Savita Punia (Born on 11 July 1990 in Jodhkan, Sirsa District, Haryana) is an Indian field hockey player and is a member of the India national field hockey team. Savita Punia is also known as "Great Wall of India" because of her phenomenal and outstanding performance in 2020 Summer Olympics. Savita Punia saving 12 goals during hockey match against Great Britain in 2020 Summer Olympics. Indian Female hockey team missed the bronze medal in Tokyo Olympic 2020 by just a margin.

Savita plays as the goalkeeper. Savita was encouraged by her grandfather Mahinder Singh to take up hockey and joined the Sports Authority of India (SAI) center at Hisar. Savita was initially not too interested in the game, but later, when her father spent Twenty Thousand Rupees on her kit, she started to see the game in a new light and got serious about it. Savita Punia qualified for the national team in 2007 when she was barely 17. In 2009, Savita participated as a member of the team in the Junior Asia Cup.

Savita Punia had to wait for her chance for almost four years. Savita Punia made her senior international debut in the year 2011. Savita joined as a member of the team in the Junior Asia Cup. In 2013, Savita participated in the Eighth Women's Asia Cup held in Malaysia in which she saved two crucial potential goals in the penalty shoot-out and paved the way for India to win a Bronze medal. Savita Punia was a part of the bronze-winning team at the 2014 Incheon Asian Games.

In 2015, Savita Punia was awarded the "Baljit Singh Goalkeeper of the Year award" at the Hockey India Annual Awards, for having remarkable performances for India in international contributions which proved her worth as the best goalkeeper in the country. She also received a cash reward of 1 lakh rupees for her contribution to the sports.

In 2015 FIH Hockey World League held in Belgium, Savita displayed excellent performance in match against Japan, when she withstood a barrage of penalty corners, in the last 1 minute to help India hold on to its 1–0 lead. Savita helped the team qualify for the 2016 Rio Olympics after 36 years. In 2017 Asia Cup, Indian won the tournament and thus secured a place for 2017 World Cup. In this tournament Punia was the center of attention.

In the Asia Cup of 2018, Savita Punia made an astonishing save against China in the final, earning herself the goalkeeper of the tournament award and for her team, a slot in the 2018 World Cup in London. Savita Punia has received the Arjuna Award in 2018 for outstanding contributions to Sports.

Savita Punia had proved she is among the Best goalkeepers of the world by her best performance in Tokyo Olympic 2020. Savita Punia is one of the most consistent players of the Indian Women Hockey team.

Vinesh Phogat (Born on 25 August 1994 in Bhiwani District, Haryana) is an Indian woman wrestler. Vinesh Phogat became the first Indian woman wrestler to win gold in both Commonwealth and Asian Games. Vinesh became the first Indian athlete to be nominated for Laureus World Sports Awards in 2019.

Vinesh is the daughter of wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat's younger brother Rajpal and cousin of wrestlers Geeta Phogat, Babita Kumari and Ritu Phogat. Vinesh Phogat married her long-time boyfriend and fellow wrestler Somvir Rathee, who is a two times gold medallist in the national championship On 13 December 2018.

In 2013 Asian Wrestling Championships in New Delhi, India, Vinesh won the bronze medal in the women's freestyle 52 kg category. 2013 Commonwealth Wrestling Championships held in Johannesburg, South Africa, Vinesh completed second and won the silver medal in the women's freestyle 51 kg category.

In 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games, Vinesh represented India in the women's freestyle 48 kg category and won the gold medal. At 2014 Asian Games in Incheon, South Korea. Vinesh won the bronze medal in the women's freestyle 48 kg category.

In 2015 Doha Asian Championships, Vinesh Phogat won the silver medal. Vinesh reached the Quarter Finals of 2016 Rio Olympics held in Istanbul. In 2016, Vinesh Phogat has been awarded with Arjuna Award.

In 2018 Gold Coast CommonWealth Games, Vinesh Phogat won the gold medal in women's 50 kg freestyle wrestling. Vinesh Phogat won the gold medal at the 2018 Asian Games and became first Indian woman wrestler to win gold in the Asian Games. Vinesh Phogat nominated for Padma Shri award in 2018 by the Sports Authority of India.

Vinesh won the bronze medal in The 2019 Asian Wrestling Championships held in Xi'an, China. Vinesh Phogat won gold in the 2019 Yasar Dogu International. She also won gold in 2019 Poland Open wrestling tournament. In 2019 World Wrestling Championships, Vinesh Phogat captured a maiden World Championship medal in the women's 53 kg category and became the first Indian wrestler to qualify for the Tokyo Olympics 2020.

