What is unemployment?

In simple words unemployment is a situation when a person who is actively searching for employment is unable to find work. This is some think which is commonly known as Berozgari in India.

What are the real causes of unemployment in India?

Overpopulation

Overpopulation is something which is also responsible for several other problems including poverty etc and overpopulation highly affects the employment as for every think in India the seats are full their is no need of more people hence over overpopulation is a very big cause of unemployment.

Huge amount of labor force- The labor forces of every field are present at a very large amount even a huge amount of Indian labor from various fields including construction , software development etc is working outside the country then also the labor force is more then enough this is highly responsible for the low wadges to labors.

improper higher education

The government, overpopulation etc are not only responsible for the unemployment many of the engineers from India are only so called engineers as from thousand of engineering colleges hardly Hundred colleges are providing a proper education and have proper standards for teaching engineering and rest all are nothing more then dustbins. The good colleges are generating real engineers but if we look on the other side their is a very huge amount of colleges where their is no proper education and no proper study environment. So how can we dream that the students doing engineering from such colleges will get a good job.

Illiteracy

As every one knows that the illiteracy is a very big problem for India as a huge amount of people are even illiterate today also. so the people are getting works only on the construction sites etc and that too on very low wadges.

I am student from India on the stage of passing out the school and starting a new mode of life i.e.. getting into the college. But as we know that it is not easy to get an admission in a good college in India competition is on the peak in every field and students are fighting and working hard for achieving their goals.
What I as a student had noticed in the entrance system of the Indian colleges is the mode of selection and amount of the application forms that the colleges are charging and for what. The first thing to notice is that none of the college(expect some) while taking the entrance test or giving admission to the students don't charge less then Rs.1000 and many of them are even charging the amount of RS.2000 approximately.

What are advantages and disadvantages of such practices?

I had thaught a lot about this thing and only get a single answer that it is nothing more then a big burden on the pockets of parents. don't think it in this way that when someone can pay RS.1,00,000/year for the tuition fee then what is RS.1000 think this in a way that a student who had prepared a lot for entrance in a good college and now the time has came when the form should be filled now a good/average student will fill the form of approximately 5-10 colleges and many of students even fill the forms of more then 15-20 colleges because its not good to take risk with carrier. now if we take average cost of application form to be RS.1,500 then for an average student's parent this is a burden of RS.15,000(1,500X10=15,000) and we all know that Rs.15,000 is not a small amount of money in India.

Now you would had got what I want to tell to you people.

Many colleges even don't conduct their own entrance examination

I had gone through some of the colleges who are also charging RS.1,000+ and even not conducting their own exams they are taking students on the basis of AIEEE (All India engineering entrance exam) and regional Pre engineering tests. Now what are they doing with this money the answer is using for their own interests as they have nothing to do with students.

Some colleges are really doing well and they dis-serve the money they are charging.

Some colleges such as BITS ,IIT's , AIEEE disserves the money they are charging for the application forms as they are conducting the proper tests and the best one from these three is AIEEE as it is the cheapest paper for engineering entrance and is valid all over India.

I am not saying that all the colleges are looting student's money but this is a bitter reality that many of these colleges are doing what I had mentioned.

I had mentioned only the examples of engineering clleges please don't mind it this was because I am an engineering student.

We are only polluting our country INDIA

We people think that our country is do dirty , so polluted etc etc.. but before saying this we ever think that why is our country in such a disgusting condition.

Why are streets filled with plastic bags and various other pollutants ?
The answer is "We" We only throw the rappers of uncle chips and lays on roads we only throw disposals on the road instead of throwing them in dustbin.

This pollution is our result only

And when someone says that your country is so dirty we just say that our government is doing nothing in keeping our country clean friends this is not an asquse our country is our Home and this is our duty to keep it clean not someone Else's duty.

eg. Many people in our building are not happy in paying just approximately Rs.20-40 to the sweeper for cleaning the stairs and removing the dirt from building actually the problem is that cleanliness is not our priority we don't require cleanliness. If e just start throwing rappers of candies , chips etc in dustbin instead of roads 50% of our country will become clean automatically.And when many people are asked that why are you throwing this waste on road then they start saying that where is the "DUST BIN"? the answer is that the dustbin is not a thing which travells with you you can hold a rapper for 2-3 minutes in your hands if you don't find a dustbin and now a days even on every shop their are dustbins.

