KRAFTON Inc is working on its new battle royale game, dubbed PUBG New State. The company is yet to announce a release date for the same, however, at regular intervals it does keep on sharing teasers for the game. Also Read - Why was PUBG Mobile banned, what led to Battlegrounds Mobile India?

In the latest teasers KRAFTON has revealed certain map locations, which will be important on the Troi map. The map will consist of an Exhibit Hall, The Mall, and a science laboratory called Tythonic Industries. It has also revealed that these will be the locations with the maximum potential for loot and battle. PUBG New State: Troi map

The new locations for the Troi map look very realistic and detailed in the teasers. To recall, KRAFTON had earlier stated that PUBG New State will have “ultra-realistic graphics that exceed the limits of mobile gaming with the “global illumination” technology, PUBG: New State surpasses what was previously possible in mobile gaming graphics.”

First location teased is the “Exhibit Hall,” which is a symbolic monument in Troi. The monument has an open-style structure, which means that the area will not have much barriers and or objects to hide behind, making it a good warfare combat place.

Then there is “The Mall”, which according to the game was a hotspot for families and friends and a gathering hub for Troi citizens. Here players should expect to find good loot and a lot of combat opportunities.

The third location is a science laboratory of Tythonic Industries. The laboratory was shrouded in mystery in the past and can now be explored by players to find out its secret. The place is said to host a lot of the major loot of the map.

OnePlus 9R Review: A Minor Refresh With a New Coat of Paint

With pretty much identical specifications as the OnePlus 8T, will the 9R be a hit for OnePlus in India?

OnePlus built its brand image around “flagship killers”, promising nearly all the features and capabilities of flagship-class phones at half the price or less. These days, flagships are routinely launched at prices north of Rs. 1,00,000, and OnePlus has kept pace. The new OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro were just introduced with starting prices of Rs. 49,999 and Rs. 64,999 respectively, putting them well and truly into the premium tier. Unfortunately, for many people, purchasing power has not risen quite as much. The kind of buyer who felt like they were getting a great deal when, say, the OnePlus 5 launched at Rs. 32,999 in mid-2017, is unlikely to feel the same way about the current generation when it's time to upgrade.

And so, the company that promised us we'd “never settle” is now asking some of its most loyal fans to do exactly that. The OnePlus 9R is a response to rising prices and an attempt to cater to people who want something fresh and don't mind a few cut corners, relative to the OnePlus 9 (Review) and OnePlus 9 Pro (Review). Interestingly, while it looks like its siblings, the OnePlus 9R is strikingly similar to the previous-generation OnePlus 8T (Review) on the inside.

So is the OnePlus 9R a good phone at its starting price of Rs. 39,999, or do you have to deal with too many compromises? More interestingly, what does this mean for the more expensive OnePlus 9? Let's find out.

OnePlus 9R design

From a distance, the OnePlus 9R looks just like its siblings, the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro. The distinguishing design touch of this generation is the shape and layout of the camera module, and that's something that is common across all three models. The only thing missing here is a Hasselblad logo – the 9R doesn't benefit from the high-profile brand association. You might also notice that the 9R has four cameras, just like the 9 Pro, whereas the OnePlus 9 has only three – more on this later.

Another decision that gives the OnePlus 9R an advantage over its more expensive sibling is that the body is made of metal, rather than polycarbonate. This definitely makes the 9R feel more premium, and also illustrates how reusing the design of the OnePlus 8T can be both a good and a bad thing. The front and back are both made of Corning Gorilla Glass. My unit had an adhesive screen protector pre-applied.

You have two colour choices: Lake Blue, which has a smooth, glossy finish, and Carbon Black, which is more of a frosted, matte texture. My Lake Blue review unit was thankfully not too slippery, though it was a bit tough to keep the rear panel free of smudges. The plastic case you get in the box unfortunately has a large “Never Settle” brand slogan across it.

The glass rear panel is curved at the sides, and the camera module doesn't stick out too much. The large screen has pretty narrow borders and the front camera is embedded in the upper left corner. The 9R is actually pretty easy to use even with one hand. It weighs 189g and is 8.4mm thick.