In January 2020, Phogat won gold in Rome Ranking Series. Vinesh Phogat has been awarded with Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna Award (formerly known as Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award), the highest sporting honour of the Republic of India.

In Tokyo Olympics 2020, Vinesh Phogat's campaign ends without medal. She returns from a second successive Olympics without a medal. Vinesh Phogat was temporarily suspended by the Wrestling Federation of India for her alleged indiscipline during Tokyo Olympics 2020.

Ekta Bisht (Born on 8 February 1986 in Almora, Uttarakhand) is an Indian left handed batswoman and slow left-arm orthodox bowler. Ekta was the first International woman cricketer from Uttarakhand state. Ekta Bisht also the first Indian Woman cricketer to take a hat-trick in a Women's Twenty20 International match.

Ekta started playing cricket at the age of six. Ekta would play the sport with boys, which often drew an audience as she was the only girl on a male team. Ekta Bisht was the captain of Kumaon University in North zone. In 2006, Ekta became captain of the Uttarakhand cricket team. Ekta played for the Uttar Pradesh cricket team from 2007 to 2010. Ekta had been mentored by Liyakat Ali in her early years.

In 2011, Ekta was selected for the India women's national cricket team and made her WODI debut on 2 July 2011 against Australia. On 3 October 2012 in Colombo, Sri Lanka, Ekta Bisht took a hat-trick in the match of the ICC World Women Twenty20. Ekta was member of the Indian team to reach the final of the 2017 Women's Cricket World Cup. In December 2017, Ekta Bisht was named as one of the players in both the ICC Women's ODI Team of the Year and the ICC Women's T20I Team of the Year. Ekta was the only woman named in both squads.

In 2017 Women's Cricket World Cup, Ekta Bisht claimed 5 wickets in 18 runs against Pakistan, leading India to win by 95 runs. With this, she broke her own record of 5 wickets in 8 runs against Colombo in February 2017. Ekta Bisht was also Joint second highest wicket taker in ODI's in 2017 at an average of 17.27 with 29 wickets in 16 matches. In November 2017, the Uttarakhand government decided to confer the year's Khel Ratna award to bowler Ekta Bisht and Dronacharya Award to her coach Liyakat Ali Khan.

In October 2018, Ekta Bisht was named in India's squad for the 2018 ICC Women's World Twenty20 tournament in the West Indies. On November 2018, Ekta has had 79 ODI wickets and 50 T20I wickets averaging 21.98 and 14.50 respectively. Ekta Bisht is the fifth Indian woman to cross the 100 wicket mark with 129 international wickets and India's fifth highest wicket taker in ODI's and third highest in T20I's.

Sanaa Bhambri (Born on 7 March 1988 in New Delhi) is a former Indian Women professional tennis player. Sanaa's highest singles ranking is world No. 434, which she achieved in October 2005. Sanaa Bhambri won 2 singles titles and 12 doubles titles on the ITF circuit. Sanaa won one $25k doubles event in 2005 at Lagos, Nigeria and entered in three WTA Tour event main draws.

Sanaa started her tennis career since her education days. In the year 2001, Sanaa won the ITF Junior (U-18) which held at Mumbai. In November, Sanaa won AITA Tennis Tournament in both the categories - Under-14 and Under-16, held at Delhi. In 2002, Sanaa was a semifinalist at the ITF Junior under 18 which held at Kolkata.

In 2003 French Open Girls' doubles event Sanaa reached the semifinals. In October 2005, Sanaa won the $25k Lagos 2 event with partner Ankita Bhambri. Sanaa's only WTA Tour main-draw appearances were at Kolkata at the Sunfeast Open in 2005, 2006 and 2007 but Sanaa lost in the first round each time.

From 2005 to 2010, Sanaa Bhambri competing primarily in events in India and Thailand and won twelve $10k tournaments, 2 in singles (2006 in Ahmedabad and 2008 in Gurgaon) and 10 in doubles. In 2004 DSCL National Championships held in Delhi, Sanaa won women's singles, women's doubles and girls' under-18s singles and become the youngest Indian tennis player to complete this achievement.

Sanaa's sister Ankita and brother Yuki also are tennis players. She has cousins, Prerna Bhambri and Prateek Bhambri, who also play on the Indian circuit.

