1. Целью сделки был возврат США своих денег, переданных Украине, и максимальное получение прибыли от разработки украинских недр и добычи украинских богатств. «Мы заключили сегодня соглашение, по которому мы получим, знаете, гораздо больше в теории, чем 350 млрд долларов»,- Трамп.

Поэтому если кто-то думает, что американцы резко стали альтруистами и их администрация резко полюбила Украину, или, тем более, Зеленского, и хочет еще вливать в неё деньги, — тот идиот. Они не будут вкладывать деньги в так называемый «совместный инвестиционный фонд» — их доля выполнится зачётами по долгам, векселями, долговыми обязательствами, треджерисами, чем угодно (механизмов достаточно), но никаких живых денег не будет. Максимум — только для добычи (изъятия) природных богатств Украины и вывоза за рубеж, переработки и тд.

2. Если кто-то верит украинскому правительству, Зеленскому, его окружению, Шмыгалю, депутатам, что сделка полезна Украине и ее народу, — тот идиот. Украине полезно владеть и пользоваться своим самостоятельно, а не передавать эти, данные Богом богатства кому-то. То, что ни в коем случае не может быть чьим-то, кроме как Украины и украинцев, — отдали. Даже не продали.

Американский президент защищает и преследует интересы своей страны и своего народа — это нормально.

Украинский должен был бы делать то же самое, но его цель другая — сохраниться самому и сохранить нажитое богатство. Он пошел на этот шаг, чтобы:

1) потянуть время — среди прочего, он ждёт, что Трампа сменят, и он останется;

2) договориться о себе с ним — видите, готов всё делать, как нужно;

3) продлить свое пребывание во власти и в распределении богатств, петлять, хитрить, лавировать.

3. Похоже, что американский посланник не зря летал в Россию, и эта сделка в том смысле, что у них не будет претензий и они не будут создавать проблемы и беды американским интересам на подконтрольной Киеву территории, — согласована.

Поэтому слова американского министра Бессента о том, что «ни одному государству или лицу, которые финансировали или снабжали российскую военную машину, не будет позволено извлечь выгоду из восстановления Украины», — не более чем словесная ширма, просто слова. С той стороны это никому и не нужно: у них будет, что и где разрабатывать и добывать, судя по тому, как проходят переговоры и о чем договариваются реально.

4. Разблокировка поставок из США в Украину оружия — просто дань требованиям истеблишмента и военно-промышленного комплекса. Ни больше ни меньше.

Итог: каждый из перечисленных выше субъектов выйдет из этой сделки с прибылью (Зеленский — с краткосрочной, но для него и это чрезвычайно важно, появляется  возможность петлять и лавировать дальше).

Кроме Украины и украинцев. Всё проиграно, по сути.

The deal on Ukraine’s subsoil resources. In general, it is symbolic — on Labor Day, Ukrainian working people lost their natural wealth. 

1. The goal of the deal was for the U.S. to get back its money given to Ukraine and maximize profits from the development of Ukrainian subsoil and the extraction of Ukrainian wealth. “We made an agreement today where we’re going to get, you know, much more in theory than $350 billion,” Trump.

So if anyone thinks that the Americans have become altruistic and their administration has suddenly fallen in love with Ukraine, or even more so with Zelensky, and wants to pour money into it, they are idiots. They will not invest money in the so-called “joint investment fund” — their share will be fulfilled by debt offsets, promissory notes, debentures, tredgeris, anything (there are enough mechanisms), but there will be no live money. Maximum — only for extraction (withdrawal) of natural resources of Ukraine and export abroad, processing, etc.

2. If anyone believes the Ukrainian government, Zelensky, his entourage, Shmygal, deputies that the deal is useful for Ukraine and its people — he is an idiot. It is good for Ukraine to own and use its own wealth, not to transfer this God-given wealth to someone else. What in no way can be anyone’s but Ukraine and Ukrainians — they gave it away. Not even sold.

The American president protects and pursues the interests of his country and his people — that is normal.