On the right, you'll find a small but well-positioned power button and the trademark OnePlus alert slider which lets you quickly silence the phone or disable vibration. The volume buttons are on the left. The top is blank, and the bottom has one speaker, a USB Type-C port, and the dual-Nano-SIM tray.

Cosmetic touches aside, the OnePlus 9R is virtually identical to the OnePlus 8T, down to the layout of the four lenses on the camera module. It has exactly the same dimensions but is one gram heavier. There's no IP rating Overall, this is a slick, modern-looking phone and potential buyers will like that it doesn't feel like a “Lite” model.

OnePlus 9R specifications

The biggest difference between the OnePlus 9R and the 8T is that the newer model has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC rather than the previous-gen flagship Snapdragon 865+. Close inspection of their spec sheets shows that the 870 is a minor update that runs a tiny bit faster but also curiously drops Wi-Fi 6E compatibility. This SoC is positioned right below this year's flagship, the Snapdragon 888, and will likely show up in multiple other “value flagship” phones soon. OnePlus says it has used an elaborate cooling system with multiple temperature sensors to ensure user comfort.

You also get a 6.5-inch full-HD+ Fluid AMOLED screen with a 120Hz maximum refresh rate and HDR10+, which is the same set of specifications as the panels on the OnePlus 8T and OnePlus 9. It has an embedded fingerprint sensor and is made of Gorilla Glass. OnePlus specifies sRGB and DCI-P3 colour gamut support, but doesn't explicitly claim 100 percent coverage. There's an always-on display mode, but this doesn't stay on all the time unless you allow it, which will consume some power.

OnePlus has gone with the same RAM and storage combinations across many recent models. You can choose between 8GB of RAM with 128GB of storage, and 12GB of RAM with 256GB of storage. This is the same fast UFS 3.1 storage standard used for the higher-end models. You also get Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1 with aptX HD and LDAC codec support, NFC, and multiple positioning systems (though NavIC isn't listed). You get all the sensors that you might be expecting, except for a barometer.

The battery capacity is 4500mAh, which is about standard for this segment. The OnePlus 9R does support 65W fast charging, but the charger that you get in the box is for some reason an old-style brick with a Type-A port, not the Type-C version that ships with the rest of the OnePlus 9 family and even the 8T. There's no wireless charging.

Other little touches include stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos tuning, a haptic vibration motor, and a 240Hz touch sampling rate.

OnePlus 9R software

We've praised OnePlus's OxygenOS software in the past, and it's still feature-rich while maintaining a low-key look. This is version 11.1 which runs on Android 11, but I was surprised to see no security patch update beyond February 2021 at the time of review. Samsung's OneUI has clearly inspired some design elements here, such as the positioning of elements to make one-handed use easier on large screens.

There are lots of customisations under the surface, but nothing too garish. The best part, relative to current trends, is that there's no advertising on the lock screen and no barrage of spammy notification ads. The only preloaded third-party app is Netflix, which surprisingly can't be uninstalled. The My Games app has a built-in launcher for “instant games” which don't need to be installed but are generally not great quality, and there's an unnecessary feed of somewhat clickbait-y gaming-related articles. You might also see some prompts to try various OnePlus features such as its cloud service and customer loyalty programme.

You get a choice between standard on-screen buttons and gestures for UI navigation. While the gestures are non-standard and take some getting used to, they make one-handed use easier. On the downside, they might override some apps' own gestures. Swiping down on the homescreen shows an iOS-style panel with cards for various apps and tools. You can enable or disable the app drawer, and customise the appearance of the UI in various ways.

A Hidden Space feature lets you password-protect certain apps. Work Life Balance mode lets you define different notification behaviour based on the time of day, GPS location, and/or nearby Wi-Fi access point names. You can also run two instances of certain apps, launch apps from the lockscreen by swiping on the fingerprint sensor, customise the always-on display, and tweak many more things.

