			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Network Marketing is an excellent way for the &#8220;average Joe or Jane&#8221; to make an extra income. This business concept has been around for decades, and it will not disappear any time soon. The reason for its popularity is simple&#8230; It Works! It does however, require lots of work and most importantly, dedication and persistance to get the job done. The best part is, once you are able to set up a solid network, your business becomes MUCH less time intensive. Almost like going on &#8220;autopilot&#8221;. The key is to get there as fast as possible.</p>
<p>Here are just a couple of tips I have found to be helpful in maximizing your Network Marketing Business:</p>
<p>1. Use your products regularly. This is Number 1 for a reason, this is the most ignored part of ANY network marketing business. How do you expect your business to succeed if you will not even use your own products? It does seem silly to even have to bring this up, but there are many who are not using their own products, and wonder why they are not making any money. Make a commitment to use your products for a year, and see where your business goes.</p>
<p>2. Educate yourself constantly. This is very important! You must rid yourself of negative ideas, sometimes referred to as &#8220;stinkin thinkin&#8221;. This can be done in a variety of ways. I recommend reading at least 15 minutes a day, but try to shoot for 30. Business and self-help books are a great way to start. Don&#8217;t forget your Multi-level magazines, as they are full of tips and advice. Lastly, listen to cassette tapes on multi-level tips from top earners in your business.</p>
<p>3. Spend as much time as possible with your upline. Your upline should have only one goal in mind, To Help You Succeed! They are a vast source of knowledge and information. Mingle with top distributors in your group, or other groups, and ask how they made it. Most everyone should be more than happy to provide you with excellent tips and advice.</p>
<p>4. Present your products and marketing plan personally to at least one person daily. Remember above when I said you are going to have to work, well here it is. Now here is the key, the prospects to whom you present your plan, do not have to be yours personally. Show the plan for your downline, and not only will you create &#8220;security&#8221; by placing members in your downlines&#8217; downline, it will also give you a boost in your personal income! I can guarantee if you were to follow this rule for 6 months, you would create a downline with enough width and depth to create an income to sustain you and your family for life.</p>
<p>5. Care for your downline. An entire book can be written on this topic. Usually, it&#8217;s the little things that show you really care. Try to maintain regular contact, and always praise your distributor&#8217;s accomplishments. You can even offer incentives for specific achievements, such as money, travel, recognition, or other rewards, to help motivate your group.</p>
<p>6. Duplicate yourself by making distributors independent of you. This will help to multiply your time, thus making you and your group more effective. Always lead by example. Never stop recruiting, training and retailing. Remember the KISS formula &#8211; &#8220;Keep It Simple, Sweety&#8221; I know, I know, I changed the last word, but it maintains the meaning. This can be done my conducting simple, brief, yet dramatic presentations, and teaching your downline to do the same.</p>
<p>7. Create a large customer base. This is another largely ignored, yet very important, piece of your network marketing business. Many try so hard to build a huge downline, that they forget how much profit they could also make by selling their products to retail customers. Some people will just not want to become part of your downline, no matter how great a product/system you may have. This does not mean they will not be personally interested in your product. Try to make everyone your customer. Once you earn their trust, they will come to you more, and perhaps even join your downline later. Always &#8220;leave the door open&#8221;, as people&#8217;s needs do change.</p>
<p>8. Focus on your customers needs. You must give customers more than they expect, and always satisfy your customers complaints immediately. Try to listen 80% of the time, and talk only 20%. As stated above, your customers can be a huge source of future referrals and/or business. You must earn and maintain their trust. Once you have their trust, you can always ask for referrals, which leads to even more business and a larger downline.</p>
<p>9. Set daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals &#8211; and Write Them Down! You may have heard the expression, &#8220;How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.&#8221; Breaking up a larger goal into smaller easily attainable goals, is the key to success. You cannot just jump to the end, you have to make progress everyday. Writing them down is another largely ignored, important tip to help you succeed. A goal is just a &#8220;passing thought&#8221;, or &#8220;wish&#8221; until you put it in writing. That is when it becomes concrete and real. It is also a great idea to keep a business journal of your daily activities, as it will help you to become more productive and time-conscious.</p>
