Volumenya kira-kira 1,5 sampai 2 liter.
2.Lalu tuanglah seluruh isi Kratingdaeng sampai kosong botolnya.
3.Tuang juga isi Buavita, tapi dikira2 aja, kurang lebih sebanyak kratingdaeng.
4.Terus seluruh isi Sprite juga...
5.Terus Bir juga...semuanya
6.Nah ini nih..intinya..jadi lo pertama tuangin dulu vodkanya, jgn terlalu banyak, terus lo cicip dulu..ampe kira-kira menurut lo pas
7.Pas udah kecampur semua, lalu aduk campuran hingga merata.
8. Sudah jadi nih pletoknya, bisa langsung diminum, tapi lebih enak kalo dikasih es batu.
9.Pletok siap dinikmati dingin-dingin

Selamat menikmati

Perlu diperhatikan
Hati-hati dalam mencoba takaran vodka dan mencicipinya, karena reaksinya sangat lambat, jadi bila anda cicip dikit gitu, mungkin baru terasanya belakangan gitu. Nanti bisa-bisa lo udah mabok duluan pas nyicipnya. Jadi bila belom terasa jangan terus tambahin vodkanya, nanti jadi terlalu keras gak enak. Itulah enaknya, lo minum terus tapi gak terasa, eh belakangan tiba-tiba udah mabok aja.

Tapi kalo lo mau licik sama temen-temen lo sih boleh juga. Lo minta aja supaya elo yang nyicipin terus, jadi lo bisa mabok duluan..kan enak..gak usah takut keabisan pletoknya.

mabok-mabok lagi deh hehehe.........

have you taste these coctail drinks? what do you think???
please describe it.......

Indonesian Cuisine

One of the great things about Jakarta is the variety of cuisine from around the Archipelago. Just to get you started, below we have outlined some of Indonesia's most popular dishes:

Nasi Goreng

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjl_1pfxqFAxVLlwEcH2bMZuwxF8uvwxaO8I1uoDKztE3q2W7puErc6fsx8TAgp0f_FFxrGVSB0SyrNX1UErXOtg83BuOVDS1wuF9Fwe3hbGrd_ZMn1yXonsa20U5FD_aX_Tm5T2XRbDUI/s200/140px-Nasi_goreng.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5223968837986827010" />
Nasi goreng (Indonesian for fried rice). Literally nasi means rice and goreng means fried. The dish is often accompanied by additional items such as a fried egg, fried chicken, satay, vegetables or krupuk (fried crackers / chips made of shrimp or vegetables). In many restaurants, when accompanied by a fried egg, it is sometimes called the nasi goreng special.

Nasi goreng can be eaten at any time of day, and many Indonesians eat nasi goreng for breakfast, often using leftovers from the previous day's dinner. The rice used to make nasi goreng should be cooked ahead of time and left to cool down (so it is not soggy), which is one reason to use rice cooked from the day before.[1] Nasi goreng is a complete meal in itself, but sometimes it is also part of a banquet.

The main ingredients for the plain nasi goreng include pre-cooked rice, soy sauce, garlic, shallot and some spring onions for garnishing. For the special one, add fried egg, a cracker, and slices of raw tomatoes or cucumbers.

Nasi goreng can also be found in restaurants in western countries, such as in Chinese and Indian ones, but with local adaptation (for instances, by adding curry seasoning). In the Netherlands, Indonesian-Chinese restaurants may offer nasi goreng spiced to suit Dutch taste. In The Netherlands and Flanders, the word nasi goreng is often used for any Asian style of fried rice.

Nasi campur
<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiE8BDlrB-a04FxMQ78B3dIUnujuyZWeI0801dNkt-u01I2dS_ZyiEd-4cv1gU5dLdZPC-XFp2SyZb_UQ0p2oUyiY7LMyZQNA1ZiwLTj3DX5RqS37Dccji5XsSO-dvnBCrpQ0cm010L1sk/s200/p6-nasi-campur-b.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5223969939802128034" />
Nasi Campur, literally meaning mixed rice, is a delicious classic Indonesian favorite that consists of rice topped with various meats, vegetables, peanuts, egg and fried-shrimp chips, and it is a staple meal of the country. The Balinese version of mixed rice has several kinds of dishes (grilled tuna, fried tofu, cucumber, spinach, tempe, beef cubes, vegetable curry, corn, chili sauce) on the top. Mixed rice is often sold by street vendors, wrapped in banana leaf.

