Anjem Choudary- The Extremist

Dont be shocked with the title and I dont care what Mr Kapil Sibal thinks of this post. The above pic is of man who openly praises terrorist of 9/11, wants sharia to be implemented all over the world (uk being his home turf) , acknowledges training volunteers to fight !!!!!!!!!!!

This man is extremist who was responsible for sticking stickers in uk in some places . The stickers called ‘Sharia Controlled Zone’. In interview to ABC he openly admitted that he is trying to influence muslims in USA to stand up and fight for sharia …

Now this kind of dangerous man is visiting India.. What for?. Well he is organizing rally in delhi on 3rd march calling for ‘Sharia In India’. His website claims that they want ban on political parties , ban on bollywood and most importantly has pic which would hurt sentiments of hindus.

Why the hell is he getting visa?. Have we so spineless that an extremist is coming to hold rally challenging our constitution , our way of life for promoting his hatred filled ideology?.

Sharia for India Movement would be end of India we know. It doesnot help to wake a sleeping lion, does it?. Hindus in India are majority and in spite of so many muslim regimes , India remained hindu majority. The first muslim rule in subcontinent was established in sindh in 712 and it then it took another 500 years for any muslim regime to create in roads.

What is golden age of Islam in India. It is Akhbar’s age , even thought aurangzeb had more area to rule. Why?. Because akhbar was secular and didnt mess with basic right of every human being to worship , whomsoever he/she wishes to. Aurangzeb tried to mess with it and led to downfall of mughals.

In country like India which has been home to all religions since thousands of years , imposing something is recipe of disaster. What makes India such vibrant is its diversity and communal forces like Anjem Choudary would encourage communal forces among Hindus which would led to chaos and end of India we know. It is recipe of disaster.

Personally I am liberal hindu and am not too religious person but if someone messes with my way of life , I wont stand it either. I would never ever stand that…

Coming to this extremist called Anjem Choudary , I wonder what the hell is uk doing?. Britian prime minister david cameron had following things to say about anjen choudary said that Choudary “is one of those people who needs to be looked at seriously in terms of the legality of what he’s saying because he strays, I think, extremely close to the line of encouraging hatred, extremism and violence.”. Now when david knows that why the hell is anjem still free?

Coming to India , what the hell is congress doing for this?. They call them secular , dont they?. Now a secular government allowing extremist like anjem choudary to have rally is against secularism , isnt it?

I encourage all reading this blog to take a stand against this extremist and his communal rally. In our loved country , we have no place for such mindset…

Rape - Worst Crime

Recently another Rape news made headlines. A 37 years old , mother of two was raped by five people in car. The men she met in night club. She stayed till late , befriended them and took lift from them. Now her mistake was that she took lift from strangers in late night…

Now this woman gets raped goes to police and how does police react?. Well they put onus on her. What was she doing in night club. Well may be having beer..So?..Is having beer crime?.If yes ban it ….

Why did she take lift with strangers?. Hmmm…Mistake…agreed…but crime?..Nope…

How rape can happen in moving car?. Interesting question…but more important question was did rape happen?. If yes ,what role police must do?..Take FIR and work on it, right?..If police thinks woman is lying , they can arrest her for false complain , isnt it?

The biggest shocking remarks came from mamta banerjee who called the story to be fabricated to undermine her government!!!!!!!!!…Now coming for woman itself , this was really shocker.

But coming to other comments , many people questioned morality of the woman. Now does lady going to bar and taking lift late in night with strangers give rights to those strangers to rape her?.

Often we keep hearing from people on high post in police or administration that onus of not getting raped is on woman!!!!!!!!!!!…It is like telling onus of not being murdered or robbed lies on us as aam aadmis and not those who commit those crimes , not on police , law and order machinery!!!!!!!

Often Rape victims are ridiculed for their life styles…Ironically , isnt it?. Rape victims often become victims of gender prejudice and social norms of what woman must do and not do…But that about men who commit worst crime called RAPE?