The Ukrainian would have to do the same, but his goal is different — to preserve himself and preserve his acquired wealth. He took this step in order to:

1) to stall for time — among other things, he expects Trump to be replaced and he will stay;

2) to make a deal for himself with him — see, willing to do things his way;

3) prolong his stay in power and wealth distribution by looping, cunning, maneuvering.

3. It seems that the American envoy did not fly to Russia for nothing, and this deal in the sense that they will have no claims and will not create problems and troubles for American interests on the Kiev-controlled territory — is agreed.

So the words of American Secretary Bessent that “no state or person who funded or supplied the Russian war machine will be allowed to benefit from the rebuilding of Ukraine” are nothing more than a verbal screen, just words. No one on the other side needs this: they will have something and somewhere to develop and extract, judging by the way the negotiations are going on and what is actually agreed upon.

4. The unblocking of arms deliveries from the US to Ukraine is simply a tribute to the demands of the establishment and the military-industrial complex. Nothing more or less.

Bottom line: each of the above-mentioned entities will come out of this deal with a profit (Zelensky — with a short-term one, but this is extremely important for him, too, as it gives him the opportunity to loop and maneuver further).

Except Ukraine and the Ukrainians. Everything is lost, in essence.

Неужели половина производственных активов условных Apple, Tesla, Amazon, Walmart, Microsoft, Google исчезла? Половина заводов по производству iPhone, торговых площадок и складов, программ и продуктов интеллектуальной собственности, готовой продукции и товаров на складах исчезли или самоликвидировались?

Конечно, нет, все производственные активы этих и других компаний на месте, работают так же, как и раньше. Они просто не стоят того, что о них говорят фондовые рынки. И они не могут этого стоить. Их миллиардные и триллионные оценки — это фикция. Реальная стоимость объекта не может сначала упасть вдвое за несколько дней, а затем восстановиться за несколько часов. Это фикция, манипуляция. Только воздушный шар можно надуть и сдуть так быстро, чтобы вы могли увидеть его трансформацию на своих глазах…

… Все эти дикие скачки, которые мы все видели в последнее время, многомиллиардные, а то и триллионные стоимости компаний на фондовом рынке, их крах и резкое восстановление, вся эта сверхстоимость — воздушный шар, надутый желанием быстрой наживы. Фильм « Волк с Уолл-стрит» стал документальным.

Я понимаю, человеку свойственно хотеть быть богатым, тем более стать таковым, ничего не делая. Ну а вся прибыль достанется организаторам фондовых рынков, а «инвесторы», в подавляющем большинстве, окажутся в проигрыше и разорятся.

Но самое тревожное, что такие «раздутые», по сути фиктивные, ценности являются фальшивыми. Это не реальные сотни миллиардов и триллионов долларов, но организаторы фондового рынка попытаются обменять их на реальные активы. Эти реальные активы — то, что дает людям жизнь, работу, смысл, то, что составляет народы и страны: полезные ископаемые, вода, земля, другие реальные национальные богатства. Они уже пытаются их захватить, меняя свои «пустые» триллионы с помощью коррумпированных местных правительств на реальные ценности, бесценные для людей и государств богатства. При этом они ввергают большинство населения в нищету.

Украина — яркий тому пример:

1) Стратегические отрасли промышленности — энергетика, металлургия, уголь, кокс и химическая промышленность, — на которых держится государственный бюджет, находятся в руках четырех олигархических семей;

2) Около 80 процентов пожилых украинцев живут за чертой бедности;

3) Каждый второй работающий получает минимальную заработную плату (согласно стандартам ООН);

4) Оплата жилья и коммунальных услуг занимает в среднем 60 процентов семейного бюджета;

5) Половина трудоспособного населения находится в процессе трудовой миграции, т.е. получает доход за рубежом.

И это данные накануне войны. Сейчас ситуация еще хуже».

«Capitalists, no offense, but your entire stock market with its prices and quotes is a deception and illusion, working on your desire and the desire of “investors” to get rich quickly and unjustly solely on speculation. Without producing anything, without creating useful products and real, tangible added value.

I put the word “investors” in quotation marks, because most of them are future victims and losers who have money and want to get rich quickly.

The stock market created by you is a huge bubble inflated by the air of wild desires for quick profit, the figures of which have nothing to do with real assets and the product produced.