Mie Goreng
<img style="float:right; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhDZHRVgP05C_1GO1G4Z_cBVVaX5p0JKl9abZ7G-VdjEZJjwWn9VFJV-Ff08K7yZDXDmsjms4dNH_QJlYvO_cRx3WZDUh1u3-hyRmSX1csHUIiI2DyRYieqO5Eh2zphDskdK679uhdIIH0/s200/mie+goreng.jpeg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5223971676155750546" />
Bakmie means noodles. The reality is that candidates for cruise ship employment have to realise that they are applying for a job, not a holiday!

If we are accepted at their interview with a representative of a particular cruise line we cannot choose the cruise ship or the trading area but must strictly comply with the requirements of the Cruise Line which hired us.

New crew members on a cruise ship have to undergo some degree of training after joining the ship, and must accept discipline and various restrictions (e. not to enter the passenger area when not on duty). Our supervisors will expect us to work hard with a permanent smile on our face. On the other hand, cruise ship work gives young people a good income and the chance to visit a variety of beautiful and exotic places.

Recruitment Agents:

PT. But while in the capital city of Indonesia, you'll feel right at home at the Hard Rock Cafe Jakarta. While the national motto, "Bhinneka Tunggal Ika" (unity in diversity) may not easily roll off your tongue, it sure falls perfectly in line with our own "Love All, Serve All" mantra. Mirroring the cultural richness found in the surrounding neighborhood, the Hard Rock Cafe Jakarta brings its own unique brand of historical significance with our cream-of-the-crop musical artifacts housed in this welcoming two-story building. Bringing diversity to our menu, one can order local cuisine like Hainan Chicken Rice along with favorite Hard Rock staples like a burger and fries. In a country where 300 or more languages are spoken, it's nice to know the Hard Rock Cafe Jakarta translates to a fine dining experience. "

From Semanggi Bridge: (nearby Hilton Hotel) go straight to Monument National (Monas), after passing Welcome Statue (in front of Grand Hyatt Hotel) then you'll see HRC on your right.

- simply one of the most energetic live music venues in the city. The massive line-ups of people waiting to get it, to see a live act, on a weekend is a sight to see. Once your inside the ultra hip english speaking waiters serve you with a style and flair that is all their own. Actually, just about any fruit juice can be used, but by far the majority of all wine is made from the juice of the grape.

How is wine made?
Yeast is the magical ingredient that turns grape juice into wine. Interestingly enough, there is actually wild yeast spores in the air and all that is really needed to make wine is an open container of grape juice and time. The result however, would probably not be the most palatable of beverages.

There are numerous strains of yeasts and the types used to make wine have been cultured just for this purpose. Well anyway, yeast is a living organism that feeds off of sugars in the grape juice in a process called fermentation.

During fermentation, yeast spores will reproduce exponentially until all of the fermentable sugars have been consumed. During this fermentation process, the sugars are converted into alcohol and carbon dioxide.

The yeast will also impart a taste to the finished wine depending on various factors such as the strain of yeast used, the temperature during fermentation and other factors.

Once all of the fermentable sugars have been consumed, the yeast will fall to the bottom of the container. The wine is removed from the container, leaving the yeast, and is trasferred to another container to mature while waiting to be bottled.

Of course, this whole process has been extremely simplified for a general understanding.

How does wine get its color?
You probably know that there are green grapes and black grapes and different grapes are used to make different wines.

What you might not know is that almost all grape juice (even from the black grapes) is basically colorless to golden in color.

The way a wine gets its color is by letting the skins soak in the juice during fermentation. You can actually make white wine from black grapes by not letting the skins stay in contact with the juice. Champagne is one of the most famous examples.

If the skins are left in the wine for only a short amount of time, a rose (or blush) will be made. If they are left for an extended amount of time, a dark red wine will be the result.

What gives each wine its taste?
Even though there are very few ingredients, there are many things which influence the taste of wine. First of all, there are many varieties of grapes. Each grape variety will produce different flavors, aromas, and even textures.

In addition, the soil and climate where the grapes are grown drastically affect these variables.

Not only that, but the wine maker can control various things by the technique, temperature and yeast used during fermentation. Other variables such as fermenting or storing in oak barrels will also affect the taste.

Never fear, with all of these factors considered even the most avid wine drinker would ever be able to experience all of the different varieties of wine on the market today. Let the treasure hunting begin!

