Remember those Revlon eye shadows that were on clearance, someone in my family liked them so I bought 2 more a few weeks ago and was stupid enough to pay for shipping as they were all oos locally.

CVS shipped them in a yellow paper bubble wrap mailer and UPS delivered an empty torn envelope. There is no plastic lining on the side where it is open to insert items, it is just paper so torn very easily. I thought CVS wont give me too much hassle and reship it or something. First these clowns asked me for pictures and I sent them promptly. Luckily the UPS driver had also proudly taken a picture of the empty envelope that he had delivered and I sent them that picture form the UPS website as well so there is zero doubt how it was delivered. Then instead of accepting any responsibility, they opened a case with UPS (it showed up under package tracking) and the case has been open for a month now without any word from anyone. Finally after 3 more calls today and forever holds, I got someone with a few working brain cells who just refunded the order and even this idiot was first reusing to refund the shipping. I made up some bs that I had already filed a complaint with customer relations about the previous agents and that she would be next and I have the whole call recorded, and somehow that made her change her tune swiftly.

I had a similar case before with a cracked open Axe bodywash shipped in a similar envelope and they reshipped it no questions asked, but then again in the same fashion and it again came leaking and even stained the carpet where it was delivered. If CVS wasnt scamming the whole country with their pharmacy business, they wont survive a single day as a retailer.

Just FYI, if you earn the free Essie crt, even thought it shows it works on lot of expensive items, its max value is $12. But there is a $3 dq this week and it can be combined with that.

I don't think that's it, either. I spend a lot OOP (by this site's standards) and I don't get good CRTs. I was off standard load for a while but I'm not even sure how to tell that anymore!

Has anyone used the coupon24 app in CVS? I just signed up for it and got a $5 off any P&G product. I’m assuming that I would not be able to pair it with a CVS Tide coupon but thought I’d see if anyone has experience with this app and whether it’s tricky to even use at CVS.

My experience is different. An old card recently started to get good personalized crts and I sent them to card on 6/13 and they expire 6/20.

You are now on the standard CRTs and not the personalized ones anymore. It happened to me too! Crazy they did it to all of us at once.

Same. My cards died :( and my CRTs are wack. I guess they don't want us buying more product. When I was receiving personalized CRTs I was buying more stuff at CVS I usually wouldn't have. At the same time, a lot less stress for me to remember and send my CRTs to my card since now they don't extend out anymore

New $3 Covergirl Eye and Face DQ pairs nice with $4 CRT. Will need to test if the $4 CRT adjust down or doesn't.
There's two nice $10 Dove FIFA DQ which I did not expect that just dropped. I keep seeing CVS is a partner with FIFA so I am guessing this an exclusive DQ for CVS. One is $10/2 Dove FIFA deodorant, other one is $10/2 Dove FIFA Body Wash. Was planning on purchasing Dove Men's Body Wash $9.59 - $2 KCL App Coupon = $7.59 and Buy 1 get $2 ECB or with this new coupon $9.59 x2 = $19.18 - $10 DQ = $9.18 Get $2 ECB.
CVS has tons of FIFA branded stuff and merch so I'm thinking the stuff will clearance out as soon as FIFA World Cup is over or there's a possibility that might put the stuff on sale with exclusive coupons now that the games have started.

I guess if you are like me and dont spend much oop, then you get cut off from good CRTs after a while. Good while they lasted, I gave away so many free CVS 3 pk toothbrushes :)

Look to see if they sent you an email on why it was locked. They locked mine temporarily recently because they said a receipt was fraudulent which it wasn’t. I asked for a review and they unlocked. I think they don’t like clearance items sometimes.

Thanks, I meant the toothbrushes, we are out of the sensitive tp...I thought the 4/2 Toothbrushes and 4/2 mouthwash were the same, I was trying to do that deal in the store, the one VP22 listed and only had 1 coupon attach.
