Scan Another Page, Tap.)
Color / Black &White / Color Drawing छान्नुपर्ने भएमा माथिपट्टिकोमा थिच्ने र आवश्यकता अनुसार मिलाउने । ( To Adjust Color / Black &White / Color Drawing options, tap on)

अन्य सेटिङहरु जस्तै Rename, Delete, Page Setting, Page Rotation आदिको लागिमा थिच्ने र आवश्यकता अनुसारको काम गर्ने ।

माथिको प्रक्रियाद्वारा गुगल ड्राईभ प्रयोग गरी आफ्नो मोबाईलबाट नै कागज पत्रहरु स्क्यानिङ गरी सुरक्षित राख्न सकिनेछ । अर्को पोष्टमा हामीले Google Drive Scan Shortcut लाई कसरी मोबाईलको होमस्क्रीनमा ल्याउने र स्क्यानिङलाई झन सजिलो बनाउने भन्ने कुरा सिक्नेछौं । धन्यवाद !!!

WBRS मा कार्यक्रम, चौमासिक लक्ष्य र प्रगति प्रबिस्ट गर्ने तरिका

WBRS(Web Based Reporting System)मा नगरपालिका, जिबिस अथवा अरु कुनै कार्यालयको डाटा भर्दा ३ स्टेपमा भर्नु पर्ने हुन्छ । ति हुन :

बार्षिक कार्यक्रमको बिवरण भर्ने
चौमासिक लक्क्ष भर्ने
अन्त्यमा चौमासिक प्रगति भर्ने

सर्वप्रथम हामी बार्षिक कार्यक्रमका बिवरण भर्ने तरिकाको स्टेपहरु उल्लेखित गर्ने छौ । बार्षिक कार्यक्रमको बिवरण भर्ना निम्न लिखित तरिकाहरु प्रयोग गर्नुहोस । ( प्रत्येक आवश्यक स्टेपहरुको तल दिईएको चित्रहरुले तपाईहरुलाई सहयोग गर्नेछन )