What is tannin?
Tannin is a substance in wine that causes a firm, mouth-drying feeling in your mouth. It is extracted from the skins, seeds and stems of the grapes so red wines will contain more tannin than whites.

White wines will get a degree of tannin when oak barrels are used for fermentation or aging. Eat just the skins of grapes or drink strongly brewed, unsweetened tea for a good idea of what tannin feels like in your mouth.

What are sulfites?
By law, almost all wine made in the United States will have “Contains Sulfites” on the label. This is because about very small percentage of asthma sufferers can be extremely sensitive to sulfites.

Sulfites or sulfur dioxide is a compound occurring naturally during the fermentation process. Sometimes, though a wine maker will add a little more because of its antibacterial and preservative qualities. White wines have more sulfites than red
wines because they need more protection.

Do you have other information?

Make Money With Adsense?

Who Wants To Make Money With Adsense? by Jason Isakson

Fact number 1: Kids in high school are making thousands of dollars every month with Adsense.

Fact number 2: Housewives, retirees, mom and dads, who are just staying at home and have never made a dime on the internet have created full-time incomes by simply placing Adsense ads on their web site or blog.

These are just some of the "super Adsense earners". We use them for work, for correspondence and for entertainment. Many of the files are important documents and losing them would cost us time and money. Backups are the best way to prevent their permanent loss.

Don't make the mistake of believing that backups are only for computer geeks or large corporations, or a task that can be performed 'when I get around to it'. On the contrary, backups are a necessity for everyone. Even if your computer has been running reliably for years, it will fail one day - either through virus attack, user error or just age.

On that day, one of two things will happen. You'll either suffer the grief that comes with losing financial information, passwords, music collections, personal photographs and all the software you've purchased. Or, you can repair or replace the computer and restore from the backups you've been making regularly. The latter is an annoyance, the first a disaster.

There are, unfortunately, an infinite variety of ways to lose data. Besides hardware failure, computers can be destroyed in fires or floods. Hard drives can be damaged by power surges caused by lightning strikes or data lost by a child randomly hitting the keyboard. Viruses can infect systems and erase hard drives.

But there's only one way to get it back - by having it available to be restored.

What to Backup?

For the average user, it's usually not necessary to backup every file on the computer, which would require large storage space. But at bare minimum home users should backup personal files and irreplaceable software. Spreadsheets with financial records not easily available from other sources, legal documents, work-in-progress... the list is large.

But backups needn't be.

The easiest way to do backups is to use the backup software that comes with the operating system. Windows has a free, usable backup program while similar ones are available for Mac, Linux and others. The software is easy to use and backing up is a simple matter of selecting which folders to backup. It even has a scheduler so backups can be automated to occur at convenient times.

For a modest sum backup software can be purchased that will only backup files changed since a certain date, or since the last backup. Alternatively, new files could be copied daily to a backup folder where they can be backed-up by your backup program. To ease the task of identifying which, use the Search option to list files 'newer than X'. Once the list is complete, copy them into the backup folder and run the program for just that folder.

Some data, such as e-mails are only slightly more difficult to protect. Some e-mail clients can be configured to keep copies of received and sent e-mails on the e-mail server. When that's not an option, most can export messages to a file, which can then be backed up.

Backups can be done to any kind of removable media - writeable CD's/DVD's, removable hard drives or even the newer 'keychain' devices that plug into a USB port. Even floppy disks can still be used in many cases. Documents often take a small amount of space. Just set aside 7 disks and rotate them from week to week.

Daily backups are one more thing to do in a busy schedule. But the day you lose that file you need and can't restore, you're going to be a whole lot busier.

Notebook Computers

Notebook Computers in the Age of the Internet

Everyone knows that our world cannot exist without computers. Ever tried to make a purchase at a convenience store when their computers are down, ever waited for someone to make change when their register computer is down, or have you ever tried to find a book in a library when the system is down? If you have ever experienced one of these inconveniences, you know that our world hinges on whether or not our computers are working.

Remember when you told your teacher that the dog ate your homework? Did she believe you? Probably not. Now the excuse is my computer crashed, my printer wouldn't print, or we were out of ink. Even kids rely on computers to do their schoolwork. The days of pen and pencils are almost over. In fact most students know more about computers than their teachers or parents. They don't even remember a time without computers.