<p>10. Get Out There And Do It Now! All of the knowledge in the world is useless and unprofitable, until you put the most important ingredient of them all in place. This &#8220;secret&#8221; ingredient should come as no surprise at all, but this is the #1 reason for failure at anything in life. It is ACTION! Remember, knowledge is useless without action.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For students, eating at college is an entire new ball game, with late night pizza delivery and food from buggies. Even though some of these quick and simple options taste great, they are probably not healthy for a student&#8217;s body.</p>
<p>The food choices students make can affect whether or not they are able to remain awake during class and whether or not they will come down with mononucleosis when it hits campus. The problem is not only about eating junk food, it&#8217;s more about not getting the proper proteins, carbs, vitamins, and minerals that people need.</p>
<p>When it comes to defending against illnesses, vitamins and minerals are very important. Just because they are important, isn&#8217;t a reason for students to run out and stock up on vitamins and supplements. It&#8217;s best for students to get their nutrition from food.</p>
<p>You can find vitamin C in citric fruits, Vitamin A in milk and diary products, and vitamin E in nuts, whole wheat products, and even green leafy vegetables. This is the ideal way to get nutrition, as your body relies on these vitamins for many reasons.</p>
<p>When you eat on campus, skip on the soda&#8217;s and go right to the juice machines. Explore the different entrees available and go to the salad bar where there are fresh vegetables. You can also try putting some broccoli and cauliflower in the microwave for steamed vegetables. There are always healthy cereals and plenty of fresh fruit available in dining halls as well.</p>
<p>Always remember that eating healthy isn&#8217;t just about avoiding greasy foods. Eating healthy involves getting a balanced diet and getting the right nutrients and vitamins to keep your body in peak performance &#8211; or at least awake during your classes.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Many women tend to experience heartburn symptoms when they are still carrying their babies, and this happens for several reasons.</p>
<p>One of these is the increase of hormones in the women&#8217;s body while they are pregnant. The occurrence of this will result in softening the ligaments which function is to keep the lower esophageal sphincter (LES) firmly closed. When the LES rests at unsuitable periods, tendency is, this will let the gastric acid and food to reflux back to the esophagus and throat.</p>
<p>One more reason of experiencing heartburn during pregnancy is because the changes in the body and the development of the baby creates more pressure in the women&#8217;s stomach. Therefore, the stomach contents are forced right into the LES, and then to the esophagus.</p>
<p>However, there are several methods that a pregnant woman can observe to lessen the discomfort brought by heartburn. The following are good advices, although this may not remove the heartburn totally:</p>
<p>* Avoid the food that triggers heartburn. Examples of this are chocolates, spicy foods, citrus fruits and juices, mustard, tomatoes and tomato based products, fatty foods, fried foods, and highly seasoned dishes. Try to refer to medical specialists to know the complete list of foods to avoid Acid Reflux. Also, for foods that you may take which contains little danger of causing heartburn.</p>
<p>* Get rid of drinks that have caffeine, like tea, coffee, and soda. Too much of these will cause the LES to relax and let the acid to return into the esophagus.</p>
<p>* Stay away from alcohol beverages. This, like caffeine tends to relax the LES thus, creating the same effect&#8211;triggering heartburn.</p>
<p>* Avoid eating large meals. It is suggested that taking numerous small meals throughout the day will be better.</p>
<p>* Avoid rush in eating your meals. Chewing food thoroughly will really help in avoidance of heartburn, so better take your time in eating.</p>
<p>* Rest for at least three hours after having your last meal before taking your sleep.</p>
<p>* A pregnant woman is advised to take more glasses of water a day, at least 8 to 10 glasses, though this must be taken not just during meals. Through this, the stomach will expand, and then the LES will be given more pressure, obliging it to open inappropriately. Hence, it is really recommended to drink more water and other fluids in between meals.</p>
<p>* When sleeping elevate the head of the bed for at least six to eight inches. Try to sleep with an elevated head and shoulders through a wedge pillow. Through this, the gravity will work as much that it will keep the acids in your stomach in their place&#8211;in the stomach, not in the esophagus. Try to consult physicians to gain additional knowledge on how to relieve nighttime heartburn.</p>
<p>* Don&#8217;t wear tight fitting clothes. Tightness around the waist and stomach will trigger heartburn as it causes uneasiness.</p>
<p>* When bending, do it at the knees, not at the waist. This will avoid in creating too much pressure in the stomach.</p>
<p>* Don&#8217;t slouch; rather sit erect in a relaxing chair.</p>
<p>* Maintain a sensible amount of weight, too much weight and fatness will give more stress in your stomach. As a result, this will force stomach contents throughout the LES and to the esophagus. Stay with your doctors guidelines.</p>
<p>* Avoid smoking. Doctors stated that smoking could cause several effects to a pregnant woman, much that it can add to the possibility of experiencing heartburn.</p>