हमारे महान देश भारत मैं चुनाव के दिन और चुनाव के बाद वाले दिनों मैं बहुत ज्यादा फरक होता है
चुनाव वाले दिन कोई तो कहेता हैं की मेरे पास वोट डालने के लिए टाइम नहीं हैं तो कोई कहेता हैं कि अरे भाई हम तो अपनी जाती के उम्मीद्द्वार को ही वोट देंगे और किसि को एक दिन के लिए जन्नत नसीब हो जाती है क्यों कि उसका तो मानना होता हैं कि "पैसा दो वोट लो" ," पवुआ चडाओ वोट ले जाओ"

और चुनाव के दुसरे दिन लोगों का रवय्या बहुत बदला बदला होता है उदहारण के तौर पर-
सारे नेता चोर हैं , बिजली नहीं आ रही , पानी नहीं आ रहा , महेंगाई बहुत बड गयी हैं , पडोसी के घर मैं अपहरण हो गया अथवा

ऐसा इसलिए होता हैं क्योंकि हम लोग ही होते हैं जो अपने मत को बेच देते हैं और फिर दूसरी सरकार आने का इंतज़ार करते हैं हमें अपने मत को बेचना नहीं चाहिए हमें यह सोचना चाहिए कि अगर हम किसि गलत नेता को एक दिन के आराम के लिए अपने ऊपर पांच साल के लिए राज करने देते हैं तो हमारे साथ जो हो रहा हैं उसके जिम्मेदार हम खुद हैं

Friends this article on my blog is for the purpose of throwing light on education system in our country and the dominating subject in this field is "Science".

The students who are genius till the class X and have a dream to become an engineer or a doctor don't opt Science not because they are afraid of failure but because the cost of science tutions are very high every one can't pay it. There are lakhs of coaching institutes and tutorials in India and even after having thousands of students in their institutes then also charge very high fee some of them are charging Rs.1,00,000 per head.

Many of them are charging the fee for preparation of a collage entrance (Eg.IIT's & NIT's etc.) then the collage is charging. Now what is this going on friends.

Now a days quality education had become more expensive then gold or something else.

Teachers are now only teachers now a days as they only teach for money such teachers can't become "Guru" someone who is really attached to the students.

We should learn some thing from Arabian countries who provide quality education to all age group people at no cost.

Friends education in not a business so stop selling it.

Reliance broadband the whorst broadband connection I had ever used

Reliance group which is one of the biggest enterprise in India is a very big multinational company and having command on a very huge amount of services available in market such as reliance fresh, Reliance communication etc. Now today hear we would talk about the reliance broadband let me share my experience with you people.

My condition after using Reliance broadband

As all of us know that the internet is spreading at a very good speed in India and day by day the number of internet users are increasing and their is a very hard competition in the ISP's in India which generally include BSNL , Airtel and Reliance. I had use three of them and the best I like was Airtel it was a bit costly but worked awesome and as far as I remember my Airtel broadband connection as never down and the costumer care was also very good. When it comes to BSNL it was quite OK but the server was down atleast ones in a month but worked quite well and was reasonable but when it comes to Reliance Broadband man what was this i had never used such an internet connection in my whole life it is cheap but of no use really they attract their costumers with their unlimited plans but believe me you will be feeling very angry when you will face that the broadband connection is not working for several hours a day.

Some reasons which make Reliance Broadband worst broadband connection.

No access to WiFi when you use Reliance Broadband

You can't use WiFi on a Reliance broadband connection as it officially don't supports it and even if you know about computers and you bring a WiFi router and you think that it will work then you are fooling yourself as when you will make the WiFi connection and you will complete the networking the connection will start working but then you will see that your mobile phone , laptop etc will again and again stop browsing means if you are opening a new webpage it may open or may not open.

Really works very bad

I had applied for the connection 10-15 days ago and I had got the broadband connection at my home after 2-3 days I was really happy that new broadband connection is coming to my home but my happiness was just for a moment.
The lineman from Reliance broadband company had come to my home and started the connection and after showing me that the connection had started he had leaved my home not even and hour had passed and the connection stopped working I thaught that it would be a minor mistake I ignored then next day the connection was working for sometime and it again stopped working then I called to costumer care then they said me that their server is down I said its OK it happens some time. then from the first day approximately 15 days would have not been a single day when I had not faced the problem.