As computers become more and more intuitive and powerful, we must proceed with them. If you are still among the population that resents the encroachment of the computer, think about this scenario. If Eve in the Garden of Eden had access to the Internet, she could have looked up information about snakes. She would have found out that they have forked tongues and an evil reputation. Instead of listening to the snake's lies, she would have thrashed him with a tree branch. Think how much better our world would be now.

The best present any graduate can get this June is a desktop computer or a laptop. In my day, girls were given matching luggage to take their clothes to school. Yes, I know I am dating myself, but I do have a point. Today buy your child a computer and let them take their clothes is a paper sack. They don't care; an old gym bag will do. I know; schools have computer labs, but they are always full. Wouldn't you rather your son or particularly your daughter not be out of the dorm or apartment working on projects or papers? Also, when your newly graduated senior has moved away to school, e-mail will become your best friend. Even if you hate computers, you will learn to love them because they will become your link to your child. The nest will never be empty as long as you have e-mail.

Computers are links to the outside world. The world has never been more accessible or smaller. You have to keep up or you will be left behind and who wants to be the last straggler on the planet? Not me!

After years as an educator and more degrees than she can count, Frances Coleman now writes professionally. She is a prolific reader with an advanced degree in research techniques. I hope you find this useful and will use it for your laptop buying needs. Did I mention there is NO techie jargon?

A laptop, also known as a notebook is simply a portable computer that runs on a battery and can be used anywhere without being stuck to a plug. The important things to know in how to buy a laptop as well as helpful buying tips are outlined below and can actually save you a lot of regret if you buy the right laptop the first time!

KEY FEATURES TO LOOK FOR WHEN BUYING A LAPTOP

Processor: The processor of a laptop determines how fast a computer is and the speed is given in GHz. One of the best processors to consider for your laptop computer is the Intel Core 2 Duo processor. The Intel Core 2 Duo provides superior performance and a great battery life.

What is the best speed for your laptop, that depends on how you will use it, as a rule of thumb a 1.73 GHz processor is more than sufficient for everyday work like word processing, spreadsheets, email and Internet surfing.

Memory (RAM): RAM refers to the amount of programs you can run on your notebooks without running into slow downs and causing your laptop to drag. 512MB RAM is the optimal amount of memory and the best option for gaming and 3-D graphics.

Tip: The RAM the laptop supports tells you the most memory you will be able to upgrade to.

Hard drive: 40-80 GB hard drive is more than sufficient unless you plan to generate mass amounts of music or data files or you want to install more than one suite like Microsoft Office.

All-in-one Design: Unless you really need a lightweight laptop, choose one with an internal bay for the optical drive. Simply put, this drive lets you to swap in other devices, such as an extra hard drive or a second battery.

Warranty: A laptop with a warranty can save money down the road.

TIP: If the laptop you wish to purchase comes with a warranty check to see if they cover shipping charges in the event you need to send it in for repair. There are also warranties that cover an in-home repair.

Screen size: The screen size dimension of laptops is measured diagonally across the screen. When you buy a laptop you don't want to sacrifice viewing comfort in order to gain portability. A screen larger than 14 inches is best to avoid strain on the eyes. While larger screens or wide screens result in heavier laptops and are more bulky but do provide a more comfortable experience whether you're surfing the net or watching movies.

Weight: A 5 pound or heavier laptop is best. Ultra light laptops, below 4 pounds have cramped keyboards, less speed and memory, usually no CD or DVD drive and smaller screens. If you buy an ultra-light laptop, its performance may be so compromised that after all of the accessories you carry with it are added up (a CD drive, a larger battery, a better keyboard, etc...) it may weigh as much as a regular 5 or 6 lb laptop.

Battery: Watt-hours determine the life of a battery. Lithium batteries use cells to determine life, more cells equals more life. Usually a laptop needs a new battery every 1 to 5 years. The way you determine battery consumption depends on how you use the laptop. Most battery ratings are given for a computer running minimal processes which does not include Internet usage, graphics, power-save mode etc.

TIP: If you want more more freedom from the outlet buy a notebook that has a modular bay which is capable of holding a supplementary power pack.

Wireless: When buying a laptop wireless Internet capability is necessary if you'd like to surf the net without being tied to a plug. One of the best things about laptops is that you could surf the net anywhere and WI-FI provides just that. Wireless cards are easily installed into most laptops.

Keyboard: The keyboard should be full size or it will take some time to adjust. TIP: Look for the % of full size when looking at the keyboard features of a laptop.