<pre>in their physics. The circulatory system is no different, and it is because</pre>
<pre>of this that there are so many different factors that could affect a person's</pre>
<pre>blood pressure. The  rate the heart pumps to the viscosity of the blood itself,</pre>
<pre>blood pressure has influences from multiple factors in the body. These factors</pre>
<pre>may, in turn, be influenced by outside factors such as diet, exercise, disease,</pre>
<pre>or drugs. This is because of this that blood pressure has an even greater number</pre>
<pre>of indirect influencers.</pre>
<pre>Let's start by discussing probably the most influential factor associated with</pre>
<pre>blood pressure: the rate of pumping, more commonly referred to as the heart rate.</pre>
<pre>The average heart rate for a healthy human being runs between 70 and 75 beats per</pre>
<pre>minute. The higher the heart rate is, the higher the blood pressure. Another physical</pre>
<pre>factor related to blood pressure is the blood volume of the body. The more blood there</pre>
<pre>is in the body, the higher the rate of blood return to the heart and the higher the blood</pre>
<pre>pressure. There is a correlation between salt intake and blood volume in many people, though</pre>
<pre>the amount to which it raises blood pressure varies.

Resistance and viscosity are two other major influencing factors in blood pressure. Resistance</pre>
<pre>here relates to the size of blood vessels as well as the smoothness of these vessels. There</pre>
<pre>are things in the body that affect the size of blood vessels. Some make them thinner, which</pre>
<pre>increases blood pressure, while others do the opposite. Fatty acids are responsible for the</pre>
<pre>smoothness of blood vessels, because the more that is deposited on the walls, the less</pre>
<pre>resistance there is. Viscosity, on the other hand, is the thickness of the blood flowing</pre>
<pre>through the body. The thicker the blood is that's pumping through a body's veins, the higher</pre>
<pre>the blood pressure will be. Certain illnesses affect the viscosity of blood, as well as the</pre>
<pre>level of sugars in the blood. 

While thus far high blood pressure has been the effect of these factors, there are certainly</pre>
<pre>ones that influence low blood pressure as well. Some causes of low blood pressure include</pre>
<pre>sepsis, hemorrhaging, certain toxins, and hormonal abnormalities. On a lighter note, simply</pre>
<pre>sitting and standing could lower blood pressure as well, though the factors that influence</pre>
<pre>low blood pressure are usually more severe.</pre>

Did you know that even babies can develop high blood pressure? Many might think of this as uncommon but it isn't. When babies have high blood pressure it is usually because they are premature or have kidney or heart problems. When an older child has high blood pressure it is usually a result of their family history.

As you might have noticed today, there is an increase in obesity in children. This also increases their blood pressure putting them at health risks. A great way to prevent this is to have your child's blood pressure checked often as they grow older. 

More ways to help are watching your child's diet and making sure they get plenty of exercise. Some kids are not as active today what with the video games and all. Try to get your child involved in regular activities from the start. It will benefit their health as well as their self esteem later down the road.

Just like adults, you can easily help control your child's blood pressure. Watch their diet. Be sure they are getting the right nutrition and limit their salt intake. Get them eating vegetables and fresh fruits. While many children do not like vegetables, there are many ways to overcome this. You can spice up a recipe that involves vegetables. 

Physical activity is the key to any healthy lifestyle. Getting your child involved in physical activity when young will help ensure they stay active and healthy as they age. Involve them in sports of their choosing and take walks with them. You can both benefit from this.

If your family has a history of high blood pressure, be sure your child gets routine check ups. This will help ensure they do not develop high blood pressure and if they do, you can start controlling it. Remember stress can raise blood pressure and while some kids shouldn't be stressed, they are.

Children deal with stress just like adults, just in different ways. Talk with your child and stay active in their life and what goes on. You want them to have a happy healthy life and you can help them achieve that goal.

