ONE:Your will is like a muscle. You must first exercise it and then push before it gets stronger. This necessarily involves short term pain but be assured that the improvements will come and will touch your character in a most positive way. When you are hungry,wait another hour before your meal. When you are laboring over a difficult task and your mind is prompting you to pick up the latest magazine for a break or to get up and go talk to a friend, curb the impulse. Soon you will be able to sit for hours in a precisely concentrated state. Sir Isaac Newton, once said: ‘if I have done the public any service, it is due to patient thought.’ Newton had a remarkable ability to sit quietly and think without Interruption for very long periods of time. If he can develop this so can you.

TWO: Do not let your mind float like a piece of paper in the wind. Work hard to keep it focused at all times. When doing a task, think of nothing else. When walking to work, count the steps that it takes to get all the way to the office. This is not easy but your mind will soon understand that you hold its reins and not vice versa. 1883 में अमेरिका में एक जॉन रैम्ब्लिंग नामक एक इंजीनियर को न्यू यार्क और लॉन्ग आईलेंड को जोड़ने वाले एक भव्य पुल को बनाने का विचार आया. इस बारे में जब दूसरे इंजीनियरों को पता चला तो उन्होंने जॉन रैम्ब्लिंग की खिल्ली उड़ाते हुए कहा कि ऐसा पुल बनाना असंभव था. उन्होंने जॉन रैम्ब्लिंग से कहा कि वह अपना विचार त्याग दे. ऐसा हो ही नहीं सकता था. किसी ने ऐसा करने का प्रयास भी कभी नहीं किया था.

जॉन रैम्ब्लिंग ने अपने मन में उस भव्य पुल की जो छवि बनाई थी उसे वह मिटाने के लिए तैयार नहीं थे. उनका ह्रदय कहता था कि ऐसा हो सकता था. कोई भी उनके विचार का महत्त्व नहीं समझ पा रहा था. किसी तरह उन्होंने अपने अड़ियल पुत्र वाशिंगटन को इस हेतु राजी कर लिया. दोनों ने मिलकर पुल बनाने की योजना पर काम शुरू कर दिया.

दोनों ने रात दिन एक करके पुल के सैंकडों नक्शे बनाए और उन सभी व्यवधानों के बारे में भी सोचा जो उनके मार्ग में आड़े आ सकती थे. अपूर्व उत्साह और लगन से एवं चुनौतिपूर्वक उन्होंने अपने दल का चुनाव किया और पुल बनाने के काम में जुट गए.

काम ठीकठाक शुरू हुआ लेकिन कुछ महीने ही गुज़रे थे कि निर्माणस्थल पर एक दुखद हादसे में जॉन रैम्ब्लिंग की मृत्यु हो गयी. वाशिंगटन भी जख्मी हो गया था और उसके मष्तिष्क को आघात पहुंचा था. अब वह चलने-फिरने और बात करने लायक नहीं रहा.

“हमने तो उन्हें पहले ही चेतावनी दे दी थी.”

“मूर्ख लोग अपने पागलपन भरे सपने को पूरा करने में लगे हैं”.

“ऐसे असंभव लक्ष्य का पीछा करना नामुमकिन है.”

और ऐसी ही अनेक बातें उनके बारे में लोग करने लगे. शायद ही कोई हो जिसने उनके हौसले की तारीफ की हो. दूसरे इंजीनियरों ने कहा कि उन्हें अब काम समेट लेना चाहिए क्योंकि जॉन रैम्ब्लिंग ही था जो पुल बनाने के बारे में कुछ जानता था.

अपनी नई-नई शारीरिक असमर्थता के बावजूद वाशिंगटन हतोत्साहित नहीं हुआ और अब वह दुगनी लगन से अपने पिता के सपने को पूरा करने की दिशा में सोचने लगा, हांलाकि पुल कैसे बनेगा उसे भी इसका पता नहीं था. उसका शरीर ध्वस्त हो चुका था लेकिन उसका दिमाग अभी भी पहले की भांति तीक्ष्ण था. उसने अपने कुछ मित्रो को सहयोग करने के लिए कहवाया लेकिन वे भी इस उद्देश्य के प्रति शंकालु थे.

अस्पताल में अपने कमरे में लेटे हुए खिड़की से आती हुई सूरज की किरणों को वह देख रहा था. कमरे के भीतर मंद-मंद आती हवा खिड़की के परदे को थिरका रही थी और उसे बाहर आसमान में एक पेड़ की शाखाएँ हवा में डोलती दिख रही थीं. इस सबने उसके मन में एक अद्भुत विचार को जन्म दिया. उसने अपनी एक उंगली हिलाने की कोशिश की और इस प्रकार उसे अपनी पत्नी से संवाद स्थापित करने का तरीका सूझ गया.

उसने अपनी पत्नी के हाथ को उंगली से छूकर उसे यह बताया की वह अपने दल से मिलना चाहता है. फिर उसने पत्नी के हाथ पर उँगलियों की थिरकन से उसे यह बताया की इंजीनियरों को क्या करना चाहिए. यह सब बहुत बेतुका प्रतीत हो रहा था लेकिन काम किसी तरह फिर से शुरू हो चुका था.