Lajja Goswami (Born on 28 September 1988 in Jitodia Village, Anand, Gujarat) is an Indian Woman Shooter. Lajja is an Indian markswoman and policewoman. Lajja won Bronze medal in 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games in 50 meter Rifle 3 Positions (Individual Event) also won Silver medal in 2010 Delhi Commonwealth Games in 50 meter Rifle 3 Positions (Pair Event).

Lajja Goswami is a former National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadet. Lajja won the conferred Raksha Mantri medal. Lajja Goswami won the silver medal in women's 50-metre rifle 3 position event, at ISSF World Cup in Granada, Spain(2013). Lajja Goswami is a brand ambassador for Gujarat State and became the first sportswoman to be appointed as a police inspector in the Gujarat police cadre in the sports quota.

Lajja has also participated in Asian Games 2014 and finished in Top 8. Lajja won Gold medal in International Shooting Competition in 2015 held in Hanover, Germany.

Kavita Raut (Born on 5 May 1985 in Sawarpada, Nashik) is an Indian long-distance runner from Nashik, Maharashtra. Kavita holds the present national record for 10 km road running with a timing of 34:32. Kavita Raut won the bronze medal in 10,000 metres race at the 2010 Commonwealth Games, the first individual track medal by an Indian woman athlete at the Commonwealth Games. Kavita also won the silver medal in 10,000 metres race at the 2010 Asian Games.

In 2009 Asian athletics championships held at Guangzhou, China, Kavita won a bronze medal. In 2010 Commonwealth Games held at New Delhi, She won another bronze medal in the 10,000 metres race on 8 October 2010 with a timing of 33:05.28.The medal was the first individual track medal by an Indian athlete at the Commonwealth Games in more than 50 years, after Milkha Singh's 440 yards gold at the 1958 Cardiff Commonwealth Games. It was also the first individual track medal by an Indian woman athlete in the history of Commonwealth Games.

In 2010 Asian Games held at Guangzhou, China, Kavita Raut won the silver medal in the 10,000 metres race on 21 November 2010 with a timing of 31:51.44, which is her personal best. The medal was a twice victory for India, as Preeja Sreedharan won the gold in the similar race with a timing of 31:50.47 setting a record for India's best.

In 2011 Indian National Games, Kavita Raut started the season with a 5000/10,000 m double, setting Games records in both events. Kavita holds the current Indian National record for 10 km road running with a mark of 34:32, set at the Sunfeast World 10K in Bangalore. Shafali Verma (Born on 28 January 2004 in Rohtak, Haryana) is an Indian cricketer. Shafali made her WT20I debut for India, against South Africa, on 24 September 2019.

In November 2019, Shafali Verma was the youngest woman to play for India in a T20I match against the West Indies. She also became the youngest woman for India to score a half-century in international cricket. Shafali scored 158 runs in five matches and was named the player of the series.

Shefali's biggest strong point is her bold nature of gameplay and could be the perfect successor to Smriti Mandhana. Shefali was named in India's squad for the 2020 ICC Women's T20 World Cup in Australia.

Smriti Shriniwas Mandhana (Born on 18 July 1996 in Mumbai, Maharashtra) is an Indian cricketer who plays for the Indian women's national team. In June 2018, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) named her as the Best Women's International Cricketer.

Mandhana's first breakthrough came in October 2013 when she became the first Indian woman to achieve a double-hundred in a one-day game. Playing for Maharashtra against Gujarat, she scored an unbeaten 224 off 150 balls in the West Zone Under-19 Tournament, at the Alembic Cricket Ground in Vadodara.

Mandhana made her Test debut in August 2014 against England at Wormsley Park. Smriti Mandhana was the only Indian player to be named in the ICC Women's Team of the Year 2016. In the 2016 Women's Challenger Trophy, Mandhana scored three half-centuries for India Red in as many games, and helped her team win the Trophy by making an unbeaten 62 off 82 balls in the final against India Blue. With 192 runs, she emerged as the tournament's top-scorer.

In September 2016, Mandhana was signed up for a one-year deal with Brisbane Heat for the Women's Big Bash League (WBBL), and along with Harmanpreet Kaur, became one of the first two Indians to be signed up for the League.

Mandhana came into the team for the 2017 World Cup after recovering from an injury, she began the World Cup with a 90 against England in Derby, in the first of the group matches. Smriti helped her team win by 35 runs, and was named the player of the match, followed by her second hundred in a One Day International against West Indies (106*). Smriti Mandhana was part of the Indian team to reach the final of the 2017 Women's Cricket World Cup where the team lost to England by nine runs.