सुरुमा WBRSको WEBSITE (wbrs.gov.np) आफ्नो browser (Mozilla,Google Chrome आदि) बाट खोल्नुहोस ।
त्यसपश्चात तपाईको कार्यालयलाई दिईएको username र password को प्रयोगका साथसाथै आर्थिक बर्ष छनोट गर्नुहोस र LOGINमा CLICK गरि WBRSको वेब पेज भित्र प्रवेश गर्नुहोस ।
त्यस पछि तपाईको स्क्रिनको देब्रेपट्टि देखिएको मेनुहरु मध्ये आयोजना / कार्यक्रम बार्षिक विकास कार्यक्रम (गृहपृष्ट भन्दा ठिक मुनि) मा CLICK गर्नुहोस ।
अब फेरी स्क्रिनको देब्रे पट्टि देखिएको मेनुहरु मध्ये योजनागत विवरणमा CLICK गर्नुहोस ।
योजनागत बिवरणमा CLICK गरिसकेपछि तपाइहरु बजेट कोड र बजेट को नाम भएको पृष्टमा पुग्नुहुनेछ । तपाइहरुको कार्यालयमा बिभिन्न बजेट सृसकमा विभाजित कार्यक्रमलाई त्यसै अनुरुपको बजेट नाममा इन्ट्री गर्नुपर्नेछ । डेमोको लागि हामीले सडक बोर्ड कार्यक्रम अन्तर्गत नगरपालिका क्षेत्रको वडा न १० मा सडक कालोपत्रे मर्मत नामक कार्यक्रम इन्ट्री गर्नेछौ ।त्यसको लागि तपाईले सडक बोर्ड कार्यक्रम नामक बजेट को दाहिने पट्टि रहेको edit मा CLICK गर्नु पर्ने छ । (तस्बिरको सहायता लिनुहोस् )
त्यस पश्चात हामीले पुजीगत खर्च अन्तर्गतका कार्यक्रमहरु को दाहिने पट्टि भएको + छिन्नमा CLICK गर्ने ( यदी चालु खर्च अन्तर्गतको कार्यक्रम भए सो को दाहिने पट्टि भएको + छिन्नमा CLICK गर्ने) ।
अब पुजीगत खर्च अन्तर्गतका कार्यक्रमहरुको ठिक मुनि देखिएको पुजीगत कार्यक्रमको दाहिने पट्टि भएको योजना थप्नुहोसमा CLICK गरेर बार्षिक कार्यक्रम थप्न सक्नुहुनेछ ।
त्यस पश्चात तपाईले आब आफ्नो WEB BROWSERमा देखिएको पेजमा सोधिए अनुसारको डाटा भरिसक्दा तपैहरुले एउटा कार्यक्रम WBRSमा थपेर सक्नुहुनेछ । (योजनाको नाममा कार्यक्रमको नाम लेख्नु पर्नेछ, यसै बर्ष सकिनेमा हो कि होइन छुट्टाउनु पर्नेछ, योजनाको प्रकारमा त्यस कार्यक्रम कुन प्रकारको हो छान्नु पर्ने छ, योजनाको लक्षित विकासमा सहि प्रकारमा छिन्न लगाउनु पर्नेछ, लक्षित वर्गमा सहि लक्षित वर्ग छान्नु पर्नेछ, महिला(संख्या)मा महिला लाभान्वित संख्या खुलाउनु पर्ने छ र पुरुष(संख्या)मा पुरुष लाभान्वित संख्या खुलाउनु पर्ने छ ) (सजिलोको लागि तलको चित्रको प्रयोग गर्नुहोस)
कार्यक्रम थापिसकेपछि त्यस कार्यक्रमको क्रियाकलाप थप्नु पर्ने हुन्छ तेस्को लागि तपाईले भर्नु भएको कार्यक्रमको दाहिने पट्टि क्रियाकलाप थप्ने लेखिएको ठाउँमा CLICK गर्नुपर्छ ।
त्यसपछि देखिएको नया वेबपेजमा Activity Detail, क्रियाकलाप, बार्षिक परिमाण र बार्षिक बजेट भर्नुपर्नेछ र त्यसपछि SAVE मा CLICK गर्नुहोस। यो स्टेप सम्पूर्ण क्रियाकलाप हरुलाई भर्नुपर्नेछ ।
यसै गरि आर्थिक बर्षको सबै कार्यक्रम भरिसकेपछी चौमासिक लक्क्ष भर्नु पर्ने हुन्छ ।
चौमासिक लक्क्ष भर्न तपाईको वेब पेजमा बाया पट्टि देखिएको योजनागत चौमासिक बजेट तथा लक्क्ष मा CLICK गर्नुहोस ।
त्यसपछि वेबपेजमा देखिएका बजेट सृसक अथवा बजेट कोड भित्र गई पहिले भरिएका सम्पूर्ण कार्यक्रमको चौमासिक लक्क्ष भर्नुपर्नेछ । हामीले डेमोको लागि अगी सडक बोर्ड कार्यक्रममा भरिएको कार्यक्रमको चौमासिक लक्ष्य भर्नेछौ । त्यसकोलागि सडक बोर्ड कार्यक्रम सृसकको दया पट्टि देखिएको EDIT मा CLICK गर्नुहोस ।
त्यस पश्चात हामीले पुजीगत खर्च अन्तर्गतका कार्यक्रमहरु को बाया पट्टि भएको + चिन्नमा CLICK गर्ने र त्यसपछि फेरी पुजीगत कार्यक्रमको बया पट्टि रहेको + चिन्नमा CLICK गर्ने । एती गरिसकेपछि तपाईले पहिला भर्नुभएको कार्यक्रमको नाम देखिनेछ । त्यसको पनि बाया पट्टि रहेको + चिन्नमा CLICK गर्नुहोस ।
अब तल दियको चित्रमा जस्तै दाहिने पट्टि भएको सच्चाउनेमा CLICK गर्नुहोस ।
आब देखिएको वेबपेजमा प्रत्येक चौमासिकमा Estimate गरिएको परिमाण र बजेट भर्नुहोस र SAVEमा CLICK गर्नुहोस । यसअघी भरिएका सम्पूर्ण कार्यक्रमहरुको लागि तपाईले चौमासिक लक्क्ष भर्नुपर्ने छ ।
कार्यक्रमको बिवरण र चौमासिक लक्ष्य भरिसकेपाछि चौमासिक प्रगति भर्नु पर्ने हुन्छ । त्यसको लागि गृह पृष्टको बाया पट्टि देखिएको चौमासिक प्रगतिमा CLICK गर्नु पर्नेछ ।
त्यसपछि देखिएको वेबपेजको पनि बाया पट्टि देखिएको चौमासिक प्रगति बिवरणमा CLICK गर्नुहोस ।
त्यसकोलागि देखिएको वेबपेजको(बजेट सृसक र बजेट कोड) बाट उपयुक्त बजेट सृसक रोज्नु पर्ने छ । डेमोको लागि हामी सडक बोर्ड कार्यक्रमको दाया पट्टि देखिएको edit मा CLICK गर्नेछौ ।
CLICK गरिसकेपछि देखिएको वेब पेजमा हामीले चौमासिक प्रगति प्रबिस्ट गर्नु पर्नेछ । सर्वप्रथम तपाईले प्रथम चौमासिकको अन्त्यमा भरिने पहिलो चौमासिक प्रगति बिवरण इन्ट्री गर्नु पर्नेछ । त्यसको लागि देखिएको वेब पेजको माथि पट्टि देखिएको चौमासिक (select)को साइडमा देखिएको एरो(तल फर्किएको)मा CLICK गरेर प्रथम रोज्नु पर्ने छ ।
अब हामीले पहिला भरेको पुजीगत खर्च अन्तर्गतको कार्यक्रम हेर्नको लागि पुजीगत खर्च अन्तर्गतको कार्यक्रमको बाया पट्टि देखिएको + चिन्नमा CLICK गर्ने त्यसपछि फेरी पुजीगत कार्यक्रमको बाया पट्टि देखिएको + मा CLICK गर्ने । अब तपाई कार्यक्रमको बिवरण देख्नुहुनेछ । तपाईले जुन कार्यक्रमको प्रथम चौमासिकमा प्रगति भएको छ त्यसै कार्यक्रमको बाया पट्टि देखिएको + चिन्नमा CLICK गर्नु पर्नेछ र त्यसपछि सच्चाउनेमा CLICK गर्नु पर्ने छ ।
त्यसपछि देखिएको पेजमा प्रथम चौमासिक प्रगति परिमाण र प्रथम चौमासिक प्रगति (रु बजेट) भर्नु पर्नेछ र save मा CLICK गर्नु पर्नेछ ।
यसै गरि दोस्रो चौमासिकको अन्तिममा दोस्रो चौमासिक प्रगति र तेस्रो चौमासिकको अन्त्यमा तेस्रो चौमासिक प्रगति प्रबिस्ट गर्नुपर्नेछ ।

पुरानो गाविस/नपा/वडा Merge गरी नयाँ स्थानीय निकाय बनाउने तरिका - ArcGIS Tutorial

1. ArcGIS खोल्नुहोस र आफ्नो जिल्लाको .shp फाइल( VDC wise, Ward wise) Add गर्नुहोस।

2. Tools भित्र गइ Editor Toolbar मा क्लिक गर्नुहोस ।

3. Editor मा गइ Start Edition मा click गर्नुहोस र आफ्नो shape file मा OK गर्नुहोस ।

4. त्यसपछि mouseको left click गरी कुनै VDC/Mun SELECT गर्नुहोस र keyboard को SHIFT key खिची रहनुहोस र अन्य merge गर्नुपर्ने गाविसहरु नि क्लिक गर्दै जानुहोस।

यहाँको उदाहरणमा तनहुँको Khairenitar, Dulegauda & Dhorfirdi गाविसलाई merge गरी नयाँ Shuklagandaki Municipality बनाउन खोजिएको छ ।

5. फेरी editor मा क्लिक गरी merge मा क्लिक गर्नुहोस ।

6. अब ३ वटा VDC Merge भइ नया VDC/Mun बन्नेछ । त्यसको नाम, क्षेत्रफल र जनसँख्या बिबरण परिबर्तन गर्न नया बनेको vdc/mun मा Right Click गरी Attribute मा जानुहोस जहा VDC_NAME, Area, Population आदि परिबर्तन गर्न सकिने छ ।

