Support & Tweaks

You will have 15 minutes for your presentation and an additional 10 minutes for Q&A session. Extending the given presentation time will shorten Q&A session.

Obwohl die Teilnahme an den Präsentationen kostenlos ist, bemühen wir uns sicherzustellen, dass die Agenda mit Konferenzen konkurriert, für die Sie normalerweise teuer bezahlen müssen. Die eingeladenen Referenten setzen sich von Praktikern und erfahrenen Beratern zusammen. Nach langjähriger Erfahrung haben wir uns entschieden, ein breiteres Spektrum an Wissen in Form von kürzeren Präsentationen zu präsentieren. Eine solche Formel macht die Präsentationen zu einem Impuls für Gespräche hinter den Kulissen und spannende Fragen und Antworten Runden.

This year's edition will be exclusive, which will contribute to increasing the efficiency and quality of the talks.

Increasing the effectiveness of conversations by verification of Visitors in terms of having a company; possibility to invite Visitors to the meeting by the Exhibitor and possibility of application for a meeting by the Visitor.

All materials should be submitted in electronic form. It is forbidden to distribute leaflets outside the stand.

Due to the limitations on the number of people who will be able to participate in the conference on the day of the event, after 2 weeks there will be a broadcast of the lectures with the possibility of a Speaker's chat with participants. This solution will guarantee reaching a wide group of interested parties in a safe way.

The number of lecture participants will be adjusted to the current recommendations. People who will not be able to listen to the lecture live will have the opportunity to participate in the online conference.

Two weeks after the event, an online conference will be held in the form of streaming of lectures with the possibility of a live chat of Speakers with Participants.

CHANGES DUE TO COVID19

The number of participants will be limited, which will contribute to increased safety and greater effectiveness of participation in the event.

The admission ticket will be sent via e-mail after the Organizer accepts the profile or if the Exhibitor accepts the meeting proposal from the Visitor.

Although participation in the presentations is free, we try to ensure that the agenda competes with conferences, for which you usually have to pay dearly. The invited speakers are dominated by practitioners and experienced consultants. After many years of experience, we decided to present a wider spectrum of knowledge in form of shorter presentations. Such a formula makes the presentations an impulse for behind-the-scenes conversations and an exciting Q&A sessions.

Registration is free and gives you an access to the expo area and presentation stages. Please be aware that the access to the stages can be limited due to safety reasons.