The recent days are a vivid confirmation of this. Can real wealth of tens of trillions of dollars disappear without a trace in a few days? A few hours, or even minutes—and they are gone, the share value of the largest companies has collapsed, they have lost half of their value. Wow! What a trick! Is it that half of the production assets of notional Apple, Tesla, Amazon, Walmart, Microsoft, Google disappeared? Half of the iPhone factories, trading floors and warehouses, programs and intellectual property products, finished products and goods in warehouses disappeared or self-liquidated?

Of course not, all the manufacturing assets of these and other companies are in place, working as they have been. They’re just not worth what the stock markets say they are. And they can’t be worth it. Their billion and trillion dollar valuations are fiction. The real value of an object cannot first fall by half in a few days, and then recover in a few hours. It is a fiction, a manipulation. Only a balloon can be inflated and deflated so quickly so that you can see its transformation before your eyes…

… All these wild jumps that we have all seen recently, multi-billion or even trillion dollar values of companies on the stock market, their collapse and sharp recovery, all this super value is a balloon inflated by the desire for quick profit. The movie The Wolf of Wall Street has become a documentary.

I understand, it is human nature to want to be rich, even more so to become so without doing anything. Well, all the profits will be made by the organizers of the stock markets, while the “investors,” in the vast majority, will become losers and ruined.

Yet the most worrying thing is that such “inflated,” essentially fictitious, values are fake. They are not real hundreds of billions and trillions of dollars, but the organizers of the stock market will try to exchange them for real assets. These real assets are what gives people life, work, meaning, what makes up peoples and countries: minerals, water, land, other real national wealth. They are already trying to seize them, changing their “empty” trillions with the help of corrupt local governments into real value, which is priceless for people and states riches. In the process, they are plunging the majority of the population into poverty.

Ukraine is a vivid example of this:

1) The strategic industries—energy, metallurgy, coal, coke, and the chemical industry—upon which the state budget rests, are all in the hands of 4 oligarchic families;

2) Some 80 percent of elderly Ukrainians live below the poverty line;

3) Every second working person receives a minimum wage (according to UN standards);

4) Paying for housing and services takes on average 60 percent of a family budget;

5) Half of the able-bodied population is in the process of labor migration, i.e., they earn their income abroad.

And this is data from the eve of the war. Now the situation is even worse»

Данные поступают от моих собственных источников в министерстве обороны и администрации Владимира Зеленского. Более того, такую информацию, не скрывая, уже озвучивают чиновники режима…

…Абсурдность, отсутствие стратегического военного смысла в этой ужасной идее очевидны: даже сам Зеленский говорил неоднократно о том, что новых призывников нечем вооружать: «Зачем мобилизовать еще больше молодых людей? Чтобы было еще больше военных без оружия?»

Это же подтверждали и генералы, и фронтовые офицеры, и солдаты. Тем более, когда новый американский лидер прекратил любую помощь другим странам.

Более того, это преступление против Украины — отправить воевать оставшихся в опустошенной стране ребят, генофонд, который должен будет продолжать род и улучшать демографию нашей страны…

…Но за эти годы мы уже стали свидетелями массы абсурдных решений, принятых украинской властью или из-за указаний «партнеров», или из-за популизма и желания красиво выглядеть на экране или подиумах; решений, которые повлекли кровавые последствия: ненужные «мясные» штурмы, павшие «фортеци» из Мариуполя, Бахмута, Курахово, Авдеевка и т.д., массовые облавы на мужчин на улицах украинских городов и сёл с принудительной отправкой их на фронт.

Поэтому отбрасывать ничего нельзя. Нельзя применять к ним и их решениям понятия человечности, справедливости, равно как и понятия разумности, стратегии, взвешенности.

Дональд Трамп три дня назад озвучил причину отказа нынешней украинской власти от мира в 2022 году и продолжения бойни: «захотел повоевать». Вольно или невольно её подтвердил и расширил Зеленский: «Они сказали, я отступаю, а они заменят меня… И я больше не президент». Уверен, что там были еще некоторые мотивы и подоплека, но об этом позже, и суть это не изменяет.