Don't log in and log out

If sometime my connection starts then also I have to face many problems even after entering User Id and password and pressing Log In I can' run internet as even after clicking Log In button the reliance homepage asking for User Id and password appears.

My personal opinion and experience with reliance Broadband is really very bad it is not at all recommended they are just making fool to people after showing their very cheap and unlimited plans. Try to understand that if their will no internet then how would be able to use your unlimited data plan.

Dreams that never fulfill

Is viewing dreams only the right of rich people in India, Why do a poor in India needs to thought several times before viewing a dream as their is no surety that their dreams will be full filled.

Many poor families in India don't allow their children to view dreams as they will come in a problem if their children will start asking them for expensive things and if they will not in a condition to but that particular thing then they will make their children sad.

The children in poor families are the partners of survival for their parents as if they STOP earning then the life of whole family will come into the problem if any of them is not in a condition to work then he is left alone at home with no medical facility as they can't afford them.

As you can see in the above pic that a boy who is a rag picker is having dreams in his eyes of wearing proper clothes and he needs freedom from his old and toned clothes but these things he even can't imagine as when he even comes near to the clothes the shopkeeper behaves him like that he is an animal they use to abuse him and say him to go away from the shop as they think that by standing only his is putting the reputation of the shop down.

Dear terrorists,Naksalies, Thieves,Robbers we are already having infinite number of problems in our country we are already suffered from the corruption, poverty etc.Our country is already eaten up by the corrupted governments , leaders and etc.. and we can't bear more. Actually one corrupted Leader of same country is more dangerous then 100 terrorists of a different country and rather then Bribe we are already crushed by the Poverty we are not that much rich that we can bear huge loss of property and resources which you people use to destroy for making a building which you destroy via bombs we need to pay money for that which we are not having at enough amount. and last but not the least the cost of life of an Indian citizen is more then any thing else the one who goes office for earning to feed his family is a super Hero of his family and whole of his family is dependent on him and you people use to kill him.

You people are harming our country but then also our government does nothing for you people as they are corrupted so I would request you to please Stop giving pain to our country I know that our government will do nothing else except giving lectures to media so I need to tell you this message directly.

This is hard to believe that but this is the only reality of the Independent and corrupted India. A dog of common citizen of India or a dog of a royal citizen of India is living a far better standard life then a labor of India I don't know that why is labor work considered the work done by the once who are illiterates and who don't have any work to do. Friends if their would be no labors then their will be no India existing as the labors are the only one who are constructing our houses, bridges, apartments etc.

Government job

Every educated person in India is having a dream of getting a government job but why every one in India hates the government services I mean to say that why no one prefers government hospital rather then a private hospital, why no one is interested in the government telecom services and why no one is interested in visiting any government office for doing any sort of work.

The answer is the lazy workers who had become lazy due to the high revenue which they are getting without any sort of work. this is the only reason that why every one prefers a government job in our country as a men with government job will get a pension after retirement , he will not have to do any sort of work and the last but not the least thing is their is no fear of loosing the job that is the only reason that the government officers had become so much lazy.

There is no one to keep an eye on them that is the only reason that the government services in our country are so drastic in India and now I am going to list some activities which are very common in the Indian government sectors of India.

Government teacher goes to government school for taking attendance.
Politicians are always busy in making policies by which they can take away the money of common people to their pockets.
High post officer goes for taking rest at his office.
Low post officer goes for buttering a high post officer for getting promotion.
Costumer care representatives are there for gossiping with each other.
Engineers are their for doing their experiments.
Some doctors for filling their pockets with commission with the medicines.(Don't want to heart the feelings of any true doctor.)
Peon for his duty as he is the only one who perform his duty well.

Indian government had got a new technique of sorting their problems which they are facing as the corrupted Indians. Now a days as there are many big international Indian scams or something else which may include a big scam done by a big personality of India , Scandal made by any big personality of India etc. this list is very big.

As we all know that the government is always included in all the scams directly or indirectly so this will be a partiality with the Indian government if we not blame them hear.For hiding their faces after they are caught red handed with media or something else the method they are using for Rescuing them are very unique as their are many problems in India they use to do is they divert the media in something else Eg.suppose their is a scam in India in which government is involved so the government try to do is they hike the prices of the daily goods so that the media which is behind them like a "cat behind a rat" STOP following them and start focusing on the other problems. These practices are not fair and then also our country government do such type of practices.