OnePlus 9R performance

It shouldn't be any surprise that the OnePlus 9R felt snappy in everyday use. The combination of high-end SoC and 120Hz refresh rate makes for a very fluid and responsive user experience. Apps load quickly, transitions are crisp, and the OnePlus 9R does feel like a high-end phone.

The screen is of course bright and sharp. The camera hole is a bit larger than I would have liked, but is not too distracting because of its position and design. Videos look good, with strong contrast and deep blacks. There are a few screen calibration profile options in the settings, and you can choose whether you want saturated vivid colours or more neutral, accurate reproduction. Sound from the bottom speaker and earpiece isn't perfectly balanced but you still get a decent stereo experience, and the OnePlus 9R can get quite loud without distorting.

Benchmark tests show that the performance of the OnePlus 9R is definitely in flagship territory. It scofred 6,72,556 points in AnTuTu 9, as well as 965 and 3,075 respectively in Geekbench's single-core and multi-core tests. 3DMark's Wild Life test managed 4,198 points, and Sling Shot Extreme was maxed out. GFXBench's T-Rex and Manhattan scenes were capped at 60fps while the Car Chase scene ran at 49fps.

Games do run smoothly and I had no performance or graphics quality issues with Asphalt 9: Legends and Call of Duty Mobile. However I did find that these games were also capped at 60fps with the screen not using its full 120Hz refresh rate capability. I also felt the rear panel as well as the top of the metal frame getting a bit warm after about 10 minutes. The phone didn't become uncomfortable, but it was noticeable.

The OnePlus 9R ran for 15 hours, 49 minutes in our HD video loop test. It managed to last through a full day of use with the refresh rate set to 120Hz (which often drops to 60Hz when idle to save power). You should be abl to play games or stream movies for a few hours each day without worrying about battery life.

OnePlus claims that you can get up to a 58 percent charge in 15 minutes and fill the battery completely in only 39 minutes. In my own experience this proved to be inaccurate – it took 30 minutes to reach 64 percent and needed around 50 minutes to reach 100 percent, using the bundled charger and without turning the phone on. This is still quite good but not close to what's promised.

There's nothing new about the cameras on the OnePlus 9R

Unlike the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro, there's no Hasselblad branding here, so you don't get the much-hyped colour science improvements. That said, the OnePlus 8T managed to capture reasonably good photos and videos so I'm expecting much the same here. The primary camera has a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor with an f/1.7 aperture and optical stabilisation. You also get a 16-megapixel wide-angle sensor, a 5-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel monochrome filter camera, which is of limited use. In this way, having four cameras isn't necessarily better than the three on the OnePlus 9.

The OxygenOS camera app is easy enough to get used to and most controls are within reach. There aren't any exotic camera modes to play with beyond Pro, Panorama and Nightscape but there are two Cyberpunk 2077-branded filters, as a continuation of OnePlus' association with the game.

As for photo quality, you won't be disappointed considering the price of this phone. Daytime shots were crisp and detailed, with good exposure metering for the most part. Colours are a little on the dull side but this is better than oversaturated and unnatural colour reproduction. The phone is quick to lock focus and you can get some dramatic background blurring in close-ups. Objects at a distance tended to have noticeably weaker detail though. The wide-angle camera captures a very wide field of view but there's severe perspective distortion so this should be used sparingly.

Portrait mode manages very good results, and on-screen prompts help you with framing and distance. The macro camera is also surprisingly decent when it comes to detail and definition, producing very usable shots.

At night, a lot depends on how much light there is around you. With a little artificial light, you can get some very good results and even Nightscape mode can make a dramatic difference. The wide-angle camera is not of much use at all in the dark, and even though you can use Nightscape mode, it won't help much. The primary camera can capture good shots and noise is under control, though you lose quality if you magnify them much, and might sometimes end up with motion blur if you don't stand still.

Daytime selfies turned out okay, with decent skin tone reproduction. Portraits did have decent edge detection but the background blur was not very natural-looking. The 16-megapixel front camera did struggle a bit at night and shots were full of noise.