7. Editor मा गइ Save Edit गरी Stop Editing गर्नुहोस ।

8. Shape File लाइ .JPEG फोटोमा Save गर्न file भित्र गई Export Map गरेर JPEG मा Save गर्न सकिने छ ।

यसैगरी Ward हरु पनि merge गरी नयाँ wardहरु बनाउन सकिने छ । एउटा गाबिसको केहि ward अर्को गाविसमा merge गर्नु परेमा Ward and VDC को फरकफरक Shape File मा काम गर्नु पर्नेछ ।

Note: Nepal को Shape (.shp) File बाट आफ्नो जिल्लाको (VDC/Mun or Ward wise) मात्र Shape File निकाल्ने तरिका अर्को Postमा प्रस्तुत गरिने छ ।

हामि मध्य धेरैजसोले रिपोर्टहरु बनाउदा वा कुनैकुरा को बारेमा भिन्न भिन्न शिर्षक सहित एकै word document बनाउन पर्ने बेला मा अत्यन्तै झमेला सहित बिषय सुची कायम गर्ने गरेका छौ होला. यस्तो समस्या बाट सजिलै उन्मुक्ति पाउन Microsoft Word ले प्रदान गरेको Reference feature प्रयोग गरेमा हाम्रो समय र परिश्रम को बचत साथ साथै हाम्रो document पनि systematic बनाउन सकिन्छ| यस को लागि तल उल्लेखित steps प्रयोग गर्न सकिन्छ|
१. बिसय सुची निकाल्न
सर्बप्रथम बिषय सुची मा कुन कुन शिर्षक हरु मुख्य अनि तेस्पछी कुन अनि आबस्यकता अनुसार निर्क्योल गरिसकेपछि तल चित्र मा देखाय अनुसार उक्त शिर्षक लाइ heading assign गर्ने.

यति गरिसके पछी तपाईं ले Reference Toll प्रयोग गरेर तल देखाय बमोजिम बिषय सुची निकाल्न सक्नुहुन्छ

Table of content प्रकार छानेर click गरिसकेपछि हामीलाई तल देखिय जस्तो बिषय सुची उपलब्ध हुन्छ. जुन आबस्यकता अनुसार Update Table of Content गरि Update गर्न सकिन्छ|

Table of Content मा click गरेर Update Table मा click गरेपछि हाम्रो बिषय सुची आबस्यकता अनुसार आफै update हुन्छ

२. चित्रको सुचीको टेबल निकाल्न

सुरु मा चित्र नम्बर र विवरण उल्लेख गर्न को लागि चित्र मा Right Click गरेर insert caption click गरि आबस्यक विवरण उल्लेख गर्नु होस्

यसरि टेबल वा चित्र को विवरण र नम्बर राखी सके पछी बिषय सुची हाले झैँ Reference tool प्रयोग गरि तल देखाय अनुसार तपाईं को चित्र अथवा टेबल हरु को सुची उपलब्ध हुन्छ|

नेपाली यूनीकोडको प्रकार:

नेपली यूनिकोड लाई दुई प्रकारले प्रयोग गरिएको छ।

-Download गर्न Click गर्नुहोला

1) परम्परागतयूनिकोड (TraditionalUnicode)

यसमा प्रयोग हुने अक्षरहरुको श्रेणीक्रम Preeti फोन्टमा जस्तै हुन्छ । जस्तै “ब क मा न ज व प सि” आदी ।

2) रोमनाइजयूनिकोड (RomanizedUnicode)

अंग्रेजी वर्णमालाको उच्चारणको आधारमा निर्धारित हुने जस्तै

s= स, sa= सा, si= सि, sI=सी, su= सु, sU=सू se=से , sE=सै, so= सो, sw‍ सौ आदि

-सम्झन सजिलो

s मा स, d मा द g मा ग, h मा ह, j मा ज आदि

फरक शबदहरुः

ट, इ ई ए ऐ उ ऊ ष ऋ ड ढ ङ अ आ आदि

यि अक्षर तल Keyboard मा हेर्नुहोला

आदा अक्षर लेख्नको लागिः

लेख्नुपर्ने अक्षर को पुरा रुप लेख्ने अनि हलन्त दिने, जस्तै

दन्तको आदि न लेख्नु परेमाः द लेख्ने, न लेखेर हलन्त दिने, अनि त लेख्ने। Romanized मा "?" मा हलन्त हुन्छ भने Traditional मा "|" मा हुन्छ।

तर "र्‍याल" लेख्नुपरेमा यो तरिकाले यस्तो लेखिन्छः "र्याल " जुन गलत तरिकले लेखिएको हो

र्‌‍याल लेख्नः र लेख्ने, खुट्टा काट्ने,‍ = थिच्ने ,अनि य लेख्ने

COMPUTER NOT SHOWING CD OR DVD DRIVE .

There are various reasons why a CD or DVD drive is not detected.

First check whether there is Yellow exclamation point on CD/DVD in Device Manager. If yes ,Go to the device manager. Uninstall driver and then check for hardware changes. This will again install the CD/DVD driver software .If the problem still exists then open registry editor.

Go to run. Type regedit (Press the Windows logo key + R to open the Run dialog box.)
In the navigation pane, locate and then click the following registry subkey:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
This folder is the DVD/CD-ROM Drive Class Description in the registry. Look for any of the following names in the right hand column.

UpperFilters

LowerFilters

UpperFilters.bak

LowerFilters.bak
If any of the above keys shown in step 4 are listed, right-click on them and choose Delete.
Exit Registry Editor.
Restart the computer

DVD drive shown

आफ्नो WiFi को नाम (SSID) Hide गर्ने र आफूले मात्र Connect गर्ने तरिका

आफ्नो छिमेकीले वा पल्लो घरको साथीले WiFi को Password सोधेर हैरान हुनुहुन्छ? WiFi उपलब्ध देखेर Password तपाइलाई नै थाहा हुन्छ भन्ने निश्चित भएपछि तपाइलाई नै सो Password सोध्न आएपछि अफ्ठेरोमा पर्नुभएको छ?

उपाय के त?

