KUALA LUMPUR: Selepas sekian lama mengambil sikap tunggu dan lihat, Rizal Ashram Ramli, yang nama gelarannya 'Jejai', akhirnya mengesahkan hubungannya dengan pelakon Fasha Sandha sudah berakhir, dan pada masa sama menegaskan bekas isterinya, Nora Danish, sama sekali tidak ada kaitan dengan perpisahan itu.

'Dia tidak pernah masuk campur urusan peribadi saya. Apa yang berlaku antara saya dan Fasha sehingga menyebabkan kami berpisah tiada kena-mengena dengan orang lain,' kata Jejai, 34 tahun, menerusi e-mel kepada akhbar Harian Metro, kelmarin.

Kenyataan Jejai menamatkan teka-teki yang dicetuskan Fasha, yang nama sebenarnya Nur Fasha Sandha Hassan, 27 tahun, apabila beliau berkata hanya dia dan Jejai tahu mengenai status terkini perhubungan cinta mereka.

Ia turut membersihkan nama Nora, yang nama sebenarnya Nora Danish Mohd Hanif, 29 tahun, yang didakwa menggunakan keluarga bekas mentuanya bagi memutuskan hubungan Jejai dengan Fasha.

Jejai berkata beliau terpaksa membuat kenyataan dan penjelasan mengenai status perhubungannya dengan Fasha kerana terlalu banyak perkara tidak betul mengenai mereka diperkata media dan dalam Internet.

'Walaupun penulisan (gosip di akhbar) tidak menamakan artis berkenaan, sesiapa yang membaca pasti akan mengetahui siapa artis yang dimaksudkan. Sebenarnya ia tidak pernah berlaku seperti ditulis.

'Dakwaan dia (Nora) menggunakan keluarga saya untuk memisahkan (saya dan Fasha) tidak pernah berlaku. Apa yang berlaku dalam keluarga saya, saya tahu semuanya,' kata Jejai dalam e-melnya.

Jejai turut menegaskan dakwaan bahawa Nora gila talak amat keterlaluan.

'Saya pasti dia tidak pernah gila talak. Dia sedang mengenali seseorang, malahan saya mengenali lelaki itu. Dia seorang yang baik dan dihormati.

'Fasha juga tidak pernah mengugut saya. Itu adalah pasti. Dia bukan seorang yang berkelakuan begitu,' kata Jejai.

Jejai turut menegaskan bahawa kenyataan yang diberinya mengenai isu perhubungan cintanya ialah yang terakhir. Beliau berharap perkara itu tidak lagi diperkata dan tiada pihak cuba menjadikan ia satu isu.

Three 16-year-old girls fell ill after consuming made-in-Japan “breast-enhancement” cookies ordered from an online shop, reported The Straits Times.

One of the trio, Abigail Chua, first came across the shop. Soon, each of the three ordered two boxes of these “F-cup cookies”, which they ate for two weeks in place of their usual main meals, as directed by the seller, in the belief they could also gain the side benefit of weight loss.

However, all the girls got were gastric pains and diarrhoea. They have been treated and have since recovered from the ordeal.

Abigail, who recently received her O-level results and is waiting to enter a polytechnic, told ST, “I read online that the cookies would increase my bust size by at least one cup. They are not too expensive and also taste quite good, so I thought there was no harm in trying them.”

The cookies were found to contain pueraria mirifica, a plant-based oestrogen commonly found in bust-enhancement creams sold here.

A spokesman for the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority said the cookies were not cleared to be sold in Singapore as too little is known about whether pueraria mirifica is safe to be used in food.

ST understands from Abigail and her friends that the cookies were ordered from a local blogshop, which also sells Japanese “slimming” pills and “bust-enhancement” chewing gum.

The paper did a check over the Internet and discovered at least 40 such blogshops selling the cookies in raspberry, chocolate and soya milk flavours at between S$56 and S$60 for a two-week supply of 30 cookies. They tout the cookies as a “fast, effective and tasty” way to bigger breasts. Sales of the cookies are believed to be very good.

Five blogshop owners ST spoke to claimed to have sold 40 to 50 boxes a month to new customers, with another 20 boxes bought by returning patrons.

They said their biggest buyers are teenagers who discover the products from Taiwanese beauty shows and online forums.

Blogshop owner Evie Tan, 19, whose stock comes from Hong Kong, told ST, “We know it’s not cleared for sale here, but what’s the harm? It’s just a cookie.”