Video performance was also good in the daytime. You can shoot at up to 4K 60fps and interestingly, 4K wide-angle video is also possible. You can switch between the primary and wide-angle camera in the middle of recordings. At 4K, colours were slightly overblown and footage did have a warmer tone. Stabilisation is decent at 1080p, but you should expect some jerky movements when using the wide-angle camera. Colours and the level of detail are decent overall. At night, stabilisation does cause a juddery effect in video at 1080p as well as 4K. The wide-angle camera is again not as useful, but can work if there's some ambient light.

Verdict

The OnePlus 9R is a very slightly warmed-over OnePlus 8T, and a bigger price reduction would have made it a lot more interesting than it is. It looks slick and modern, and it's easy enough to handle. Performance is great whether you're gaming or just getting your daily tasks done. OxygenOS continues to work smoothly and the overall usage experience is very good. The cameras are what you'd expect for this price level, battery life is good, and charging is quick.

It's unfortunate that buyers don't get anything new or interesting though. OnePlus should be pushing the envelope and delivering newer, better products at each price level, but really what you get for your money is pretty much the same as before. There's still no IP rating or wireless charging, the additional cameras aren't adding much value, and frankly, a lot of people would probably find a sub-Rs. 30,000 phone such as the OnePlus Nord just as satisfactory.

This launch shows that OnePlus knows that the 9 and 9 Pro are too expensive for many Indian fans, but it also calls into question whether anyone should buy the OnePlus 9, which doesn't offer a tonne more in terms of capabilities or user experience. Samsung has just launched the Galaxy S20 FE 5G₹ 47,999, Vivo's X60 series looks competitive, and Xiaomi's Mi 11 series is coming up as well.

If you're a OnePlus fan and need an upgrade at this price level, the 9R is a safe bet. If you can wait a little while, I think it might be worth checking out how it stacks up against the competition.

Wasim Jaffer replies with a GIF in which Virat Kohli is seen celebrating a dismissal with his teammates and speaking the same Hindi expletive which resembles the lip sync of Ben Stokes’ name.

The Indian team will be playing the finals of the World Test Championship against New Zealand in Southampton, England, and after that, India will play a test series against England.

What is the advantage of a file transfer protocol?

FTP is inherently an non-secure way to transfer data. When a file is sent using this protocol, the data, username, and password are all shared in plain text, which means a hacker can access this information with little to no effort. For data to be secure, you need to use an upgraded version of FTP like FTPS or SFTP.

File transfer protocol (FTP) are the rules applied when transferring files over a network. Clients can download files from the server via FTP. The file transfer protocol is the guide for transferring files from the server to the clients.

This protocol is used to send/receive files from a remote computer (i.e. a server).

• FTP establishes the connection between the client and the server before transferring files. Username and password are used to establish the connection.

• The FTP protocol and its syntax are mentioned in RFC959, RFC765, and RFC1738.

• FTP manages binary and text files.

• Uses TCP port numbers 20/21.

When an FTP client requests to connect to the FTP server, a TCP connection is established on port 21 of the FTP server reserved for FTP. The main function of FTP is to transfer files from a remote computer once the connection is established.

• FTP establishes two connections between the client system and the server system, one for control information and the other for data transfer.

• The control information contains commands/responses. Once authentication is complete; Files can be transferred between two systems.

These are the advantages or advantages of FTP:

It is a connection-oriented protocol and uses robust control commands.
Sends data over separate TCP connections from control commands. This allows for fast data transfer.
It's simple to set up and use.
It is a universal application due to its standardization. Therefore, it is widely used.
The company can configure an FTP server and store files and documents that employees can access using their login credentials. This avoids sending each document by email and saves time and effort.

File transfer protocol or FTP is known for consuming fewer resources than the typical HTTP protocol while downloading and uploading. There is one need to prefix the directory which would be used for storing downloaded files while setting up an FTP download.

Any directory can be selected for FTP downloads, either it may be out of your account’s web root or can even be directly accessed through the Internet. Once the directory is finalized for staring downloads you can move ahead for setting FTP account.