In March 2018, Smriti Mandhana scored the fastest fifty for India in a Women's Twenty20 International (WT20I) fixture, taking 30 balls to reach a half-century against Australia women in the 2017–18 India women's Tri-Nation Series. The following month, she was named the player of the series, for the three WODI matches played against England women.

Alisha Abdullah (Born on 24 July 1989 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu) is an Indian racing driver. Alisha is the India's first female national racing champion.

Alisha has been fascinated by racing since she was a kid. As a nine-year-old, Alisha was drawn to go-karting. She was winning go-karting races by the time she was eleven. When Alisha was just 13 years old, she won the MRF National Go-Karting Championship and the Best Novice Award in the National level Formula Car Racing in the open class.

Alisha did her schooling in St. Kevin's and pursued her higher secondary studies at Sacred Heart, Church park. She completed her graduation in Sociology at M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women, Nungambakkam, Chennai. Alisha also did her Post graduation studies at LIBA.

In 2004 JK Tyre National Racing Championship, Alisha managed to come fifth. Alisha made the switch from four wheels to bikes in the same year.

Harmanpreet Kaur (Born on 8 March 1989 in Moga, Punjab) is an Indian Women Cricketer. She plays as an allrounder for the Indian women's cricket team. Harmanpreet was awarded the prestigious Arjuna Award for Cricket in the year 2017 by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. Harmanpreet was inspired by Virender Sehwag.

In the 2009 Women's Cricket World Cup, Harmanpreet Kaur made her ODI debut at age of 20 against arch-rivals Pakistan women's cricket team at Bradman Oval, Bowral. In June 2009, Harmanpreet made her Twenty20 International debut in the 2009 ICC Women's World Twenty20 against England women's at County Ground, Taunton.

Harmanpreet was named as Indian women's captain for the 2012 Women's Twenty20 Asia Cup final, as captain Mithali Raj and vice-captain Jhulan Goswami were out because of injuries. She made her debut as captain against Pakistan women's as India defended 81 runs thus won Asia Cup.

In March 2013, she was named ODI captain of India women's when Bangladesh women's toured in India. In the series, Kaur scored her second ODI century in 2nd ODI. Kaur finished the series 195 runs at average of 97.50 with a century and a fifty along with 2 wickets.

In August 2014, she one of the eight debut that played against England women cricket team in a Test match at Sir Paul Getty's Ground, Wormsley in which she scored 9 and a duck in a match. In November 2014, she took 9 wickets in a Test match South Africa women cricket team played at Gangothri Glades Cricket Ground, Mysore and helped India to win the match by an innings and 34 runs.

In January 2016, she helped India to win series in Australia as well as scored a 31-ball 46 runs in India's highest ever chase in T20 internationals. She continued her form in the 2016 ICC Women's World Twenty20 where she scored 89 runs and took seven wickets in four matches. In June 2016, Harmanpreet became the first Indian cricketer to be signed by an overseas Twenty20 franchise. Sydney Thunder, the Women's Big Bash League champions, signed her for the 2016–17 season.

On 20 July 2017, Harmanpreet scored 171*(115) against Australia in the 2017 Women's Cricket World Cup semi-final in Derby. Harmanpreet's 171* is currently the second-highest score by an Indian batter in women's one-day internationals, behind Deepti Sharma's 188 runs. Harmanpreet also holds the record for the highest individual score for India in Women's cricket World Cup history.

Harmanpreet was part of the Indian team to reach the final of the 2017 Women's Cricket World Cup where the team lost to England by nine runs. In July 2017, Harman became second India batter to feature in the top-10 of ICC Women's ODI Player Rankings after Mithali Raj. In December 2017, she was named as one of the players in the ICC Women's T20I Team of the Year.

Hima Das First Indian Gold Medalist Sprinter

Hima Das (Born on 9 January 2000 in Dhing, Nagaon, Assam) is Indian sprinter. Hima is the first Indian sprinter, who won a Gold medal at any world athletics event. She won the gold medal in women's 400m at the World U-20 Championships 2018 at Tampere.

Hima's father is a rice farmer, she is the eldest of four children. Hima attended the Dhing Public high School and began playing football as a child. She played the sport with the boys at her school and wanted to pursue a career in football. Later, on the suggestion of Shamsul Haque, a Physical Education Trainer from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Das switched over to athletics and began participating in short and middle distance races.