अगले 13 सालों तक वाशिंगटन अपनी पत्नी की बांह पर अपनी उँगलियों से दर्शाकर निर्देश देता रहा. अंततः पुल बन गया. आज वह भव्य ब्रुकलिन पुल (चित्र में दिखाया गया पुल )अपनी विराटता और कारीगरी से देखनेवालों को मंत्रमुग्ध कर देता है. वह हमें बताता है कि मनुष्य की अदम्य इच्छाशक्ति और लगन के सामने परिस्थितियां भी हार मान लेती हैं. साथ ही वह हमें उन जीवट वाले लोगों के बारे में भी बताता है जिन्हें दुनिया पागल समझती थी. वह उस स्त्री के अपने पति के लिए प्रेम और समर्पण की कहानी भी सुनाता है जो सालों तक अपनी बांहों पर अपने विकलांग पति के संदेशों को उसकी उंगली की थिरकन से समझ-समझ कर इंजीनियरों को बताती रही कि उन्हें क्या करना है

इच्छा-शक्ति वैचारिक बल है। सोचना, तर्क-सम्मति करना, योजना बनाना, कार्य-योजना बनाना - यह सब इच्छा-शक्ति का प्रकाशन है। इच्छा-शक्ति के बल पर ही मानव ने निराकार को साकार करने के सारे काम किये। इच्छा-शक्ति के बल पर ही आदमी चाँद पर पहुँचा, सभी सामान्य-आकांक्षा और महत्त्व-आकांक्षा सम्बन्धी वस्तुएं प्राप्त की है |

Learning to place that mental image of that goal that you want to achieve or that desire in your heart will help you focus your efforts and energy towards achieving it.
3. Learn to be positive in life. One good tip to achieve success in life is to learn to be a positive thinker. Positive thoughts can lead you to do positive actions and will also help you believe in yourself and that you can achieve success in life. Being positive also gives you the motivation to reach for your dreams and to not to easily give up.
4. Seize every opportunity. Success never comes close if you take no action on your goals and your dreams. My dear friends, Just try imagine into your mind, When one fellow indian 'Mr.X' of our country is talking about tweeting/blogging/social networking etc. The other fellow indian 'Mr.Y' does not even know what a computer is.
The irony of the situation is 'Y' form about 93% of our country's population. If you visit any developed country - they talk about more than 60-70% computer literacy in their countries. With understanding of computers comes understanding of internet along with which comes speed of communication, which ultimately brings along speed in business and hence a quick progressing economy.Our 70% of population resides into rural area and there is not solid mechanism to get them proper IT literate.

A meeting was held on 28th April 2011 at Jain dharmshala situated at ara town where some college students and teachers participated in the meeting.
Pawan Kumar Singh JITS, Managing director told them about importance of computer and internet and benefits of being IT educated.
He also stated that in today's competitive world of computer education, where the growth of IT centers have almost mushroomed in any city, education has now become a business with stress on commercialization rather than the standard of what is being taught.
In order to gain the market, companies lure students by offering them cheap course, in the name of volume or corporate or special promotional discounts. What they do not tell is that the lesser price they pay invariably leads to, lesser of the subject taught to them.

चाहे मुंबई में गणपति विसर्जन हो या जंतर-मंतर पर मजदूर यूनियन का धरना-प्रदशर्न या फिर कोलकाता में भूख हड़ताल का मामला, भारत में लोगों का सड़कों पर उतरना कोई नया नहीं है। जहां अधिकतर शहर र्वल्ड क्लास सिटी में तब्दील हो रहा है वहीं आन्दोलन या प्रदर्शन के लिए जगह भी खत्म होती जा रही है। खासकर उच्च वर्ग के लोग तो शायद ही सड़क पर आते हैं। जगह कम होने का कारण सिर्फ युवा आबादी का अधिकांश समय साइबर स्पेस में रहना नहीं है। बल्कि इसका योगदान शिफ्ट कर गया है। मिस्र और टय़ूनीशिया में ऐतिहासिक बदलाव डिजिटल स्पेस की नई कहानी कह रहा है, जिस विरोध को न तो पूरी तरह कभी भी बदला जा सकता है और न ही खत्म किया जा सकता है।

