Great news! inPRNT is experimenting with with a few tweaks to our shipping policy... and by a few tweaks, we mean FREE shipping for our customers! Through the month of June, all domestic orders over $80.00 will ship for absolutely free. And we haven't forgotten our international customers either: all international orders over $80.00 will receive 50% off shipping! These new shipping rates will be in effect through the month of June. If there is a positive response, we hope to make the change permanent with an official announcement in July. Tons of new artwork has gone up in the past month, so take a look!

We've setup the official inPRNT brand over at Kaboodle. If you have an account over there and want to add us you can do so by visiting our store. :] We have about 100 new pieces in the test queue right now. We should be able to get a majority of the new work up by Monday. Hopefully the rest will follow shortly thereafter. inPRNT is finally moving offices over the course of next week. We've been planning for a few months and are going to start packing up shop on Monday. The move won't have any affect on orders shipping out or support.

Signed Barnaby Ward Print - Full of Pryde Charity Auction

Recently the folks over at Floating World Comics put on a Kitty Pryde "Full of Pryde" tribute show to raise money for the Oregon Hemophilia Treatment Center. Barnaby Ward, who has many pieces featured on inPRNT, has a signed Kitty Pryde piece that's up for auction right now as part of their fundraising efforts. 100% of the proceeds from that auction will go to Oregon Hemophilia Treatment Center. You can view and bid on Barnaby's contribution here. The piece was used to promote the event and has been heralded as one of the stars of the show. Additionally, all of the other wonderful "Full of Pryde" auctions can be found here.

I apologize if anyone experienced any site issues today with ordering. We've fixed them and the ordering system is working normal again. We are working out the kinks on our beta to production migration. It should be fine now.

Monday Update

Hello Everyone! So we recently rolled out a new code update and today I squashed a lot of bugs it caused. The great thing about this code update is that it puts this site more inline with the beta site where we do our development. This allows us to roll out bug fixes and new features much quicker. We've also restructured a lot of things behind the scenes to make development easier and preps us for some new stuff we've been working on for awhile. On the print front we have a ton of amazing artwork that we are running tests on and hope to have online this week. Really awesome stuff :] Thanks for hanging around while we work on stuff. We'll start rolling out new features this month and should be rolling out new stuff on a consistent basis from here on out.

We're currently doing some site maintenance. Most of it is done (all critical functionality is working), though you may run into a few quirks here and there. We'll be resolving these issues throughout the week.

Queue update and new site features.

First an update on the print queue. We are almost caught up on orders, and we'll officially be up-to-date on all orders by Wednesday. We'd like to apologize about the delay for orders placed between 1/23 and 2/3. While things are going well behind the scenes and our turn-around time is historically very good (24-48 hours), we experienced a huge jump in sales during that time period that caught us off guard. All orders will be out by next week. :] On top of that, the submission queue is open once again. We have some wonderful new pieces currently being test-printed, and we hope to have them on the site next week. And finally, you may have noticed our new search bar. It's been customized a bit and we'll be tweaking it as the weeks go on, but this is a great way to find what you're looking for quickly. We're really excited about it and hope you find it useful. :] In March we'll be tackling some code again and hope to have a new update out the door. Stay tuned, there's some very exciting stuff on the way!

Hey everybody, Just wanted to touch base and say sorry there haven't been any new artist updates recently. We recently received a huge surge in orders and have been printing round the clock to catch up with the orders. That brings us to the second part of this update. If your order hasn't shipped yet, please know we are working as hard as possible to get all the orders out the door in a timely manner. We're hoping to have most, if not all, of the orders shipped out by Friday. Once we've caught up on the order queue we have several exciting new artists to get up on the site and several new pieces of work from some of the inPRNT regulars :] Thanks to everyone for their support throughout the year and all the kind words. We appreciate it, the artists appreciate it, and we are working harder than ever to bring new products and features to the site for 09. Stay tuned!

Issues with orders to certain UK addresses

Thanks for the e-mails regarding this bug. It has to do with the USPS API that we are using for international orders. For some reason it just doesn't want to work for certain addresses in the UK. Some work, some don't. It's very strange and we are having a time tracking it down. For now, if you get any sort of error message when trying to order to an address in the UK. Just shoot us an e-mail with your shipping address and order (print number / size / how many). We'll create an invoice for you and if you'd like to go ahead you can complete the order that way. If you'd like to pay with Paypal and the e-mail on the account is different than the address you are sending from let us know. I apologize for this bit of inconvenience, we are still working on this bug and hope to have it resolved soon. Thanks.

New Jason Chan piece, Zombie Playground

Had a ton of requests pouring in for this piece, so 24 hours later here you go :] Jason Chan:

This piece is great, conceptually and technically. While it's hard to see on screen, the piece itself is treated like a freeze frame of a film. There's a slight color shift and deterioration overlaid on the image giving it what can only be described as an 'authentic' look for it's subject matter. Very cool and definitely worth taking a look at.

Lower Shipping Prices

It's 2009 and we have some great news to start the year off. We've worked out a better agreement with our shipping providers, UPS and USPS, that allows us to pass on the savings directly to you. Our shipping rates are now on average between 2 and 6 USD lower than they were before. We are constantly fine tuning our operations behind the scenes and are happy to finally be able to pass on these savings to you, the customer :] We have more exciting news coming throughout 2009.
