Have you ever been into something so much that it absorbs your mind and time completely and you have no time for anything else? I am currently in that situation. It's also Love but not Boyfriend, Girlfriend Relationship- kind of Love. It's the Love you have for something, dream of doing things and feel satisfied after accomplishing it. Or we call it PASSION.

I have so many passions with me. Passion in dancing, in movie acting, in modeling, and now it comes to fashion, clothing. I love cutting a square piece of cloth into few small pieces and sew them all together, put on some crystals and accessories to it. And I call it a dress of Crystal. Looking at the final result always make me very happy and proud. But again, my problem is I don't have enough time to accomplish each and every passion of mine so I have to find the best way to do all them at once.

And I found one method. Guess what it is?

Before telling you the answer, I'm gonna give you some hints through the photos below:

Swarovski Crystal- I can't express how much love I have for all these tiny sparkle stones. They never fail to put a smile on my face every time I look at them. Guess that's why my name is Crystal :)

Playing with some gold beads strings. You'll be amazed once I show you how this gold string could help you in transforming your outfit. Super gorgeous!

Got a beautiful gold leotard from DiscountDanceSupply website. Totally in love <3. I've been looking for gold leotard in such the longest time ever. As you can see, I'm modifying it. :D

So you fail in finding what the best way for me to fulfill my passions all in one? ;) I'm telling you now.

HAPPY AWESOME NEW YEAR!

Hi guys!

It's 3rd day of the new year, according to the Lunar calendar and I'm having great time celebrating New Year with Mike and my family in Vietnam. There is nothing better than this time, to be at home, eat mom's foods, be surrounded by many people you love. BEST! I hope you guys having a great time too with your family and wish you a splendid, wonderful year ahead. :)

This is just gonna be a short entry as I'm uploading it mainly from my iPhone and I'm just gonna share with you a PHOTO OF THE DAY.

Gonna head out later to my student's house for dinner. Every year I go back, my group of dance students will get in touch with me to take lessons and to have house parties. So nice of them and my heart feels so warm by their love. It's freezing here in Vietnam, temperature is around 7- 15 degree celcius, I gotta wear many layers of cloths every time I go out.

These are what I wear

Trendy coat from H&M. Super love this coat and it fits me so well.

Inside layer: I'm wearing short leather jacket from F21, bought it during my LA trip.

H&M ankle boots. Love them.

Shopping haul in Los Angeles

So there are many girl friends of mine were questioning what did I buy in US and to make this entry more entertaining and interesting to read rather than just displaying all the items piece by piece. I decided to do it like a fashion magazine layout. It took me freaking 6 hours to come up with the idea, photoshop and put it all together.

Talk about work dedication, I gotta be at the airport at 7am to fly to Vietnam, only 4 hours left and I still haven't packed anything yet. Fml! Every time before flight, I usually have shit loads of things to do and never have enough time to finish them.

Anyway, back to the main topic, below are all of the items (mainly clothing) that I bought during my stay in Los Angeles. If you would ask me one question "How is shopping in US?" I would say: IT'S SO FUCKING AWESOME!

Seriously! Things are so much cheaper there than in Singapore especially all the branded stuffs. Name it: Guess, Coach, Victoria Secret's, Forever21, Levis...and many more. When I first entered Forever21 store, I was like "OMG! There are so many items that are not available in Singapore"- "OMG! All the cloths, dresses are so cute" and "OMFG! Why it's so cheap?". Not just that, all the items are unique and there are plenty varieties for you chose. Some of the designs are not even available in Singapore. Literally, I was like being dropped in another heaven and grabbing whatever I like. That feeling is so awesome :D

Cut the long story short, below are some of my picks and I mixed and matched with some accessories to create a style that called "Crystal Look book". These basically are what I love to wear daily. Check it out!

First and most full-filing stop at Forever21. I bought many dresses here simply because you can't find any other better deal than this.

First outfit: Black sleeveless dress with silver zip at the back and transparent V-cut at the waist on both sides. This creates an illusion of a small waist you have, increases your body curve. I wear this to work and it makes me feel very confident every time I wear it. :) Small red belt and red watch will be highlight of your entire look. Oh and don't forget a sexy high heels together. Dress is at USD$24 only.

