										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div dir="ltr">I wish to lodge a complaint against Vijay Sales regarding an incomplete refund for cancelled orders placed through their online platform.</div>

<div dir="ltr">I placed orders for iPhone 17 devices for personal use for myself and my family members. Two of my orders were subsequently cancelled by Vijay Sales without any request for cancellation from my side.</div>
<div dir="ltr"></div>
<div dir="ltr">For these cancelled orders, I paid a total amount of ?81,000. However, I have received a refund of only ?79,500, leaving a balance of ?1,500 unpaid.</div>
<div dir="ltr"></div>
<div dir="ltr">I have already contacted Vijay Sales customer support and requested clarification and a full refund of the outstanding amount. Despite this, the discrepancy remains unresolved.</div>
<div dir="ltr"></div>
<div dir="ltr">The actions of the company have caused financial loss and inconvenience. I therefore request that the Hon’ble Authority direct Vijay Sales to:</div>
<div dir="ltr"></div>
<div dir="ltr">1. Refund the remaining amount of ?1,500 immediately.</div>
<div dir="ltr">2. Provide a written explanation for the incomplete refund.</div>
<div dir="ltr">3. Grant any other relief deemed appropriate under consumer protection laws.</div>

<div dir="ltr">Before purchasing the membership, the sales team was extremely active and responsive.</div>
<div dir="ltr">Calls were frequent.? Follow-ups were regular.? Questions were answered quickly.</div>
<div dir="ltr">Like most buyers, I was shown attractive resort options, premium holiday experiences, partner properties, and the overall value proposition of becoming a member.</div>

<div dir="ltr">The impression created was simple: Buy the membership, follow the booking process, and enjoy stays at quality resorts within the partner network.</div>
<div dir="ltr"></div>
<div dir="ltr">Based on these representations, I decided to purchase the membership.</div>
<div dir="ltr"></div>
<div dir="ltr">Fast Forward To My First Booking Experience</div>
<div dir="ltr">Recently, I decided to book a holiday.</div>
<div dir="ltr">I specifically requested:</div>
<div dir="ltr">* Vythiri Resort</div>
<div dir="ltr">* Saptha Resort</div>
<div dir="ltr">These were not random properties. These were among the properties that influenced my purchase decision.</div>
<div dir="ltr">I also followed the booking process exactly as instructed.</div>
<div dir="ltr">In fact, Eternal Trips themselves had sent communication stating that members should make reservations 15 to 45 days in advance to ensure better accommodation options.</div>
<div dir="ltr">I followed the timeline. I followed the process. I followed the instructions.</div>
<div dir="ltr">What Happened Next? Instead of a straightforward answer, I entered a cycle of:</div>
<div dir="ltr">* Delayed responses</div>
<div dir="ltr">* Repeated follow-ups</div>
<div dir="ltr">* Incomplete information</div>
<div dir="ltr">* Constant back-and-forth communication</div>
<div dir="ltr">Days passed. No clear answer. No clarity. No ownership.</div>
<div dir="ltr">The First Explanation: &#8220;Availability Issue&#8221;</div>
<div dir="ltr">Initially, I was led to believe that the issue was simply availability. Fair enough. Hotels can be sold out. Availability changes. I completely understood that. I remained patient.</div>
<div dir="ltr">The Second Explanation: &#8220;Not Included In Your Membership&#8221;. After multiple emails and days of waiting, I was finally told</div>

<div dir="ltr">Snapmint executive personally called me and assured me that I would receive the parcel by 24th May. Today is 25th May, and there is still no dispatch update.</div>

<div dir="ltr">I personally visited the delivery hub and was informed that the parcel has not even been scanned there and has not been received by the delivery partner. This clearly means the seller has still not handed over the parcel to the delivery team.</div>

<div dir="ltr">For the last several days, I have only been given repeated assurances — “it will come sir” — but no actual action or result. I expect your team to immediately coordinate with the seller instead of giving repeated follow-ups without resolution.</div>

<div dir="ltr">I need my parcel at any cost and I will not accept cancellation or refund. If there is any availability issue, resolve it internally, but deliver my order urgently.</div>

<div dir="ltr">My KYC has been rejected — repeatedly — with no valid reason provided. No explanation. No specific deficiency identified. No documentation of what is wrong.</div>

<div dir="ltr">Given the complete absence of any legitimate basis for these rejections, and the pattern of obstruction I have faced across every level of HDFC, I am compelled to raise the following:</div>
<div dir="ltr"></div>
<div dir="ltr">I have reason to believe this repeated, unexplained rejection may be the result of deliberate action by a specific HDFC employee, rather than a genuine compliance issue.</div>
<div dir="ltr"></div>
<div dir="ltr">I am formally requesting:</div>
<div dir="ltr">1. A full audit trail of every action taken on my KYC application — including which employee reviewed, rejected, or flagged it, and on what grounds</div>
<div dir="ltr">2. A written explanation for each rejection with the specific reason cited</div>
<div dir="ltr">3. An independent internal investigation into whether this rejection was processed correctly and impartially</div>
<div dir="ltr">4. The name and designation of the officer responsible for each rejection decision</div>
<div dir="ltr"></div>
<div dir="ltr">If a bank employee is deliberately obstructing a customer&#8217;s KYC without cause, that is a serious compliance and conduct violation — one that I will escalate to the appropriate regulatory authorities if not addressed internally.</div>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the non-delivery of an online order by Jubilant Food work Limited ( Domino&#8217;s Pizza) . On 4th March 2026 at around 4:30 PM, my 14-year-old son, placed an online order (Order No. #xxxx) with full advance payment. The order was placed at your outlet located at Ground Floor, SCO No. 50 &amp; 51, Motia Plaza, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh – 173205. Despite successful payment, the order was not delivered. My son waited for approximately 3–4 hours and remained without food the entire evening. He was eagerly expecting the order, but even by 9:30 PM, nothing was delivered. This caused him significant disappointment and distress. Such poor service, especially from a reputed brand, is highly unacceptable. As of today, the order status still shows “Order Status Awaited,” which is very concerning. I have made multiple attempts to contact your customer service team and also raised a complaint via email on 3rd April 2026 (Ticket No. 5xxxxxx5). Unfortunately, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and take appropriate action to prevent such incidents in the future. <div dir="ltr">However, in April/May 2026, the same issue occurred again and the AC stopped cooling properly. A technician from Daikin visited and inspected the unit. He mentioned that gas leakage is there. This is the second incident of gas leakage is three years. I again paid gas refilling charges and got it filled from daikin india service team.</div>

<div dir="ltr">Despite repeated complaints, emails, and follow-ups made by the complainant, Daikin failed to provide any proper written diagnosis or permanent resolution. Instead, only temporary gas refilling was suggested repeatedly.</div>
<div dir="ltr"></div>
<div dir="ltr">The repeated gas leakage within such a short duration clearly indicates manufacturing defect/defective components and deficiency in service. I have suffered repeated inconvenience, mental harassment, unnecessary expenses, and hardship during extreme summer conditions, especially with a 1-year-old child at home.</div>

<div dir="ltr">The conduct of the service representatives in avoiding proper documentation of the actual defect further reflects unfair and deficient service practices.</div>