उपाय Wifi को नाम नदेखिने बनाउने अर्थात SSID hide गर्ने ।

१. आफ्नो Router को Setting मा जाने, जसको लागि Router को Brand अनुसार फरक तरिकाले Access गर्नु पर्ने हुन्छ । जस्तै, D-Link को DSL Router को लागि Browser मा 192.168.0.1 address खोल्नुहोस्, LB-Link को लागि 192.168.16.1 मा जानुहोस्

२. Wireless tab मा जानुहोस्

Broadcast SSID मा Enable मा Click भएको छ भने Disable मा Click गर्नुहोस् वा Broadcast SSID मा Tick लगाएको छ भने Tick हटाउनुहोस् ।

Apply/Save गर्नुहोस् र Router restart/reboot गर्नुहोस् ।

३. अब तपाईको Wifi अरु Available Wifi को list मा दिखिदैन ।

आफू चाहि कसरी Connect गर्ने त फेरी ?

४. Control Panel मा गएर Network and Sharing Center मा जानुहोस्

५. Set up a new connection or network मा Click गर्नुहोस्

६. Manually connect to Wireless Network मा Click गर्नुहोस् अनि Next मा Click गर्नुहोस्

७. Network Name मा आफ्नो Wifi Network को SSID हाल्नुहोस्

Security type मा कुन type राख्नुभएको छ हाल्नुहोस्

Security Key मा Wifi को Password हाल्नुहोस्
अन्त्यमा Start this connection automatically मा र Connect even if the network is not broadcasting दुवैमा Tick लगाउनुहोस् र Next मा Click गर्नुहोस् ।

अब तपाई Hidden Network मा connect हुनुहुन्छ ।

Mobile phone वा Tablet बाट Connect गर्न Wifi Setting मा गएर Add Network मा गएर यसै गरी Connect गर्न सक्नुहुन्छ ।

Microsoft Word मा काम गर्दै जाँदा कहिले काहीँ फाइलको नाम, सम्पादक, फाइल सेभ गरी राखिएको ठाउँ इत्यादि कुराहरु डकुमेन्टको Header तथा Footer मा राख्नु पर्ने हुन सक्छ। यसो गर्नाले फाइले सेभ गरिएको ठाउँ पत्ता लगाउन तथा यसको सम्पादक बारे सजिलै जानकारी दिन सकिन्छ ।

1. Microsoft Word खोल्नुहोस् ।

2. Insert Tab मा जानुहोस् ।

3. Header वा Footer कुनमा राख्ने हो त्यस अनुसार Header वा Footer मा क्लिक गर्ने । तलको चित्रमा Footer छानिएको छ । त्यस पछि Edit Footer मा क्लिक गर्ने ।

4. Document Info मा क्लिक गरी आफ्नो आवश्यकता अनुसार Footer मा के देखाउनुपर्ने हो सो छान्ने ।

5. तपाइले छान्नु भए बमोजिमको विवरण Footer मा देख्नु हुनेछ ।

How to Make Automatic Table of Content in any Word Doucment

सबै भन्दा पहिला आफ्नो Microsoft Office मा रहेको Document खोल्नु होस्, सबै कुराहरु मिलाएर (अर्थात: Formatting, Margin etc ) सबै भन्दा अगाडी Table of Content मा के के राख्ने हो उक्त कुरा Title हरु लाई छान्ने काम गर्नुहोस .

अब, सबै भन्दा माथिको Title अर्थात: Background, Objectives जस्ता शीर्षकहरु लाई Same Format मा राख्नु पर्ने हुदा सबैलाई Format Painter वाट Change गर्नुहोस् अथवा

Data Select गरेर Ctrl+Shift+C प्रयोग गरि Format Copy र Ctrl+Shift+V प्रयोग गरि Format Paste गर्न सक्नु हुनेछ .

यसको लागि Header Tab मा सबै भन्दा अगाडी रहने लाई Header 1 मा राख्ने, दोस्रो मा रहने लाई Header 2 मा राख्ने .

Header3…………………………....3

अब, सोहि Document को सबै भन्दा माथि नया Page बनाउनुहोस .

र , REFERENCES भन्ने Tab मा गएर Table of Contents मा Click गर्नुहोस र आफ्नो चाहना अनुसारको Table छान्नुहोस् .

अब, तपाइको Document यस्तो देखिन्छ .

यो प्रक्रिया प्रयोग गर्दा एउटा फाइदा चाई तपाइको Document मा कुनै पानामा केहि कुरा थपियो र Page Number राख्नु भाको छ भन्य Check गरि राख्नु पर्दैन, त्यसको लागि तल देखाए जस्तै Update Table मा Click गर्ने र Update Table of Content भन्ने Dialog Box खुल्छ र उक्त Box मा Update Whole Document मा Click थिच्यपछि सबै आफै Update हुन्छ .

यसो गर्दा समयको वचत पक्कै हुन्छ .

How to Change a middle page in MS Word from portrait to Landscape

Many of us use MS Office in our daily official and personal work. But while we need to make a report like document, we may need to change a portrait page into landscape in middle of the report.
You know about the page break, I show ho to use it in this simple blog.

1. Open your document, and keep the cursor at last of previous page from where you need to change into orientation.

2. And then, go to page layout, and then Breaks and click at Next page as shown in fig.

3. Now, go to the page orientation, change it into landscape, which makes change the orientation for the pages next to remaining.

4. If you need only one page for landscape, then go to the last of this page and again repeat the process form 1-3. Which keeps the landscape for one page in middle.

So, used it for better show up for your document. Cheers !!!

Windows 10 मा Windows Update Service लाई Enable/Disable गर्ने छोटोमिठो तरिका ।

Windows 10 मा Windows Update चांहि सधैं Enable भइराखेको हुन्छ र जसले गर्दा हाम्रो कम्प्युटर ईन्टरनेटमा कनेक्ट भएसंगै अपडेट हुन थाल्दछ। आफूलाई चाहिएको अवस्थामा मात्र यो Service Enable गर्न सके अनावश्यक Windows Update बाट छुटकरा पाउन सकिन्छ ।
तसर्थ, Windows Update Service लाई Disable गर्नको लागि तलको केही Steps प्रयोग गर्न सकिन्छ ।

1. Press "Win Key + R" to get Run Command.
2. Type "services.msc" and hit "Enter".

3. In the Name column search for Windows Update. By default, this service is running.
Windows Update मा double click गर्नुहोस् ।