Таким образом, вероятность принятия Зеленским и его окружением такого решения о призыве на фронт молодежи очень высока. Вероятно, для начала это обернут в обертку «добровольности», а потом поступят стандартно, с облавами и похищениями. 

В 20 веке был один деятель, который, понимая неизбежное поражение, призвал и отправил на смерть мальчуганов: собранные наспех отряды «гитлерюгенда» были быстро уничтожены Красной Армией, и абсолютно никак не повлияли на ситуацию и исход войны.

Теперь я спрашиваю у вас, уважаемые украинские родители: вы рожали и растили для этого ваших детей?! Такое их будущее вы видели?! Хотите, чтобы кто-то из временщиков называл ваших детей «мобилизационным ресурсом»!? И поступал с ними как с ресурсом?! 

Уверен, что нет, ни в коем случае. Да, я знаю, сегодня в Украине инакомыслие жестоко преследуются режимом: тысячи нормальных украинцев, имеющих другую позицию, чем Зеленский, брошены его режимом в тюрьмы, десятки убиты. Поэтому я не имею права призывать вас к бунтам и протестам, которые будут жестоко подавлены диктаторским режимом.

Но никто и ничто не может отобрать священное право родителей защитить и уберечь своего ребенка! Думайте и делайте!!!».

The Nachdenkseiten website is one of the leading left-wing portals in Germany. It has been awarded the German Alternative Media Award and recognized as the most widely read political blog in Germany. The site is read by up to one hundred thousand readers daily.

In his new article, the leader of the Ukrainian leftist movement, in particular, writes:

“Despite the absurdity of this idea, more and more often I receive information about the desire of the current government to implement it: to send Ukrainian youth from 18 years old to fight (now young men under the age of 25 are not subject to mobilization). The information comes from my own sources in the Ministry of Defense and the administration of Volodymyr Zelensky. Moreover, such information, without hiding, is already being voiced by officials of the regime….

…The absurdity, the lack of strategic military sense in this terrible idea is obvious: even Zelensky himself has said repeatedly that there is nothing to arm the new conscripts with: “Why mobilize even more young men? So that there will be even more military men without weapons?”

Generals, frontline officers, and soldiers confirmed the same. All the more so when the new American leader stopped any aid to other countries.

Moreover, it is a crime against Ukraine — to send to war the guys left in the devastated country, the gene pool that will have to continue the lineage and improve the demography of our country….

…But over these years we have already witnessed a mass of absurd decisions taken by the Ukrainian authorities either because of the instructions of “partners” or because of populism and the desire to look beautiful on the screen or podiums; decisions that entailed bloody consequences: unnecessary “meat” storms, fallen “fortezi” from Mariupol, Bakhmut, Kurakhovo, Avdeevka, etc., mass roundups of men on the streets of Ukrainian towns and villages with their forced sending to the front.

Therefore, nothing can be discarded. We cannot apply to them and their decisions the notions of humanity, justice, as well as the notions of reasonableness, strategy and balance.

Donald Trump three days ago voiced the reason for the current Ukrainian government’s refusal of peace in 2022 and the continuation of the massacre: “wanted to fight”. Willingly or unwittingly, it was confirmed and expanded by Zelensky: “They said, I’m retreating, and they will replace me… And I’m no longer president.” I am sure that there were some other motives and background, but about that later, and it does not change the essence.

Thus, the likelihood of Zelensky and his entourage making such a decision to draft young people to the front is very high. It is likely to be wrapped in the wrapper of “voluntariness” to begin with, and then they will do the standard thing, with raids and kidnappings. 

In the 20th century, there was a figure who, realizing the inevitable defeat, called and sent to death boys: hastily assembled groups of “Hitler Youth” were quickly destroyed by the Red Army, and had absolutely no effect on the situation and the outcome of the war.

Now I ask you, dear Ukrainian parents: did you give birth and raise your children for this?! Is this their future you saw?! Do you want someone from the temporizers to call your children a “mobilization resource”!? And treat them like a resource?!

I’m sure not, by no means. Yes, I know, today in Ukraine dissent is brutally persecuted by the regime: thousands of normal Ukrainians with a different position than Zelensky have been thrown into prisons by his regime, dozens have been killed. Therefore, I have no right to call you to riots and protests, which will be brutally suppressed by the dictatorial regime.