Mouse Options:

Option 1: is a touch screen, which is controlled with finger movements on a pad. Option 2: is a knob feature that lets you control the mouse by moving the finger in only one spot. This feature is harder to adjust and unless you have a preference get the touch panel. Option 3: Best get both a touch screen and knob on your laptop. TIP: You can always hook up a standard mouse to your laptop.

Ports: Simply put a port is a specialized outlet on the back of a computer to which a plug or cable connects. (If you'd read the techie definition you would have passed out by now). The more ports you have the more variety you will have.

You should have at least one of each: USB (multipurpose, very useful port) VGA (video connection to external monitor/ projector) Ethernet Port for wired Internet connection Headphone Microphone

Other ports include:

FireWire port for iPod connections S-video port for video output Printer port for printers PC card slots (card bus), which provide a large variety of functions. You can usually buy a PC card to replace any type of port

Audio: Media Centers have higher quality speakers built-in. Notebooks that save weight and space will have small speakers which gives just an OK sound quality and quiet music.

Video/Graphics: This is important for playing and editing movies and is crucial for 3D gaming. Dedicated memory usually comes with a graphics card (ATI Radeon, GeForce, etc...) and has its own memory in MB which includes 32MB, 64MB, and 128MB. If video/gaming is important to you pick the highest one you can afford.

TIP: How to know what memory you might need is to refer to the back of your games or media software CD-case or manual to see the "system requirements" for the video memory requirements.

Laptop Security: How to feel secure since laptops are portable and mobile is to protect your laptop and data from theft. A variety of methods are available including cables and biometric fingerprint readers.

Laptop Case, Bag and Backpack: How to tote your laptops around is to use specially designed laptops bags, also known as laptop case or backpack, which are available in all varieties, including "with wheels." Whether you like black leather, or bright pink suede there's a laptop case for you.

I hope this laptop buying guide was helpful. Now you can say that you are an expert in how to buy a laptop and you didn't pass out once! It was presented to me in those terms by other marketers.

I would give over my money for all of the e-books that were going to make me a fortune in no time. Now, I am believer in giving first to prove your worth. I would build a viral book with lot of valuable articles with my affiliate links in it for a sign up or I would promote other peoples product by writing reviews. It takes work, it does and when you know how, it is simple. Not easy but simple because you can make a plan to do that much every day to achieve your goals. That was my internet business revelation.

At that point I was able to make my own plan and set my own goals. This is what I call check list style. I would make a list of things that I need to accomplish that day. All you need to do now is to decide are you going to be a quitter? Are you going to quit if you do not succeed at first? Can you handle it if you get true instructions, easy to follow?

So, do not act randomly, follow a plan, test everything you do and track results so you know what is going on. Participate in forums to find out what people think and do, but do not advertise, do not be a spammer. Submit articles or press releases, write emails or reviews and post them on authority sites. Build one way links to your site.

In few months your sites importance will go up and targeted traffic will also go high sky.More info about home business Business coach

About the Author

Katarina Bader http://www.netprihod.com

Cruise Ship

Cruises: The Newest Trend in Holidays and Breaks by Andrew Redfern

When thinking of planning holiday breaks or school summer holidays, parents are often searching for something that would be great for the entire family. The top family destinations such as The Grand Canyon or Disney World may come to mind immediately but when thinking outside of the box, cruising becomes a very desirable vacation! Most parents wouldn't think of cruises as a prime location because in the past, cruises have been mainly themed for adults or for college kids during their spring break. However, there are more and more family cruises becoming available as they become a huge trend for holiday breaks.

One of the biggest differences in family cruises is that there is always something planned for the family, or children to do that the family has the option of participating in. This allows the family to spend time together but not get bored with no activities planned. Even when you are not actively participating, family cruises have many things to offer. They almost always have a pool that is filled with kid-toys and is very kid-friendly. They also have many other activities including a game room, an arcade room, a media room, and other activities for the kids.

All of the activity onboard the cruise will also allow parents the time to enjoy each other and the cruise without their children. The activities are always supervised and parents will be able to roam around the ship, play a hand at cards in one of the casinos, or enjoy a romantic date night in one of the wonderful restaurants onboard! Meet back up with the rest of the family to enjoy a wonderful game of bowling or skating!

If you are thinking about taking a cruise for your school summer holidays, there are many to choose from but you must know what to look for when you are comparing cruise companies. Be sure to ask if it is a family cruise. The last thing you want on your family vacation is ending up on the same cruise as rowdy college kids away on their Spring Break! Ask what type of activities they have planned for the children, and for the adults, while staying on the ship. They should be able to name four activities each for both children and adults to ensure that your child, and yourselves will get bored while on the cruise.

