The experience was great, enjoyable, and easy. House was built to a great standard and the finishes are high. Warranty work so far has been above and beyond and it's easy to maintain contact. I recommended my sister in law and she just recently placed a deposit on a house a few doors down. I would not have done that with the last two new houses I purchased from other builders.