Hima Das caught the attention of Nipon Das, an athletics coach from the Directorate of Sports and Youth Welfare during an inter-district competition. Describing her as a rare talent Nipon Das said that Hima Das' "dedication and hard work set her apart".

Hima competed at the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games in the 400m and the 4x400m relay. In the 400m, Das qualified for the final where she finished sixth in a time of 51.32 seconds, 1.17 seconds behind gold medalist Amantle Montsho from Botswana. In the 4x400m relay she was part of the Indian team that competed in the final. They finished seventh, with a time of 3 minutes and 33.61 seconds.

Hima became the first Indian track athlete to hold a global title on winning the Gold medal at the World U-20 Championships 2018 at Tampere, Finland, in Women's 400m with a time of 51.46 seconds. Das is now part of a group of Indian athletes who have won medals at the World U20 Championships, which includes Seema Punia (Bronze, Discus throw), Navjeet Kaur Dhillon (Bronze, Discus throw) and Neeraj Chopra (Gold, Javelin throw).

Poonam Yadav (Born on 24 August 1991 in Agra, Uttar Pradesh) is an Indian cricketer who plays for the Indian women's cricket team. She made her debut in International cricket on 5 April 2013 in a Women's Twenty20 International (WT20I) match against Bangladesh. Poonam has given an outstanding performance in her debut match by picking 3/21 in 4 overs. It helped India to won the match.

Poonam Yadav was born in an Army Family, her father Raghubir Singh Yadav is retired Indian Army Soldier. Her Father always says Poonam is different from other girls. She never feared of injuries. Poonam was always interested in sports.

Poonam play as right-arm legbreak bowler with legbreak googly bowling style. Poonam grabbed benefit from her small height, she has to make the ball fly up in the air so that it lands somewhere near the batsmen. This flight proves to be serious for battlers as it goes over through their eye line, making them step out of the crease.

Poonam has played for Central Zone, Uttar Pradesh and Railways in domestic cricket. Poonam Yadav was part of the Indian team to reach the final of the 2017 Women's Cricket World Cup where the team lost to England by nine runs.

Sakshi Malik - First Olympic Medal Winner Indian Female Wrestler

Sakshi Malik (Born on 3 September 1992 in Mokhra Village, Rohtak, Haryana) is an Indian freestyle wrestler. At the 2016 Summer Olympics, she won the bronze medal in the 58 kg category, becoming the first Indian female wrestler to win a medal at the Olympics and the fourth female Olympic medallist from the country.

Sakshi was motivated to take up wrestling from seeing her grandfather Badlu Ram, who was also a wrestler. She began training in wrestling at the age of 12 under a coach, Ishwar Dahiya, at an akhara in Chhotu Ram Stadium, Rohtak.

Malik's first achievement as a professional wrestler in the international arena came in 2010 at the Junior World Championships where Sakshi won the bronze medal in the 58 kg freestyle event. In 2014 Dave Schultz International Tournament, she won gold in the 60 kg category and after that she never stopped and maintained the passion and dedication towards the wrestling.

Sakshi Malik won the silver medal at the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games and the bronze medal in 2015 Asian Wrestling Championships held in Doha. In 2016 Rio Olympics, Sakshi Malik won the bronze medal and became India's first female wrestler to win an Olympic medal.

Sakshi Malik represented "Colors Delhi Sultans" in the second edition of the Pro Wrestling League held in January 2017. She has also been featured in the women's day campaign called as #EveryWomanStrong for her sponsor JSW Group.

Sakshi Malik has been awarded Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna award, highest sporting honor of India in 2016. Sakshi also awarded Padma Shri, fourth highest Indian national honor in 2017.

First Indian Female Olympic Gymnast Dipa Karmakar

Dipa Karmakar (Born on 9 August 1993 in Agartala, Tripura) is an Indian artistic gymnast, who represented India in the Rio Olympics 2016. Dipa is the first Indian female gymnast ever to contest in the Olympics, and the first Indian gymnast to do so in 52 years. She managed 4th position in Women's Vault Gymnastics event of 2016 Summer Olympics held at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil with an overall score of 15.066.

Dipa started her school life Abhoynagar Nazrul Smriti Vidyalaya at Agartala. At the age of 6, she started practicing gymnastics coached by Soma Nandi & Bisweshwar Nandi since. Through extensive training, she was able to develop an arch in her foot.