Also ask how many activities will be planned on-shore. Most often cruise ships won't remain on the open sea the entire time that they are away for. Cruising into ports and touring different cities can add a lot to the quality of trip you end up with. It can also be a great learning opportunity for everybody. How many stops you will want to make depends on the length of your trip so keep this in mind when booking your holiday breaks.

Also ask if the travel agency offers any package deals. Often groups such as families will qualify for a group discount, or a family discount. If the agency doesn't provide any, find another agency that will. Not only are family packages very convenient but they are often an all-inclusive deal. This means that you pay the money before you go and then you're not left worrying about change while aboard the cruise!

About the Author

This Article is all about the vacation carried through Cruise, where you are having all the liberty of your life... so why waiting for... enjoy vacation... enjoy with the new trend of vacation through Cruise. As Pontins is known for the packages on summer holidays Pontin's also provide family fun at relaxed pace for your holiday breaks.

How to Work on Cruise Lines & get Cruise ship Jobs by Gabe Killian

If you've ever thought about getting a cruise ship job or have even played around with the idea, this article could help you on your way to working on cruise ships. If you are, you may be looking for ways to save money. When it comes to finding great travel deals and discounts, many individuals are told to visit online travel websites. With that said, many are still left wondering if online travel websites can really save them money.

When it comes to determining if online travel websites can save you money, there are a number of important points to keep in mind. Generally speaking, yes, online travel websites can save you money, but you need to proceed with caution. If you are not careful, online travel websites can actually end up costing you more money in travel costs, like with airline reservations.

The best way to find affordable airline reservations and other travel arrangements is to know what you are getting. This is important to the overall success and satisfaction of your trip. For many individuals, online travel websites can be tricky to use, especially with a number of rules, restrictions, and exceptions. When you buy a ticket on an online travel website, make sure it is for an actual set of tickets; do not purchase any standby tickets, as you may not be able to fit onto the flight in question.

In keeping with knowing what you are getting, it is important to thoroughly examine any airfare quotes that you may receive through an online travel website. What many do not realize is that most online travel websites charge consumers a fee for using their services. This fee is often hard to notice, as it is typically included in with the quoted airfare rate, but that does not mean that it will not exist. Keep an eye on online travel websites and the fees that they charge, as they should be reasonable, but not too high.

In staying with costs, you will want to compare prices, when looking to buy airline tickets on an online travel website. What you will want to do is examine similar flights on different online travel websites. Since most travel websites charge different fees, you will likely see some differences, but be cautious of any huge price gaps. Significant gaps in quoted prices are a good sign that you are being overcharged or at least over quoted.

In addition to buying airline tickets through an online travel website, you may be interested in booking a stay at a hotel or booking a reservation for a car rental. When doing so, you will likely end up buying a vacation package. Vacation packages are nice, but they are designed so it is easy for consumers to overpay or at least walk away without getting a good deal. When you are quoted a price for a vacation package, the name of the hotel in question should disclosed. Quickly visit the website for that hotel and perform your own private quote. Do the rates match? Are you getting a good deal or not?

In conclusion, online travel websites are a nice way to make travel arrangements, especially where airfare is considered. If you are careful and watch every step that you make, you can use online travel websites as a quick, easy, and convenient way to book your travel arrangements, including your airline reservations, while saving money at the same time.

About the Author

Author sites: Travel Tips , Health Tips and Heartburn Home Remedies

Do you have other information?

Adsense on your website

Implementing Adsense on your website

Adsense is vital part of Google marketing. This allows webmasters to put content relevant advertisements on their websites. If a visitor clicks one of the adsense ads served to the website, the owner is credited for referral. There are certain guidelines that should be followed white creating adsense on a webpage.

Through adsense you can place ad blocks on your webpage. Threre are different opinions about where these adblocks should be placed. Well, the correct placement is to make them blend with the rest of website so that visitors can could find it as useful as content. Mixing these ad blocks with the content should create a natural flow throughout the page. It requires a proper positioning with great care. Generally three ad blocs can be created on web page. The basic aim is to get the visitors click, so position the ads accordingly. The question that arises is where the user clicks. Well it's said that the most user clicks on the top left of the page.