Rape in many cases is worst than murder. In murder victim dies , in rape victim often remains tormented for years and years. Rape victims needs all the support from society and not ridicules. Rape victim needs social, mental and psychological support.

Coming to offenders , I believe 7 yrs jail term for rape charges is peanuts . It must be atleast 25 yrs or more and we need change of laws for that.

Shiv Sena Supremo Bal Thakeray

Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) , the richest civic body in India with annual budget of Rs 21,000 crores is all set to be governed again by Shiv Sena-BJP combine. The BMC has been ruled by shiv sena combine since 17 years by now .

Shiv Sena which is soon eroding from politics has got much needed victory in civic poll elections. Media projected this election as litmus test for uddhav thackeray and atleast in this election he seems to have answered his critics.

shiv sena,bjp combined have managed to win on 107 seats in BMC  while congress-ncp ally has managed to win in 61 seats out of 227 seats. RAJ THACKERAY managed to win 29 seats and can prove big challenge to shiv sena in coming years. He has managed to snatch away all seats from dadar which has been strong hold of shiv sena.

As for congress-ncp the results are discouraging , specially since this time they were confident of getting BMC governance after 17 years of exile.

The reactions of mumbaikers have been mixed as some hailing the results while other seemed disappointed.

Tweet 1: Mumbai has lost its right to complaint anymore, Shiv Sena-BJP set to rule again
Tweet 2: Shiv-Sena BJP alliance all set to rule the BMC for another 5 years ! The tiger gets its teeth back !

So as Bal Thackeray rejoices today victory it would be interesting to see whether Shiv Sena-BJP would be able to take things forward in assembly elections too. Personally I believe BMC election is breather for shiv sena which was demoralized with eroding support.But winning assembly election would be different ball game .

As for Raj Thackeray he is here to stay. Though he managed to get only 29 seats , he would prove to be spoiler in Shiv Sena’s party. With time he would emerge as threat to shiv sena it seems.

For BJP road ahead in maharashtra would be playing development politics. Under congress regime maharahstra prospered but now is lagging behind in its strongest point and that is ATTRACTING INVESTMENT. Gujarat has left it behind and this is point which BJP can devise genuine model for future elections.

For Congress , it has to come out of its ‘we are the best’ bet slogan. Corruption is something which congress has mastered and if they dont give up their arrogance and put things in right perceptive , they would suffer.

NCP is strong only in Maharashtra and seems to remain so. Their branching out of maharahstra doesnot seem to happen anytime soon.

Andrew Symonds

I had to write this and most cricket followers saw it coming. ANDREW SYMONDS has retired from all formats of game with immediate implementation.  He wont be playing IPL Season 5 for mumbai Indian.

Andrew Symonds was one of best utility player specially in shorter format of the game . He could ball spin , he was awesome fielder and most importantly he was brutal with the bat. Single handily he could turn the tide of the game and demolish any balling attack.

Andrew symonds was known for his batting on field and attitude issues off the field. His most most or infamous incident occured with Harbhajan singh. Called as monkey gate controversy , the after effects of the controversy made symonds career short. It was after this incident that symonds showed attitude issues more frequently.

He felt australian board didnt support him to level he expected and bowed down to financial power of BCCI. When clarke led in series , in absence of  Ricky Pointing , symonds stayed aloof. So much so that he went fishing instead of team meeting. His ‘gone fishing’ episode was much published and talked about.

Life threw surprise to symonds when he was hired by mumbai Indians for IPL and he played along with Harbhajan singh . The aggressive duo managed to clear grudges and work together as team. Ironically  symonds said “It is with regret that I will not be able to fulfil my final year of the IPL with the Mumbai Indians,”

“Mumbai Indians and the IPL have both been very supportive of me, but the impending arrival of my first child is a priority.”

As symonds retire , I wonder whether his talent like sohaib akhtar didn’t get utilized fully?.  Symonds could have achieved far more that what his present stats says. He can easily be listed as one of most dangerous player in onedays and twenty twenty. He would have reached height unprecedented in his career.

