Review and sign-off the same. PJIT / MIGAS INSPECTION COORDINATOR (CP-A58)&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;• Work closely with PT, PJIT, DJ-MIGAS, EPC Contractor and subcontractors to develop DJMIGAS and PJIT inspection, witness and hold points on Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).&lt;br /&gt;• Ensure that all equipment and facilities requiring SKPP, SKKP or SKPI are certified by DJMIGAS.&lt;br /&gt;• Obtain all required technical data to be reviewed by PJIT from EPC and PT and ensure that PJIT receive the data on timely manner.&lt;br /&gt;• Develop DJ-MIGAS inspection schedule and arrange DJ-MIGAS and BPMIGAS (if required) visits for all DJ-MIGAS and PJIT inspection, witness and hold points.&lt;br /&gt;• Prepare invitation letter to DJ-MIGAS and BPMIGAS to witness FAT, hydro test, SAT, commissioning/start-up, site inspection, etc.&lt;br /&gt;• Accompany DJ-MIGAS, BPMIGAS and PJIT to witness FAT, hydro test, SAT, startup/ commissioning and other inspections.&lt;br /&gt;• Ensure Berita Acara/Inspection Report is prepared for each inspection/visit and all findings are recorded and reported.&lt;br /&gt;• Develop and manage Berita Acara/Inspection Report spreadsheet and expedite the closure of findings.&lt;br /&gt;• Review databook for SKPP, SKKP, and SPKI with PT and PJIT for timely submission to DJMIGAS.&lt;br /&gt;• Prepare any required presentation to DJ-MIGAS and BPMIGAS related to DJ-MIGAS inspection.&lt;br /&gt;• Other non-routine work in Quality as requested by Supervisor. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;• BS in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, or an extensive degree of technical training and experience in the field of Quality inspection or DJ-MIGAS certification.&lt;br /&gt;• Working knowledge of DJ-MIGAS Regulations and other Government of Indonesian Regulations required to obtain SKPP, SKKP and SKPI certificates of worthiness.&lt;br /&gt;• Minimum 4 years of experience in DJ-MIGAS certification or minimum 3 years of experience in DJ-MIGAS certification with minimum 4 years of experience in Quality control/inspection.&lt;br /&gt;• Minimum three (3) years experiences in inspection of piping system, equipment and facilities on major onshore or offshore project is preferred.&lt;br /&gt;• Working knowledge of:&lt;br /&gt;- Piping and pressure vessel codes and Quality standards (ASME section V, ASME section VIII, ASME section IX, ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8 and ISO 9001).&lt;br /&gt;- Pipeline construction methods.&lt;br /&gt;- Piping, Isometrics and Shop Drawings.&lt;br /&gt;- Indonesian National Standard (SNI).&lt;br /&gt;• Knowledge of piping, instrumentation, and electrical equipment (generator, transformer, switch gear, etc.) and their function/running test.&lt;br /&gt;• Well versed in safe work practices.&lt;br /&gt;• Good oral and written English communication skills - report writing, invitation letter and presentation skills.&lt;br /&gt;• Good computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;9. Environment, Regulatory &amp;amp; Socioeconomic Advisor (CP-A59)&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Coordinate ongoing effort to obtain various permits for EPC3&amp;amp;4 scope of work in a timely fashion in order to remain in compliance with National, Province, and Local regulations.&lt;br /&gt;2. Interface with the functional groups as necessary to access timely support for project activities, identify/implement best practices and lessons learned&lt;br /&gt;3. Work with PMT and Functional groups to support development of documents such as oil spill response plan and waste management plan.&lt;br /&gt;4. Interface with project engineering and construction to ensure environmental and regulatory compliance.&lt;br /&gt;5. Coordinate development and submittal of EMCAPS regulatory compliance and environmental management plans for project facilities&lt;br /&gt;6. Work with consultants, as necessary, to prepare and submit requisite environmental, regulatory and socioeconomic impact assessments.&lt;br /&gt;7. Interface and coordinate activities with functional groups, as appropriate, to develop and implement appropriate plans for interfacing with Non-Governmental Organisations (NGO) and Government agencies.&lt;br /&gt;8. Review and advise PMT about EPC contractor environmental, regulatory and socioeconomic documents and deliverables, as prescribed in project Coordination Procedure.&lt;br /&gt;9. Prepare project internal environmental, regulatory and socioeconomic stewardship reports, as well as external reports required to satisfy Government or external financial institution conditions/requests.&lt;br /&gt;10. Assist project team, as appropriate, on special tasks and studies related to overall Environmental and Regulatory permitting requirements, and community affairs at shore tie-in and offshore work sites.&lt;br /&gt;11. Develop amicable relationships to facilitate open communication and transparency in processes and procedures with various Government offices (BPMIGAS, SeaCom, etc) that are responsible for issuing recommendations and approvals for regulatory and environmental permits.&lt;br /&gt;12. Proses penguncian paling lambat dilakukan tanggal 5 Agustus 2012, peserta yang tidak &lt;br /&gt;mengunci pada tanggal tersebut dinyatakan gugur seleksi administrasi;  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pelamar dapat mengetahui&amp;nbsp; informasi hasil seleksi setiap tahapan melalui link status. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pelamar harus dapat menunjukkan ijazah asli pada saat pengesahan Kartu Peserta Ujian (KPU), &lt;br /&gt;bagi yang tidak dapat menunjukkan ijazah asli dinyatakan gugur tahapan seleksi.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Berkas lamaran yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan dinyatakan gugur tahapan seleksi. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;IV. TAHAPAN DAN PELAKSANAAN SELEKSI&lt;/strong&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Seleksi Penerimaan CPNS dilakukan dengan tahapan-tahapan sebagai berikut:  &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Seleksi Administratif;  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD);  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tes Kompetensi Bidang (TKB); &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pelamar yang&amp;nbsp; dinyatakan lulus untuk mengikuti tahap berikutnya hanya akan diumumkan melalui laman CPNS BPK RI &lt;a href=&quot;http://cpns.bpk.go.id/&quot;&gt;&lt;strong&gt;http://cpns.bpk.go.id&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pelaksanaan seleksi penerimaan CPNS akan dilaksanakan secara serentak di&amp;nbsp; 5 (lima) lokasi &lt;br /&gt;ujian&amp;nbsp; yaitu Jakarta, DI Yogyakarta, Banjarmasin, Makassar dan Medan berdasarkan pilihan &lt;br /&gt;lokasi ujian sebagaimana tercantum dalam laman Penerimaan CPNS BPK RI.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pengumuman peserta yang lulus seleksi administrasi akan diumumkan pada&amp;nbsp; Minggu&amp;nbsp; pertama &lt;br /&gt;September 2012.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Jadwal pelaksanaan Tes Kompetensi Dasar akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 8 September 2012&lt;br /&gt;dan jadwal&amp;nbsp; Tes Kompetensi Bidang akan diinformasikan lebih lanjut melalui laman Penerimaan &lt;br /&gt;CPNS BPK RI.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Seleksi Penerimaan CPNS per tahap dilakukan dengan sistem gugur dan Keputusan kelulusan yang ditetapkan oleh Panitia tidak dapat diganggu gugat.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;V. Informasi resmi yang terkait dengan Seleksi Penerimaan CPNS Kemlu TA 2012 hanya dapat dilihat dalam situs &lt;b&gt;&lt;ins&gt;&lt;/ins&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;http://e-cpns.kemlu.go.id&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;. Para Pelamar disarankan untuk terus memantau situs dimaksud. 3. Kelulusan pada setiap tahapan tes ditentukan oleh kemampuan dan kompetensi Pelamar.