One of the biggest advantages of using an FTP is the ability to not only transfer more than one files but you can also transfer multiple directories at one time. FTP also permits multitasking you can upload whatever task you have completed.

And at the same time download the files which you are planning to start working on. Another advantage is the ability to continue transferring files even if the connection is lost. In case you accidentally lose your connection or have to reboot your system, you don’t have to worry about starting right from the beginning.

You can pick up right from where you left off. There is a lot of FTP client software that enables you to schedule a file/directory transfer allowing file sharing in your own way rather than forcing you to alter your work patterns.

Automatic backup is the most important feature of FTP which works well for businesses such as medical practices which cannot afford to lose patients’ data under any case. If file sharing is a compulsion in your business then the speed at which files are transferred becomes currency in terms of a business.

And that is the biggest advantage of file transfer protocol or FTP. With the ability to multi-task and the lightning-fast transfer, the speed at which the file is transferred is no longer something you have to worry about.

File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is a set of rules that computers follow for the transferring of files from one system to another over the internet. It is used by a organizations to transfer files from one computer system to another, or websites may use FTP to upload or download files from a website's server.

Advantages of a FTP:

It allows users to transfer multiple files as well as directories.
It has the self ability to resume a transfer if the connection is lost
No size limitation on single transfers (browsers only allow up to 2 GB)
Faster transfers then HTTP
It is supported on almost all hosts

Using FTP allows you to transfer multiple directories at one time. If you regularly transfer files, you know how advantageous this feature can be. Instead of sending single files or even single directories at a time, you can send numerous directories all at once. You’re able to continue working while transfers are completed, and you can conduct these transfers faster.

FTP is an application layer protocol used for the transfer of files between a client and server. It was developed 30 years ago in 1971 on a client server model architecture. This protocol supports only three data structures: file structure, record structure and page structure.

It is not considered as a secured protocol per today's standards. Users don't get the ability to encrypt and protect data. FTP is an ideal file sharing platform for small to medium-size enterprises which have basic file transfer requirements.

It doesn't scale to support enterprise integration needs like any-to-any data transfer, large file ingestion, etc. If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is can be applied to FTP solutions laced with hidden cost.

In the beginning, FTP solutions look cost effective and straightforward. However, the total cost of ownership expands when the underlying codes gain volume. For instance, a lot of coding goes into the background for the creation of scripts, notifications and events.

As these codes continue to pile up, updating them becomes a massive effort. FTP exposes data transmissions to many vulnerabilities because they don't offer capabilities for data encryption.

Users refer proxy Aspera file transfer whenever there's a slow network, which sets a direct transmission between two servers. A hacker can use a PORT command to access ports and gain access to data by disguising himself as a middleman.

FTP is also vulnerable to brute force attack which can break down weak and repeatedly used passwords. Hacker can use packet capture techniques to capture transmitted data packets and decode them.

Networks adhering to federal compliance norms such as PCI DSS, HIPAA and GLBA cannot rely on it. FTP lacks controls for data management. Teams don't have a clear idea about who owns the data and how long it is usable. It is not a cutting edge solution for extreme file movements.

NFS

For smallish file access the latency of NFS has no equal. Though it’s not “that” much faster than stuff like SMB or FTP(SFTP or SCP) when the files are medium to large. It’s borderline at best.

Network share: Performance differences between NFS & SMB

More importantly, it’s not very secure, not on its own. Well, neither is SMB if you don’t set it up right. I’d avoid either of them over a public network - in which case something like SFTP is probably a much better idea. Or if you wrap the thing in an enclosed VPN point to point (the way VPN is supposed to be used instead of acting as a public proxy), then it should still be fine for either NFS or SMB.

Note though, NFS is rather junk when you have Windows working on that share. It “works” but the windows client driver for it is (to put it mildly) poor in the extreme.

Also, it depends on which version of NFS. E.g. since v4 it can handle multiple connection pathways (akin to UDP connections instead of TCP). Thus it is possible to max out a network connection over NFS, where a SMB or SFTP may not always get the absolute best from a load balanced network, you’d have to look at uFTP to try and get something similar.