She has eaten them too, and said that although they did not fulfill the promise of an F-cup chest, her breasts are now fuller and firmer. “There’s nothing wrong with me,” she added.

Doctors, however, expressed their concerns over the effect these plant-hormone cookies can have on girls going through puberty.

Plastic surgeon Andrew Khoo of the Aesthetic & Reconstructive Centre said that, in theory, the cookies could work, as stimulation of the breast tissue by oestrogen would enlarge the part.

But he also warned, “It has been documented that quite a number of breast cancers are oestrogen-receptor positive, which means they are hormone-triggered tumours. It’s not worth taking the risk of continually stimulating one’s breast tissue by ingesting plant hormones.”

Child psychiatrist Brian Yeo added that teens turn to cookies so that their parents would not suspect that they are attempting to enhance their breasts.

“The perception a cookie projects is that it is painless, looks safe and is a herbal product.”

He cautioned teens against eating them, “If they contain actual hormones, they may affect a teenager’s pubertal development. There are no quick fixes to problems in a normal growing process.”

Last October, the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) mounted a crackdown on illegal prescription drug and counterfeit product peddlers online.

In July last year, the HSA worked with SingPost to study the contents of suspicious parcels containing health products entering Singapore. They made an initial find that as much as one third of the products purchased online and shipped here contained dangerous adulterants.

These are usually products that cannot be bought here and could have erroneous dosage recommendations.

The most commonly-purchased products online are slimming pills and drugs used to treat sexual disorders such as erectile dysfunction.

The HSA said that consumers might have been lured into buying the products because of the social stigma associated with the problems that makes them shy to approach doctors.

I am using Nokia E63 for nearly 2 years and guess what? It is time to change to a new model. I am constantly changing every 2 years to the latest version to keep up with the trend.

My criteria of choosing phone are that it must be sleek, slim and stand out design that will make everyone turn around. User-friendly is a must. I hate using phone that is hard to navigate around and not user-friendly at all. One brand that has always maintained its friendliness with the user is always NOKIA. Yes, no kidding.

With iPhone 4 coming in Singapore, everyone is rushing to get it on first hand. I must said, I am that someone as well. But my perspective changes after I read the Nokia X6 review. You must said, I am just licking up but I am not.

I love my music on the go. I love SMS on the go as well. It is like being able to do both will be a great deal. Having a breeze touch while SMS-ing and having great music playing will just make me move to the groove. Yes, the x-factor for this phone is the MUSIC. And that is more than ENOUGH for me. Just imagine having 11,000 of tracks on your small, sleek and slim phone? GOSH, wonderful… And the best is the 35 hrs of music. It is more than a day. That is doubling wonderful. You will always see me holding the phone in my hand. To rub on it, you will get free music and unlimited downloads for a year. Just imaging how many Music I can download into that phone? What makes great music? It is something that you can hear without disturbance and Nokia X6 has the package that makes your music experience the best. It has surround sound and NO external NOISE. Sony Ericsson Xperia 10

I get a first hand try on my cousin, Sony Ericsson Xperia 10 yesterday. The design awesome… Sleek and very light… The screen is wide as well and that is good coz I love big screen. The color is nice as well, Bright and easy on the eyes.

Despite having good design and colors and so forth, the phone is lagging. Application tends to hang and took a while for it to open. The touch screen is not sensitive at all and I found myself pressing more than 3 times just to close the application. It is such a turn off.

Even to SMS is not that breeze. To open up the keyboard take a few touch. And I cannot even go to the next line despite pressing the “going to next line” button more than 5 times. Not sure if I did correctly but in most phone that is the button to press.

The phone with so many lagging is taking up too much of the battery life. My cousin stops using the phone even after days of buying. YES… not joking. She is using back an old model of Nokia. Battery life plays a part. Sony should learn something from the initial iPhone phone where almost everyone complains about the battery life.

Don’t misunderstand me. I am a big fan of Sony but this one is really will be out of my league. This is not the first touch screen from Sony. While the rest are OK, I wonder why this one is not. Maybe Sony should take into consideration the time to open up any application and the sensitivity of the touch screen to be more user-friendly.

I have not tried the Mini version. Anyone?

FUKUOKA — A 34-year-old woman under arrest for allegedly killing her 5-year-old daughter in Fukuoka Prefecture has told investigators she used to confine her in a washing machine and activate it as a way of discipline, investigative sources said Wednesday. The suspect, Junko Egashira, who was arrested June 30 on suspicion of strangling her daughter, Mone, at their home in Kurume City on June 27, said she put her in a washing machine three times in June by covering her mouth with adhesive tape and tying down her hands and legs.

