Staub ceramic cookware has a glass porcelain finish with beautiful colors on the outside. With an oven to tabletop quality, presentation earns high marks. Staub ceramic cookware is much lighter than their cast iron cookware. While the selection of products is growing, the rectangular bakers dishes and pie dishes are popular.

My Take on Staub Ceramic Cookware

Unfortunately Staub ceramic cookware is not of the same quality as their fantastic cast iron products. Perhaps this will change in time, but for now, I would suggest Emile Henry or Le Creuset clay and stoneware products. It’s not to say that they are bad, it’s just that there are better alternatives for stoneware or clay.

My Take on Staub Cast Iron Cookware

Staub is in the same class as Le Creuset cast iron cookware. With innovations not found on Le Creuset, Staub presents a unique opportunity to have something really special. The piece I have and use is beautiful and I love the way the self-basting spikes makes food even more moist and juicy. Staub cast iron cookware is a worthy investment.