But no one and nothing can take away the sacred right of parents to protect and keep their child safe! Think and do!!!”.

Ранее, после начала политических репрессий против левых партий Украины, возбуждения уголовного дела против Максима Гольдарба, обыска в его киевской квартире, направления в суд представления о его аресте и помещении в тюрьму, мировое левое движение организовало мощную кампанию международной солидарности с лидером украинского социализма: на его защиту встали многие партии и отдельные политики, профсоюзы, СМИ и журналисты.

Теперь факт политически мотивированного преследования Максима Гольдарба установлен на официальном уровне в ЕС.

Как прокомментировал это решение сам лидер украинского левого движения в своем Телеграм-канале: «Чрезвычайно важно, для Украины и украинцев, в первую очередь, что Евросоюз стал признавать факты устроенного режимом этого деятеля тирании и преследования инакомыслия».

The request for such a status was filed in connection with the politically motivated persecution of the leader of the Ukrainian leftist movement by the Zielenski regime.

Помните, как Зеленский и его партнеры пару лет назад шумели и кричали через все подконтрольные средства массовой информации и дипломатов о необходимости «зернового коридора», по которому якобы украинское зерно поедет в нуждающиеся страны? Я тогда предположил, что шум такой мощности и громкости вряд ли может быть из-за нуждающихся стран — Зеленский с партнерами очень далеки от голода и нужды. Это полярные субстанции. Так и получилось в реалиях: нуждающиеся страны получили 3% от вывезенного, остальное получили отнюдь не нуждающиеся. Просто вывозили и вывозят по сути уже не украинское зерно, а принадлежащее вон тем, названным бельгийским депутатом международным корпорациям. Отсюда и такой синхронный вой.

Вы что-то знаете о зачислении в бюджет страны миллиардов денег от вывоза зерна? Нет? И не узнаете — не было такого. В лучшем случае, это были налоги с оборота зерновых корпораций, которые  потом коррупционными схемами украли из бюджета Украины под видом возмещения налога на добавленную стоимость.

Еще до войны, по инициативе и под контролем Зеленского было принято законодательство, позволяющее распродать украинскую землю иностранцам. Ну, а война просто помогла эту задумку более выгодно для дельцов и этой власти реализовать.

Это подтверждает еще один порядочный европейский политик, экс-депутат Европарламента, Мик Уоллес из Ирландии: «Ты способствовал распродаже украинской земли западным корпорациям», — обратился он к Зеленскому.

«Мы должны принять, что города и окружающие их земли давно украли местные олигархи, которые в сговоре с мировым финансовым капиталом. Власти Украины под руководством Зеленского подписали какое-то глобальное (так они озвучили украинцам) инвестиционное соглашение с крупнейшим американским инвестиционным хищником — BlackRock. Вы что-то слышали о «глобальных инвестициях» в Украину? Нет, конечно! Потому, что их нет и не может сейчас быть — никто в трезвом уме не будет инвестировать деньги в разгромленную войной страну, будущее которой вызывает у всех игроков большой вопрос.

Предполагаю, что эта псевдо-инвестиционная сделка —  ширма, под которой за надутые, придуманные, искусственные долги, а также за оружие, американским «инвесторам» передают украинские активы. В первую очередь – землю плюс долговые бумаги Украины, которые будут обеспечиваться остатками украинских активов и доходами и сбережениями оставшегося населения страны. Механизмы реализации такой ширмы очень простые: зачёт требований, погашение взаимных обязательств, и так далее. Это уже вопрос технологий, не принципа.

Очевидно, что именно для этого сейчас кабинетом министров Украины затевается срочная приватизация стратегических объектов страны, в частности, компании «Энергоатом», объединяющей атомные электростанции страны (пока еще принадлежащие государству), государственных банков, портов: кредиторы, глядя на ситуацию, предъявляют счета к оплате.

Принципиально всё ими уже решено. Кстати, предложение команде Трампа от Зеленского «вместе разрабатывать украинские недра» (поверхность уже, по-видимому, отдана другой команде) — из этого же ряда. Бизнес, ничего личного. Равно как и патриотичного.

