It has gardening-related, recreational, educational, research &amp;amp; retail activities under 1 roof in a park setting. HortPark had been on my list of places to visit since a couple of years ago. What they are thinking of is actually Changi Village where some stalls at the hawker center is famous for their food, as proclaimed by the local media.