Now since he retires , I wish him well for his second innings in life…

Sherlyn Chopra PIC

Few days back a news rocked political circles. Karnataka BJP MLAs where caught by camera viewing video of rave party. Ironically Minister for women and child welfare was seen caught in the act. Calls for their resignations where made and BJP which has core ideology of hindutva and bharatiya sanskruti was left red face seeing its MLAs getting caught in such embarrassing act. Congress was quick to take opportunity and trying to make most out of it. (Congress MLAs must be thanking their luck that they where not caught!!!!!!!!!).

The `caught in act`  moment made into our drawing rooms via prime time news discussion. Memories of other caught in act like that of N.D.Tiwari came into minds of many. N.D.TIWARI was governor and being old man , he shamed all by his act…

Now that news has taken backstage in era of 24*7 . Today as I opened google trends , sheryln chopra was seen to top the chart. I wondered why and clicked on link which gave me list of few websites which showed me sheryln chopra’s pic in birthday suit!!!!!!!!

Now who sits in vidhansabha , parliament are people who represent us and going for google trends , we got what we asked …Isnt it hypocrisy that news channels,website demand resignation of MLAs while their own websites publishes pics of sheryln chopra without clothes?

For me what one views , sees etc are his/her personal matter. I never like any one to preach me on what should I view,read,listen nor do I believe in preaching someone. Sheryln Chopra or Poonam Pandey sell because many people like them . Isnt it?.

Indian Law Minister Salman Khurshid

How low can one get to get votes?. Well politicians of today’s time can get as low as it can be. Dividing people , wooing community in name of reservation , sub reservation or even mandir in name of LORD RAM (The same ram who is synonyms of renunciation and justice ,maryada).

While BJP is always blamed by so called secular forces of playing politics on religion and using religion as tool to get votes , congress itself has time and again played communal card . Congress has been opportunist , be it be opening of ram mandir locks or turning down judgement of supreme court in infamous shah bano case.In Kerala , congress was seen wooing extremist who is right now under arrest for bomb blast in kerala.

Bottom line for all political parties including congress seems to be vote ke liye kutch bhi karega!!!!!!!!!!!.  Right now congress is on getting vote spree of muslims and how to woo muslims?. One thing they have adopted in giving them reservations!!!!!!!!!….According to sachar committee report muslims in general are not doing good . 64 years of independence and for most years congress ruled the nation. They call them unbiased and secular and inspite of that what we have on ground is as reported by sachar committee….So now congress wants to give reservation. But is it for doing what they didnt do in all these years or is timing in synergy to make their prince win the election?.

What pains me more than reservation is BATLA HOUSE ENCOUNTER.  Batla house encounter has made headlines many times. In batla house encounter , according to Home Ministry of India , 2 Indian Indian Mujahideen terrorist got killed , while 2 were arrested and one managed to escape. In same encounter brave Mohan Chand Sharma got killed and became martyr.

It pains when people like dig vijay singh calls this encounter as fake . The encounter where a courageous police officer sacrificed his life. The man who was praised by prime minister of India himself.

Let us first look at statement of prime minister of India and president of India and delhi commissioner ,  after the sacrifice of mohan chand.

The Prime Minister of India, Manmohan Singh said that “Sharma had shown exceptional courage and was an inspiration for the security forces”. “He has shown exceptional courage and is an inspiration for our security forces,” he stated. In a letter to Sharma’s wife on his death, Singh wrote: “It is officers like your husband who make us all feel confident that our security is in safe hands. Your husband’s passing away is a great loss for our country and society.”

President Pratibha Patil said “his was a supreme act of sacrifice, courage and bravery and he would be always remembered by the nation.”

“We will do whatever we can to pay homage to him on behalf of the entire country,” said Home Minister Shivraj Patil. “Mohan Chand has been one of our most brave officers. He won many gallantry awards,” said Police Commissioner YS Dadhwal.