Egashira told the investigators she had also taped the machine’s lid so that Mone would not be able to escape, and left her inside for two or three hours. She also admitted that she ran the water inside the machine and set it to start spinning, although she may not have taken such steps in all of the three cases, the sources said. Fukuoka police suspect that Egashira’s abusive behaviors escalated and led to the murder.

2ND deadliest cancer in Singaporean Women

All women should always take into consideration about any diseases that can occur in our body. Usually we always put that idea aside due to fear. We fear of going for checkup. We fear of what the doctor might find in our body. Might be something that we are not aware of but it is there. We always live in fear and when it gets drag on, the fear will just be double when the diseases become double.

We always thought that breast cancer is the no 1 among women but think back. What about Cervical Cancer? I bet not many girls/women out there knows much about it. I will elaborate it in details in short while. Do read till the end. It will benefits your health and have some knowledge about the cancer. For the record, Cervical cancer is the 2ND most common cancer among women in Singapore.

Firstly, in everyone mind, what is cervical cancer? Upon researches about it, here is what I conclude about the cancer. This cancer is actually a diseases in which cells in the body grow out of control. Cervix is the lower, narrow end of the uterus or womb. It connects the upper part of the uterus to the vagina, the birth canal. Cervix makes mucus that helps sperm move from vagina to the uterus. This cervix will close during pregnancy and open wide during childbirth. A really cleaver cervix. It occurs most often in women over age 30 but, it can occurs to all women in all ages.

Cervical cancer is a silent cancer. In the early stage, there will not be any signs or symptoms but once it gets to advance stage, your will experience bleeding or discharge from the vagina that is not normal such as bleeding after sex. You may get watery, bloody vaginal discharge and have a foul smell. At such, your lower abdominal will be painful or painful during intercourse.

Growths on cervix can be benign or malignant. Benign growths are not cancer. They are not as harmful as malignant growths.

How the cancer begins? It begins in cell on the surface of the cervix. Over time, it can invade more deeply into the cervix and nearby tissues.The cancer cells, then, spread by breaking away for the primary tumor and enter the blood vessels or lymph vessels which brand into all tissues of the body. If that happen, the cancel cells may attach to the other tissues and grow to form new tumors that may create more damage to the tissues. The stage where the cancer spread is called metastasis.

What cause cervical cancer? HPV infection. Reseached on it and found out that HPV is a group of virus that, it never go away, can cause cervical cancer in women. HPV virus spread form sexual contact.

Some HPV can cause changes to the cells in the cervix and if found early, it can be prevented by either removing of killing the changed cells before they can become cells.

Another cause? Early sexual activity, sexually transmitted diseases (STD) such as chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis or HIVIAIDS, weak immune system and cigarette smoking. World Cup strike? Not worth it at all...

The world hits the World Cup fever…

As much BIG fan we are, I never see any of us wearing their favorite team jersey or paint their face and so on… All we did are just sitting at home and quietly support them. And if win or lose, status on FB and twitter or even MSN will be about it…

Is it because that we are all busy working and really had no off day to watch the world cup with the rest of the fans or even dress up and do some cheer leading. LOL

Even MacDonald is casting the world cup match for free. I went to AMK branch and was shocked by how many people stand in the restaurant to watch the match. They did not even buy any food to eat. It was super crowded. The door cannot be open without knocking down someone. I find this ridiculous.

Restaurant like MacDonald does not need this kind of publicities. It is already famous even without the world cup. Almost everyone will pop into it to have a quick bite. And even if they have to air the world cup, at least have someone to control the crowd so that others who really want to go in to eat are able to do that.

Just my opinion. Paying 70 – 90 bucks once in 4 years is worth it. What happened to the strike? See… Nothing… Who knows some even just give up and buy the subscription? The strike is wasted. It is just once in 4 years… You have end of year bonus every year. So just save a bit for the first 3 years and subscribe when the world cup is here. What is wrong with that? Why must be so hassle about the price? You call yourself a fan but you don’t even want to fork out for it. It is already a problem for them to get the FIFA to air in Singapore. If all you want is just low price when you gladly know that everything is already so expensive, don’t go on strike when in near future, Singapore won’t even buy the world cup. It might happen.