In 2008, Dipa won the Junior Nationals in Jalpaiguri. Since 2007, Karmakar has won 77 medals, including 67 gold, in state, national and international championships. She was part of the Indian gymnastics contingent at the 2010 Delhi Commonwealth Games. Dipa won gold medals in the all-around and all four events: floor, vault, balance beam and uneven bars in 2011 National Games.

Dipa Karmakar won a bronze medal at the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games with her Produnova vault and becoming the first Indian female gymnast to do so in the history of the Games. She was the first Indian woman to win a Commonwealth Games gymnastics medal and the second Indian. Dipa is being supported by the GoSports Foundation under the Rahul Dravid Athlete Mentorship Programme.

Dipa is one of the only five women who have successfully landed the Produnova, which is regarded as the most difficult vault currently performed in women's gymnastics. She also won a bronze medal at the Asian Gymnastics Championships and finished fifth at the 2015 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships, both firsts for India.

In October 2015, Karmakar became the first Indian gymnast to qualify for a final stage at the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. Dipa scored 14.900 on vault in the qualification round to secure her place for the finals, where she finished 5th with a two-vault average of 14.683.

On April 2016, Dipa Karmakar became the first Indian woman gymnast to qualify on for the Olympics and the first gymnast of India to grace the Games since Tokyo 1964. For her estimable presentation in Rio Olympics 2016, the Government of India conferred upon her the Khel Ratna award in August 2016.

Dipa Karmakar was awarded with Arjuna Award for Gymnastics in 2015, Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award in 2016. In 2017, Dipa is recipient of Padma Shri, the fourth highest civilian award in the Republic of India.

Dipa had injured her knee while practicing for the trials of the 2017 Asian Artistic Gymnastics Championships. She withdrew from the selection trials for the Indian team for the 2018 Commonwealth Games, citing the lack of preparedness.

Rani Rampal (Born on 4 December 1994 in Shahbad, Haryana) is an Indian field hockey player. At the age of 15, she was the youngest player in the national team which participated in the 2010 World Cup. Rani came from a poor family, her father works as a cart-puller. In 2003, Rani came into field hockey and trained by Dronacharya Award winner Baldev Singh at the Shahbad Hockey Academy. She is considered to be one of the best women hockey players in the world. Rani worked as Assistant Coach with Sports Authority Of India and she has worked as junior clerk in the Indian Railways.

In June 2009, Rani played in the Champion's Challenge Tournament held in Kazan, Russia and drove India to a win by scoring 4 goals in the finals. She was announced "The Top Goal Scorer" and the "Young Player of the Tournament".

Rani Rampal was instrumental in winning the silver medal for the Indian team in 2009 Asia Cup held in Qatar. Rani was included in the FIH Women's All Star Team of 2010 also involved the All Star team of the Asian Hockey Federation based on her performance in 2010 Asian Games at Guangzhou, where the Indian team came in fourth position.

In 2010 Women's Hockey World Cup held in Rosario, Argentina, Rani slashed a total of seven goals which placed Team India in the ninth place in World Women's hockey rankings. This is India's best performance since 1978. Rani is the only Indian to be nominated for the 2010 FIH Women's Young Player of the Year Award. She was conferred the "Best Young Player of the Tournament" award at the Women's Hockey World Cup 2010, recognizing her stellar presentation as the top field goal scorer in the event.

Rani was announced the 'Player of the Tournament' at the 2013 Junior World Cup, where Team India finished with a bronze medal. She has been named for FICCI Comeback of the Year Award 2014. Ranie was awarded with the Arjuna award in 2016.

Rani Rampal was part of 2017 Women's Asian Cup, and they also won the title second time in 2017 at Kakamigahara in Japan, for the first time the trophy was brought in year 2004, due to this they got selected for world cup which was held in 2018. Rani commanded the Indian women's hockey team as captain in 2018 Asian Games, where Inidan Women’s Hockey Team won a silver medal.

In 2019. Rani Rampal became the first-ever hockey player to win the prestigious "World Games Athlete of the Year" award. Ranie was also awarded with the Padma Shri, the fourth highest civilian award in the Republic of India.

Sushila Chanu Pukhrambam (Born on 25 February, 1992 in Manipur) is an Indian field hockey player and a former captain of Indian national team. Sushila Chanu was skipper of the Indian junior bronze medal winning team of 2013 Junior World Cup held at Monchengladbach, Germany.

Sushila Born is the second daughter of her parents, Pukhrambam Shyamsundar Singh and Pukhrambam ongbi Lata Devi. With the help of her uncle Robindro Singh through A.
