I'm not a writer but I do miss posting on this blog. I keep toying with the idea of revamping my site. This one is beyond, beyoooonnnnd dated and it could really use a total overhaul. But doing so would require lots of time and lots of funds and I'm not really sure if it would be worth it. I would try to come back to posting sales, round ups, home finds, etc and organize my site in a way that felt easy for you to shop around.

Are there blogs you still read and visit frequently? If so, which ones?

And do you think you would shop here or stick to your phone/instagram?

A few notes:

1. These have been my most worn shoes this month. They feel more casual than ballet flats and slightly dressier than sneakers. I have them in the Marie Antoinette color but I also really love the dark green. I'm a 6.5 and took the 37 and they fit great.

2. I did a massive denim overhaul in my closet today and it felt really good. I tried everything on and got rid of anything that wasn't comfortable/too tight and anything I hadn't reached for in a while. I also rediscovered some pairs I had forgotten about! I'm wearing this pair right now that are currently on sale plus an extra 25% off.

3. You guys loved this jacket that was in my Bloomingdale's post this morning. It's gorgeous in person and the colors are pure fall.

4. Speaking of Bloomingdale's, be sure to check out their Friends & Family sale. I reordered some Juliska pieces for my everyday china. I also love getting my sheets and towels from Bloomingdale's.

5. This was a quick one but time for school pick ups!

Well if you are in the northeast then you have been dealing with this awful, soggy weather. It seems like all it has done is rain these past few weeks. If you are looking to do a little retail therapy to pass the time then look no further. I've rounded up some of my current favorite finds below.

I was so bummed because I had this insanely beautiful multicolored tennis necklace that was $68 in my cart this morning and it sold out almost immediately. Just found it in stock (for now) here.

I have had so many pairs of Adidas Sambas in my cart over the last year and finally pulled the trigger and bought this pair.

This Does dress was my most popular item last week.

The Mango sale is still going on- I think it ends today or tomorrow! Their outerwear is always my favorite.

It's been a while since I made a proper blog post and I thought today, being the first official day of Fall, was the perfect time to jump back in.

I ordered the Doen Rhodia dress on a whim and I really love it. The fit, the style, the colors and print are just beautiful and scream fall. I ordered an XXS because Doen typically runs big but this one definitely runs on the smaller side as it's a more fitted style and I probably could have done with the XS. I paired it with the Steve Madden chocolate brown suede heels that I really love. Not only are they comfortable, they are also under $100. If you have wider feet, these might feel a little snug.

The Saks Friends & Family sale started. The earrings I have on with my Doen dress are included and such a great find. Under $100, chunky gold hoops. I also love these earrings- the perfect statement earrings for fall. If you are looking for a great classic clutch, this is the one. I have loved it for years and the quality is excellent. If you are looking to invest in a fine jewelry purchase, some of my favorite designers are included in the sale: Marlo Laz, Temple St. Clair, and Spinelli Kilcollin.

Hello and happy SUMMER! Our kids are out of school for the summer and their spring sports are wrapping up which means it's time to unwind. I'm so looking forward to this season with summer days spent at the beach, backyard BBQs, special nights out with friends. I've rounded up my favorite summer staples from Saks that will have you covered for all your summer adventures.

This Zimmermann dress worn above is a special one. I was immediately drawn to the vibrant colors and floral pattern. Super feminine and flowy and perfect for a summer event. I paired it with the shoes of the season, the Tory Burch Fisherman espadrille (no joke, I’ve lost count of how many people have told me they purchased these!) They are comfortable and can be worn during the day and at night. Also pictured in the outfit above are these gold bean earrings by Alexa Leigh. I was looking for earrings I could still wear with my necklaces and thought these bean ones were really cool. They are not heavy at all and a great price for the quality.

Favorite Finds:

UNDER $200: Let's start off with finds under $200. Saks just started carrying Hill House and I love the fit of their dresses. The new summer prints are so much fun. Love the neckline and colors of this one. And this is a classic white dress you can wear all summer long. Saks is also carrying their littles collection- so so sweet for your girls!

UNDER $100: Sandals I love. These were my go-to sandals all summer last year. I love the ankle tie detail. I have them in the tan but love the gold.

ZIMMERMANN: Saks has the best selection of Zimmermann pieces. I have had my eye on this dress and this skirt. They also always have great markdowns on Zimmermann pieces. I have this dress and love the print.

I'm all about adding meaningful pieces of jewelry to my collection and Haverhill does just that. My favorite jeans that are the perfect length for petites. I've had them for four years now!

The best sunhat that is also packable. I own this one and I'm going to get it in this slightly darker color. It has a string on the inside to adjust the fit so don't worry about the one size. Love this white top- perfect summer staple.