Second dress from F21: Black bodycon dress with 3 water drops on the neckline. This is definitely intelligent design: The 3 water drops on the neckline that what i mean. It looks so stylish and sexy. The kinda open and conservative design always make people wondering and eager to find out more about you. I call it a mind-fuck outfit :D. Guess how much it would cost? USD$22! :D

Yes! This is definitely Crystal's style. Shiny & sexy. I love how the gold sequins are decorated in such an unique way on the soft material. It gives a rough and sensual feel at the same time. If you are planning on a Friday night date, this dress is gonna knock him out for sure. Don't forget a small clutch, a sexy pair of pumps and red or pink lipstick with you. I bought this celebrity-inspired dress at only USD$24.

Last dress I bought from F21 is this orange-black one side shoulder body con dress. This is Mike's favorite, he picked it for me. The design is not new but the colors are smartly played. It also focuses very much on your body curve too. I'm gonna pair up this dress with a pair of orange color heels and some bracelets or sunglasses like in the photo. And I'm set! Ready for a night. It costed me USD$22 only to get this piece home.

There are many more stuffs in F21 which I believe if I spent another hour or two there, I could have bought one luggage of their cloths back. Most of the dresses sold in Singapore are around S$59- S$69 or even more, and to be honest, they are pretty out-dated so even you pay 3 times of the price, you'll probably get the last season items only

Left F21, we headed to few other shopping stores. One of them is GUESS. Initially, I wanted to buy a pair of jeans only but in the end I bought more than that. :D *girls' problem*. Also because things in the store are pretty cheap, ranging from USD$100- USD$200. You might say "WTF! It's like a week spending of mine". But look, if comparing to Singapore, we probably have to pay 3 times higher for the same item". So again, my point is right.

This is the display set at the shop and Mike picked it for me. I chose some other dresses to try on and apparently when I walked out from the fitting room with the dress, Mike was like "Oh! Take it". The dress is USD$98 and jacket is USD$138. Shoes from Charles & Keith, watch is from Swarovski. What do you think?

This is my mix and match set called Glam Chic. Sequin cotton top from Armani Exchange for USD$39 only. The brown leather jacket is even cheaper. Only USD$29 from Forever21, I quickly grabbed it the moment I saw it and its price. Super comfortable and it fits me so well too. This probably is my best buy item so far in terms of cost saving, hahahaa...Brown ankle length boots from H&M bought in Singapore for S$59. Black boots from Aldo.

Another sophisticated stylish looking set. The white top with fruits printed colar from Dolce &Gabana for USD$249. Skinny Jean from Guess at USD$128 and Gucci belt bought in Singapore at S$560. I'm totally in love with this look. Very comfortable and modern, it's suitable for a work a casual day out.

Lastly, this is one of my most favorite items. BEBE dress! I've been in love with BEBE cloths from the first sight. All the dresses are so elegant, sexy and trendy. Bebe dresses in Singapore are usually sold at S$300 and above but believe it or not, you can find some dresses at around USD$100 or less and they are nice too in US.

And these are the 2 dresses I got while I went shopping in Rodeo drive. Take a look!

First! It's a sparkly night. I can't express how much love I have for this shiny dress. Super comfortable and fitting. It really praises my body curve well. ;) The shiny stripe on the dress is such a brilliant idea. It makes the dress totally not boring at all. When I first wore this dress, most of my friends paid attention to it and gave lot of compliment. I know, it's really nice. I bought it for only fucking USD$79, can you believe?

Second dress: Bebe Brennan Deep V Lace Dress. It's a celebrity style with deep V shape neck line, bare back. I'm so obsessed with this dress. The lace & satin go well together make the dress look so super hot and feminine. Bought it for USD$159, super happy because it's cheap and it's not even sold in Singapore. Know what?

Actress Carmen Electra wore it too :D

The last shop I went is of course Victoria's Secret. There is no shopping haul completed without a visit Victoria's Secret store. I came when they were having 50% OFF promotion. Need I say more? OF course, grab grab grab!!!
I bought few bras (1 for 1), panties. Super satisfied :D

Total bill.

Victoria's Secret stuffs are by far the best. I love their bras, so comfortable and so soft. I feel like kissing it every time I wear it, haahhaha. Sound so pervert.

Overall, it was such a great trip, great shopping experience. Everyone is so polite, friendly and serves you so well as if you were a Queen even though you are not buying anything from them. I love it! And the best thing is I go to US at least once every year now to visit Mike's family. Guess how many shopping haul can I have? :D

I'm gonna end this entry here coz I'm running out of time. Need to have rapid packing and head down to airport.