यहाँ Service status : Running देख्नुहुन्छ। यसको मतलब तपाईंको कम्प्युटरमा Windows Update service ले काम गरिरहेको छ । साथै Startup Type मा AutoMatic(Delayed Start) पनि देखिन्छ।

4. अब हामीले Startup Type मा Disabled छान्नुपर्छ त्यसपछि Service बन्द गर्न Stop Button मा Click गर्नुपर्दछ ।

त्यसपछि, तलको स्क्रिनसट जस्तै Startup type चांहि Disabled र Service status : Stopped भएर बस्छ।

5. Recovery Tab मा Click गर्ने First failure लाई Take No Action मा सेट गर्ने र Apply गर्ने अनि OK गर्ने ।

अब हेर्नुहोस् Windows Update Service सधैंका लागि Disabled हुन्छ ।

यो तरिका Windows Operating Systems (Win XP, Vista, Win 7, Win8/8.1 र Win 10) सबैमा काम लाग्दछ ।

Modify 24 pin SMPS to Dell Optilex 8 pin SMPS

Hello guys today I am going to share an intelligent idea of Modifying general 24 pin SMPS to Dell optilex 3020/ 7020 / 9020 / T1700 SMPS model i.e 8 pin.
This idea came to me when mine office Dell optilex 3020 SMPS was fired by surge voltage from short circuit. First, I tried with replacing another new SMPS of same model but due to unavailability in market I prefer of hacking 24/20 port SMPS which was easily available.

: 24 pin SMPS

1st step:
Map the both SMPS pin configuration. I google the 24 pin SMPS pin configuration and found out but I couldn't found out the 8 pin SMPS configuration so I measured voltage and signal with multi meter from another working Optilex SMPS and found out those pin configuration.

2nd step:
After mapping the both SMPS pin configuration cut down listed 24 pin SMPS wires.

3 yellow wires (2 from 24 port and 1 from any other molex socket)
3 black wires
1 green wire (same for both SMPS)
1 grey wire (same for both SMPS)

3rd step:
Then connect :

2 yellow wires (24 pin) --> 2 white wires (8 pin)
3 black wires (24 pin) --> 3 black wires (8 pin)
1 grey wire (24 pin) --> 1 grey wire (8 pin)

Then, now we are going to do a intelligent trick as there is no 12v stand by voltage (VSB) pins in 24 pin SMPS as there is +5v VSB. There are two tricks for that.
First is to use voltage shifter IC to shift voltage from +5v VSB to +12v VSB, which needs IC and other electronics so why to do it if there is simple trick. :)
Second is to use another +12v supply (yellow wire from 24 pin SMPS) as +12v VSB in 8 pin SMPS. But, doing only these can run your PC. Yes or No?
Answer is NO. The main hack lies here. To run a PC, firstly the SMPS must give the output to the PC_ON signal(green wire) and Voltage Standby (VSB) and after the PC_ON signal is grounded then only the SMPS gives output to other remainig pins. So the 12v (yellow wire) we have used only turns ON after the PC_ON signal is grounded. So in order to firstly output through the +12v pins short the PC_ON(green wire) signal to ground(black wire).
After doing this your connection must be as below :

2 yellow wires (24 pin) --> 2 white wires (8 pin)
3 black wires (24 pin) --> 3 black wires (8 pin)
1 grey wire (24 pin) --> 1 grey wire (8 pin)
1 yellow wires (24 pin) --> 1 purple wire (8 pin)
Short green and black wire (24 pins)

: Green and Black wire Short.

4th step:
Finally now it is time to assemble and in your PC and test it.
After giving power to PC instantly your CPU and SMPS fan runs and you may worry. But, don't worry it is due to the short done with green and black wire. But your PC motherboard gets power only after you switch on the power button on CPU. So, you can happily use your PC.

१. Windows recovery disk को CD(usb) बाट कम्प्युटर खोल्नुहोस् [Boot the computer from the windows recovery disk]
2. 'Repair your Computer' छान्नुहोस् ।
[Computer command prompt मा खुल्नेछ ।]
3. cd c:\windows\system32 लेखेर enter थिच्नुहोस्

४. rename Utilman.exe UtilmanOld.exe लेखेर enter थिच्नुहोस्

5. rename cmd.exe cmdOld.exe लेखेर enter थिच्नुहोस्

6. del Utilman.exe लेखेर enter थिच्नुहोस्

7. rename cmd.exe Utilman.exe लेखेर enter थिच्नुहोस्

ख.
अब CD झिकेर कम्प्युटर restart गर्नुहोस्
१ log in screen ko बायाँ कुनामा रहेको Ease of Access खोल्ने बटनमा क्लिक गर्नुहोस

command prompt खुल्नेछ
२ net user USERNAME * (USERNAME को ठाउँमा आफ्नो कम्प्युटर को नाम) लेखि enter थिच्नुहोस्
जस्तै net user kedar *

३ अब नया password राखी enter थिच्नुहोस् (password टाइप गर्दा देखिदैन त्यसैले होसियार भएर टाइप गर्नुहोस )

४ फेरी नया password दोहोर्याएर enter थिच्नुहोस्

तपाइको password परिवर्तन भयो

ग .

१. पुनः Windows recovery disk को CD बाट कम्प्युटर खोल्नुहोस् [Boot the computer from the windows recovery disk]
2. 'Repair your Computer' छान्नुहोस् ।
[Computer command prompt मा खुल्नेछ ।]
3. cd c:\windows\system32 लेखेर enter थिच्नुहोस्

Connecting routers one after one to expand network

Only one router cannot cover the whole Ethernet coverage in the Local body’s buildings. So we have to connect multiple router one after another to provide the Ethernet coverage in each and every corner of the buildings.

We can connect the multiple router in the following way.

1.Log in to the main router.

Set the Gateway as 192.168.0.1

2.Connect the second router to any lan port of the main router.

Then set the LAN IP Address of second router as 192.168.1.1

· Save each frame after completing the action.

Then set the Gateway of the second router as 192.168.1.1.

· Save each frame after completing the action.

3 3. Repeat each step for the subsequent routers.

