Infiltrator
A short, sharp shock of noise. Lovely stuff – Russ Cox
This is amazing. Full on, Kool-aid man bursting through the wall level of intensity. Fantastic single and super amped to hear what they have in the future. Favorite track: Medihaze – acaDamien
Zero fucks given, zero prisoners taken. What’s not to love? – Nic Brown
Right out of the gate, this is in your face, and brutal. These 3 tracks get harsher from one to the next, and are incredible. Favorite track: Infiltrator – henrikmodular
Filth Film
D-beat bullet train blitzing through the smouldering shitegeist landscape. Snowpiercer sans protagonist, until a reflected window glimpse reveals it is all of us at once – Ryan Wesener
US Crust / Black Metal / Industrial Punk. Agree with all the praise here & Nic Brown put it best with “murderously good”… 
The titles are very intriguing & I would love to have some lyrics please… 
This is definitely a modern take on the entire Punk genre! Recommended! Favorite track: Atrophy – bmurator
Searing, relentless blackened crusty d-beat with a noise rock influence. Lots of interesting and off-kilter ideas happening in the guitars (love the weird arpeggios), rhythm section like a runaway train, vocalist who sounds like he’s screaming to be heard, excellently raw production with a well balanced mix. why even hesitate? Favorite track: You’re Next – Gaffne Rostow
Raw as hell and constantly going off the rails. Solid rager. Favorite track: Fulcrum – Eric Lay
This is a modern black metal classic. This is pure mayhem. Congratulations, U made it. Favorite track: Burn – D3la.HOZ
Less an album, more a punishment beating. Murderously good – Nic Brown

]]>It starts with a drone that never really ends. The world storms around it. It pulls you under.
A feeling before a thought. Something passing just beyond sight. You catch it for a second and it’s gone. Like you’ve seen through something you weren’t meant to.
This one’s for the saints, salesmen, and all the clean-handed folk with answers. They hold up their cure and the bottle is empty. Once you see through it, you don’t get to unsee it.
Hand drums and the bronze of a 12 string Yamaha carry it forward, steady and unbroken. It moves slow, into a haze, then slips loose as backwards guitars bend out of shape.
A little mercy. A woman smiling and the whole rotten circus going quiet for a minute. Nothing holy, yet holy all the same.
There was something in the rye. A little rot. We ate the bread and saw angels crawling through the walls. Whole towns went strange. Now it comes through the screen and we eat it still. Different grain. Same fever.
The Bloody Feet of Atomic Beasts
We split the atom and wrapped the world in plastic. Every bright idea leaves something bleeding in the dark.
Saturn turns slow out there, older than our trouble and not much moved by it. We are small on a small rock, making noise, making love, making ruin. The sky watches without blinking. The stone goes on without us.
Thunder woke me and then went on down the road. I stayed there in the dark with the rain at the glass. Then I picked up the guitar.
I wrote this one six times and it still came out crooked. Maybe that was the point. A man looking back at his own damage and not much liking the view. Then there’s the woman who stayed.
The signs are all there if you want them. They’ve always been there. The sky darkens. The figures stir. You wait for something to break. But it never does. At least not the way you think.

]]>Nostalgia is stupid
Fair to a point, right? Except whoever said this on Bluesky was clearly confusing nostalgia for something else – a desire to escape the cold digital prison cell tech companies are increasingly placing us into. And I’m glad that kids are figuring out that faster than adults, from the sounds of it.
Yes, the same kids that aforementioned tech companies most certainly want to be obedient and submissive. Same kids we’re constantly told are getting dumber by the minute. They’re going to save us in the end.
The reasons I believe that is the clip from the commencement ceremony seen recently. In it you can clearly hear boos after the speaker mentions incoming AI revolutions. As well as cheers following a phrase that we once lived without AI. In other words the kids are alright – maybe adults that believe buying CDs/vinyl, reading books and listening to the radio are all useless fads easily replaced by AI that aren’t right in the head.
Things that we’re about to lose if things will go as planned by tech companies/billionaires – just off the top of my head
– Empathy (see Musk / Charlie Kirk / Trump)
– Introspection (see the rich eggheaded dudebro who name I won’t bother typing)
– Thinking (see nearly every big tech company)
The list goes on and on. Yet kids give me hope that not everything is lost – let them feel nostalgic for things they never had. Its their right. The alternative to them not having it, after all, is far, far worse.
