Well, I always forget that "$X off $X" cats like those can apply to anything, so that's what tripped me up. Turns out there was another DQ that came off that I had forgotten about, too. Thanks, VP, for straightening me out!

Wait, were you trying to use both in the same transaction or in 2 different transactions? If the same transaction and the Sun Care was also a Store RR, the store was correct. I know that the $10 Beauty RR showed on the receipt as a $10 off $10+ purchase and you can only have one of those types per transaction.

Small rant....today was the first time in ages I was stopped in my tracks by employee(s) who incorrectly invoked the coupon policy without needing to. I had my last $10 off "select beauty" cat from the beauty sale and a $5 off sun care cat. I bought two SGX NYC dry shampoo products totaling over $20, ibotta offers $2 each w/no Q restriction, and used the $10 cat on that. Also bought a Hawaiian Tropic facial sunscreen and tried to use my sun care cat...but no...got tripped up by the "limit 1 per transaction" wording on each cat. Now I don't think I'm wrong, but the cashier and her supv both said I couldn't use both. I was not in the mood to argue.

So I said WTH and just burned $20 in WC - been trying to spend it down anyway, although maybe not under these circumstances. In other news, at what point did the Cover Girl 4pks go up to over $7? What kind of savagery is this?! Even the 3pks are $6.50 now. I still might get one to get the $3/CG eye Wags only ibotta offer, but dang!!!

There are new Colgate DQs issued for this week, and if you clipped them last week and didn't use them, you have both, even though they don't show on the product page. If you go look at your clipped coupons, you will see 2 of both the $2 and $3 toothpaste coupons. Or if you add 2 of the appropriate kind to your cart, you'll see they both come off. It's just one more example of a glitch in the Walgreens system that they never choose to fix.

Aha, didn't consider that possibility. In my experience these dqs never reset. I neither loaded nor used the 4-11 dqs last week which is why they were still there Sunday.

For the Colgate, I'm thinking that they may have reset if you used them last week because mine do expire on 4/11.

Thx for the reminder. My Colgate dqs, all exp 4-11, are the same ones as last week. I write down the ones that apply to the RR deals and recheck each Sunday. I checked at the store this morning and the Crest $3 RR and Colgate $5 RR are for this week only.

I got some new Colgate DQ this morning. You would only get one $5 RR because it is the same deal.
Just a reminder, $10/$25 vitamin is online only, as usual. I wonder why they don't do it in store.

hmm that's interesting. I've submitted to catalina quite a lot after the new form and they have gone through except for a few times where I was expecting it to get rejected since the machine was working when I went.

Yes it said that further down. And I do know from other issues -- IF the store manager wants to they can add points in the store.
I was thinking I'd try and call and see if I get a sympathetic rep. Easier than going back to the store.
At least customer service should get the feedback.

Pretty vague reason--same for both:
"Promotion reqs not met. (e.g. not enough qualifying UPCs, spend requirements not met, minimum quantity not purchased etc.)"
could be anything!!
Further down in the email are many, many detailed possiblities!
It definitely was correct -- I double checked.

I had one submiited to Catalina, and they denied it.
They said to me to go back to the store, I showed the email and points were given to me by the cashier.

Try first if they can add points, and tell them you contacted Catalina

Got response Already -- Both of my Catalina requests were Denied!! (See below).
Seems there is no way to appeal. I even took picture of the offer but no way to send in.
Guess I'll return or maybe try to return and rebuy at store.

Early peek shows Wags vites/supps BOGO (select varieties) and a $10 WC/$25 dq.
Unless there are some good new Crest dqs, the buy 2 @ $5-9 get $3 RR doesn't impress. $3/2 dq applies.
The alternating $5 Crest RR is off this week on the buy 3 @ $3.50 offer.
Colgate deal repeats. Buy 2 @ $5, use 2 $2 dqs, or 2 @ $6, use 2 $3 dqs, get $5 RR either way.
I see in the ad a $5 Wags gift card on $10 in participating beauty accesories.
B2G2 12-pack Pepsi products. Nice peanuts/trail mix 2/$5, meh.

Today my Nivea Catalina didn't print -- (and Colgate yesterday) 😵‍💫
I did the Catalina support request to get it off my phone for the first time (before on my computer)--
it said receipt required but I didn't see any way to add it (and double checked), so hit submit which seemed to take.
Anyone else have this experience?

Interesting update (probably for a while, but I just noticed). Cashier used quantity on 3 Oral B, 2 Olay Body washes, and 4 bounty. Used 4 RR and my digitals came off. If you remember, using quantity sometimes caused digitals not to come off, but it seems like that has been fixed.

No, but I have used other OTC cards. Since the P&G is an OTC card, most likely it will operate the same way. Cashier just scans it when you are paying and you hit OK on the pinpad and just pay the balance.