If you are unable to control your child's blood pressure through their diet and exercise, you might have to turn to medication. Talk with your doctor and let them know what you have already tried. Sometimes this is not enough alone, but with medication, can help control it.

Try to exercise with your child every day. Exercising alone sometimes is harder for children and adults alike. You can get involved with your child this way and it will benefit you both.

Talk with your teenager about smoking and drinking. These both cause high blood pressure and once they know the risks they are less likely to try them. Do not think your child is invisible from developing any health problems along with high blood pressure.

Remember that blood pressure increases with age until you are around fifty. If you get a head start on watching yours and your child's at an early age, you will both benefit very well in the end.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Whether you&#8217;re an introvert or an extrovert,</strong> feel like you have the gift of gab or just don&#8217;t know how to make small talk, networking know-how is very important for your business success. There is a notion in business that I believe most of us subscribe to that says &#8220;all things being equal, people will do business with and refer business to those they know, like and trust.&#8221; And the key to this is obviously being able to develop relationships.</p>
<p><strong>Think of networking as the cultivation of mutually beneficial, win-win relationships.</strong> In order to be win-win, there must be GIVE and take (notice the emphasis on give). Networking shouldn&#8217;t be viewed as &#8220;events&#8221; where you go to sell your business. When effective networking is taking place, the parties involved actively share ideas, information, resources, etc.</p>
<p><strong>Ok, so you know that you should be networking</strong> because it is one of the most cost-effective lead generation activities when used wisely, appropriately and professionally. But, maybe that seems easier said than done. Here&#8217;s a seven step plan to really get going with networking for your business.</p>
<p><strong>1. Check out several groups to find the best chemistry and perceived value.</strong> Most groups will allow you to come and visit at least a couple of times before you have to join. Go and ask around to find out why others have joined and what value they get out of belonging.</p>
<p>Resist the urge to just go join the Chamber of Commerce simply because everyone tells you that&#8217;s what you need to do. If that&#8217;s not where your target group can be found, then you might just be wasting a considerable amount of time (and money).</p>
<p>I&#8217;m not telling you not to join the Chamber. Just be clear about what you&#8217;d like to get out of this or any other group. If it&#8217;s to find prospective clients or referral sources, then you need to be networking where those resources can be found.</p>
<p><strong>2. When you find a group or two, join and go to all the meetings you can.</strong> Don&#8217;t go just once or twice expecting things to happen and then if they don&#8217;t quit. Building mutually beneficial, win-win relationships will take some time.</p>
<p>The contacts you make need to constantly see your face and hear your message. Continual contact with others over time will open up opportunities for you to go deeper and learn more about each others thoughts, ideas and capabilities in regards to your respective businesses.</p>
<p>Know, like, and trust generally only happens over time. Being regular and persistent will pay off.</p>
<p><strong>3. Get involved &#8211; be visible.</strong> Do as much as you can to make yourself more visible within the organization. Volunteer to help with meetings, be on committees, or become a leader or board member.</p>
<p>Being involved does a couple of things for you and your business. First, you&#8217;ll get more opportunities to establish connections and get to know some of the contacts you&#8217;ve made even better. Secondly, the higher the visibility you have in the group, the less you&#8217;ll have to work to make new connections. Instead, as new people come into the group, they will likely seek you out because they view you as a leader within the organization.</p>
<p><strong>4. Keep your circles of contacts informed.</strong> Don&#8217;t just assume that running in to someone once a month (or even once a week) will cause them to start doing business with you or sending it your way. You need to let them know what&#8217;s going on when you&#8217;re not at that particular group in order to inform and educate them.</p>
<p>Send them invitations to your events or open houses. Send them email or letters to share big news or success stories, especially anything of relevance to them or those in their networks of contacts. If you believe that you have valuable ideas, information and resources to share with others, then doesn&#8217;t this just make sense?</p>
<p><strong>5. Work at GIVING referrals and sharing valuable information.</strong> That&#8217;s right, you need to be willing to GIVE before you get. That means you need to get to know other members and what makes a good prospect for them. What kinds of information might you have access to that could be useful to them?</p>
<p>You may initially think you don&#8217;t have much of value to share with others (besides your business and what you provide). Part of the key to getting good at giving is to not make assumptions. For example, don&#8217;t assume that some basic resource (e.g., a web site) that you&#8217;re aware of is familiar to someone you might be talking to just because they are the &#8220;expert&#8221; in that field. Be willing to ask if they know about the resource and ready to share if they don&#8217;t.</p>
<p>Want to get better at actually giving referrals? Here&#8217;s a simple question to ask someone you&#8217;re connecting with. &#8220;How am I going to know when I meet a really good prospect for you?&#8221;</p>
<p>Just the fact that you are willing to explore giving will elevate your know, like and trust factor.</p>
<p><strong>6. Focus on Quality, not Quantity, Quantity, Quantity.</strong> It&#8217;s not necessarily about the number of connections you make, but about the quality of the ones you do make. Are they mutually beneficial, win-win relationships?</p>
<p>Quality connections will be identifiable because all involved parties will be actively sharing ideas, information, and resources. Yes, it is true that you need to spend some time and effort getting to know the other person(s) and what&#8217;s important to them. But, you also need to be clear and actively thinking about what information or resources you want and need.</p>
<p>Staying in touch with and following up with a smaller number of quality relationships will generally be much more productive than trying to follow up with a larger number of superficial contacts.</p>
<p><strong>7. Be persistent, but be patient.</strong> The goal of a networking event shouldn&#8217;t necessarily be to come away with prospects every time you go out, but to come away with great connections. Networking usually takes time to get the relationships developed and nurtured.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t approach networking as a scary proposition or a necessary evil for being in business. Take the pressure off yourself and really focus on how you might be able to connect with someone you meet. Focus on them first and look for ways to be useful to them. As you become known as a connector you&#8217;ll eventually be ready to reap what you sow.</p>