Why do we pay Income tax?

answer that we think is for the betterment and development of the country.

But as far as I think reality is totally different it is used for paying the income and salaries of the national leaders. as this is the common observation in India that the man of becomes a leader starts living a luxurious life as he get a good amount of income every month, no expenditure they get every thing free, no money required for the medical treatment so the money they spend if on living a luxurious life on the hard work of a common man. and on the outher hand the common men who pays the tax had to live a poor life as he have to think several times while in vesting the money in any think.

and as far as I think that this is the only reason for the poverty in India even if the 5% salary of a national leader is deducted and the money left is invested in the country then only a common man will recover from the problem of poverty.

यह दुखभरी वारदात हरियाणा के पानीपत इलाके कि है जहां 4 दबंगों ने एक दलित की जुबान काट दी और इतना मारा कि अब वे चल नहीं पाते हैं उनका एक पैर बेकार हो गया है
दब्बंगों ने इस दलित की जमीन पर कब्ज़ा कर लिया और जब उसने विरोध किया तो उसकी जुबान काट दी

The one who do hard work in India gets nothing in return and one who are sitting in the Air conditioning offices who have nothing to go gets a very huge amount of returns for their work.

How Hard working is this labor women

See how this lady is dedicated towards her work she is having a new born baby and he is still doing the labor work. This shows the ease in her of doing work but the problem is despite of doing this much hard work labors are not paid enough in the independent India.

I want to know that why is a labor considered nothing in the Independent India as the amount that they are paid for the labor work are horrible in some constructions the labors are even paid just Rs.50 for a single day and no proper food is given to them by the contractors and they are not even provided the proper conditions for living they are told to sleep in the reconstructed houses and even on roads in some cases by the contractors.

And even in some construction projects I have even found that the many contractors are even using children from poor families as the labors as the children are not knowing about the rates what they should get paid and they are taken for work at a very cheap rate.

They are even taken for the labor work and after the work is done they are even not paid and send empty hand at their home.

In India one of the main problem is the one who are at a good post is earning a very huge amount of profit and the one who are at lower post generally suffer due to the one who are at upper post then them and even not paid for what they deserve.

Engineers have to do nothing in our country the thing they are doing is sitting at home and enjoying their life and they are just paid for that a very huge amount of salary and the one who are making true the dreams of Engineers are not paid even that much that they can get a proper diet for their family.

India which was from one of the most great nations in the world is now one of the poorest nations of the world this is the reality and we would have to accept it.We are living a very low standard of living. We see the best buildings of our country and we say that we had made a very good progress and what about the people who had spend their whole life in slums and chawls.

We think that our country is best country in the world but we don't think that countrymen makes a country but not country makes countrymen we use to blame other people for the condition of the independent India today but we don't think that we are only responsible for the today's situation of the country. many people of India only say that the streets of India are very dirty but that of America, Europe etc are very clean but they don't think before speaking these words they don't think that who is making the streets dirty the answer is they themselves only do it. We don't think that we are polluting our country when we throw a rapper of chocolate on a road instead of a dustbin.

we use to always say that our government is corrupted but why don't we see in ourselves we are the only one who are paying a bribe to the traffic police when he STOPs our vehicles. We are the only people who what that our name should be called first when we are sitting in a long queue for any sort of work and for doing that we are the only one who pay bribe.

We people are the only insurance of our country if we are only corrupted then how can we expect that the people around us are not corrupted.If we want a corruption free India the thing we have to do first is we have to make our-self free from corruption.

The majority of adolescent are not aware of proper sex-education and proper surroundings they only know is a general difference in between male and female which is not enough at all and this is not a positive thing as far as I know many of the students who study in 12th class and even in collages don't know that what is a difference between a Condom and a Fiefdom and I have noticed that many of them had even not heard the name of Fiefdom or a Female condom before and many of them even don't know that their is something like female condoms.This thing is Ok till school level but not even in collages.

and the other thing is that even the students of 10th class don't know that how proper reproduction takes place many of them have developed several sort of myths which are quite unbelievable some of them are as follows:-

If the drop of sperm falls on a girl or touch any part of her skin then she will become pregnant.
If a girl want to become pregnant then she have to eat the semen of her partner.
If you do sex will 2 or more girls without wearing a condom then you will have AIDS.(unsafe sex can cause AIDS but their concept was a bit different.)
Many of students don't know about Menstruation cycle properly.

and their are several myths which are developed in the adolescents.