Mail Merging के हो र कसरी गर्ने

Microsoft Word मा तयार पारिएको कुनै "एउटा पत्र" व्यक्तिगत रुपमा धेरै जनाको नाममा पठाउनु पर्यो भने Mail Merging सुविधा सहयोगी टुल हुन सक्छ। यसको लागि सर्वप्रथम २ कुरा तयार पार्नुपर्नेहुन्छ।

MS Excel मा पाउने व्यक्तिको Table
MS Word मा पत्र

क. सर्वप्रथम पत्र पाउने व्यक्तिको Table तल दिइएको ढाँचामा MS Excel मा तयार पार्नुहोस्। Table तयार पार्नुहुँदा Table Heading (क्र.स., गाविस आदि) अवश्य लेख्नुहोला।

ख. अब पत्र तयार पार्नुहोस्। यहाँ नमुना पत्रको प्रयोग गरिएको छ।

अब Mail Merging गर्न निम्नानुसार गर्नुहोस्।

MS Word को Mailings Tab मा click गर्नुहोस्।
"Select Recipients" मा click गर्ने र "Use Existing List" मा click गर्नुहोस्।
"Select Data Source" Window खुल्छ। अघि तयार पार्नुभएको Excel फाइल खोल्नुहोस्।
Excel भित्रको Sheet छान्नुहोस र Ok मा click गर्नुहोस्।
तल चित्रमा देखाइएझैं पहिला 1 र 2 मा click गर्नुहोस्।
"Insert Merge Field" बाट Table Heading click गर्नुहोस। तल चित्रमा देखाइएझैं 1 भित्रको "नाम" मा click गर्दा 2 मा जस्तो देखिन्छ।
पत्र कस्तो देखिन्छ भनेर हेर्न "Preview Results" मा click गर्नुहोस्।
"Finish & Merge" भित्र "Edit Individual Document" मा click गर्नुहोस।
"All" मा tick गरी Ok गर्नुहोस्।
व्यक्तिगत पत्र नयाँ Word फाइलमा खुल्छ। आवश्यकता अनुसार यसलाई सच्याउन अथवा प्रिन्ट गर्न सक्नुहुनेछ।

Best Practice of Presentation: Prezi Software – a non-linear Presentation Method

तपाइ प्राय सबैले कुनै पनि कुराको Presentation देखाउदा MS Power point वा Google Slide मात्र प्रयोग गर्नु भएको वा प्रयोग गरेको देख्नु भएको होला। यहा म तपाईलाई यी भन्दा पृथक Non – Linear Presentation गर्ने तरिका सिकाउछु ।

Install गर्ने तरिकाः

१. Prezi.com बाट बिभिन्न Plan Register गरी बार्षिक निश्चित दस्तुर तिरेर Online Prezi चलाउन सक्नु हुनेछ।

. २. वा बिभिन्न Torrent site (Sorry: for "Torrent")मा उपलव्ध Prezi डावनलोड गरि त्यसलाई Crack गरी Offline मा नि चलाउन सक्नु हुनेछ ।

( Note: Torrent Link आवस्यक परेमा devsudip13@gmail.com मा मलाई E-Mail गर्न सक्नु हुनेछ ।)

प्रयोग गर्ने तरिकाः

१. कम्प्युटरमा Prezi Desktop Software खोली त्यहा उपलब्ध Templateहरु मध्य आफ्नो Presentationको स्वरुप हेरी मिल्दो कुनै १ Template मा क्लिक गरी त्यही आधारमा रही आफ्नो प्रस्तुतीको निर्माण गर्नु पर्दछ । (त्यहा उपलब्ध हुनेमध्ये “Process 1” template लाइ यहा प्रस्तुत गरिएको छ )

२. पहिलो Slide मा Main Title of Presentation, sub-heading, Background Image etc दिई सकेपछी (माथिको चित्र जस्तै) दोस्रो Slide बाट आफ्नो बिषयबस्तुहरु प्रस्तुत गर्ने ।

३. दोस्रो Slide मा click गरि त्यहा आफ्नो बिषयबस्तुहरु (Text, Image, Graph, Flowchart etc) प्रस्तुत गर्दै जाने।

४. २ नंबर Slide भित्र त्यसका Sub-contents हरु छन भने गोलो भित्र Plus लेखिएको ठाउमा क्लिक गरी त्यहा आफ्नो पहिलो Sub-content Design गर्न सकिन्छ। त्यस्तै आफ्नो २ नंबर Slideका दोस्रो, तेस्रो Sub-content हरु २ नंबर Slideभित्र नै बनाउन सकिन्छ ।

५. २ नं Slide का Contents and Sub Contents हरु सकिएपछि अर्को content का लागि हामी ३ नंबर slideमा जाने।

६. त्यसमा नि अगाडी जस्तै Content Design गर्दै जाने, आफुलाई चाहिएको Photo, Graph, Flow Chart, Text etc. राख्दै अरु Slide को Contents र Sub-contents हरु देखाउदै जाने ।

७. कुनै एक Content भित्र Flow-Chart Design गर्नु पर्यो भने तल चित्रमा देखाए जस्तै Shape भित्र गएर Circle, Rectangle, Arrow, Line, Pencil etc. बाट आफुलाई चाहेजस्तो Flow-Chart को Design गर्न सकिने छ।

८. Drawing Option भित्र उपलब्ध विभिन्न Layout Option को प्रयोग गरी (आफ्नो Slideको Contents अनुकुल) Slide लाई अझ स्तरीय बनाउन सकिने छ ।

१. Edit Path मा क्लिक गरी तयार भइसकेको आफ्नो प्रसतुतिको कुनपछि कुन Slide आउने भन्ने वाटो परिबर्तन वा स्लाईडको झन राम्रो प्रस्तुति दिन सकिने छ ।

यसरी Prezi को प्रयोगबाट आफ्नो प्रस्तुतिको भिन्न स्वरुप Non-Linera Presentation गर्न सकिने छ।

Word Documentमा पानाहरु Bookmark राख्ने तरिका |

कुनै पनि एउटा ‘Word’ फाइल/डकुमेन्टमा कैयौं दस्तावेजहरु हुन सक्छन् | अथवा त्यो डकुमेन्ट जिल्ला प्रोफाइल, सामाजिक सुरक्षा प्रतिवेदन वा अन्य कुनै दस्तावेज हुन सक्छ जसलाई विभिन्न अंशमा बाडिएको हुन्छ तर हामीलाई कुनै एक आंशमा पुग्नु परेमा ‘Scroll’ गर्दै पुग्नु पर्ने हुन्छ | पछि गएर कुनै एक दस्तावेज खोज्नु परेमा फाइललाई ‘Scroll’ गर्दै खोज्नुपर्ने हुन्छ | यसले धेरै समय खर्च व्यर्थ हुन जान्छ, यस्तो समस्यालाई Bookmark गरी Hyperlink बनाई सरलता ल्याउन सकिन्छ |

