Meaning, if a client doesn’t come back, I’ve only lost $60 in potential income.  This type thinking, in fact, can cost you thousands of dollars.  I worked with a consultant one time who led the guest experience for the Ritz Carlton. Just yesterday, I received a massage and found that as I lay prone ready to relax, the cradle cushion was moving. Trying to adjust it, the Velcro strip was completely missing and I spent the rest of the session moving the padding every few minutes.