You might fight that watching with the rest will create the atmosphere and spirit. Yes, I totally agree. But that does not mean you all can conquer all hawker centers or restaurant. Think about those that never watch world cup. Look, there are so many ways to overcome. Why know share the subscription with your buddies or friends? And when the world cup is here, go to that buddy house and watch. Will it be much better?

If you already watched the SRK movie, then move forward and watched Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor ‘Kurbaan’. Movie about the so called ‘~~Al-Qaedah~~’ and '~~Jihad~~'.

Watched with an open mind. If you are narrow minded, then just forget about the movie. Seriously, it is just a movie although it may bring hatred to those who watched…This can just an eye opener on what actually happened that we did not know about.

Toy Story 3

Super excited!

Can you ever imagine what your toys talked about when you are not around? What they did? What adventures they experienced?

Me? Nah… hehe

Toy story 3 is here finally. I have been waiting for it. The best animated movie so far. It always cracks me down with their jealousy, their adventures, and their cleverness and as well their stupidities. They never failed to make laugh.

I still remember that when Toy Story is out, I fall in love with Woody. He is such a man. Even initially, jealousy gets over his head, in the end, he still risk his life to save Buzz. He is the gauche and cute toy. It looks really funny when he has this blur and thinking expression. And he talks very fast as well. He is the toy with many expressions. I like that.

Toy story 2 starts with Woody preparing to go for camp with Andy but because of his broken hand, he has to stay behind. Woody is always there to help the other toys. He was stolen when he was saving Wheezy from being sold. The adventures of saving Woody starts… The story is kind of exact opposite of Toy Story. Even when there are new toys in the picture, my favorite is still Woody. To me, without woody, the story will never be the same. He is the ‘comedy’ in the story if you know what I am talking about. Of course it ends when all toys safely in the Andy’s house.

And then, after so long, Toy Story 3 is here. The story is roughly the same, with Woody on a mission again to save his friends from being the prisoners in Sunnyside. He has to convince the other toys the danger they are facing as well. And of course it will be hard but somehow he manages to. His expression is the best. He is indeed the toy with ‘class’. As you know, he is still my favorite toy.

The story line for all the parts is roughly the same but what makes each unique is the action and the effects. The effects are the best. The actions are real. In part 3, to make it all WOW, watch it in 3D. It will be mind-blowing. Take a look at the trailer. I simple like the part where all the toys comes together to save themselves. The fire, the bomb and all the actions are super great. Love it to every bit.

Sabtu lepas saya pergi makan dengan kawan saya... Bila tengah jalan untuk 'order' makanan, tiba-tiba ada lelaki tua nie terus tengok saya dan kata 'besar nye' dengan penuh semangat... kuat pulak tu. So apa lagi, I turned to look at him la... To my shocking, he was looking at my boobs... GOSH.. pervert.... I was not even wearing a low cut.... furthermore saya pakai tudung... Heran macam mana mata lelaki boleh ada xray vision bila tengok perempuan.. Macam mata dorang boleh tengok dalam baju perempuan gitu... haiz...

Panas....dan akan Berpeluh......

Ini Kisah dari 'experience' saya sendiri...

Siapa yang pernah pergi 'Slimming Center' mesti tau berapa mahal 'service2' dorang bukan? Sebab itu la saya nak kongsi pada semua jadi kalian-kalian semua tak payah lah buang duit banyak2... Buat dekat rumah pun boleh. Dan yang bagus ialah ia tidak memakai berjuta-juta atau pun ratus-ratus...

Slimming wrap dapat membakar lemak yang degil di bahagian-bahagian yang tertentu terutama di bahagian perut. Lemak di perut memang susah nak pecahkan. Betul tak??? Kalau semua ada perut macam Hanis tak apa jugak. Sexy dan menawan je... kecik je.... jeles tau tgk si Hanis tu.... hehehehe...

Like you, i am at my wits as well. I have been postponing the extraction for so many years. And that is the first biggest mistakes ever. The tooth grows bigger and stronger and that makes it difficult to extract in near future. Of course i never think about all that. I heard how painful it is and i turned into a coward. With all the pain that occurs, last year is the year that i can't stand it anymore. Somehow i have to get it out of me. And i braved myself to visit the dentist.