तल दिइएको उद्धरणमा मनाङ जिल्लाको सामाजिक सुरक्षाको नामावली गा.वि.स. अनुसार छुट्टयाएर हेर्ने कदमहरुको(Steps) बयान गर्दै Bookmark गर्ने तरिका सिकाईएको छ|

१) सबै भन्दा पहिले सारा ‘Documents’हरु भएको फाईल खोल्ने | फाईलको पहिलो पानामा त्यस फाईलमा रहेका जे-जे दस्तावेजहरु छन् ति सबैको शिर्षक लेखि सूची तयार पार्ने |

२) त्यसपछि फाईलमा आफुलाई चाहिने दस्तावेज रहेको पानामा पुगेर केहि पंक्तिहरुलाई ‘Highlight’ गर्ने |

३) Word को ‘INSERT’ Ribbon मा पुगेर Bookmark मा Click गर्ने | अनि त्यस ’Bookmark’लाई एउटा ‘Bookmark Name’ दिने |

४) फाईलको पहिलो पानामा आउने र दस्तावेजहरुको शिर्षक लेखि सूचीमध्ये कुन संग त्यो पानाको Link गर्ने हो त्यस शिर्षकलाई ‘Highlight’ गरी ‘CTRL+ K’ थिच्ने वा ‘INSERT’ Ribbon को Hyperlink मा Click गर्ने |

५) त्यसपछिको देखिने Windows Menuमा ‘Link to:’ भन्ने Menu Optionको ‘Place in this document’मा Click गर्ने |

दायाँ(Right) पट्टीको Select a place in this document को Bookmarkमा जाने र आफुले अघिल्लो Stepमा दिएको Bookmark ‘Bookmark’हरु सँग Link गर्न सकिन्छ |

यसै गरी सबै दस्तावेजहरुलाई Bookmark गर्दै Link गर्ने|

1. ps -e: displays currently running processes

Converting GPT format of hard disk to MBR format

Converting GPT format of hard disk to MBR format

GPT and MBR are format of hard disk.

MBR refers to master bootable record and supports 4 primary partition. Most of the computers only supports BIOS and it is installed with MBR.

GPT refers to GUID partition table which is part of EFI. GPT needs EFI motherboard and most of the computers don't have EFI motherboard.

Many people can't install windows system on GPT disk and GPT disk needs to be converted in MBR format.

Basically there are two methods:

1) Convert GPT to MBR with "diskpart"

Enter system installing interface by using Windows disk or USB hard drive boot and then press "Shift" + "F10" to open command prompt.
Input Diskpart and then press Enter to operating interface.
Input list disk to check hard disk properties. Pay more attention to capacity of hard disk to select. Usually, disk 0 is hard disk, and disk 1 is the usb drive where windows installs.
Input select disk 0 to select disk 0 as that is operating.
Input clean to clean up current hard disk’s partition.
Input convert mbr to convert GPT into MBR.
Input create partition primary size = xxx to create the size of primary partition.
Input format fs = ntfs quickly to format disk to NTFS quickly.
Input exit to finish operating.
Input exit to shut down the command prompt.

After finishing operating, shut down the command prompt and install windows system on computer in normal way.

2)Convert GPT to MBR with "Third Party Software".

Another method is with the help of third party software like AOMEI Partition Assistant.

Steps

a) Download, install and launch AOMEI partition Assistant. (see picture below)

b) Select the disk we want to convert, right click and select "Convert to MBR Disk"

Click "ok" on pop-up window:

c) Back to the main menu, we can see the pending operations and click “Apply” to commit the changes.

Now GPT format of hard disk is converted to MBR format.

हामी हाम्रो डकुमेन्टलाई चिटिक्क पारेर राख्छौँ तर कहिलेकाहीँ आफूले प्रयोग गरेको Font साथीको कम्प्युटरमा Install नगरेको हुँदा, कता गएर Font खोज्ने र कुन कुन Font पेन ड्राईभमा राख्ने झमेला बेहोर्न पर्ने हुन्छ । यसैले MS-Word मा यदि Fonts लाई Embed गर्न जानिएको खण्डमा यो समस्या सहजै समाधान हुन्छ । फाईल केही ठूलो बन्ला तर साथीको ल्यापटपमा त्यो फाईल हेर्न मिल्नाले हामीलाई Presentation मा विशेषत सहजता हुन्छ ।

आउनुहोस् ! यसको विधिबारे जानकारी राखौँ ।

१. पहिले word/powerpoint/excel को File मा जाऔँ र Options मा क्लिक गरौँ !

२. त्यस पश्च्यात Save मा क्लिक गरौँ । तल त्यसको चित्र दिईएको छ ।

३. पुछारतिरको Embed Fonts in the File भन्ने कोठामा ☑ लगाउनुहोस् ।

४. त्यसपछि OK मा क्लिक गर्नुहोस् ।
५. तपाईँको डकुमेन्ट अब Save गर्दा Fontsको समस्या आउँदैन ।

Enabling Two Factor (2F) Authentication in Gmail Account

Gmail मा 2F authentication enable गर्ने तरिका

१) आफ्नो computer को internet browser खोल्नुहोस अनि address bar मा www.gmail.com लेख्नुहोस्

२) यति गरिसकेपछि माथि देखाएको जस्तो page खुल्छ अनि आफ्नो Gmail को Id अनि Password Enter गर्नुहोस | यसरी Id अनि Password Enter गरेपछि तपाई आफ्नो gmail account मा प्रवेश गर्नुहुन्छ

३) अब तस्बिरमा देखाए जस्तो Setting मा click गर्नुहोस

४) setting मा click गरेपछि तल देखाए जस्तो screen display हुन्छ अनि Account and Imports मा click गर्नुहोस र त्यस screen मा देखिने Other Google Account Settings मा click गर्नुहोस