And lastly, different protocols provide different features. E.g. RSync, while not being the fastest in a general sense, does mean only differences are being sent / received. Thus if you’ve got many files each with partial differences being updated (synchronized) RSync may need to send a lot less over the network than the others.

FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. It’s also one of the oldest protocols in use today, and is a convenient way to move files around. An FTP server offers access to a directory, with sub directories. Users connect to these servers with an FTP client, a piece of software that lets you download files from the server.

As well as upload files to it. Many internet users will never have any use for FTP, but it does have important uses, especially for those interested in studying internet data from the ground up.

FTP is a useful tool for moving information from the computer you’re working on to the server where a website is hosted. If you want to install WordPress on a web server, for example, you’re going to need FTP to copy the files over.

It’s also occasionally used as a way to share files. One person may upload a file to an FTP server then share a link to it with another person. This sort of usage has become less common in the age of easy to use cloud services but some people prefer to have their files hosted on a home server, and use FTP to enable that.

FTP is one of the simplest, and earliest formats created to quickly move files from one device to another. FTP uses two basic channels to operate. The command channel carries information about the task itself what files are to be accessed, if commands are registering, etc.

Tom needs a way of having a subscripted character and a superscripted character appear in the same space, so that one is exactly over the other. He tried using the Equation Editor, but decided that he didn't like the results and needed to find a different solution.

There are a couple of things you can try. First of all, you can create two small text boxes and place them in close proximity to each other. Adjust the box size, box position, and font size, as desired, to get the effect you want.

Another possible solution is to adjust the formatting of two adjacent characters. Follow these general steps:

Type the character you want as a superscript and format it as a superscript.
Type the character you want as the subscript and format it as a subscript.
Select the first character (the one that is superscripted).
Open the Font dialog box and make sure the Character Spacing tab is displayed. (See Figure 1.)

Using the Spacing drop-down list, choose Condensed.
In the By box to the right of the drop-down you used in step 5, enter "5 pt" (without the quote marks).

A third solution is to use the EQ (equation) field that has been available in Word since before the Equation Editor was around. You can follow these steps:

Press Ctrl+F9. This inserts a pair of field braces within your document.
Type "eq \a(1,2)" (without the quote marks). You should replace the 1 and 2 with the digits you want superscripted and subscripted, respectively.
Press F9 to collapse the field and change to the field's results.

You can, if desired, also use the \o switch with the equation field. Just replace the \a with \o (step 2) and then superscript the 1 and subscript the 2. When you collapse the field, you may get just want you want in your display.

There is one "gottcha" with creating these types of field: If the field appears near the end of a line, Word will wrap the text right after the field and before the next word. This may not seem like a big deal, unless you want to make the field results stay with the following word. It is virtually impossible to do this with such a field, however.

If you want to save money on your internet bill each month or you’re struggling to make sure your bills are paid and need internet in your home, here is some information that you want to read about. There’s a new Emergency Broadband Benefit that is meant to help families due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the financial situations that have occurred. The goal of the benefit is to help keep families connected so that they can look for work, work from home, and stay in classes.

The Basics

A discount of up to $50 will be offered by the benefit for those who qualify. You do need to complete an application to see if you’re eligible. Those who live on Tribal Lands could qualify for up to a $75 discount on their broadband internet bill. If you’re eligible, you can get a $100 discount that can be used toward various types of equipment that are needed, such as a tablet or a laptop. Families would need to pay more than $10 but less than $50 toward the overall price of the equipment and would need to purchase the items from a company that participates in the benefits program.

Eligibility

There are a few criteria that you need to meet in order to be eligible for the benefit that’s offered. One person in the home needs to only meet one criterion out of a long list. The household income needs to be at or below 135% that is determined by the Federal Poverty Guidelines. You would also be eligible if your household receives SNAP benefits, Medicaid, or Lifeline. You would be eligible if you received a Federal Pell Grant during the designated time period for the program. You can apply for the Emergency Broadband Benefit program in a few different ways. Your internet provider should have information about whether or not it’s participating in the program. Several rural areas in Missouri will soon have access to broadband internet thanks to the ongoing efforts by Charter Spectrum to keep people connected. The company has seen that those who live in rural areas are sometimes at a disadvantage when it comes to internet services because lines don’t pass through close enough to their homes or because companies simply don’t want to expand. Roughly 60,000 businesses and homes could benefit from the expansion with areas including St. Louis, Lincoln, and St. Charles.

