Here is my latest Necron Terrain project. The idea is to have custom missions where each player has a teleportation pad in their deployment zones, where they can teleport one unit each turn to the top of the bridge, from there on I will make up a few scenarios about the victory conditions of the game. 2018 brings me into my ninth year of Blogging with well over one thousand posts and nearly one million views. I have enjoyed my journey over the years here on this platform, but the truth is, I feel like the Blog world is in no way near as popular as it was, and over the last few years the reward I get from all the effort of writing posts is very minimal. The interaction I get out of it is pretty much non existent, although I do have one or two people that pop a comment in for me now and again, and for that, I thank you. Now, I am not saying I am going to stop Blogging, or close my page, not at all, as I myself use it regularly to look back on certain things, but I certainly am going to have a bit of a slow down.

I have always been very strict on myself, making sure I post regularly, usually between every two, three or four days, but from now on I am just going to post now and again. I think I will probably just post finished projects rather than all the inbetween updates I have done in the past. I think this will take the pressure of me when it comes to my Blog and free up even more time for what I actually enjoy doing the most, the Hobby and running my YouTube Channel. Building Noise Marines Update #2 (Saved By Slaanesh)

Having put loads of work into my Daemon Princess conversion recently, it has been slow progress on the Noise Marines. However, I have managed to complete the minis with their Spellcrow bodies on them, and I have been working on the green stuff bases. I am currently making all the tentacles for the bases too, so I hope to get them glued to the bases soon. In the meantime, I have the big task of removing all the mould lines on the rest of the bitz I need, and that seems to be taking forever!

Daemon Prince of Slaanesh Conversion (part 3)

Ok so continuing on with the Daemon Princess I am converting. I have now attached the tabard and armour plates to the waste section and filled in the holes at the bottom of the Ravanar body, I was going to put tentacles in them but they just looked too over the top for my liking. However, I have now added a Slaanesh symbol to her chest, and I have to say I am really digging it...

Now to work on the arms, and after a rummage through my Tyranids bitz box I was able to cobble together some arm options for her. They are all magnetised and I will add some chains to her at some point, but as far as I am concerned I am done. With the exception of her head that is. Hopefully the Tyranid arms mixed with the Chaos arms have made her look a little more feminine, but I would love to know your thoughts in the comments section below...

Daemon Prince of Slaanesh Conversion (part 2)

More work done on my Slaanesh Daemon Prince/Princess! I have now filled in the body section where the original model meets the Tyranid body, very happy how the green stuff came out, although I will be adding some armour bits to it as well. I also decided to make the six pack less pronounced in hope to bring a little more of a feminine look to the model...

The wings of course are magnetised, so I can have her on foot or in the air. I pinned them as well as using magnets to make the fit more secure...

My plan will be to add a tabard and armour plates to her to bring everything together and to give here hips, something like this! First though, I need to work out what to do with the arms...

Here I go with another conversion for my Emperor's Children Slaanesh army, a Daemon Prince. I still have plenty of work to do, but I think he/she is shaping up very nicely. I went for a 'snake' type body, which I am really liking, but I still need to bring the three sections together. Lots more to come on this project...

Painting Howling Banshees #3

Right, that's the bone colour done. I was pretty fiddly and took many thin coats, but I think the end result looks great! First I built up the plates using Ushabti Bone, leaving the Earthshade in the recesses. Then I went in and edge highlighted the armour with Pallid Wych Flesh. Now to go in and finish painting all the details. Let me know what you think so far in the comments section below...
