Sinan Mercenk’s Productions have represented a timeless sound which has been embraced equally by the House- and Deep-House lovers from all around the world. After his last E.P. publications such as Electronique E.P., From A To B E.P. or the Summer Madness E.P. Feat. Karl Frierson, Sinan Mercenk is introducing another Vocal-House production with Curiosity – Pandora’s Box. A custom-made release start for the legendary 2012! This is because Sinan Mercenk has gotten no one less than the singer Pat Appleton (De-Phazz) to the microphone for Curiosity – Pandora’s Box. Through her imploring voice, he has thus – apparently effortlessly – kindled the magnificence of a new sparkling house diamond. This release is complemented by two remixes from the U.S. House legend Tyree Cooper and a mix from Vienna’s DJ and producer Cay Taylan.

Nikola Materne & Bossanoire is a German musical collective led by musicians Nikola Materne and Jost Ziegner. Nikola’s band mates Axel Zinowsky, Caspar van Meel and Jochen Welle are combining their German ness and Artiness with 60’s bossa nova style arrangements by Jost Ziegner. Just like music for a cinema, made popular in France during the 60’s. Nikola‘s intense, ironic and melancholic lyrics, plus her intonation, creating a magical carpet ride throughout changing of seasons, love, sadness, happiness, emotions and emancipation.
On their first album Wunderbar Allein Nikola writes about her personnel life experiences of a mature woman. After her first single Wunderbar Allein sings Nikola on the second EP Jahreszeiten – The Seasons Change her first song in english. And on top: is this EP including a very stylish deep house Mix from Sinan Mercenk.

After their highly acclaimed debut album TO NEW WORLD CITY from last year and two stunning EPs with remixes by Icelandic famous freaks GUSGUS and New York ́s decent duo THE GLASS here comes the DIALOGUE EP.

On this three track EP you will find an exclusive song called HOW DOES IT FEEL? With a powerful and hypnotic Acid-Flow our two Fellow Citizens are underlining their broad variety of styles and their deep love for pure and consciously sounds.

Anyone who lives in Hamburg will definetely cross his path sooner or later. Even if you do not know him personally: as producer, musician, remixer and DJ he’s a true talent when it comes to music.

Sinan Mercenk is a part of the music scene not only known to the Hamburg crowd as a producer and Remixer. His remixes for Tarkan, Mustafa Sandal and Faray, to name just a few, conquered the dance floors and dance-lists all over the world. Even songs by Minimal Funk, No Underground, Big Owl, Blank & Jones, De-phazz and G Park were branded by Sinan and again, the dancefloors were rocked all over Germany.

The exceptional talent had his first moments of fame in 1994 with some releases under the name of M.U.L.E., then an artist at the company Container Records. The legendary „Sinan E.P.” (U.S.S.) and many more project followed. Sinan sets himself no barriers.

His roots may be in House Music Electro and Soulful Mix, but it does not end here. “Especially as a producer I have to be open-minded. Its important that the chords have Soul – I want to give my songs a soul.” His affinity to music started at a young age his brother Saim constantly played songs by Santana for him. Sinan was only 3 months old at the time HipHop, Soul, R&B and later New Wave and Bands like B 52′s and Talking Heads influenced him strongly.

Most of all though, the influence came from The POLICE, he admires them till today. “For Sting, I would do a remix right now”, he says. As a 15 year old he received a keyboard for his birthday – a crucial experience which strengthened his wish to produce and play music. How to play the keyboard he learned that all by himself.

Nowadays, Sinan Mercenk can present a superb selection of songs. The list of his releases and compilations is long. Even his style as DJ is in great demand. „For me, there is only bad or good music”, he says, „I do not play the bad music”. It’s so simple to explain his secret to success. His taste of music.

Germany based Rojda Cetindag, aka J-DA, is bursting with positive energy… as a dancer, choreographer, actress, and model with Anatolian roots. And oh yes: she can sing!

Her talent and ambition have landed her many stage appearances with national and international artist such as Turkish pop phenomenon Tarkan and Rap sensation Flo Rida. Her participation in, and successful advancement to the finals on the Turkish television version of “You Can Dance”, the biggest casting-dance competition in Turkey, only served to fuel her passion and boost her popularity.

Since then, J-DA has also made it in front of the camera, having appeared in many different commercials for nationwide products and feature films.

Years of experience with many different artists and her insatiable passion for the stage fueled in her the desire to finally perform her own songs. After several demo stages, J-DA met her current producer Levent Canseven, known for quality remixes and productions for top artist such as De La Soul, Bootsy Collins, Moloko, and Ricky Martin.

For her first single, “Rocca Chocola”, J-DA teamed up with Chicago based singer/songwriter Robb “RoMorri” Morris as a sidekick on vocals – both of them setting the floor on fire by introducing a new, proactive move called “roccadance”. Be prepared to encounter both this slamming tune as well as those fresh, infectious steps on a dance floor near you very soon. J-DA wants you to Rocca Chocola!