Other Google Account Settings मा click गर्दा तल देखिए जस्तो screen देखापर्छ

यो देखिएको screen को Sign-in & Security मा click गर्नुहोस |

यो page मा scroll गर्नुहोस | यसरी scroll गर्दा तपाइले तल देखाए जस्तो page पाउनुहुन्छ |

५) अब 2-Step Verification मा click गर्नुहोस |

६) अब माथि देखाएको तस्बिरमा भएको Start Setup मा click गर्नुहोस | अब तपाइलाई पुनः एकपटक आफ्नो gmail को password entry गर्नपर्नेछ र यसरी password entry गरिसकेपछि तल देखाए जस्तो page screen मा display हुनेछ |

अब तपाइले आफ्नो Phone number entry गर्नुहोस र तपाइले आफ्नो Code कसरी प्राप्त गर्ने भन्ने option मा आफुलाई सजिलो हुने तरिका छान्नुहोस् | SMS बाट code प्राप्त गर्न Text message छान्नुहोस् अथवा फोन बाट code प्राप्त गर्न Voice Call छान्नुहोस् | एउटा option रोजी सकेपछि Send code मा click गर्नुहोस् | अब तपाइको Mobile मा SMS छानेको भए SMS आउछ वा Voice Call छानेको भए फोन call आउछ |

अब प्राप्त भएको code Enter गर्नुहोस अनि Verify Button मा click गरेपछि निम्न देखिए जस्तो page screen मा देखापर्छ |

यदी तपाईले आफ्नो computer बाट gmail खोल्नु भएको छ र तपाई बाहेक अरु कसैले त्यो computer access गर्दैन भने trust this computer select गर्नुहोस होइन भने त्यो option लाई नछानुहोस र Next button मा click गर्नुहोस र तल देखिए जस्तो page तपाइको computer को screen मा देखापर्छ

अब confirm मा click गरेपछि तपाइको gmail account 2 Step Verfication सुचारु हुन्छ |

यदी कुनै कारणले गर्दा तपाइको mobile मा code उपलब्ध हुन सकेन भने बैकल्पिक उपाय पनि उपलब्ध छ | सो उपाय प्रयोग गर्न निम्न तरिका अपनाउनुहोस् |

१) gmail मा sign in गर्नुहोस

२) settting मा click गर्नुहोस

३) Account and Imports मा click गर्नुहोस >> other google Account setting मा click गर्नुहोस

४) sign-in & Security मा click गर्नुहोस

५) 2-Step Verification मा click गर्नुहोस

६) Show backup codes मा click गर्नुहोस अनि page मा देखिएको backup codes सुरक्षित राख्नुहोस् | फोनमा code उपलब्ध हुन नसकेको बेलामा यो code उपयोग गरेर gmail मा Sign in गर्न सक्नुहुनेछ |

नोट : माथि पहेलोले select गरेको step त्यो भन्दा माथिको ३-४ सम्म को तरिका संग मेल खान्छ |

Google Drive मा File Sharing र File Store गर्ने तरिका

कुनै File Sharing गर्नु परेको बेला Pendrive वा अरु माध्धयम बाट गर्नु पर्दथियो तर अब GOOGLE DRIVE को प्रयोगले File Sharing गर्न सहज भएको छ जस कारण Pendrive बोकिरहनु पर्दैन ।
GOOGLE DRIVE प्रयोग गर्नको लागि GMAIL ID को आवश्यक पर्दछ ।

Step 1: URL मा गएर drive.google.com type गर्ने र enter थिच्नुहोस ।

Step 2: चित्रमा देखिने NEW button Tab मा Click गर्नुहोस ।

Step 3: File upload या Folder Upload कुनै एउटामा Click गर्नुहोस ।

Step 4: Test folder of google drive नाम भएको folder लाई upload गर्नुहोस , Google Drive मा upload भएको folder चित्रमा देख्न सक्नु हुन्छ ।

Step 5: Folder share/ File share गर्नको लागि Folder/File मा Right Click गर्नुहोस र SHARE tab लाई Select गर्नुहोस ।

Step 6 : Folder/File जुन व्यक्ती संग share गर्ने हो त्यो व्यक्तीको Email Address type गर्नुहोस र send tab मा click गर्नुहोस ।

यसरी Google Drive को प्रयोग गर्दा File sharing र File store गर्न सहज हुन्छ । Google Drive मा हामीलाई 15 GB को space निशुल्क प्रप्त हुन्छ ।

How to do File Sharing via HomeGroup in Windows 8 and 10 computers

In small network of computers, we can share files and Devices by creating a HomeGroup. One of the users in the network should create a HomeGroup and other users join to that HomeGroup. HomeGroup network is password protected. Users who have the HomeGroup password can only Join to the network.

This is one of the ways to do File Sharing via HomeGroup in Windows 8 and 10 computers.

When you connect to any Network it asks to assign network locations Home Network, Work Network or Public Network.

To Create or Join HomeGroup your computer's network location must be set to Private(Home or Work Network but not Public Network)

To Create HomeGroup, Go through the following steps:

Control Panel>>Network and Internet>>HomeGroup

As I have mentioned earlier, if your computer's network location is not set to private, you can't connect to HomeGroup. If so, Change Network Location
Then, Your computer starts searching for HomeGroups on the network. If the HomeGroup has not created yet, you need to Create a HomeGroup.

While creating HomeGroup you have to choose Files and Devices you want to share and set permission levels.
To add other computers to your HomeGroup, you need to enter password. While creating HomeGroup it generates random password, you can change that password.

To Join to HomeGroup,

As mentioned above go to, Control Panel>>Network and Internet>>HomeGroup
Your computer searches for the HomeGroup on the network, then it finds out the HomeGroup created earlier.
Then Join Now, Set permission levels and Enter Password
Now you can access the Shared files and Devices on the HomeGroup network computers.
To see and change the permission levels what you are sharing on HomeGroup: While Creating or Joining the HomeGroup, you have to set the permission levels(Shared/Not Shared). But after joining the HomeGroup if you want to change the permission levels then you can do as the following step.
To Leave the HomeGroup: If you want to leave the HomeGroup, then click on Leave HomeGroup.

In this way you can share the Files and Devices in small network of computers with password protection. Since only the users who has HomeGroup password can join the network, it also provides the optimum network security.