Costs

This venture will cost millions of dollars to complete as over $248 million will be spent in Missouri alone. More money will be spent in rural areas if Charter decides to make other expansions in the future. Charter Spectrum has dedicated at least $200 million for the investment to expand with another $48 from grants and auctions that have been won. The cost of the entire project to expand internet services to rural areas could be close to $5 billion once everything is put in place. The company wants to focus its efforts on at least 24 states with rural areas where higher internet speeds could be beneficial.

Notes From the Governor

Governor Mike Parson is ready for the growth to begin as he knows that many families have children who need faster internet to take classes online or to perform work after school with ease. There are some homes that don’t have internet at all and would be able to possibly work from home or connect with family and friends if they had the services provided by Charter. The economy could also begin to thrive if more businesses are able to utilize internet services to place orders or to connect with others who might have input about how to sell products or offer services.

Government Input

Senator Roy Blunt has seen the need during the pandemic as families aren’t really able to provide the education that their children need without internet services. The cricket fans all over the world were hoping to see the comeback of former South African cricketer AB de Villiers in the national team as he was thinking of playing for the country once again. In fact, he was in the talks with the head coach Mark Boucher and Graeme Smith, the Director of Cricket South Africa (CSA) in this regard as well.

However on May 18, hopes of the fans got quashed after the CSA confirmed that Mr. 360, as the fans of AB de Villiers love to call him, will not be coming out of retirement. AB de Villiers took retirement in the year 2018 when he was 34 yrs old and the last time he represented South Africa was in the Johannesburg test match Mar-Apr 2018 against Australia after which he took the sudden decision of retirement. Thought ABD took retirement from the international cricket, he continued playing in different leagues including the IPL and kept on making his fans go crazy with his superb batting skills.

Some time back, ABD expressed his desire of playing for the country once again and the head coach Mark Boucher also confirmed that he had been in discussion with the cricketer in regard to his comeback. Recently, Graeme Smith also stated that it would certainly be good to have ABD in the team which would play the 5-match T20I series against West Indies.

However, fans were left disappointed after the CSA announced the list of the players for the tour of West Indies and Ireland as AB de Villiers’ name was missing from the list. Later on, the CSA also issued a statement in which it stated that the discussions with ABD have got over and the batsman has taken the final decision that his status of retirement won’t change. Even though ABD won’t play on the international level, he will continue to cast his magic on the field for Virat Kohli led Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League.

The social media users, especially the Indians, were not happy with this latest development and they slammed the CSA for playing dirty politics. Kuldeep Yadav, the Indian cricketer who recently expressed his unhappiness over the fact that he is not getting enough chances to play in the matches for the last two years, has created a controversy after a photo of him went viral in which he is seen taking a COVID-19 vaccination shot.
On May 15, the cricketer Kuldeep Yadav posted a photo on the micro-blogging site Twitter in which he is seen getting vaccinated. The caption of the tweet was, “जब भी मौका मिले तुरंत टीका लगवाएं। सुरक्षित रहें क्योंकि COVID19 के खिलाफ लड़ाई में एकजुट होने की आवश्यकता है (Get vaccinated whenever you get the chance, Stay safe as we all need to fight together against COVID-19)”.
The photo created controversy as the cricketer from Kanpur was seen getting the vaccination shot in a guest house in place of a hospital. Soon an investigation was launched by the Kanpur administration and later on Magistrate Himanshu Gupta revealed that the cricketer got vaccinated at Jageshwar Hospital in Govind Nagar and the photo that he posted was clicked at Kanpur Nagar Nigam guest house.
The administration also added that the spinner was at the 136^th spot in the official register of the hospital and the pic shared by him on Twitter was just a social media gimmick.
Recently, the Indian spinner has accepted that it is getting tough for him mentally as he has not got enough chances in the last two years. Almost after two years, he was able to make his comeback in the Indian test team when he played the Chennai test match against England but after that, he was dropped from the team for the remaining test matches. He was also included in the playing XI for the two ODIs but after that, he was dropped again.

