Sarah Jessica Parker was spotted out and about in NYC this afternoon.  The actress took a stroll and then caught a cab back home.  She then took headed back out with her daughters.

In other news, it was announced today that AnnaSophia Robb was cast to play young Carrie Bradshaw in ‘The Carrie Diaries’. The CW picked up the pilot, which is based on the book series by Candace Bushnell.  The storyline will focus on Carrie as a high-schooler, following the death of her mother, as she’s being raised by her father in Connecticut.

I hope it’s hit a for them.  Will you watch this? I was a HUGE ‘Sex and the City‘ fan, but I’m not sure I want to know “teenage” Carrie.  It all seems a little odd (for me, anyway).

Rachel Zoe’s son Skyler is one happy little fellow!  Rachel was seen with her smiley guys this afternoon as they headed for a lunch date in West Hollywood.

The celebrity stylist was sporting a pair of torn jeans, a fur jacket and sunglasses.  Skyler was stylin’ in a black sweater cardigan and gray knit cap.

Snooki and J-Woww started filming their new ‘Jersey Shore‘ spin-off show today in Jersey City.  The reality starlets were photographed doing some shopping for home furnishings together.

I wonder if their spin-off will bring in as big of an audience as ‘Jersey Shore’.  Jenni and Snooki are two of the most popular on the show, so it might do very well.

Johnny Depp tried to make a quiet exit from an apartment building in Tribeca this afternoon.  Tried.  The actor was bombarded by photographers and fans wanting autographs.

Johnny’s new vampire flick ‘Dark Shadows‘ is set for release in May and he is about to begin filming for ‘The Lone Ranger‘.

I just realized that we STILL haven’t seen Johnny and Vanessa Paradis out together since the stories of their rumored split began swirling a few months ago.

Zooey Deschanel is seen shooting scenes for her hit show ‘The New Girl’ in L.A.  Zooey’s co-stars Max Greenfield and Hannah Simone were also spotted filming together.

I’m loving some of the color combos for spring! The blues, purples, pinks and oranges and all of the color blocking!  Fun stuff!

Are you watching ‘The New Girl’?  Is it good or just okay? I’ve heard it got better/funnier as the episodes went on.

After four children together, David Beckham says he and wife Victoria are not quite done with babies! Talking to British host Jonathan Ross, David shared that even though he already has sons Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, 9, Cruz, 6, and seven-month-old daughter Harper, they are “always” thinking about expanding their family.

“We might have one more or two more, you never know. We’re not thinking about it yet, but if it happens, great. We’re enjoying the kids as it is. It’s always a thought.”

David also shared that he’s a pro at changing diapers:

“I must say that I just love being a dad again. I am great at changing nappies.”

They’re going to be neck and neck with Brangelina if they go for two more!

‘Dancing with the Stars‘ co-host Brooke Burke-Charvet opens up to Vegas Magazine for the March issue.  The mom of four talks about her love for Vegas and how she balances motherhood and work.

Brooke on her love for Vegas and why she keeps coming back:

“It’s such an easy, great trip.  I used to gamble a lot here when I was younger. But now there is so much great dining. We don’t have great clubs in LA, and we like to dance. So when we do want to get out and get a little crazy, Vegas is the place to do that. It’s hard to do that at home.”

She reveals her admiration for former dance partner and cast member of DWTS Derek Hough:

“Derek and I have so much history, and he’s like family,” she says. “But aside from that, he is the most brilliant choreographer ever. He has this way of making his partners look amazing. I have a lot of compassion for everyone going through it because I did, but even more so for his partners, because I know how tough he is and how hard he works. He’ll always be my personal favorite, for sure. That’s not the politically correct answer, but that’s the truth!”

On balancing being a full-time host and a busy mommy of 4:

“I write out weekly calendars for everyone to refer to,” she says. “If I don’t write something down, somebody gets left behind. It requires a lot of organization, but I want everyone to have a full life, and I don’t want my kids to have to sacrifice when I have obligations that I have to attend to away from home. It’s a juggle, somewhere in that zone between complete chaos and balance.”

Brooke reflects on her wedding day to David this past August:

“My daughter Rain wanted me to be a Charvet.  David planned everything, believe it or not. I was the bride who just had to show up with my beautiful dress. He is very detail-oriented, and very romantic-pretty darn magical. Everyone asks if it has changed anything, and even though we were completely committed to each other before, in a strange way it is a little bit more complete.”

Actress Uma Thurman confirmed that she and beau Arpad Busson are expecting their first child together, her third.  The two began dating in 2007, but split for a short bit before reuniting in 2009.

Uma, 41, is already mom to Maya, 13, and Levon, 10, with ex-husband Ethan Hawke.  Arpad has two sons with model Elle Macpherson, Arpad Flynn and Aurelius Cy.

Congrats to Uma and Arpad! No word on her approximate due date!

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s mom Jane spent some quality time together this afternoon. Angelina, Jane and twins Knox and Vivienne headed out bright and early to do some shopping in Beverly Hills.  How sweet are they?? So cute!

Wouldn’t you think they would’ve slept in this morning??!!  I would have!  I’m sure they got home REALLY late – and Brad’s parents were along at the Oscars, too. I would’ve stayed in bed and sent the men out for donuts and coffee!
