Tujuan utama PT Limabelas adalah menindaklanjuti order-order yang dikirim dari kantor pusat di Prancis dan mengikuti proses produksi yang dikerjakan di berbagai supplier di Indonesia. Quality Controller adalah bagian dari tim PT Limabelas. Mereka bekerja dibawah tanggung jawab Manager untuk mewujudkan tujuan utama perusahaan PT Limabelas.

QC bekerja di bawah manajemen dan harus mengawasi kualitas harian setiap pesanan dan ikut memuat kontainer dari pemasok gudang .QC harus mampu untuk melaporkan dan mengikuti perintah sesuai dengan standar kualitas dan meningkatkan tingkat kualitas . QC harus mencapai misi teknis yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan perusahaan .

Quality Controller

Misi Utama :

Mempersiapkan kegiatan pengontrolan kualitas di tempat produksi supplier
Memastikan kualitas barang layak export sebelum stuffing / sebelum dimasukkan di dalam kontainer.
Mengirimkan laporan ke Manager
Mengikuti order yang berjalan di supplier dengan baik dan benar
Memahami prosedur kualitas barang dan produk katalog online
Dapat melaksanakan semua misi yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan operasional dan tehnikal QC

Sarjana dari universitas bereputasi baik
Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam bidang furniture di Indonesia

Job Description :

Analyze buyer's tech pack for all technical related specification on measurements, grading, construction, technical trimming, etc,.
Advise on construction methods (patterns, fittings) to ensure the best quality of garments with the assigned fabrics.
Communicate directly with buyers and vendors to ensure the samples are received according to spec, fit and correct construction.
Provide clear solutions to fitting issues (how the patterns need to be adjusted)
Plan sample execution method and provide the process control details to the factory’s sample department with adequate construction/ workmanship guidelines.
Conduct pre-sampling process meeting with the factory’s sample department.
Support and supervise sample making process in the factory during the sewing.
Work with the factory’s production department parallel to create feasible & efficient construction method for bulk production.
Equally responsible for the sample quality as per buyer’s quality excellence standard.

Skills and Requirements :

3 - 5 years in a similar role with the background of working in sample room and pattern departments.
Pattern making experience will be an added advantage.
Should possess a good knowledge about grading, shrinkage details.
Experience in outerwear sewing technique is a must.
Good communication (should be able to explain technical related matters in a simple way) and interpersonal skills
Proactive team worker
Fluent in English (both oral and written)
Computer literate (MS office and internet)

Instrument Engineer (Indonesian National)

Education:

University degree or equivalent in Instrumentation and Control, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities:

A minimum 15 years experience in the oil and gas industry, as instrument and controls discipline with the instrument and control system design, construction and start-up of LNG plants as a minimum including ideally offshore oil and gas production platforms and facilities.
Extensive experience in FEED & EPC engineering activities related to Instrumentation & Control system design of LNG/Offshore Oil and Gas production platforms and facilities.
Proficient knowledge and working experiences of instrument and control system design involved with all phases of projects from FEED to detail engineering and design through to construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning, project management and QC controls and procedures relating to instrumentation and control engineering.
Knowledge and working experience of control and safety system design including instrument engineering (including flow metering & analyzer system) process control and safety instrumented system (ICCS), Fire and Gas system, HIPPS system, Package system and Asset Management system.
Knowledge and experience with instrument and control design software.
Familiarity with the related standards and codes.

Package Engineer (Indonesian National)

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
8+ years in Package Equipment design for Oil and Gas industry plant projects, particularly LNG.

Responsibilities:

To provide technical evaluation and design review for Package Equipment in the Topside development.

1. Package Equipment Design

Review Contractor s design and performance analysis for package equipment and make recommendations to Sr. Package Engineer.
Endure floating life cycle considerations are taken into account.
Co-ordinate footprints with structural engineering.
Ensure that ancillary components are included in equipment design.
Conduct material Compatibility assessment for rotating equipments with Material Specialist.
Inform main decisions and changes in design of Package Equipment to Sr. Package Equipment Engineer.

2. Technical Assurance and Integrity

Verify the technical integrity of critical package equipment design aspect, considering floating lifecycle issues.
Review design calculation as required.
Conduct performance and reliability assessment (i.e. shaft stress analysis) for proposed package equipments; identify means to improve performance and reliability (i.e. bearing type) if possible.
Work with the Pre-Production Operation & Maintenance Group in the development of operation and maintenance philosophies, operating procedures and integrity management plans for package equipments.

3. Planning, Cost and Risk Management

Request and review that detail cost estimation and schedule provided by Contractor.
Identify long-lead items and ensure that purchase orders for these items are scheduled in due time to minimize delays.
Monitor progress of Contractor work; inform possible delays and recommend appropriate solutions to Senior Package Equipment Engineer.
Provide input to FLNG risk assessment and mitigation measures to Senior Static.
Equipment Engineer.
Ensure compliance with all Project interfaces and supervise information exchange among relative section.