You can add borders, colors and links etc to ads to make it pop out on the page, the main consideration is what your visitors are searching for when they come to your site. When visitors are looking for some information or solution to a problem, they would go through the content and click on the link assisting in providing them the information. If they visit site for product shopping then its better to have your ads stand out. So when you are building your web pages, you should always keep the visitors in mind.

It's generally believed that horizontal ads receive more clicks than the vertical ads. As person is used to read horizontally, so they are more likely to get attracted in this layout. So large rectangular ads that read more horizontally have been proved to get more clicks. Ads which are placed above the page footer, below the navigation at the top of the page and on the top left hand side of the page generally get the great click through than the others. The place which is near the middle and above the main content is also considered as good to put your ad blocks.

In case you have created three ad blocs on your page and you want to create more without breaking any adsense rule, you can add Google link units in this case. They are great way to place ads that look like as if they are natural part of site navigation menu but when they are clicked on they take you to a page or targeted ads that are related to your website topic. So you need a lot of thinking while designing the layout of your webpage. Look at other sites and see where they have placed the ads. You can get some ides surfing other sites.

Do you have other information?

Body Builder Diet

Body Builder Diet - The Two Nutrition Essentials To A Killer Body Builder Diet
Building a beefy body requires complete dedication to proven training and nutritional principles. You hit the gym and lift heavy weights because you want to stimulate the body to grow. And then you make sure to get ample rest so that your body can sufficiently recover, because after all muscle is build during sleep.

These are the basic principles of rest and training. So what are the principles of a successful body builders diet? Lets go over them.

The Building Blocks

Did you know that muscles are composed primarily of water? That’s right, and water becomes critical in the metabolism of nutrients including fats. So keeping a well muscles body that is lean and has swollen muscle cells mandates that you intake plenty of water. For the serious body builder this is around 1 gallon of water a day or more. This is especially true if you are taking Creatine because creatine stores with water inside the muscle cells, thus creating more volumous muscles.

Secondly muscles are built of protein. So what do you think that this means you should eat plenty of? That's right - protein.

Protein rich foods have amino acids, which your body uses to synthesize muscle. Without those amino acids in your blood stream there will be no new muscle growth going on. So it is critical that you get a regular amount of protein rich foods every day. A minimum would be 1.0 gram per pound of body weight. So for a 150 lbd bodybuilder this would mean consuming 25 grams of protein 6 times per day.

Keeping such a constant supply of water and protein means that your body will never be without the key components that it needs to build the extra muscle you are looking for.

Fishing For Women

Fishing For Women - Conquer The Escape Argument From The Men

For many men to go on a fishing trip is an attractive offer, not only for the fishing but for escaping from the duties and requests of their family. Fishing should be available for women, too, as women need relaxation in nature and solitude as much as men do.

Fishing for recreation is an efficient way of getting rid of stress. When you are fishing you are absorbed in the activity and at the same time have relaxed time for reflection on what ever matters for you.

Fishing is often linked to fishing trips, organized fishing trips of different levels of sophistication or just your own fishing trips. Fishing gives the option for solitude as well as for social time, as many are sharing your interest of fishing. Obviously many men join to go fishing and so should women do.

It is easy to be fishing with a friend and to enjoy the company and at the same time get the relaxed atmosphere that is so attractive by some kinds of fishing. It doesn’t matter that much how successful as an angler you will be, because in the hobby of fishing it is the activity and the nature experience much more than the actual catch that gives the quality of fishing.

Fishing shouldn’t only be a men’s sport and stimulation. Fishing is so many different kinds of activity that some sort of fishing should be attractive to most women.

Fly fishery in lakes and streams is a good example of a type of fishing that attracts many women. Fly fishery is an elegant sport that will appeal to many potential women anglers, also because it isn’t easy. The fishing rod is a special light weight type and the fishing technique is a beauty in performance. Did you know that fishing could be so elegant?

To me the need for a more equal share of ‘escape time’ for fishing away from home between women and men should be emphasized in many families. Try to propose a fishing trip for your girl friends next time you are planning something for yourself.

As a family activity fishing is also a superb activity. Kids and their parents can enjoy time together in nature when fishing, and the challenge of fishing is stimulating for most children.

For children their feeling of success with fishing will be very much depending on the fish they are actually able to land on a fishing trip. Children aren’t as patient as grown ups on fishing trips and that will give some extra challenges on a fishing trip of the whole family.

When children become interested in fishing they will also be motivated for leaning a lot of ecology, nature conservation and sustainable development, all important areas of knowledge that will enhance their schooling and joy of life.

