Try Marvarine’s beer mojito at home

Ingredients

7 fresh mint leaves
2 wedges of fresh lime
100ml cool golden ale (under 5%)
50ml (double measure) strong white rum
25ml sugar syrup
Crushed ice

Method

1. Put 6 of the mint leaves into a glass.
2. Cut up the wedges of fresh lime, throw them into the glass and muddle.
3. Pour in the cool golden ale.
4. Add the strong white rum and sugar syrup and mix.
5. Top off with crushed ice.
6. Garnish with that last mint leaf!