जब टय़ूनीशिया में एक 26 वर्षीय स्नातक की आमदनी का जरिया खत्म हो गया क्योंकि पुलिस ने उसके फलों और सब्जियों के ठेले पर कब्जा कर लिया था। तो वह आग के नजदीक बैठ कर इंटरनेट के माध्यम से पूरे देश के लोगों के सामने अपना विरोध रखा। लोग सड़कों पर उतर आए और आखिर तब तक विरोध करते रहे जब तक कि राष्ट्रपति जियान अल आबिदीन बेन अली देश छोड़कर भाग नहीं गए। टय़ूनीशिया का एक नागरिक अपने ट्विटर पर लिखता भी है कि इंटरनेट के बिना संभव था कि हमारा चुपचाप कत्लेआम कर दिया जाता और किसी को मालूम भी नहीं होता। पांच साल पहले इस तरह सत्ता परिवर्तन की कल्पना भी नहीं की जा सकती थी क्योंकि फेसबुक और ट्विटर के न होने पर इस संघर्ष पर लगाम कस दी जाती और दुनिया को पता भी नहीं चलता। मिस्र में भी यही हुआ। टेक्नालॉजी ने दुनिया के सामने संघर्ष की तस्वीर सामने रखी और काफी कम समय में अधिकतर लोगों के पास जानकारी पहुंचने लगी। तहरीर चौक पर किस तरह भीड़ उमड़ पड़ी, इसे दुनिया के लोगों ने देखा और जाना। भारत का राजनीतिक परिदृश्य काफी अलग है। तकनीक लोगों को खुलापन, रास्ता और पारदर्शिता का नया रूप देता है।

शुरु आत से ही भारत के लोग काफी वेब सेवी रहे हैं और काफी कुछ करते भी रहे हैं। मसलन, पिंक चड्डी कंपेन, नए तरह से विरोध का मसला था और इसके जरिए देखा जा सकता है कि कैसे इंटरनेट से जुड़े लोग किसी चीज को सामने लाते हैं और विरोध प्रदशर्न करते है। अब तो लोग इंटरनेट के साथ ही बड़े हो रहे हैं। बत्ती गुल, जस्टिस फॉर जेसिका, जस्टिस फॉर विनायक सेन, 2008 में मुंबई हमले के बाद गेटवे ऑफ इंडिया रैली इनमें खास रहे हैं। और तो और हाल ही में ‘आई एम अरु णाचल, ड्रीम ऑन चाइना’ मामला सभी को याद ही होगा, जो सोशल मीडिया के जरिए विरोध के नया आयाम गढ़ता नजर आया। आज के दौर में ये डिजिटल माध्यम लोगों को एकजुट करने का माध्यम बन गए हैं, जिसके जरिए लोग अपनी बात रखते हैं, बहस करते हैं। कोई भी आंदोलन अब इसकी पहुंच के बिना संभव नहीं है। इसके जरिए हम भले ही भौतिक रूप से एक जगह नहीं हो पाते हैं लेकिन एक जोरदार बहस जरूर करते हैं।

‘फाइट बैक’, जिसने ऑन लाइन जेंडर इक्वेलिटी कैंपेन 2008 में लांच किया था और अब इस फेसबुक ग्रुप में 4000 सदस्य हैं। इस ग्रुप के संस्थापक जुबिन ड्राइवर कहते हैं कि अभी भारत में डिजिटल असर होना बाकी है। उनका कहना है कि भारत में अभी करीब 700 मिलियन लोगों के पास मोबाइल है और जिस दिन इन मोबाइलों के जरिए लोग इंटरनेट का प्रयोग करने लगेंगे, उस दिन दुनिया वर्ग, जाति और भौगोलिक सीमाओं को तोड़कर सामने होगी। हालांकि साइबर विश्लेषकों का कहना है कि सोशल नेटवर्किंग की दुनिया में भले ही अंग्रेजी भाषी लोगों का वर्चस्व हो लेकिन फेसबुक, ट्विटर आदि ऑनलाइन माध्यम लोगों के संघर्ष में शामिल हो रही है, लोगों को सड़कों पर उतरने के लिए विवश कर रही है। बहरहाल, इंटरनेट की दुनिया के साथ-साथ वायरलेस सोशल नेटवर्क गहरे तौर पर समाज में स्थान बना रहा है और संघर्ष या आंदोलन की नई जमीन तैयार कर रहा है। जहां बातें सहज खत्म नहीं होती बल्कि संघर्ष में भाग लेने वाले लोग काफी संभावनाओं के साथ अपने आइडिया और विश्वास को दूसरे लोगों या समुदायों या स्पेश में रखते हैं।

सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी में भारत की प्रभावशाली सफलता के पीछे भारतीय युवकों के एक बहुत छोटे हिस्से का योगदान है। ये वे युवक हैं जो अंग्रेजी माध्यम से शिक्षा प्राप्त हैं, आर्थिक दृष्टि से अपेक्षाकृत बेहतर परिवारों से आते हैं और मझौले या बड़े शहरों में रहते हैं। उनसे कई गुना अधिक युवक आज भी सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी के मायालोक से अछूते हैं और इस उद्योग के विकास में कोई भूमिका निभाने की स्थिति में नहीं हैं।

भोजपुर जिले से जीट्स का आई० टी० साक्षरता अभियान शुरू

जीट्स द्वारा चलाये जा रहे आई० जागृति कार्यक्रम के तहत इसके प्री-लौंच के प्रथम सप्ताह में ही बिहार के कई जिलों में सदस्यता अभियान शुरू हुई और कंपनी को आपार सफलता मिली.