4. Contractor Management

Ensure that Contractor provides complete technical documentation including analysis reports for Package Equipment.
Identify scope and develop specifications for EPC phase.
Ensure technical design documents review and proper comments/recommendation.

5. Contribution for team

Participate in System Integration, peers reviews and other initiatives as required.
Encourage commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing among subordinates.

Static Equipment Engineer (Indonesian National)

Requirements:

8 + years in Static Equipment design for Oil and Gas industry plant projects particularly LNG.
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities:

To provide technical evaluation and design review for Steel Structure in the Topside development.

1. Topside Static Equipment Assessment

Coordinate analysis of structural aspect for Static Equipment in Topside design: analysis will include but not limited to:

Static Equipment strength and stability of elements in Topside (i.e., fatigue, vibration and motion analysis).
Impact of weight and centre of gravity.

Review static equipment design provided Contractor and make recommendations, if necessary; design will cover, but not limited to:› Static equipment i.e., heat exchangers, vessels, columns and miscellaneous sump tanks.
Ensure that ancillary components that are included in equipment design do not affect Topside s technical integrity and reliability.
Review Material Compatibility assessment for Static Equipment.
Provide technical content for EPC bidding process based on approved final design.
Provide input data to FLNG Plot Plan Study, Fire and explosion risk analysis & FLNG Hazard Mitigation Plan and Risk Management Plant.

Piping Engineer

Requirements:

Minimum BS in Mechanical Engineering.
8+ years in package Equipment design for Oil and Gas industry plant projects, particularly LNG.

Responsibilities:

1. Topside Piping Design Assessment

Review/check and evaluate FEED Contractors piping design including 3D model for process/utilities modules and pipe racks etc, on Topside facilities.
Ensure that final design in line with project specification and DEPs requirements along with project documentation.
Identify scope and develop specifications for EPC phase based approval final piping design.
Verify and evaluate design integrity of work and to ensure that FEED Contractors proposed solutions are technically sound.
Conduct Material Compatibility assessment with Material Specialist.
Ensure that detailed design meet Company and industry standards (quality, safety & others (as well as regulatory requirements).
Evaluate FEED deliverables of Multi FEED for piping design.
Assessment local content for piping material.
Provide technical content for EPC bidding process based on approved final design.

Hull Outfitting Engineer (Indonesian National)

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

Minimum of 3 years experience in Offshore Oil & Gas facility, particularly FPSO engineering/design/construction, and/or LNGG & VLCC engineering/design/procurement/construction.
Experienced in either of FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, and construction of Offshore facilities.
Experienced in development & review of technical specifications, drawings, data reports & other documentation such as technical requisitions.
Experienced in various engineering studies & workshop like HAZOP, HAZID etc.
Experienced in working in major exploration & production companies or EPC contractors.

Experienced in FEED, detailed engineering, fabrication in shop yard and construction/installation of large size module structure in onshore and offshore facilities including FPSO.

Experienced in working in major exploration & production companies or EPC contractors.

Requirements:

Pengalaman: minimal 3 tahun dalam operasional plant production mulai dari WB s/d loading ke barge, melakukan kontrol atas inventory material di stock pile, maintenance planning, costing, budgeting.
Pendidikan: minimal STM atau sederajat.
Memiliki nilai tambah bila mempunyai sertifikat POP.
Bersedia ditempatkan di lokasi proyek di Kabupaten Bulungan, Kalimantan Timur.

5. Safety Inspector (SAI)

Requirements:

Pendidikan: minimal SMU atau sederajat.
Pengalaman: minimal 2 tahun menjadi Safety Inspector.
Dapat mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik, minimal aplikasi Ms. Office
Memiliki SIM A.
Memiliki nilai tambah bila mempunyai sertifikasi dasar-dasar safety untuk operasional pertambangan.

6. Enviro Inspector (EVI)

Requirements:

Pendidikan: minimal D3 Tehnik Lingkungan.
Pengalaman: minimal 2 tahun di industri pertambangan.
Dapat mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik, minimal aplikasi Ms. Office.
Memiliki SIM A.
Memiliki nilai tambah bila mempunyai sertifikat POP.

7. CSR Officer (CSO)

Requirements:

Pengalaman: minimal 2 tahun dalam menangani program kegiatan Corporate Social Responsibility/External Relation (HUMAS) di perusahaan pertambangan.
Pendidikan: minimal D3 semua jurusan dan mampu mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik.
Bersedia ditempatkan di lokasi proyek di Kabupaten Bulungan, Kalimantan Timur.

8. IT Assistant (ITA)

Requirements:

Pendidikan: minimal D3.
Pengalaman: minimal 1 tahun di bagian IT.
Menguasai Sistem Network (LAN, Wireless).
Mengerti Sistem Peripheral (Modem, Switch, Server, Firewall).
Familiar dengan Sistem OS Terutama Windows 7
Lebih diutamakan pengetahuan mengenai sistem radio komunikasi (Two way radio) serta Repeater.

9. Non-Technical Division Admin Assistant (DAA)

Requirements:

Pengalaman: minimal 2 tahun sebagai Sekretaris atau Personal Assistant.