Боюсь, что тем гражданам Украины, кому удастся живыми вернуться домой с фронта, придется столкнуться с новыми хозяевами всего того ценного, что когда-то принадлежало стране и народу».

A new article by the leader of the Ukrainian leftist movement, Maxim Goldarb, titled “The Ukraine lot is up for auction” has been published on the pages of the Spanish media outlet Rebelión.

“Rebelión”, the number of readers of which is more than 150 thousand a day, is one of the leading information resources of the leftist movement in Europe and the world, and the articles published there are often reprinted by other media in Spain, as well as many countries in Latin America.

In his article, the leader of Ukrainian socialism writes:

“So, about the sale. More precisely, about the already, in fact, fait accompli of the auction with the lot “Ukraine”, which probably took place under the rumble of bombs and shells to distract from it the former owner — the Ukrainian people.

“American and Saudi investment and agro-industrial companies are currently buying up Ukrainian agricultural land en masse. In particular, we are talking about Bunge Limited, Oaktree Capital Management, Blackrock, ADM and Cargill, which have gained control over most of the Ukrainian agricultural land”,- these are the words of Barbara Bonthe, member of the European Parliament from Belgium.

Do you remember how Zelensky and his partners a couple of years ago made a lot of noise and shouted through all the controlled media and diplomats about the need for a “grain corridor” through which Ukrainian grain would allegedly travel to countries in need? I suggested at the time that a noise of such power and volume could hardly be about needy countries — Zelensky and his partners are very far from hunger and need. They are polar substances. And so it turned out in reality: the needy countries received 3% of the exported goods, the rest was received by those not in need. Simply exported and exported in fact not Ukrainian grain, but belonging to those international corporations named by the Belgian deputy. Hence such synchronized howling.

Do you know anything about the billions of money from grain exports being deposited into the country’s budget? No? And you won’t know — there was no such thing. At best, these were taxes from the turnover of grain corporations, which were then stolen from the Ukrainian budget by corrupt schemes under the guise of reimbursement of value-added tax.

Even before the war, on Zelensky’s initiative and under Zelensky’s control, legislation was passed allowing the sale of Ukrainian land to foreigners. Well, and the war simply helped this idea to realize more favorably for the businessmen and this government.

This is confirmed by another decent European politician, former member of the European Parliament, Mick Wallace from Ireland: “You contributed to the sale of Ukrainian land to Western corporations,” he said to Zelensky.

“We must accept that the towns and surrounding lands were long ago stolen by local oligarchs who are in cahoots with global finance capital. Zelensky has used this conflict to speed up land sales. He banned opposition parties that opposed the law on selling land to foreign investors,” Wallace continues.

The Ukrainian authorities under Zelensky’s leadership signed some kind of global (so they sounded to Ukrainians) investment agreement with the largest American investment predator — BlackRock. Have you heard anything about “global investments” in Ukraine? No, of course not! Because they do not exist and cannot exist now — no one in a sober mind will invest money in a war-torn country, the future of which is a big question for all players.

I assume that this pseudo-investment deal is a screen under which Ukrainian assets are handed over to American “investors” for inflated, invented, artificial debts, as well as for weapons. First of all — land plus debt securities of Ukraine, which will be secured by the rest of Ukrainian assets and income and savings of the remaining population of the country. The mechanisms of realization of such a screen are very simple: offsetting of claims, repayment of mutual obligations, and so on. This is a matter of technology, not principle.

Obviously, it is for this purpose that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is now engaged in urgent privatization of strategic objects of the country, in particular, the company “Energoatom”, which unites nuclear power plants of the country (still owned by the state), state banks, ports: creditors, looking at the situation, are presenting bills for payment.

In principle, everything has already been decided by them. By the way, Zelensky’s proposal to Trump’s team to “develop Ukrainian subsoil together” (the surface has apparently already been given to another team) is from the same line. Business, nothing personal. Equally patriotic.

I am afraid that those citizens of Ukraine who manage to return home alive from the front will have to face the new masters of everything valuable that once belonged to the country and the people.»