Last Thursday, I had another lower tooth extraction. The dentists told me it is a difficult procedure since my jaw bone is actually covering 1/3 of the tooth. In order to take it out, I need to have the jaw bone drilled. My jaw bone was cut twice and still the tooth is bloody big to be out. Therefore, the doc drilled my tooth into 2 parts. And i thought it will be OK like the previous one but hell I am so the wrong. It is not. Because of the complications and because the hole is so big.

The complication I get is actually called Dry Socket. Hell, never thought i will get it. I did a lot of research about it and today, I went back to the dentists to get it cured again. Another painful procedure. If you want to have your wisdom tooth extract, do remember to follow every dos and don'ts else you will get dry socket like me. Seriously the pain is not pleasure and it is uncomfortable. Totally.

What's a wisdom tooth dry socket?
In most dental patients, blood fills up the open socket left after a wisdom tooth extraction. The blood hardens and protects the wisdom tooth socket while the gums grown over the top of the hole. With normal patients, without a wisdom tooth dry socket, the gums often completely grow over and close an wisdom tooth extraction socket in a week or so. After six months, the hardened blood is replaced by bone that grows into the socket. This can be seen on a dental x-ray.

In a patient with a wisdom tooth dry socket, blood does not fill up the extraction socket or the blood clot is lost for some reason. The result is a wisdom tooth dry socket. The gums can not grow over the extraction socket because there's nothing to grow over and the wisdom tooth dry socket remains open. This open wisdom tooth dry socket causes a constant dull throbbing pain and the patient with a wisdom tooth dry socket can often have a foul smelling breath and bad taste in the mouth. The wisdom tooth dry socket pain can sometimes even be felt in the ear.

A wisdom tooth dry socket begins hurting about three days after wisdom tooth surgery. It's called a wisdom tooth dry socket because the hole, or socket, that the tooth used to fit into becomes dry. Unfortunately, the pain from a wisdom tooth dry socket lasts about a week after it begins. The dental name for a wisdom tooth dry socket is acute alveolar osteitis. Acute means all of a sudden. Alveolar is the name of the bone that supports teeth. "itis" means inflamed and osteo- means bone. Osteitis means bone inflammation. So acute alveolar osteitis means sudden inflammation of the bone that supports a tooth.

Causes of a wisdom tooth dry socket?
Anything that can dislodge a forming blood clot can cause a wisdom tooth dry socket. Forceful spitting or sucking though a straw can pull a blood clot completely out of it's socket and cause a wisdom tooth dry socket. Patients should wait at least a day before rinsing with warm salt water to avoid possibly dissolving the new blood clot. When salt water rinsing, spit gently to avoid pressure on the clot. Carbonated beverages should be avoided for fear that they may bubble the clot out of the socket. Alcoholic drinks may prematurely dry out the blood clot. Avoid smoking for a few days after dental extractions because smoking may disturb blood clot formation and cause a wisdom tooth dry socket.

For me, chewing on solid food after 3 hours of extractions. hehehe..I had a lot of chewing after that. And I think that is the cause for my dry socket.

Wisdoom Tooth Dry Socket Treatment?
wisdom tooth dry socket should be left alone and that we should support the wisdom tooth dry socket patient nutritionally and with pain medications to ease the wisdom tooth dry socket pain. Fortunately, like a cold, a wisdom tooth dry socket pain almost always goes away by itself after several days.

Many dentists pack a wisdom tooth dry socket with medications that help decrease the pain. However, the packing process can itself irritate the wisdom tooth dry socket and when the pan medicine wears off in two hours, the pain sometimes returns worse than before the wisdom tooth dry socket was packed. We reserve the use of wisdom tooth dry socket packing only for severe cases of wisdom tooth dry socket. Fortunately, we have very few severe cases if wisdom tooth dry socket.

And yup, nothing can be done... You just have to suffer the pain until it goes away. The pain is not something that i want to feel again.

I just came back, today, from the dentists after the dry sockets check up. Typing this down while trying to ignore the pain but to no avail. Till then, take care....

Nari aku tak boleh buka mulut. Tak boleh berbual dan tak boleh makan. Susah betulkan la tapi nak buat cam mana. Da terlalu sakit wisdom tooth aku buat dekat aku... Aku nak dia setia dekat aku pun tak boleh sebab aku da tak tahan. So terpaksa la aku kena buang. Operation dia sungguh la ngeri. Da 5 hari, aku tetap sakit. Haiz...

Ohhhh...
Dari tadi aku cari-cari kat Net tentang Bollywood. Da lama mencari akhirnya jumpa jugak. Cerita ini la....