<p>2. Common Misconception: No Pain, No Gain. Pain is your body&#8217;s way of letting you know something is wrong. Do not ignore this. When you go beyond exercise and testing yourself, you will encounter physical discomfort and need to overcome it. An example of this would be training for a marathon. It is important that you have the &#8220;base training&#8221; before getting into the advance training. The base training develops the body and gets it ready for extensive training. You need to learn to &#8220;read&#8221; your body. Is the heavy breathing because you are pushing your body or could it be the beginning of a heart attack. Exercise is important. Do it correctly and you can do it for the rest of your life.</p>
<p>It is normal for you to hurt after you exercise, but it must be done gradually with a good amount of rest periods to allow proper healing. There are two common problems here with beginning exercisers. You can cause long lasting damage to muscles, tendons and ligaments if you work out while you are in pain, without allowing enough rest time to heal. You might find yourself in constant and long lasting pain if you do this which means that you will no longer be able to exercise.</p>
<p>If you wake up the next morning after you exercised and can barely drag your aching body out of bed because everything hurts, you are going to be less motivated to exercise at all. Constant pain is a sure way to kill your exercise program.</p>
<p>3. Common Mistake: Sacrificing Quality for Quantity. When you are ready to increase the number of reps of a particular exercise, and strengthen the corresponding muscles, instead of forcing yourself to do a little more each time try decreasing the number of reps in a set but increase the number of sets. Also, back off to half your usual number of reps but add a couple of more sets. You will feel less tired and will be able to gain strength in your fast-twitch muscles.</p>
<p>4. Common Myth: Weight Training Makes Women Bulky. Weight training for a woman will strengthen and tone muscle, burn fat and increase metabolism, not build mass. Women do not produce enough of testosterone to build muscle mass the way that men do.</p>

<p>Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease (GERD), the medical term for “Acid Reflux” is defined as the product of abnormal reflux of gastric contents into the esophagus thus, creating a mucosal damage, likewise known as the chronic symptom.</p>

<p>Now, you&#8217;re probably saying to yourself, &#8220;yeah, I already know that about Amazon, but how do I get my share of Amazon&#8217;s traffic?&#8221;.</p>
<p>Well, I&#8217;m going to answer that question in just a few moments, but first, here&#8217;s just some of the benefits you&#8217;ll receive once you&#8217;ve &#8216;Set-Up&#8217; what I&#8217;m about to show you:</p>
<p>- you&#8217;ll position yourself as an Expert within your Niche</p>