The Indian cricket team is all set to face the New Zealand cricket team in the finals of the World Test Championship which will be played at Hampshire Bowl, Southampton, next month. the Indian pacer Mohammad Shami is also ready to make a comeback in the Indian squad after almost 6 months as he suffered a fracture in his arm while playing the first test match against Australia in the four match test series. Shami was also not able to play against the England cricket team when it toured India before the IPL 2021 because of his injury. In Shami’s absence, the young pacers such as Mohammed Siraj, T. Natarajan and Shardul Thakur rose to the situation and bowled brilliantly to help their team win the series against Australia and then against England as well.

During an interview when Shami was asked about teaching or giving input to the youngsters while playing with them, the speedster said that after playing international cricket for so many years, he would surely like to share his knowledge with the youngsters if they want to learn. Shami adds that he is not going to play forever so he will be more than happy to pass on his learning to the youngsters.

Shami is quite confident of performing well in the finals of the World Test Championship and in the five match test series against England which will take place after the WTC final as the Indian team has played some great cricket in the recent past.

Mohd. Shami may have to leave the tour of Australia after the first test match but the Indian squad won the series by 2-1 and then team India defeated England in four match test series by 3-1.

Sreesanth’s career has been full of controversies but it is also true that the Indian pacer has troubled some best batsmen of the world with his bowling. We are talking about the 2006 test match which was played between India and South Africa at Johannesburg where the pitch was conducive for fast bowling. Aussie Bowlers Release Joint Statement After Cameron Bancroft’s Allegations In Sandpaper Gate

The ghost of the sandpaper gate scandal has been haunting the Australian cricketers and fans for few days now after the Australian cricketer Cameron Bancroft dropped a bombshell when he hinted that the bowlers were also aware of the ball being rubbed by the sandpaper.

This incident took place in the Newlands test match 2018 which was played between Australia and South Africa. In this test match, Cameron Bancroft was seen using sandpaper for scuffing the ball which is illegal as per the rules and the regulations of the game. The then skipper Steve Smith and his deputy David Warner accepted that they were aware of the happenings after which the Cricket Australia banned Steve Smith and David Warner for one year each while Cameron Bancroft was banned for a period of 9 months.

Though all three of them have made a comeback, recently Cameron Bancroft said, “Pretty self explanatory” when he was asked whether the bowlers were also aware of the use of sandpaper after which the Cricket Australia has now asked Bancroft to give more details so that they can look into this matter. After Cameron Bancroft’s remark, many former cricketers have given their views on this matter and almost everyone is sure that the bowlers must be knowing about it.

The four bowlers who played the Newlands test match – Nathan Lyon, Mitchell Starc, Josh Hazlewood and Pat Cummins have now come forward and issued a joint statement on mitchstarc56.com, a website founded by Mitchell Starc.

The four bowlers who still play together in test matches have expressed their disappointment over the fact that their integrity has been questioned despite the fact that they have answered all the questions in the past.

They further wrote that they were not aware of the use of foreign substance on the ball until they saw it on the big screen. They also wrote that those who still don’t believe them should recall that the two experienced umpires – Nigel Llong and Richard Illingworth inspected the ball after the matter came into limelight and they didn’t change the ball as it wasn’t damaged.

They further stated that whatever happened in Newlands should not have happened and they respectfully requested their fans to bring an end to this matter. They also wrote about the changes that the fans must have seen in the style of playing and behaviour of the Australian players after the Newlands test match.

James Neesham, the New Zealand cricketer who is pretty active on social media networks, is presently serving his quarantine after returning from India. He was in India for the IPL 2021 but it got postponed indefinitely after some players and staff members tested COVID-19 positive.