Women In Sport

Women In Sport: Climbing Beyond Body Image and Weight

Beauty and physical fitness are primary goals for many women in today's society. Body image, weight management, and eating problems have joined sex as the central issues in the lives of women. Female Athletes are no exception to this rule. The media is constantly bombarding us through TV ads, billboards, magazines and the internet, with the message that a woman's body must be fit, thin, well-groomed, perfumed, and tastefully clothed. Regardless of the female's role in life e.g. mother, wife, athlete, society places an ideal physical type for her to measure up to. With the ideal body image continually changing, this is a never ending process. Because of this, women are taught to view themselves from the outside rather than from a healthy perspective.

For climbers and athletes alike, appearing physically fit is a significant part of the picture. Many women begin exercising for the purpose of burning calories - losing weight and looking better, rather than for inner satisfaction and health. It's time to start thinking differently! Become less concerned about the evaluations of others and focus on your own internal acceptance, regardless of body size or shape. The greater one's inner strength and self-esteem, the less need there is to gain someone else's approval. Avoid viewing climbing as exercise - just a means to burning calories; instead focus on the joy and passion you experience. Think about 'training' - which is about improving your performance and skills.

Overcome the emphasis placed on BMI's, hip to waist ratios, height / weight charts and even scales, think of a healthy weight as the size your body naturally finds when you are living a reasonable life: feeling good, climbing strong, high immunity and low susceptibility to injuries. It is the weight that your body moves toward when you are not obsessing about food, but rather living a balanced life of moderation in eating and training. People come in all sizes and shapes, and many factors contribute to healthy weight, not only food intake. Research has continually shown that dieting does not work. You can't live an unhealthy life and arrive at a healthy weight - not one that will last.

Regardless of your size, if you are struggling with food, weight, or body image, the way forward looks much the same. Move your thoughts from the weight issue and instead focus on self-esteem and quality of life. Rather than struggling with your body, make it a partner in your quest for optimal health. Learn about good nutrition, listen to your body's needs and take good care of yourself. Use positive affirmations, meditation, and visualization techniques to strengthen your self image and esteem to withstand society's negative messages about fat, femaleness, and failure. Become more interested in inner satisfaction and less focused on pleasing others through outward appearance. Once you have a better relationship with yourself, you are more motivated to take good care of your body and with a healthy mind and body, improve your sports performance. Being in tune with yourself allows you to discover a variety of ways to challenge, soothe, nourish and rest your body. Then you can free your energy for engaging in the more exciting activities of life. You can work out for the right reasons, enjoy climbing to the fullest, and do it completely for yourself

Sport Specific Training

What is Sport Specific Training?

Sport specific training has become the latest craze in the training industry. The idea is that exercise selection and conditioning is based upon the demands of the sport as it applies to movement. I agree only with the conditioning side.

With weight training, some coaches/trainers will watch a sport, see specific movements performed and then mimic that movement under load in the gym. I personally feel this to be a bad idea because of the injury potential to the athlete. While the specificity principle still applies, weight training should be largely the same from athlete to athlete.

Focus should be on the big movements. I'm talking squats, lunges, deadlifts, chin ups, rows, various presses, and maybe plyometrics and olympic lifts. Some athletes have no need for some of these exercises because of numerous factors, but the general rules still apply. Getting stronger through these types of lifts will generally improve athleticism and positively influence play in sport. The weight room should be where the athlete goes to become a better athlete. The sport coach has the responsibility of making the athlete better at the respective sport.

Conditioning, however, is all together a different story. Different sports require a greater/lesser contribution from each energy system. A lineman in football, for example, probably should not spend much, if any, time running long slow distances. The aerobic/oxidative system by itself provides a minimal contribution to football as well as in many other team sports. How much long slow running do you see in the course of a football game? Not much and, if you do, it's not for very long. Also, with the body weight some guys are carrying, this could put them at greater risk for knee, back and foot injuries.

Conditioning for football and most other team sports should focus on development of the PCr and Glycolytic systems. Intervals, sprints, agilities, and other moderate to high intensity activities target these two systems. Training in this manner should better equip the athlete for the demands of the sport. I hope I've provided some insight into athletic enhancement programming. Sport specificity comes down to conditioning and nothing more. While there are a few contraindications and special needs, the basics still apply to all sports.

Activity

Choose The Best Time for Your Activity

Our biologist time moves every time, when we work, sleep, exercise and others.