Now Law Minister of India , Mr Salman Khurshid has some different take on it. According to him , sonia gandhi cried when she saw pictures of batla house encounter and ordered a thorough probe.

Now can law minister of India clarify that how can a party chief who is neither home minister , nor police commissioner , nor prime minister can order probe?. Now she can suggest , request probe but does she have any official post to order any probe other than internal probe done by congress?

Suppose she used her power to ask prime minister to order probe but when HOME MINISTER OF INDIA AND PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA both believe the encounter was not fake , why do salman khurshids and digvijay singh dont trust home minister and prime minister?. They are authority and what prime minister says should be last word . Isnt it?

I think salman khurshid misunderstood tears of sonia gandhi. She might have cried but not for terrorist who got killed but on martyrdom of mohan chand sharma. After encounter  Congress president Sonia Gandhi in a condolence message said that Sharma “battled with the terrorists valiantly and sacrificed his life in the service of the country.” “Our battle against terrorism will continue with full resolve,” she said

I would request people like mr salman khurshid , mr digvijay singh that dont get so low to get votes. Terrorism is terrorism and if muslim does it , they deserve to be killed , if hindu does it , they deserve to be killed. You might get vote by playing of popular (but wrong) sentiments but in end you are harming the same community from who you desire to get votes. In 26/11 attack 40 muslims too had got killed …Kasab didnt discriminate on who is muslim or hindu , he simply killed…That is true face of terrorism and we need to nail it.

Sheikh Bin Baz

If you want to know how student fares , you can easily know how teacher taught. Sheikh Bin Baz  was a Saudi Arabian Islamic scholar, considered as one of the renowned Islamic Muslim scholars of the twentieth century. He was the Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia from 1993 until his death in 1999.

Now this man who is called scholar is teacher of three infamous people of the world. These people are as follows

1) Hafiz Saeed – Hate monger who established lashkar ae toyba. In 26/11 mumbai attack , terrorist from Lashkar killed innocent 180+ people which included 40 muslims . Ironically saeed calls himself hafiz and hypocritically claims to speak on behalf of all subcontinent muslims!!!!!!!!!. Hate monger Hafiz is not human being according to me, he is walking, talking ,speaking hate.

2) Bin Laden -Now does this man need introduction?. The man who founded infamous AL Qaeda. The terror organization which poses threat even today to civilized world. Bin Laden believed that there has been no Muslim regime in modern times other than that of Taliban which ruled in Afghanistan .

Bin Laden criticized  sheikh bin baz later on but according to hafiz saeed , sheikh bin baz was guru of bin laden…

Bin Laden is dead now but his legacy would remain unfortunately.

3) Al Zawahri -The man who is considered to be brain behind al qaeda is doctor!!!!!!!!!. Ya you read it right..He is doctor who believes in killing…

Now imagine the man who gave these three to the world was sheikh bin baz according to hafiz saeed!!!!!!!!!!!

This is same sheikh bin baz who believed that earth is fixed and slammed saudi government for propagating otherwise.He claimed that “The Holy Quran, the Prophet’s teaching and the majority of Islamic scientists prove…that the sun is running in its orbit and…that the earth is fixed and stable”. Now this angered king and shocked many muslims who claim quran is scientifically supported book or rather science confirms quran….

Now on women rights , sheikh bin baz was too harsh. His one of most famous fatwas has been banning women of saudis from driving car. He believed women who studied with men were no better than prostitutes.

Some of other view he held was that photography of a living thing was immoral.

Now if I have a teacher who believes earth is flat and stationary , who believes women should not drive , who believes in world where following book literally has to be followed , what kind of teaching would i get?. Three results are in front of all of us.

Faith is something which is too personal and doesnot need any proof for its existence. But any person,institute who literally takes book and interpretations of the book which makes faithfuls hate others , even from their own religion , cause trouble for the world including its own nation and churns out hate mongers like hafiz saeed or bin laden or al zawahri , well that is something more than faith…Isn’t it?