Reasons for lack in proper sexual education in India

I think the major reason for improper sex education in Indian adolescents and youngsters is that they don't have someone from whom they can properly interact many of the students feel shy in attending classes on sex education and sorting out the douts regarding the topic with the teachers.Actually their is not a fall of teacher or the students their is a require of a proper frank teacher who can interact with students in a way like friends interact the connection between the teacher and the students is required for teaching such type of topics.

A girl feared of being raped

It is very painful to say but this is true that the country in which the Women are worshiped and are viewed as goddess is the fourth most dangerous place for women in the world and the conditions are just better then the countries such as Afghanistan and Congo. In India rape is one of the most common crime against women and is done at a very high scale in India and rape cases had been doubled in India since 1998-2008 and this is a very big problem what we are facing and the conditions are even worst in the Indian villages as the women in villages are not at all educated and male dominance in villages.

Ignorance of Laws

I think that the ignorance of laws in India is the one of major reasons for such a huge number of rapes in India as we all know that the laws in India are only for name their is no strict action on breaking of laws for viewing an example of Ignorace of law in India you can just look on the roads of India how the unorganised traffic runs on Indian roads now lets come to our topic as the laws are just for name so their is no fear in people for doing anything wrong the culprits know that nothing will happen to them as their is no one who is interested in appyling the laws strictly.

No fear of punishment

Actually their is no fear of punichment in the culprits as they many times already know that nothing will happen to them as even if they are caught then they will be free as a good lawyer will fight their case and they will be free again after some time and many times the culprits in India just have to stay a night or two in police lockups as they are from rich families. What a joke is this such small punishment for such a big crime in India. I am not saying that the Laws such as "jaise ko taisa" should be applied in India the need is that the victims should get an appropriate punishment.

Lack of education

Actually getting your graduation completed is not considered that you are not lacking in education the majority of girls in India even don't know that what is pepper spray which is considered as a safety tool for women in many countries. And the illiterate Women who suffer from the rape cases think that it is only good to keep the mouth shut and say nothing to any one and in some cases it is also observed that the parents whose young daughters had been raped even don't put their step fore ward to fight for the justice this is all because of fear from community they think that the people will make fun of them if they will consider about this problem with their community. And such sort of fear is only responsible for increase in rape cases as in illiterate ares the victims of such crimes don't have fear at all.

Results of rapes in India

Every time a rape takes place the results are pathetic for the individuals who had been suffered from a rape it not only affects the individual but the whole family and a whole community some times as rape is not something like you have slapped me and I will slap you again now every think Ok. It is not such a thing to taken so lightly the individuals many time stays in depression for a very long time and even counselings cannot help in some cases. In some-cases the individual who suffers from a rape as injured at a very high level that even the individual cannot be treated easily.

Why the men who pollutes India is considered great then the men who cleans India

Great-The man who cleans is not good and the man who pollutes the road and makes the environment dirty with several practices is having mare respect then a poor man who is cleaning the roads etc.

Why we decide the people by their works in our religion teachings it is told that "no work is small or big" can you think about a place without any sweeper in your surroundings and if you can't imagine the demerits just perform the task send the man who sweeps your roads to a holiday you will automatically get the results. and the results will be your house will become a dustbin.

This is the real psychology of the Indian people that the man who is doing the cleaning work is not a man he is considered just a sweeper in our societies I don't know that why we Indians don't respect such people In our country a doctor and an engineer is having a ton of respect but the man who cleans our houses and roads is considered as an extra weight on earth. The problem is In our thinking we don't see the world in a proper way we believe in casts, untouchability and etc.

We should think of a man who cleans sever we should put ourselves in place of him and this is not enough they clean our severs on a rate that don't justifies their work they are paid a very less fee for such a hard work can you ever think that you can do such a great work. I won't to say is the the work which a sweeper do is the biggest work in the world and Hence "Gandhi ji" had titled them as "Harijans" the next to gods.