<p>Step #1. Set up a account with Amazon.</p>
<p>This is the easiest part of the whole task. Simply go to http://www.amazon.com and set up an account for yourself.</p>
<p>This should only take a few minutes and is very straight forward.</p>
<p>Step #2. Click on your &#8220;Your Name&#8221; Store tab.</p>
<p>Once you&#8217;ve set up your account you should have been given a password in order to login to your account.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re not logged in already, login now.</p>
<p>Now, from within the members area there should be a row of tabs at the top of the members area, click on the one that says &#8220;Your Name&#8221; Store(ex. &#8216;Corys Store&#8217; tab).</p>
<p>This will take you to a different area with a different sub-menu.</p>

Step #3. Setting up your &#8220;About You Area&#8221;.  Now this is where you have to pay &#8216;Special Attention&#8217; because this is what people will see when they click on your &#8216;About You&#8217; tab.  Assuming you are at the &#8216;About You Area&#8217; you&#8217;ll notice that you have spots available to put your Picture, Name, Nickname, eMail Address, Real Name and About Me.  Go ahead and fill out all the area&#8217;s accept your &#8216;About Me&#8217;.  The &#8216;About Me&#8217; spot is what I&#8217;ll talk about in the next step, but for now, just fill out all the other area&#8217;s and if you want to put up a picture of yourself, you can, it&#8217;s up to you.  Step #4. Setting up the &#8216;About Me&#8217; section.  This is probably the single most important part of this whole process because this is where your potential customer will read about who you are and what you and your business is all about, so do take this seriously.  Now, you have about 4,000 characters of space to write up a description about who you are and what your business is about, so its up to you on how long you want your description to be.  Before you start writing your description this is what You have to do First within the first 70 to 80 characters of your &#8216;About Me&#8217; description and I&#8217;ll show you an example of how mine looks so you&#8217;ll be able to see this in action.  (ex. About me: Hi, I&#8217;m Cory Threlfall and I&#8217;m the Editor/Publisher of &#8216;www.internetwondersezine.com&#8217; which is a &#8230;)  Do you see what I&#8217;ve done?  I&#8217;ve incorporated my &#8216;Domain Name&#8217; in quotes into my First 70 to 80 characters of my description so when they click on my &#8216;About Me&#8217; and read my profile they&#8217;ll also see my Domain Name, and if they wish to find out more about me they can either &#8216;Copy and Paste or Type&#8217; my domain into there browser which will then bring them to my website where they can either &#8216;Subscribe&#8217; to my newsletter or read my sale copy which will then get them to Opt-In to my newsletter.  This is where the &#8216;List Building&#8217; starts to take place from the traffic sent through Amazon.  Now, we&#8217;ve already established that Amazon is a High Traffic website and now that you&#8217;ve set up your &#8216;About Me Area&#8217; the way I&#8217;ve outlined it above I&#8217;m now going to show you how to direct Amazon&#8217;s traffic to your website.  Step #5. Directing Amazon&#8217;s traffic to your website.  This is where the fun starts. And once you see How its done you&#8217;ll probably kick yourself in the butt like I did when I was shown How-To do this.  What we need to do now is a little exercise so you&#8217;ll see for yourself how you&#8217;ll tap into Amazon&#8217;s traffic.  So, we know that Amazon is best known for Books, so click on the &#8216;Books&#8217; tab within Amazon&#8217;s members area. This will take you to a different page.  In the upper left corner you&#8217;ll see a &#8216;Search Books&#8217; search box.  Now, for the purpose of this exercise, just so that we&#8217;re on the same page, lets use &#8216;internet marketing&#8217; as the search term.  So, go ahead and type that in and press GO!.  You should now see a bunch of listings on books related to &#8216;internet marketing&#8217;.  Scroll down and select the &#8220;33 Days To Online Profits&#8221; link. This will bring you to its Product Description page.  Within this Product Description page you&#8217;ll find Product Details, Editorial Reviews and most important of all, All Customer Reviews.  Notice I said &#8220;and most important of all, All Customer Reviews&#8221;.  Thats right, all you need to do is &#8216;Write Reviews&#8217; on books within your particular Niche and when potential customers are reviewing the book you wrote the review on and they scroll down and happen to read your review and click on Your Name to see what you&#8217;re all about, guess what they&#8217;ll see?  They&#8217;ll see your profile with your Name, Nick Name, eMail Address and your &#8216;About Me&#8217; description with your Domain Name screaming out at them which can easily be typed into there browser.