Dowry

I had written an article on social evils in India. In that article I had mentioned dowry as one of social evils which India needs to fight and eradicate totally. I had many comments on that article. The comments which amazed me most where from blind patriots. Now I am proud Indian. Very proud one. I love my motherland very much. It is my love for my country that makes me maintain this blog itself.

Now being in love with someone for me means being concerned about them at same time. Being proud of something for me doesnot mean turning blind eye towards betterment of same thing. For me India is one of best nations that humans have ever seen. The rich heritage , the continuous civilization , the people ….India has been home to all religions and some of best thoughts have come from India is philosophy. India is not just land , it is ground where human thoughts evolved and prospered.

Unfortunately in same land which is only place where god is also feminine and female power is worshipped twice a year in form of navratris , the same land has pathetic track record in treatment of women in many parts of India.

Let us look at some of shocking documented facts

-> 2 million daughters where killed in last 20 years in form of gender based abortion or killing at time of birth. ‘Missing Daughters of India’ is one of the tragic reality which we conveniently try to forget. Unfortunately in some places of India the social evil still prevails and no matter how much economically we have prospered this evil refuses to die.

Now let us look at national crime report published by Indian Home Ministry. In year 2010 total reported dowry deaths was 8391!!!!!!!!!!!!. Now this is approximately 30% more than deaths dowry caused in 2009…So as we are evolving every year in becoming better economy , gadgets,cars , a section of society wants all goodies at cost of their in laws and are trying to use short cuts by getting money from their in laws to elevate their financial status!!!!!!!!

Dowry for me is worst crime in relationship. If man doesnot have guts to take care of his responsibility of his family , wife , future kids and wants his inlaws to do what he is supposed to do , how does that man have right to get married?. When dowry gets involved in marriage , it is no more union of two souls but it is business. Plain business , when man marries a woman , gets money from in laws for her stay , her food and giving her , his name. Woman on other hand is supposed to bear kids , take care of her husband and also pay money for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…Pathetic….

Ironically laws against dowry are in placed since 1960s now but still we see dowry deaths…Why?. Why law has failed ?. Some issues are too deep rooted and needs proactive measures from society at large. Role of parents of bride too is very important out here. When one gives money in exchange of marriage , it is likely that more demand for money can come in future. Instead of bowing down to so called social practice what we need is empowerment of woman . I hope this 8391 lives dont go in vain and serve as wake up call for all those who have daughters….

Lata Mangeshkar

Today rumours of death of lata mangeshkar made rounds on internet. The news which was far from truth. The news which was false , news which was fabricated and news which was rumor.

Lata mangeshkar had to login to her twitter account to quash the rumor. She tweeted,” Namaskar. Pls don’t believe any rumors which are doing the rounds about my health & well-being. All is well, by the Grace of God.”

But this is not first time that a celebrity death rumor has surfaced. Time and again death rumor of many celebrity have emerged in various parts of the world. Just two days back I was shocked to see on youtube video posted which claimed that jackie chan dies of heart attack!!!!!!!!!!!

Even aishwarya ria bachchan had become victim of such rumors. Years back news of her death in car accident did shock the internet world. Obviously such news was false.Even britney spears too was victim of such rumors when she was going through bad phase emotionally and career wise.

Paul McCartney (beatles) has some thing wierd and interesting to deal with. Rumor had spread that Paul died in 1966 and was replaced by look alike!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Rumours started to decline when, on 7 November 1969, Life magazine published a contemporary interview with McCartney in which he said,“ Perhaps the rumour started because I haven’t been much in the press lately. I have done enough press for a lifetime, and I don’t have anything to say these days. I am happy to be with my family and I will work when I work. I was switched on for ten years and I never switched off. Now I am switching off whenever I can. I would rather be a little less famous these days.

Dont know what makes such rumors happen. Is it in quest of being sabse tej such things happen or is it someone trying to have fun at cost of emotions of fans and celebrities?

Lata mangeshkar is fine and i wish her more healthier years ahead .
