DeSmogBlog is giddy with delight at finding a ‘secret’ Heartland Institute document that ‘exposes’ donations to various climate skeptic scientists, blogs or writers:

funding for high-profile individuals who regularly and publicly counter the alarmist AGW message. At the moment, this funding goes primarily to Craig Idso ($11,600 per month), Fred Singer ($5,000 per month, plus expenses), Robert Carter ($1,667 per month), and a number of other individuals, but we will consider expanding it, if funding can be found.”

The DeSmog crew drool over the revelation that the Koch Brothers funded Heartland to the tune of $200,000 in 2011. Every good alarmist knows the Koch Brothers are hippie kryptonite, which is why finding their fingerprints in the climate ‘denial machine’ makes them so happy.

But they shouldn’t be.

What the Heartland documents show is how badly warmists have been beaten by those with a fraction of the resources they’ve enjoyed.

Al Gore spent $300 million advertising the global warming hoax. Greenpeace, the WWF, the Sierra Club, The Natural Resources Defense Council, NASA, NOAA, the UN and nation states have collectively poured billions into climate research, alternative energies and propaganda, supported along the way by most of the broadcast and print media.

Yet they’ve been thwarted by a few honest scientists, a number of blogs and a small pile of cash from Heartland.

Enbridge VS Hippie Pipedreams

Are you buying into all the hype from the hippies who are railing against the Enbridge pipeline initiative? Let's cut through the Green Pollution that is once again clouding the facts about an environmental issue.

A survey by leading polling firm Ipsos Reid done on behalf of Enbridge found support for the Enbridge Northern Gateway project at 48% while those opposed at 32%.

“Clearly such statements by environmental activists that there is overwhelming opposition in B.C. to Northern Gateway are inaccurate,” said Paul Stanway, Manager of Communications for Northern Gateway.

“Judging by this poll, the people of B.C. are far more open-minded on Northern Gateway than the activists would give them credit for.”

Of the 48% in support, 14% indicated they “strongly” support Northern Gateway. Of the 32% who oppose, 13% said they are “strongly” opposed. Two-in-10 are undecided about the project.

“Project support leads opposition in all regions, among both genders and among all age groups,” Ipsos Reid stated in a news release.

And, just like the ongoing (but rapidly dying) climate change hoax, one only has to follow the money to find out where the REAL opposition to the pipeline is coming from, and how it has turned the pothead activists and enviro-religious sheep into volunteer campaigners to make rich foreigners even richer. With all the breaking news about Anonymous lately, I felt like posting an awesome video of a statement by them a few months ago. I absolutely agree with every single thing said in this video, and I have always practiced what is preached here. No matter what some regulations state, the cops are NOT above the law.

"Exemptions" are wholly invalid and the only thing that matters is how the public perceive our men and women in uniform. It is their duty to serve and protect us and not pretend they're somehow immune from all our laws. Enjoy, and make sure you always have a camera on you.

Today, Christmas Eve, my precious four-legged companion took his last breath while in my arms. I held him all last night and tried to make him comfortable, and in return he tried to purr, but in the end the pain was just too much for him. His kidneys shut down, he couldn't eat, and he couldn't fall asleep because no matter what position he attempted to lay down in, it hurt too much. At least now his pain is gone. I've lost a child today and will always remember his amazing soul and endless affection.

I rescued him as a kitten from the SPCA over a decade ago and can't imagine what life will be like without him around. Taking him home was the best decision I ever made and he will be sorely missed.

This is a Christmas I'll never forget. RIP Bandit. ♥ ♥ :(

Why did I vote conservative? Because Harper has balls to stand up for the truth and his principles. The majority know that the climate scam is just that. And he isn't afraid to say it, even if stoned greenies yell and scream at him. Here's what he said a few years ago:

And the big news today may have caused David Suzuki's clan to commit suicide. Canada is officially pulling out of the doomed Kyoto Protocol. And it's about bloody time. Now we just have to get the BC Carbon scam tax removed.

Facts are facts. And the few hippies that are still left standing have just been dealt a huge blow to their mythical climate change "cause". Ha! The climate ship is sinking rapidly and what a great day it is to be a proud Canadian!! And while the usual suspects are blasting Canada (IE: Greenpeace, the Green Party, carbon traders, solar panel stockholders, the lefty CBC, etc etc), there's also a lot of praise for our country right now.

Canadians will realize $14 billion in savings in not having to buy carbon credits to offset unicorn farts…. or did I get that backwards? Like all of the Global Warming Hoax initiatives, Kyoto was just another scam to redistribute Western wealth. Hopefully, more countries will follow Canada’s example and pull the plug on Kyoto. (link)

All I can say is.....HAHAHAHAHAHA ohhhh man, was I ever way ahead of the pack on this one. The entire green crusade has all but vanished, the vast majority of the public now think (correctly) that the Al Gore's and David Suzuki's of the world are fraudsters, and that exhaling and driving to work is NOT destroying the planet and clearly never has been.
