Vitamin D is important and should be taken by many. It is also made when you get sunshine but most people do not get enough and thus, their Vit D may be low. I especially am concerned about asthma in kids and this article considers that too.

This has some great tutorial on how to use sound for teaching. It uses Audacity and explains how to use it. If you want to do sound, and it is very easy to add audio to emails and announcements, I suggest you take the time to learn this.

Once you learn it, you can post audio a lot faster than typing it on a keyboard.
I also have students that really enjoy the audio. It addresses another learning style that many online classes do not include.
